The front desk staff were polite and welcoming. The nurses were caring and professional. Mrs. Priest was kind and attentive and allowed me the time to communicate to her the health issues I was experiencing.
Nursing student was going through questions and I was answering. Everything was good.Primary was helpful and referral was made for sleep study. Friendly and professional.

Everyone was friendly and explained everything. All questions were answered and plan for future visit made. There were no issues checking in and did not have to wait long in the waiting room or in the exam room. Everything went smoothly and quickly from checking in to checking out.

Front office staff never greeted me or acknowledged I was there. I waited 10 minutes past my appt time before anyone helped me, yet I'm required to arrive early per the instructions. Dirty facility & subpar service.
Nothing they treat you like family there. They're very kind and concerned of everything that you tell them.

From the receptionist to the Doctor and on to the nurses I was treated very kindly, and professionally. My appointment was a pleasant experience.
To my knowledge I'd never met the provider I saw and she didn't even introduce herself. Just came in asking about my symptoms. Was able to get in same day which is greatly appreciated.
Ever since the hospital took over, I cannot seem to get in for my blood work before my wellness check where they have to know if my medicines are working or not, which they can't know until they do the blood work. It is very frustrating that I can't do it like I've been doing it for the last 20 some odd years. All of a sudden now, I can't get in for the blood work first. So that the doctor has it when I get it for my appointment. It's very, very frustrating.
I had a successful visit with all staff, they are so nice and friendly, and are very knowledgeable, I really appreciate them.

The nurse practitioner ARIELLA . IS SUCH A LISTENER AND ADVISED ME OF THE CARE THAT THAT WAS NEEDED AND INTENDED FOR MY PERSONAL IMMEDIATE CARE. I HAVE PROBLEMS THAT THE FACILITY Couldn't HELP THEY SENT ME TO MERCY IN Springfield AND They Couldn't DO ANYTHING REALLY . BUT REHAB. . THEY MADE ME SEE THAT THE FUTURE Wasn't AS DARK AS I THOUGHT. The entire staff and Ariella treat my entire family like their own. Phelps is lucky to have her! She sees my husband, daughter, and dad, and I could not ask for better care.

Ariella has been very nice and good to me. My sister recommended her when I was looking for a new a PCP. I recently hurt myself and have been in a lot of pain. And she worked me i. The very next day and started the process to help me get better. She is also very quick to respond to mychart messages which is very nice. A definite refreshing experience from the waynesville location.

I think that Ariella and the office staff (nurses and medical assistance and administrative) should receive a pay increase for the wonderful team they are. Feels like family when you go there.

I wasn't too happy with the girl at the front desk. After she took all my information and we did everything, then she says to me, can you tell me what your name is? And I said to her, do you think I'm crazy? That's my attitude towards that lady.
