Ben Tipton is president and chief lending officer
at Phelps County Bank. He earned his Bachelor of Arts in Finance at Lindenwood University and
later completed the financial management and strategy program at The Graduate School of
Banking at Colorado. Tipton has over 20 years of experience in the banking industry and serves on the Phelps County Bank Board of Directors.
Tipton has a passion for community involvement. He serves as president of the Rolla Regional Economic Commission, president of Prevention Consultants, and vice chair of the Phelps County Community Foundation. He is an active Rolla
Lions Club member and serves on the Rolla Technical Institute Advisory Board, Missouri S&T Business and Information Technology Advisory Board, and the Phelps Health Finance Committee.
Tipton was raised on a beef cattle farm in Vichy and now resides in Rolla with his wife and children.
