The receptionist didn't even look at me. I'd appreciate a little interaction with her.
I'm not impressed by a physician who attends a client while listening to a staff meeting on the phone in his lab coat pocket and madly chewing gum at the same time. Not the picture of professional demeanor. A doctor can be friendly and welcoming without appearing tacky.
They did a very good job.
The nurse was great getting me prepped for the EKG. Dr Virk was thorough and easily explained things. He recommended a BP medication to be taken daily rather than when my BP was high.
Very good experience. Phelps was very busy at 10am and I was in and out in 30 minutes. Top notch

Dr. VIRK IS ALWAYS PREPARED for our visits. He has a consensed history review, so knows our helth before asking questions. He does a great job listening to us and any conerns we have. Also he is open to consulting with our other providers, even outside his network.

Dr. Harden was great through my pregnancy, delivery and after. I always appreciated his calm and reassuring bedside manner, and felt he was someone I could trust. His nurses are always so kind and helpful, quick to respond to messages!

Steve was so helpful. He took his time and explained everything in a way we could understand. We have been disappointed in doctor's responses in this clinic. Test results have take a month or more to get results. Yes, we could see them on MyChart but an abnormal result should have been addressed sooner. Again, this does not reflect on Steve. He was professional and thorough..

Good information. Explained in terms I could understand. Treated with respect. The only improvement I would like to see with Phelps Health is to be able to get test like Echos done sooner when doctors put in requests for the test.
Ariella has been so patient and willing to listen to me every time I come in. I've never been comfortable talking to a provider about some of my concerns and she has been so easy to talk to. I appreciate it so much!

As usual, the staff and the care provider were extremely knowledgeable and professional.
First , take me to court over the bill. I am on ss I pay as often and as much as I can. When you take me to court you can tell the judge why you charged me $1000. For medication. I have $75 amonth for you ND groceries. I am not eligible for anything. So if I want to eat $45 is all I can give you amonth. You get atleast$45 if I have more I will give it to you.And you can tell all my doctors why I won't come to see them. I have tried but you don't care. So if that isn't enough you can tell that to the judge. I sure as he'll can't afford a lawyer to protect me. I HAVE PAID IT FOWN TO THIS FROM $1000. Don't worry I won't use any of your services.

Long wait for CT Scan and I understand it, those results sent me via ambulance to MERCY in Springfield at 11 PM.

The whole staff is very polite and very helpful. The only thing is time management. I was there an hour ahead because I have to find parking close by and I have a walker. So time management is the only thing. I think I waited a good 45 minutes to get in and then had to wait another at least half an hour for Dr. E to get in there. So I know he's busy and I know he has to do a lot of surgeries, but it would be nice if they could get the, you know, get in there and see the patients with appointments in a little more timely manner is the only thing. I'm not a good waiter and I get kind of anxious. So other than that, he's wonderful and the staff is wonderful. The nurses are wonderful. Dr. E is great. So other than that, it's great. But again, the time management could be better. Okay. Thank you so much.
Billing codes still tend to be an issue. The code wasn't written correctly on the blood test order or at least there was some confusion. I so don't trust billing.
It is always a pleasure to discuss issues with Dr. Sobarano! He is always the true professional!

Dr Moshirzadeh is wonderful. I really feel like he can help me.
Dr. Gorrell always does a great job listening to me and she always knows my medical history and the medicines I'm taking. She looks at all angles and listens to me and tries to find the best solutions for any issues I'm facing. I feel that Dr. Gorrell is an excellent doctor.

Dr Potter significantly improved the quality of my life with both of my knee replacements. His staff was always courteous & knowledgeable. A very pleasant experience overall.
The staff was absolutely awesome. I have never had even surgical staff so nice and caring. Assured me before I was put out that they would take care of me and there was nothing to worry about. Absolutely great experience
Dr. Morrison is an excellent provider and Phelps Health could use more like him. I did have a bad experience regarding contacting the cardiology clinic following my appointment but I have been informed that is being addressed.
The office staff, attending nurse and orthopedic doctor listened to me and repeated what I said for clarification.
Dr Voight and team are excellent. Dr Voight is my choice of surgeons over St Louis or Columbia. He was a young surgeon when I worked surgery-orthopedic floor as an RN. there was never a time I questioned his skill or dedication, and that continues even more today. His knowledge and skills are excellent. He has always impressed me with his true caring nature for his patients, always seeking the best care to improve his patients lives. He is the only physician I would ever allow to care for me as he looks at the patient whole person and all of of the comorbidities before proceeding with a plan of care. This man was born to practice medicine as a surgeon. He is such an asset to Phelps Health I thank God for having him to care for me.

We waited for over an hour in the exam room and no one came in to tell us it would be a while and that the doctor had to go to a meeting.

We're very lucky to have Phelps Health around here. It's a clean facility. You can get just about anything you need done there. The only problem is the parking. You need to do something about the parking. If you're handicapped, you walk with a walker, and you've got to park a long ways off, it's not good. Thank you.

The care I received was very good. However I would like to say something about the seat cushions in the waiting room. They're all worn and scuffed in the very front and it looks bad. I overheard 2 other people in the waiting room make comments about them being worn.
Steve and the rest of the staff was very accommodating, very easy to talk to. I felt very comfortable going to him for my heart evaluation.
