Dr agreed to see both my wife and me at my appointment. Her appointment was two day after mine and saved an extra trip to MOB. Dr Potter immediately discovered to cause of my knee pain and was able to give me an injection and make me able to take care of my wife.

Everything was beyond my expectations. Everyone was kind and respectful. The waiting time was less than a few minutes. Dr. Voight listened and answered my concerns. Because I'm one of Jehovah's Witnesses and told Dr. Voight how I feel about abstaining from blood, he was very understanding and will abide my personal beliefs.

Dr Youlo and his staff was super friendly, precise, and answered all my questions. He has a new PA who was fantastic.
Everyone was kind and let me know where to go and what to do. I was given written and verbal instructions for my next visit, and was told if I had any changes to call them and they could reschedule or whatever was necessary. The therapist was very knowledgeable and gave good instructions.

The doctor knew exactly what my medical issue was and intelligently explained the treatment regime I was to follow. I left the clinic extremely satisfied that my issue was real and not imagined.
Dr. Kriete is very knowledgeable and I appreciate his honesty and concern for me as his patient. There are no improvements needed they have a great system in place and work together as a team.

The receptionist was great. I made a mistake on that. And everybody there was nice. And the doctor that I saw was very knowledgeable and was really, really nice and really put you at ease. That's about it.

I always recommend Dr Heincker to anyone I know who needs orthopedic treatment. I don't recommend Phelps Health for any other specialty and specifically not for primary or geriatric care.

Any questions we asked the doctor were received with disdain as if it inconvenienced him to answer. He did not provide time for discussion and support spending only 10 minutes in the room although the follow up notes said he was there one hour. The doctor would only allow one person in the room although there was a chair and room for a second person. The reason given was because he was using the phone note taking system. This seems to prioritize connivence of record keeping over quality of care. This was a very disappointing visit. We were not at all pleased with the quality of care nor the lack of concern.
Dr. Pearson got me in very quickly. He was able to trim my toenails very quickly. He was very personable and friendly and got the job done and set me up for another appointment in another couple months. So the experience was very good.
They took very good care of me
Dr Voight went above and beyond to answer all my questions. The nursing staff was top notch - cannot have been better. My roommate had dementia and got a bit violent with the nursing staff. They handled it very professionally and extremely humane. The vascular access team was magical. I never want to be back in the hospital, but if it comes to it, I hope these folks are still around.

Doc explained everything very clearly
Improve-Nurse not be"mouthy"over taking my blood pressure. The nurse took it once and stated" it is high. She said" I'll have to take it again. When she retook my blood pressure, she stated, it's going to be high again. " if you would straighten your arm out, it wouldn't be high." Then she stated" no it's not high this time, but never told me what the reading was."
Have better bathrooms that doors stay open when in wheelchair doors slam on my fingers

Dr Johnson and the rest of his podiatry staff provided excellent attention to my concerns and needs. They are always very personable and helpful with excellent bedside manner.
I was treated very kindly. The doctor was very efficient, kind and his treatment has been and is working well to help my ling-term healing.

Each person I came in contact with was nice the medical team all pretty much introduced themselves and talked me thru what was to go on and answered any questions I had. The only thing I might suggest improving on was initial registration I did request a wheel chair as I'm not able to walk very far distance. The first young lady nodded at my request but then suggested that when I checked in with imaging to let them know I need a wheel chair which I did. The young lady basically nodded but when the rn came to get me she had no idea I had request a wheelchair. She went and retrieved one for me but I felt bad because I had advised two different people at two different registration desks that I would need wheelchair and that could have been done before young lady came to get me. Other than that the experience was professional and I felt like other than that instance that things were good.

I absolutely love my visits Dr Heincker my orthopedic doctor. They're a very personable there and I spread the word of his office around
Dr. Youlo is a very professional doctor. If everyone could have doctors like him in their facility, it would be a wonderful thing for the people that are sitting out there waiting to go in to see what's going to happen next. He is a great guy, wonderful doctor, and I hope that he stays around for a long time.
Everyone there was great. The doctor was very knowledgeable and explained everything to me in a way that I understood it. The one thing is I feel like he didn't leave much room for questions. Or he would like say any questions and then just kind of keep talking. But other than that, fantastic.
Dr. Heincker is excellent. He gives me injections in my hips and knees every three months. He never bruises me. There's never any bleeding and I get relief for about two months and it starts hurting again. And he really does explain what we can do and what we should do and he gives me a lot of options and he's very low key. He doesn't want to jump in and operate the first day you show up. And I appreciate that and I appreciate his kindness and how sweet he is. He's just a good doctor. Thank you.
My appointment made the same day I called. It was and is an important matter. Staff and my doctor, Gorrell, were very professional and caring.
Communication about arrival times with all involved to reduce wait times. We waited over 6 hours to go back due to a miscommunication about start times.

Being a new patient I definitely had a lot of anxiety and quite a few questions. So it was so nice to have a visit like I did. Dr. E's nurse was very friendly and patient with me. Dr. E is a great doc for anxiety ridden patients like myself for sure. He was kind, knowledgeable and very easy to communicate with.
The only way my experience could have been any better is if I would have had a supreme pizza!! LOL

Everyone was very kind and helpful. I did have to wait quite a while to get in and then I had to wait because the scheduling nurse was away, but I understood that she has to do other things. And then the good parts was she was, the scheduling nurse was so attentive that she actually took me down to where I had to be picked up in my wheelchair and waited with me and helped me get into the Phelps County transport van. So I appreciated that. And the doctor was very nice and the nurse that took all my information was very nice. So everyone was extremely polite and helpful and kind. So thank you very much.
Brett listened intently to my issue and explained my diagnosis. Did a thorough evaluation and physical assessment. Explained in detail my possible treatment - short and long term, supporting my decision when I elected for the more conservative treatment at this time. Made sure felt empowered to return if symptoms failed to improve or worsen. Wonderful experience. Thank you for being so kind, taking the time to listen, and ensuring my experience was patient-centered. Lastly, explained in detail possible future treatments and the evidence-based studies of the effectiveness of it.
