When I arrived I had gotten my time wrong and I arrived later than my appointment. Everyone was so accommodating in trying to help me out and I was able to get in to see the doctor very quickly. I really appreciated all the help.

Ratchford office was great however I couldn't get the tests done he needed in order to stick with his timeline and I feel like the doctors should relay the information to other providers or test offices because they don't care what you say the doctor needs, we are just patience but maybe if the doctor was the one relaying the message you could work in what needs to be accomplished. Feeling overwhelmed by it all.
This doctor is the example of what all healthcare providers should strive for. For several years I suffered from itchy ears and was prescribed ear drops which failed to stop my itching. This doctor reviewed my long history of my symptoms and the medicine I was prescribed by others. She asked me several questions and then completely changed my medication. After only a few applications of my new medication my problem stopped. For the first time in years no more itchy ears. She is truly what health care should look like.
You all always treat my nice and always polite. Every time I come just keep doing what you all ways do for your patients

Dr. Soberano and his staff are all great. They listen, they treat you wonderful, and I can't tell you anything or any bad experience I've ever had there with them.
Everyone I had interaction with was extremely courteous and kind. The doctor was very thorough while discussing my condition and concerns, as well as being kind and compassionate. The provider was very easy to communicate with, and answered all my questions. I am extremely satisfied with the level of care I have received so far, and look forward to continuing my care with the provider and the staff

Karen Ulrich is one of the most caring providers I've ever been to and she makes you feel very comfortable. The front desk wasn't super friendly. They could be a little bit more friendlier.

Dr. Potter always advises me of options and what he thinks is the best option, but gives me the choice. He knows I am prior medical and doesn't feel like he has to "dumb" it down for me. We always recommend him to everyone.

This was my first experience at this hospital. Everyone was friendly and patient. I was especially aware of the patience. I have rare diagnosis, the doctor and staff gave me encouragement and did not just try to throw another pill at me. I was super pleased with his medical student. She took my history and even helped us find the records the doctor needed.

Dr Ratchford was one of the few doctors that had listened to me and made me feel heard. It is especially hard during this time in my life in menopause when my body has went crazy, but he made me feel sane and like he was going to fix it no matter how long it took. Thank you!!

Prompt scheduling and rescheduling following a doctor emergency cancellation. Doctor was knowledgeable of the presenting problem and offered clear information and treatment options.
Couldn't do any better
My wife had an appointment and happened to mention that I had an appointment at a later date. The doctor squeezed me in so as to save a later trip since we were there already. That was much appreciated. Thank you. My only complaint and it has nothing to do with this doctor is it takes so very long to get appointments. My wife has some issues that need attention but appointments are sometimes 8 or 10 weeks out. This is pretty much across the Phelps system.
Dr Pearson was wonderful! He listened to my symptoms, asked questions, and made me feel comfortable. He gave me treatment options in a caring manner. I will definitely come back to see him for my condition moving forward. 5 stars.
