Phelps Health hosts a Diabetes Education Support Group for people with pre-diabetes/diabetes or interested in learning more about diabetes. Meetings are held on the second Tuesday of every month from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Phelps Health Delbert Day Cancer Institute (Conference Rooms C, D, E) 1060 West 10th Street in Rolla.
Spouses, caregivers, and friends are welcome to attend and learn more about diabetes, survival skills, healthy eating, physical activity, monitoring blood sugar, medications, reducing risks, problem solving, healthy coping and the latest in technology for diabetes.
