I don't think you can improve my experience. I have no complaints about the staff they are all great
I was told to arrive 15 minutes early, then my doctor was 45 minutes late. I had been there an hour before I was seen for 7 minutes.
Barbie is the most understanding doctor we have known. She is honest and straightforward, answering all questions we may have. She is very caring and truly loves her patients. There has never been one better than she.

Overall good visit, no issues
I could not ask for better medical care and personalized service. The only issue was that my prescriptions were sent to the wrong pharmacy (one I had previously used) but that was easily and quickly rectified. My record has been updated so this will not happen in the future! I very much appreciate Barbara Fulton and her staff! In my estimation, she is the best!

Barbie is the best health care provider I could ever want. She is kind, caring and explains things well. She never minds how many questions you ask and makes sure that you understand everything before you leave.
Nice calm reassuring environment waiting was low . You could feel the warmth, compassion and caring concern from all in office. dr.Johnson is nice and reassuring of procedures. I will continue to be his patient as long as I can.
I was there for a wellness check. Nobody listened to my heart or anything. Didn't take blood. Didn't do a cholesterol check. So I was very unfounded and disappointed that nothing happened. But I guess I'm in great shape.

Y'all did EVERYTHING well! From walking in the front door to walking out, I have never had a bad experience going to see my doctor. The people at the front desk are always pleasant, and answer weird 'office' questions when I have them. The nurses/pre-seeing-my-doctor people are personable - I'm a very verbal person with an unconventional sense of humor and I NEVER feel like I need to conceal who I am when I'm with them (absolutely nothing vulgar or disrespectful, I'm just 'real'). My doctor is absolutely nothing short of out-of-this-world AMAZING!!! I can message her in an emergency and tell her anything, and she listens to me, and NEVER makes me feel like I'm taking up her time. Whenever I know of someone looking for a doctor I always recommend Phelps Salem - I ABSOLUTELY LOVE my doctor and everyone in the Phelps Salem office!!

I am always treated with respect and kindness. I am extremely satisfied with Dr. Hurley and his staff. The staff are always quick to check me in and get me back to a room. The nurse who takes my vitals and asks why I'm there is always very nice and helpful. Dr. Hurley is very attentive and listens to everything I have to say and does his very best to treat any problem I have. This is why I travel for an hour and 20 minutes to see Dr. Hurley. The best doctor I have ever had and I have seen a few in my long lifetime.
