Felt like youlo didn't really care about my break. I had concerns and he just said walk it off. Asked about pain in foot to make sure I didn't tear anything. He had no care are was ready to push me out the door. Of course he asked if I had anymore question but was ready to leave cause he was so rushing

Front desk staff and nurses were wonderful, listened and interacted showing they had truly been listening. Provider had only to say meds are to be continued a year and return in one year. I should consider cardiac rehab and exercise and avoid tobacco. I am grateful he showed me the cath procedure (even though I do not recall any of it after being a STEMI and also being defibrillated in v-fib by EMS) I am concerned there was no follow up care at all after the events and being in ICU... let alone what appeared in the videos to be an artery perforation when the stent deployed. I have many concerns and apparently will need to seek out a different cardiology specialist.
My experience was GREAT!!! My doctor relieved the stress I had prior to my visit!!!
The nurses was very welcoming, very nice, very respectful, and they were just overall great. The doctor was very nice, very respectful, and he helped me out tremendously, and I'm doing good. I'm doing great. A lot better than I thought. And I'm just really, really thankful for him. I'm glad he was able to help me.

Everyone was kind and helpful for all my questions. From the second I walked in to the second I left I was welcomed and taken way care of.
Dr Ratchford is wonderful. I would have him as my primary care physician if I could. After my appointment when it was time to schedule for next year, the receptionist wasn't attentive at all. I felt as though I was interrupting her...she didn't acknowledge me when I came to the desk...not verbally or even look at me.
Brett Clayton was great. He explained things much better than anyone else had.

The Phelps Orthopedic office staff is quite awesome! They are all professionals yet add a personal touch when they see me. They always seem to remember me which makes me feel seen and valued.
I found each member of the staff, as well as the doctor, very kind, attentive and knowledgeable. The atmosphere of the office was clean, comfortable and comforting. Since going to the doctor is not something that most of us look forward to, all of the above certainly make it as pleasant as it might possibly be.
Listened and talked about things I can try
I have always had a great experience at this facility. Everyone that I came in contact with was very friendly and professional.
I am still waiting on a call from the pulmonologist. Candace said they would schedule me one but I haven't heard anything yet.
I have recommended Dr. Armstrong to many friends. Several of my friends are now patients. Dr. Armstrong listens, explains things clearly, and I am glad he is our doctor.

I am unable to find any fault from the reception to my exit. If I would have I would be the first to say. Everyone was extremely helpful and made the visit a pleasure to be there.
The appointment began on time with ample time for clarification and questions.
Everyone was great. Dr. Alan Heincker was awesome. My arm hurt for 3 months and in about 8 hours the pain was gone . He knew exactly what was wrong and got it fixed !!!

Dr. Youlo starts with a handshake and a smile. Very personable and you can tell by the questions, he's not only knowledgeable diagnosing your problem, but there is a scene of concern in his voice. I truly trust Dr. Youlo over all others I've worked with in Phelps Health.

The office staff were professional but very approachable. I was never rushed, the appointment was on time and Doctor Kriete kept me informed every stage of the procedure.
Dr. Efstratiadis explains things clearly and completely. He is appropriately friendly and focused on what I say and ask. The nurses in the office are friendly and efficient. When one of the nurses says she will post important information in my My Chart, she does so with attention to details and with a relatively quick response time.

Dr. Heincker explained what was causing me the pain I've been having in my hip and what can be done to relieve my pain. He explained how the surgery would be performed and what I can expect during recovery. I'm looking forward to my hip replacement and having relief from the pain.

When I arrived the receptionist was prompt getting me checked in and within a few minutes I was in a room with the nurse. The Dr. and PA listened to my symptoms and gave me some options on how to treat the issue.
We took advantage of the "Peds Walk In" hours we saw posted on FB. It was a seamless process and our child was seen very quickly!!
