About Me

I'm Forrest Rackham, PsyD, a clinical psychologist who joined Phelps Health in 2017.

I trained to be a clinical psychologist at Georgia Southern University. I interned and completed a one-year post-doctoral training in integrated behavioral healthcare in rural settings at Stone Mountain Health Services in Jonesville, Virginia.

I've worked in a variety of settings, including primary care and working collaboratively as part of treatment teams with primary care physicians.

In addition to being a clinical psychologist, I enjoy hiking, adventuring and spending time with my wife and eight children.

I also offer telehealth visits, which allow patients to visit with me remotely using a smartphone, tablet or computer with an internet connection and audio-video capabilities.
