Meet Phelps Health leaders, hear from the development team on how this new space will help us better serve our community, enjoy some fun goodies and sign your name on the beam.
This event is free and open to community members of all ages. The ceremony will take place in the parking lot of the new Emergency Department at the intersection of 11th Street and Joyce Avenue on the Phelps Health main campus in Rolla.

What is a "Topping Out" Ceremony?
It's a fun building tradition that marks an important milestone in construction—it happens when the last beam is placed on top of a new building. This means the frame is complete! Next, crews will add the walls and finish the inside.
What happens if the weather is bad?
If the weather is bad, the event will be postponed to September 24. We'll post an update on our Facebook if that happens.
