The Phelps Health Foundation serves as the philanthropic arm of Phelps Health to support the hospital’s mission to provide high-quality, accessible healthcare. Established in 1996, the Phelps Health Foundation is a 501(c)3 organization that provides for the healthcare needs of our community through fundraising and philanthropic support.

Ways to Give

Tribute and Memorial Gifts

The endowment fund is an investment held by the Phelps Health Foundation and is used to fulfill the future needs of Phelps Health. Mission Fund

The Mission Fund provides philanthropic support to Phelps Health programs that serve the mission to provide high-quality, accessible healthcare. Beginning in January 2022, all Phelps Health staff initiating a request must complete the Phelps Health Mission Fund Program NetLearning course. Please contact Human Resources to learn more. All requests can be submitted for consideration through the online request form or you can print the form to mail or email back to us.
