Taking time to talk and explain everything.
Rachelle always talks to me and gives me feedback and I just love the staff there and I love her and just greatly appreciate the attention that I get when I'm there.

Dr. Armstrong listened carefully and addressed every concern I had. He discussed his plan for my test to find what could be causing my symptoms. He asked if I had any other questions and ensured that I understood the treatment plan.

I guess somehow, with all the change in me not being able to take care of my mother, due to 3 surgeries and my sister from having back spasms, we had to put our mother in assisted living and guess somehow we missed aug. Appointment, and Dr. Asked what happen and we have no clue, we just missed it an he didn't get mad.

Appointment was professional and brief. Two months after the PCM requested referral, tests were ordered. Perhaps insufficient information on the referral but it seemed the scheduling could/should have been started earlier. No printed, emailed, or texted verification of appointments.
Doctor works to fast didn't even examine me was in the room maybe 5 minutes.
The receptionist was awesome, Steve Ballard was awesome, and his nurse is awesome. They treated me with respect, kindness, and they did a very good job.

Nurses were excellent, never had to call them once because they were always making sure I was doing well. Special thanks to Dr. Andrea Phinney. She did a great job on my foot surgery.

Dr. Heincker's office has always been great.
Dr. Kriete cared diligently for me at a time when I didn't necessarily care for myself and I am grateful for his care.
I would have preferred to have been asked to provide a urine sample in the beginning rather than after the procedure

Information on my paperwork that I pulled up after I got home from the visit is not accurate. I would like to get it corrected. Please let me know how I can do this. He indicated that I just quit my physical therapy. Number one, Medicare would not pay any more for last year. That is why it stopped, not because I quit. The second thing is He indicated also that I should be using bands and things of that nature, and none of that was gone over with me. So I'm not sure how I'm supposed to have known to do that myself. Please return my call so I can get this corrected on my record. Thank you.
Whole experience was very professional
I waited over 45 minutes because the doctor was running late. Yes they let me know, but that is still ridiculous.
Dr. Youlo listened to my comments and questions and explained things well.
Steve knows that it is not what you do, but how you do it, that makes one a great provider. This is a rare gift. Thank goodness he is so approachable. He's the best.

Dr Heincker listened to me and explained everything in a way I could understand. I feel he had my best interest at heart. He seemed to really care and want to help. AND HE DID HELP ME!!!! I had been in miserable pain and couldn't hardly walk. He knew i needed my injections even though another provider had hurt me giving me my injections and I really didn't want to hurt again. Dr Heincker assured me it would be OK and it was. I'm so thankful for Dr Heincker. He is an awesome provider and he is great to have at phelps health.

I should note that the only reason I rated Dr E a 9 instead of 10 is that this was my first experience with him and this practice. I think it's likely my score will go higher, but time will tell. My highest concern is being listened to and staff being human with me and EVERYONE fulfilled that.

Donald Roshan is one of those really brilliant practitioners who is still able to explain things in a way that anyone can understand. I really appreciated that. I appreciated his patience in answering questions. I just think he has that rare combination of extreme skill and good bedside manner as well. I just feel very confident with him and safe with him. And you can't put a price on that.

Well the receptionist bluntly ignored me for about 30 minutes before she bothered to acknowledge me. But other than that it was a very good visit

Brittany is very detailed and thorough in her discussions and treatments. It is easy to respect her given her knowledge and professionalism. It leads people to having confidence in the medical system and knowing that someone actually cares about your individual health as Brittany does. By her actions and the way she carries herself I feel she is not only a good person but truly good at what she does.

give more time to the doctors with their patients, 10 minutes just isnt long enough to spend with the doctor and to tell them whats new going on with you.
Absolutely love Dr Heincker. It's a really nice doctor. He does listen. He seems a little bit overworked, but I sure do like him.
