Cory Offutt, MD

I'm Cory Offutt, MD, a board-certified family medicine physician who joined Phelps Health in 2019, and I see patients of all ages. My collaborating providers are Physician Assistants Nathan Crawshaw, Bryan Davis and Christin Hylton, and Family Nurse Practitioners Abby Blanc and Rachel Jang.

I grew up around the medical field. As a child, I became interested in math and science, and my interest in healthcare blossomed from there. With family medicine, I get to care for a bit of everything, from dermatology (medicine dealing with the skin) to chronic conditions, such as diabetes and high blood pressure.

My special interests include pediatrics, women’s health, rural healthcare, sports medicine, and adult and pediatric attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD). I also offer joint injections and well-child visits.

I grew up in Lebanon, Missouri. With my patients, a goal of mine is to ensure they are heard. Ever since I started at Phelps Health, I’ve been treated like a family member of the organization. I extend the same courtesy to my patients; I treat them as if they were members of my own family.

I also offer telehealth visits, which allow patients to visit with me remotely using a smartphone, tablet or computer with an internet connection and audio-video capabilities.

While I no longer see patients in person at the Vienna clinic, patients may call the Vienna clinic at (573) 422-3636 to ask about telehealth appointments.
