Phelps Health Clinic provided such a positive experience. My provider was wonderful, taking time to listen and making sure all of my questions were answered. The entire staff was courteous, professional, and made me feel comfortable from check in to check out. I also love the MyChart system and how easy it is to access my information, messages, and results. It really makes managing my care simple and convenient. Highly recommend!
The entire staff was professional. Everyone seemed to know their job very well. The PA that attended me was very professional and read my chart and understood my conditions, problems I was having, and proceeded to correct the situation that I was hospitalized prior to going to see her. Everyone was outstanding in their job. Thank you.

The provider listened to me and made every effort to solve every issue I had... was kind .. the nurses were also kind and helpful., I had labs and the nurse was so friendly and explained everything she was going to do... and what would happen next. I don't see anything that meds improving.. thank you.

Every thing went fine. Everyone was polite and friendly and respectful.
Everyone treated me like I was their only patient from the time I walked in the door to the time I left. I have to say that it was the best medical appointment I have ever had bar none. Miriam listened to me and gave sound medical advice and adjusted my medication, removing some medications that were causing more harm than benefit. By following the medication changes she recommended, my pain level dropped markedly literally overnight.
Listened to what the problems are and help get things started so I can get the proper care
