Phelps County residents are invited to attend Phelps Connect, a free community health fair designed to improve access to essential health information, resources and services.
Attendees can:
- Connect with local community organizations, wellness providers and service groups
- Learn about available programs and resources
- Receive free services, including:
- Haircuts
- Blood pressure screenings
- Dental evaluations
- Health plan information
- Other wellness support
Residents of all ages are encouraged to join us in supporting a healthier Phelps County through education, prevention and connection to care.
Admission is free, and all services are provided at no cost.
