Everything was fine.
My only complaint was my appointment was at 10:30 and I checked in at 10:21 and I was not called back until a little after 11:30 am. I was waiting with my toddler and my baby in the waiting room. It was a lot. So my only complaint is how slow I was actually went in to be seen.
Dr. Ratchford took plenty of time to talk to me and answered all of my questions.

The staff was so kind and helpful. Dr Virk saw a problem and took action immediately. I had fluid buildup and heart in distress but due to quick action I now feel so much better. If I could give him and his nurses a higher rating I would do 100%. I'm so thankful for him and his staff.
Every staff seem o be expert at their profession They brilliantly explain every aspect of treatment they intended to give me and why These they explained courteously with smiles and reassurance It was a very friendly visit I thank them for it
Everything worked out great. I told my provider up front that I had stopped taking my blood pressure medicine losartan. And it's not necessarily it's fault but mine because I should have asked about other things to try rather than a statin drug. Other than that hiccup on my part everything was great thank you
Dr Gorrell is fantastic! She may have too many patients to truly know her individual patients. But have been with her for over 20 years, and will stick with her. Staff great, all the way around.

Dr. Virk and all of the nurses and staff were patient with me and explained everything carefully. I have some memory issues and they were good to give me time to recall information I needed to answer their questions. Dr. Virk has decided I need a heart cath to address my most recent heart-related symptoms. He explained the process to me in great detail as well as his reasons for wanting to do it.

Dr Armstrong explains about the medications and treatments and gives advice that I appreciate. Instead of going to a pharmacy to get flu vaccine the doctor asked if I would like to get it at their office. Thank you for being the very best in your specialty.

Dr Armstrong is one of the best in my opinion. He listens to what I have to say and reacts to my questions with answers I can understand. I have to say that he is top notch. He's the doctor for me. And his staff are each and everyone the very best to be offered. They always have smiles on their faces when I see them. They greet you as if you're a friend and genuinely put me in a mood to want to be there instead of dreading your visit that day. And if they are close by as I depart the office they'll call me by name and wish me a good day. It's comforting to hear that. I can also add that each and every time I've had to call or send a msg thru my chart with a question the staff nurses get a reply back to me very quickly. As they say....(time is important)...mine as well as theirs and they apparently know that with the quick service I always receive. Not enough good things can be said about the entire office of Dr Armstrong. I feel fortunate to have him as my PCM.

We were very impressed with our surgeon and the personnel that assured us.
The individuals were very good for what they are. They were nurse practitioners though. They were not specialists in the field of medicine that was involved. If I were going to recommend somebody having something done in this field, I would recommend that they go someplace where they could find an experienced doctor who had done a residency, etc., etc., and was totally qualified in the field.
As usual all the staff were helpful there is nothing really to improve. Well maybe a coffee pot.

I was received ahead of my appointment time
Dr Potter and his Staff are always professional and upbeat and explains everything about the medical issues. Dr Potter is the physician for myself and my wife we have the utmost confidence in him and his Staff.
Without listening to the teasing i was referred out why i there, told me that he couldn't help me and that i needed a neuro surgery referral. Says that my issue isn't in his department. I ask what a general neurologist does, I'm sincerely interested now because it serves to reason that it has to do with nerves... never would tell me what he did. Told me to talk to his nurse, wouldn't answer my question. I'm not interested in talking to your nurse and if i don't hear from you... I'm done with phelps all together. However, the ladies in the medical records department are wonderful!

The experience was really very cohesive throughout. Everyone worked together well. I thought my work toward my surgery recovery well and everyone was very responsive and attentive to my needs. I would not change a thing in Doctor Armstrong's Office. In fact, it should be used as an example for others of how an office should conduct business. Polite,helpful, and caring from start to finish. If you want to improve something, have someone to clean the chairs in the lobby area. The chair arm rails are sticky from all the dirty, oily hands of the people that sit in those chairs waiting for a ride or whatever else they are doing. Talk about spreading sickness! And the carpet in from of the elevators is nasty and needs replacement. It is showing it's age, time to pony up for a new rug. Maybe some money could be pulled from the construction going on by the elevators to at least clean it.
I asked the doctor about my finger. He said we can't talk about it as it confuses his notes. Now the VA says I must have an X-ray then on to the doctor

The front desk staff was amazing. I love those clerks. They are the best. The doctors and medical assistants are both all wonderful. Going to that practice is always a positive experience.
How long the procedure would take? How long of a recovery period will it take to be able to go back to work?
Dr. ordered a CT scan and made it sound urgent as in needed within the next couple of days. But the scan wasn't scheduled for the next month. timing needs some work.
I have had many visits to this office as well as 2 knee replacements with no issues with staff, appointments or treatment.

The ct scan of lungs he ordered needs to be scheduled much sooner than it was ,,if not while I was there to avoid another trip. Outside of that I can't think of anything . Provider and staff was excellent.
