Everything went just fine I was for check up no problems.
I came from TCMH where it felt like my doctor didn't listen to my concerns, actually give me answers or help at all. I have been waiting over a month to get any sort of answers, help or even hear from my doctor at TCMH. The Nurse also was not super friendly. However at my appointment with Ariella Martin not only was the nurse super nice and caring, she also listened and was compassionate. I wanted to HUG Ariella after our appointment. She took her time listening to my complains and medical concerns. She put in needed referrals TCMH wouldn't give me. Ariella was absolutely amazing!! I literally cried when I got to my car of how amazing and different the care was. Being heard by my doctor and seen as a human and not just another patient!! No words can express my gratitude to Arielle and her team for their amazing work!
This was the best experience with a provider and staff I experienced since starting with Phelps.
The staff always make me feel like I'm the only patient but I can only imagine how busy they are. They treat me so well!
I arrived at the appointment around 1:50 p.m. and I had to check in at suite 300. I didn't know. The receptionist was very kind in telling me what I had to do.

The Phelps Health here in Vienna has always been very, very good. The staff is maybe not always the same, but they're always very good, and Bryan Davis is just excellent, and I have recommended him to numerous people, and I will continue to do so. Thank you very much for your services.

The front desk staff were polite and welcoming. The nurses were caring and professional. Mrs. Priest was kind and attentive and allowed me the time to communicate to her the health issues I was experiencing.

Everyone was friendly and explained everything. All questions were answered and plan for future visit made. There were no issues checking in and did not have to wait long in the waiting room or in the exam room. Everything went smoothly and quickly from checking in to checking out.

Front office staff never greeted me or acknowledged I was there. I waited 10 minutes past my appt time before anyone helped me, yet I'm required to arrive early per the instructions. Dirty facility & subpar service.

To my knowledge I'd never met the provider I saw and she didn't even introduce herself. Just came in asking about my symptoms. Was able to get in same day which is greatly appreciated.
Ever since the hospital took over, I cannot seem to get in for my blood work before my wellness check where they have to know if my medicines are working or not, which they can't know until they do the blood work. It is very frustrating that I can't do it like I've been doing it for the last 20 some odd years. All of a sudden now, I can't get in for the blood work first. So that the doctor has it when I get it for my appointment. It's very, very frustrating.
I had a successful visit with all staff, they are so nice and friendly, and are very knowledgeable, I really appreciate them.
