Dr Heincker is a great doctor the only issue I have is that when I was admitted into hospital I had already informed several employees that I could not be admitted for p serration as insurance doesn't pay for meds I normally take under the observation. Well as I found out yesterday that is exactly what I was admitted for and now I owe the hospital $353.53 for meds not covered because of the "observation" admittance. It could have stated I had been admitted because of my oxygen or heart rate but not observation. Not happy about that as I informed everyone from registration to the medical team. That is the only complaint I have. Now I will be making payments till it is paid off and I wouldn't have had to pay anything if it had been done as I asked.

Ariella Martin and her staff are outstanding to deal with. Very kind and considerate of my needs. I was very appreciative that they were able to get me in on short notice. It kept me from standing in a germ infested walk-in clinic! They're the best!
Just relaxed and very comfortable with staff and surgeon Dr. VOIGHT is just awesome doc!! .he is only surgeon that will tuch me if I have my say.

Everything is just great. The only thing I can think of that might make things better, is to have a phone number that as patients can call directly to the office to talk with someone, without having to explain things to a switch-board operator who doesn't know us.

From the front office staff to both nurses that did my vitals and updated my information in the computer, they all were kind and polite.
That office ladies are so sweet a Nd helpful I just love going to the dr now.
Everything was fine.
Dr H was great as always. Bilateral knee and hip cortisone injections every 3 months keep me able to walk. Can't run or jump but I can walk. Dr H never bruises me (anticoagulant patient) or hurts me. He is kind, caring and very knowledgable about best practice care. I thank God for this young man who shows his love of medicine in his every action.
Doctor didn't talk at our level. Did give me a chance to talk before he got up and left the room. No bedside manner

Everyone was very friendly and very helpful. I have never had a doctor ask if I had been diagnosed with a disease. Yet I have so much wrong with me and have had several surgeries and I do not feel like I am old enough to have so many issues medically/physically. I was told if I can get a referral to be seen by him by my primary care doctor, he would be willing to try to help me.

Brittany is amazing. One of the best providers I've ever met. I recommend everyone I know that needs an ENT to Brittany. The entire staff in the ENT clinic are so great!
Everybody was very friendly. Everybody was, they were very busy. They had lots of screaming kids and they got them in and out really quick. They tried to help the kids. And being as busy as they were, they were on time. They did everything they could to keep the pace up. The kids were in the office just before the lunch hour. So the kids were definitely hungry and grouchy. Plus they weren't feeling good. You could tell the kids were sick. So they, in a difficult situation, they handled themselves extremely well. Made for a very good experience being in the office.

Everyone deserves a10 because they are a10. Kind, caring, and thorough, from beginning til the end. My care has just begun here at Phelps medical center after a night mare with Mercy hospital in Springfield MO. I'm in a lot of pain. I don't know if I can be fixed, but my prayers are through Phelps I can find management and live a some what better life. Thank you

dealing person to person with all staff at PCH IS ALWAYS GREAT. It's the trouble a person has to go through to contact or make an appointment going through the call center giving ones life history to any and all operators or AI

Dr. Candace, I forgot her last name, but she probably in the first doctor in several years that actually acted like she cared and also would commit to either saying this is good or bad. Most doctors won't even tell you what's good or bad. So I was very happy.

Dr Ratchford was very helpful, compassionate, and understanding. He put me at ease and made my first visit very comfortable. I feel I can trust him to have my best interests at heart but also to respect my choices.
Dr. Johnson is outstanding in his care and surgeries. He has done surgeries on both the Left and Right foot. I can now walk pain free. His nurse is very kind and she treats his patients with respect and concern for our pain.
From check-in to the end of my test, everyone was very, very gracious, very accommodating, and did everything they possibly could to make me comfortable. An excellent professional courtesy.

Everyone was respectful. My experience may have been improved by not having to wait so long for the lab to respond. Then having to have more samples taken was a little much. Physician was courteous and showed me exactly what he was doing via ultrasound.

Sara was absolutely amazing with my son. We had questions that we needed answered and she answered them. She was interacting with my son and holding him, and making him laugh. We appreciate her taking the time and making sure we understood what she was telling us. It was refreshing having a provider who seemed like they cared about my son genuinely, took family history into account, and making sure we left without any concerns. We appreciate Sara and the work she does, it does not go unnoticed!
