At Phelps Health, we want to know how you are doing after your visit. We want to ensure that we addressed your healthcare needs in a timely and respectful manner. Phelps Health has partnered with National Research Corporation (NRC) Health to provide surveys to our patients. NRC Health has over 30 years of experience being at the forefront of patient-centered care. After receiving care at Phelps Health, you will receive a survey via a telephone call shortly following your hospital visit. Please reply to our survey so that we can continue to meet your needs.

In addition to the hospital survey, NRC Health will survey patients from our Emergency Department, Surgical Services, Outpatient Testing, Lab Services and Phelps Health medical clinics. You will receive the survey via a telephone call or email within 24 hours, asking about your visit. Your participation will help improve our quality of care for future visits.
