I had a breast biopsy scheduled and was needing a vulvar biopsy as well. The breast team worked quickly and thoroughly so I could have the vulvar biopsy (a last minute addition to my day) at the time the gynecologist was available.

Karen Ulrich is absolutely wonderful. She is thorough, explains things clearly, and is great at connecting with people. She is just a gift to our community.

As typical, most women don't like to go to see a gynecologist and I am one of those women. I do not like it commonly, but Karen definitely made it to where it was comfortable to go to the appointment. I don't look forward to my next appointment, obviously, but she is very professional. She had great bedside manners and made me feel comfortable. She was very professional and I am glad to have her as a doctor in that position. Thank you very much for your treatment and for explaining everything as you are doing your job professionally. Thank you.

Everyone was very nice from the front desk. They had smiles on their face. They were very, seemed very happy to be there. As for my nurse and Karen Ulrich, they really listened to me. They insured and kept asking me multiple times if I had any questions for them. So I didn't leave feeling like I had unanswered questions. And I really felt like they listened to any concerns that I had. And they really made me feel comfortable in my concerns and made sure that I was comfortable with the information that they were giving me that I didn't need more to help ease my mind. Overall, a great experience.
