I was a little overwhelmed. The doctor was really fast in seeing me, but he prescribed me medication that just made me feel much better. And we are doing the procedure. The only thing is I don't feel like he looked at me except for to take my or listen to my heart. But as far as everything went, it was just a whirlwind of everything happening. I got more information from support staff, which I think is how that works, and they were excellent.
I was very pleased with the help and there's nothing else to improve the experience.Thank you

The office from scheduling of first consultation though to the procedure have been extremely accessible & accommodating of my needs. Very pleased & so very proud of them as you feel important.
The front desk reception needs to be better improved when talking to potential patients and or apartment, I'm sorry, appointments for them. Number two, when I finally did get back there, my nurse practitioner, Tiffany, was absolutely fabulous and her nurse was fabulous. They listened to all my concerns, addressed every one of my concerns, everything completely, totally step one to step 20, what she was doing with my ear infection. And yes, it was awesome. They were wonderful. So kudos to them. And like I said, I just think the office staff reception could have been a little bit more inviting, shall I say, concern, caring, etc. Thank you.

I have been very, very disappointed with this doctor. I sat in his waiting room and in the room for well over an hour waiting for him. And when he came in, I got a brief two second visit, whereas he didn't know anything about what was going on with me. And he told me he'll see me back in eight months. He did not do any kind of physical checking on me with his testoscope or anything. I was very infuriated leaving his clinic because I was very disappointed of the treatment. I will not be seeing this doctor again. And no, I will never recommend him to any, anyone else. I thank you and ?

Sometimes a person needs a little more than a 15 minute visit with the doctor. Cannot process the information given quickly and then cannot ask questions.

Everyone was very nice however the wait time was very long. I really like checking in on line my thought was it would save time.
I wasn't happy when I arrived and the male nurse or whoever he was did a couple of little hand exercises with me and told me that he would make my appointment for a month from the day and do my nerve inductions and everything and after that he would make my appointment for another month to come in and get the findings of my test results. I don't understand why I have to wait a whole month in between all of that. That seems ridiculous to me. Thank you.
Staff were all terrific, Dr Youlo is terrific & very knowledgeable. I'm just feeling sorry for me due to the length of recovery.

Dr. Johnson is always beyond friendly and accommodating with the family's feet ailments! He's the only doctor that my child knows to work on her feet and is always a trustful source with "all things feet."

The doctor and staff LISTENED! I can't iterate that enough. Dr Armstrong and his staff made sure that I felt heard. My husband was with me as well and was having some problems and Elliotte got him scheduled and seen very promptly.

Brittany was excellent - Phelps Health has not always been great to me with billing, etc. So I would definitely recommend Brittany.

From check in to check out, Phelps Gealth Orthopedics is top notch. Actuallyhad a lengthy discussion about if its my knee or my hip? Still not completely sure, but going with the knee, after much deliberations.
All the staff I encountered were extremely helpful. They listened to me, knowledgeable. I especially liked Mr. Ballard. He seemed like he had a lot of time to listen to my concerns and answered any of my questions. Definitely glad that I saw him as a provider.

The entire staff was polite and answered all questions I had. I was having a nerve conduction test, I was told the bed was an air mattress. This mattress needs to be replaced ASAP. It is a twin size mattress, when I laid on it one side of the mattress was much higher than the other side. I had to stay on the edge of the mattress and constantly struggled to stay put. I felt as if I was going to roll into a ravine. Please, please, please replace this mattress!
It is always a delight to visit Dr. Johnson at the Waynesville clinic. His staff is friendly and personable. They always have a smile and friendly word to say. Dr. Johnson is also a magnificent doctor. He always has time to explain what he is doing. He is not rushed no matter how busy his day maybe. He does a thorough job on my nails and is very quick to note any potential problems with my feet.

Continue what you are doing. I feel that your training department must be superior because across my experiences in the in the emergency room, inpatient hospital and outpatient medical, the services have been exemplary.

Placing me on the new medication for my heart and removing the blood thinner was great news. I've been told By the VA I may also have pre-diabetes as well as CHF and could stand to lose a few pounds. Than you.

I went in for two injections in my shoulders. I've been to other providers and they have been painful. Dr. Heincker gives these where they are painless! I refuse to go to anyone else.

The front office was very courteous.. i was really impressed with the short time it took to be seen. Once i got pass the initial screening ie height and weight etc.... The doctor was super informative... i was impressed of how knowledgeable she was ... i left there very comfortable and very knowledgeable myself... facility as a whole was super clean... if all visits are like this wow... I recommend to all my fellow veterans this is the spot where people care God bless.

The provider got me in on short notice, listened patiently, explained clearly, did some diagnostics and outlined a treatment plan. I look forward to returning for the treatment. Complimentary foot massages would be a nice touch, but I suspect that is a little to much to ask. :)

The people were very courteous, appointment schedules We're on time, I got seen right away by the doctor and it was a rather quick and very courteous appointment and check up. She explained the problem, what we were going to do to try to solve it and explained what might need to be done if it did not work.

Dr Pearson addressed the pain I was having in my right foot. He shared it was a cyst and gave me a shot that has helped.
