Every person at Phelps is great - it doesn't matter if you are a patient or someone with a patient, EVERYONE treats everybody like an individual and it makes having medical issues just a little bit easier - I love Phelps.
Dr. Gorrell is an amazing doctor. She always listens and tries to find the cause of the problem all the way to the end. I greatly appreciate her services.

Dr. Leon was running behind for the day but still took plenty of time going over all my results and scans. He even made time to do a cystoscopy on me due to concerns for a bladder tumor. All his staff was amazing! So grateful for them!
Dr Phinney and her staff were awesome! She has wonderful bedside manner, explained directly to my son. Really took the time to educate and genuinely seemed to care.
The facility was clean and comfortable. The employees were very professional and courteous. The nurse was probably the best I ever encountered. The doctor was great BUT spoke very rapidly and I had to ask him to repreat Things. I then had to go to the checkout desk and ask what the doctor wanted me to do moving forward because I didn't want to continue to ask him what he was saying. But, he is still great and very knowledgeable (go figure, he is a doctor) ??

I'd have to write a book!! I was in the hospital somewhere in the total of 72 days!! There were a few nurses and aig that were caring and positive. I don't like writing reviews like this! I usually only write positive reviews or nothing negative and chalk it up as an unfortunate mistake. Yout rooms are very small i do understand what your dealing with!! Slim pickings in finding good help! The rehab i was sent is having the same issues!! I don't have any idea how to correct issue! Again I'm sorry I cant be more positive!!
Office personnel where professional and very polite. Intuitive office layout made my visit easy and smooth, excellent doctor and knowledgeable staff.

The physician was dismissive, condescending, and seemed annoyed to be there and very annoyed with any questions. At the end of the appointment, she just walked out of the room without even saying a word. I wasn't even sure if the appointment was over or not. I have felt this way increasingly with each visit and this was the visit that I decided to leave a review on because of this and we will probably not be coming back to this provider. I have gone out of my way to be extremely nice and polite each time and was hopeful that each time it would be different and it never has been. I have been a nurse for 16 years (which I've made sure not to mention at all) so I have had plenty of experience around different types of physicians.

Dr. Leon and his staff are very unique in the fact that they treat you like they have known you for years and you matter to them. Hopefully I don't need to go back to Dr. Leon but if I need help I know he is the one I want taking care of me.

The provider did not inquire if it was alright to have the student present; he did not introduce the student; I felt as though I was on a fast train track. No inquiry re: my meds. A cursory look at my blood pressure recordings. Only interest appeared to be scheduling a stress test. Very am sure provider is excellent at procedures yet very disappointed re: the office visit.

Front desk could use some schooling on how to greet and treat people. Lady that we talked to acted as though she really didn't want to check me in. Maybe a little preoccupied.

I have recently spent a lot of time at the hospital and at doctor appointments , and Mr Ballard explained everything to us better than anyone. He knew my case/situation better than I did. My wife and I left there feeling more at ease than we had in a couple of weeks.

Appointment time was 0930, I checked in at 0915. I was called in to see doctor at 1040 Over an hour waiting is unacceptable
Everything went really good. I was treated very good.
The nursery room was amazing, but the nurse who came in for the chaperone, didn't say a word and kind of just glared. The whole time did not make me feel very welcome.

Everything was explained well. I was given water to take ibuprofen before procedure. Procedure was quick and almost painless. Much better than getting it in the first time. Afterward I felt good. Very good experience. Also talked about estrogen and when I might need that.
Receptionist seemed to want to visit with a client exiting their appointment. Looked at me a couple of times but did not acknowledge me. Just kept visiting about something other than medical.

Brittany listened very attentively to my issues and applied her knowledge and expertise to solving them. She explained things in a way that I could understand and provided me with a care plan for the future. I'm very impressed with Brittany. She is a very valuable asset to the clinic.
Dr. Armstrong spends the amount of time you need. Doesn't just rush you through and out the door. He truly listens.
I had to wait for 30 minutes which I feel is too long and I was the first appointment of the day

Dr. Armstrong is a professional who is very cooperative. He is always open to the patient's opinion and suggestions. He works from a perspective of integrity, strength and flexibility relative to the patient's concerns... even if he doubts the medical wisdom of those perhaps emotionally based, concerns.
Very professional but when sent to have blood work at the other location did not fill welcome by the reception felt un welcome, bet nurse drawing blood was very professional and made me felt welcome
