The receptionist lady really didn't want to be there that day very dry personality

Public Health has always been so kind. They answer every question I've ever had, always get me in in a timely manner. I love that they play with my child and make him feel comfortable every time we come in. And Sara goes beyond her means to make him have a good experience. When we're having a bad day, she picked him up and rocked him as she's done her assessments of him. The nurses have always been just kind and funny, and we just really enjoyed our time at Phillips Health.

Nurses very professional, treated me with courtesy, kept the appointment moving along after needing to go get X-rays. Dr Pearson very professional and courteous and explained treatment. Very well run office including after the appointment getting my surgery date arranged and explained all follow up steps needed.

I was seen in a timely manner and all of the staff treated me with respect. Dr Armstrong takes his time and answers questions while asking the the right questions. Really impressed that I do not have to wait very long to be seen by the staff and the doctor.

Neither Nurse or Dr asked me how I was feeling or if anything going on. Nurse asked her basic questions. Dr came in and said what we need to do. I expressed concerns not how are you what's going on ets. Just jumped in to plan of treatment.

Parking is a problem at the medical office bldg. had to wait more than an hour to see my doctor. My oxygen was running out. I wasn't a happy camper.

PA Clayton was very thorough. Listened to my concerns, problem. Then explained what the problem was, agreed cortisone injection was warranted. He did the injection and made sure I had the least discomfort as possible. Highly recommend him.

literally the best doctor I've seen in my entire 45 years on this planet. He got everything done I asked and needed done that five other doctors were not able to do in three weeks. Amazing.

It wasn't clear to me as to the source of the condition.
The entire staff, and especially the doctor, were very friendly, nice, and compassionate people. Dr. Soberano definitely takes his time and tries to explain everything thoroughly, and you can tell he genuinely cares about his patients.
Pacer person didn't know what she was doing. I sat for 45 minutes waiting to go home. The paperwork was not there. I left them they called to schedule my appointment 15 minutes after I left. I live a hour and 15 minutes away. I called and tried to schedule an appointment. I now have to wait 7 months because I was not called back. Remember you aren't the only Cardiologist around.
I did complain about . No one calling me to make an appt for my first bone density shot so I won't be taking it. Please find me a good comparitive pill to take . Not every day ????? She called to get me some help and no one called. But then again . My phone has. A lot of suspected phone calls I deleted right away big it don't say Hospital calling or Drs office ????

Dr. Soberano was a pleasure. He took time to listen to us. He took time for us to like really talk to him and he listened empathetically. He made us feel comfortable and cared about like if we'd known him for years.
I like Dr Gautam. He listens and explains things very well. He always compliment me for staying knowledgeable about my health. His nurse is very sweet and friendly and easy to communicate with. His staff is friendly and accommodating. There was a mix up with my appointment and they were very helpful in fixing it. I don't know where the mix up came about, but I was very thankful that they worked out the schedule to accommodate me.

Dr Youlo was wonderful, excellent bedside manner. He made me feel very comfortable and listened to what I had to say. He explained my problem to me in detail which I appreciated. He gave me a steroid injection in the joint and I was very anxious about it, but he explained step by step what I would feel and put me at ease. It actually wasn't as bad as I was expecting. By the way, he's definitely not pushing surgery and that was an A+ for me. I would highly recommend him to any one needing his orthopedic expertise. Thank you Dr Youlo.

The doctor and nurse were terrific. The checkout person acted like it was an imposition to make me a 6 mo follow up appointment. He was carrying on a personal conversation with his co worker during the time I was waiting for the appointment information.
