Coming from a bad experience at Mercy, my Phelps provider, Dr. Hurley, has treated me with respect and shown empathy for every concern I brought into the appointment. The staff was kind and personable for the most part-the nurse that took my vitals did not seem to be having a great day, or maybe she just did not have enough practice in bedside manner. Overall was a pleasant experience.
