“My Chart is a great tool for first-time parents. I can easily make appointments, pay bills, access test results and review the pediatrician’s summary of the visit to make sure I didn’t forget anything. My favorite thing about MyChart is that I can send messages to our son’s pediatrician with questions or concerns instead of making another phone call, which saves me a lot of time.” - Rocky Henry

MyChart Account Deactivation Option
Starting on June 30, 2022, Apple requires that all mobile apps that are submitted to the App Store for approval support account deletion. Now, patients have the option to deactivate their own MyChart account. This change not only allows the app to meet Apple's requirement but also saves your help desk staff and other support staff time when they would otherwise need to deactivate an account themselves.
Learn more about deactivation here.
