Every thing was good
Dr. Morrison was very thorough and informative in explaining what was going on with me with the information that he obtained from my MRI. He explained the procedures and tests that he scheduled for me to find out more information about my issues. Everyone, who I had contact with in that office on that day were superb!

This was my first time meeting Dr Gautam and I felt like when my apt was over that I actually had a DR that truly was concerned and cared bout my feelings, my overall health and that he was going to do everything possible to get me on the "list" for my transplant!! I couldn't have ask for a better DR!!!

Everything was really good. I was kind of nervous when I went in there, but everybody was so nice. Everybody, people around, on the desk, all the way up to theDr. Rowden who I'd seen, it was a pleasant experience. I wasn't so nervous. Thank you.
I was able to get in quickly when the other provider was called to the hospital and the Miss Sara was amazing . I felt more than comfortable with her and even with all my last second questions she answered all of them without making me feel like I was being too much.
Wait time after getting to exam room was ridiculous , my time is valuable too .
Staff were all very supportive, & assisted me when I could barely ambulate during two clinic visits.
All the staff I had interaction with were great. Professional, personable and dedicated. Any questions I had were answered to my satisfaction and they didn't act like I was bothering them. All I can say is keep up the great work.

Overall a really pleasant experience. Check in- This was the best check in experience I have had at Phelps Health. If you aren't using this guy to train other check in staff, you are missing a golden opportunity. Rooming- very pleasant and interested in what I had to say instead of feeling like a box being checked off. Dr. Armstrong- when they talk about being a team with your healthcare provider, this is what they mean. He let me lead the visit and addressed all my concerns with courtesy, even the ones that weren't rational to myself. Check out- very friendly and didn't feel like she was just trying to get me out the door. I sent a mychart message after my visit and it was addressed very promptly. This office has the patient experience on lock.
For our first appointment at Phelps Health pediatrics, we had a wonderful visit. Every single person we came into contact with was wonderful, and we look forward to our future visits.

Dr. Heincker is great. He explains things very well. He is a caring doctor with his patients.
Waited over an hour to see doctor , for him to be in & out in under 10 minutes. He came in thinking I had a broken arm, so I know he never even looked at my X-rays. Then asked me why I was there. After squeezing my bicep ordered steroids and left. Not impressed so far, will see doc for next appointment will see how it goes.
I was having a test so the provider didn't really need input.

It was generally great. The staff, doctors, nurses made it very easy, helped my anxiety go down, because I was honestly scared. But them just relating and talking, I generally had a good time. And it was quick, easy, asked for help anytime I needed it. And it was generally good. Honestly, I'm very happy, to be honest.
