Dr O'Malley is wonderful. She understands what I'm going through. It takes some time to get in to see her, but it's worth the wait. I get on the cancelation list right away and that helps with the wait.
Customer service is excellent. Everyone, from the front desk to the nurses to the PAs to the doctors, treats you with respect and dignity.

To my knowledge I'd never met the provider I saw and she didn't even introduce herself. Just came in asking about my symptoms. Was able to get in same day which is greatly appreciated.

Ever since the hospital took over, I cannot seem to get in for my blood work before my wellness check where they have to know if my medicines are working or not, which they can't know until they do the blood work. It is very frustrating that I can't do it like I've been doing it for the last 20 some odd years. All of a sudden now, I can't get in for the blood work first. So that the doctor has it when I get it for my appointment. It's very, very frustrating.
Dr. J. O'Malley treats me like a person with problems not just a problem. She is very engaged, listens carefully & makes recommendations & is sure you are on board with them before ordering anything. She is very approachable, not intimidating. I look forward to my office visits with her, I don't dread them. I know she deals with multitudes of patients, but yet I view her as a friend.

I appreciate the promptness to get in on time. The wait was less than ten minutes for the doctor once I was in the exam room. Dr. O'Malley was attentive and asked several questions. We discussed various treatment for my shoulder pain and sleeplessness. I am finally sleeping and my pain is manageable while I wait for the MRI. I will continue to see the doctors at the St. James clinic due to their professionalism, expertise, and compassion.

All in all from the staff that meet you to the nurses that take you back into the doctor it was a very very good doctor's visit I got questions answered I got to talk and ask even more questions and everything was great

It's hard for me to make much of a judgment because this was just a wellness visit and my first appointment with this provider. I didn't have any specific problems so I don't have a lot to go by. I thought my provider listened to me and did what I needed.
I have always received great treatment there. My many different complaints has always been treated without misgivings. My many questions about why my previous of Fibromyalgia didn't cover all my symptoms to being also diagnosed with MS. My questions on my kidneys led to the diagnosis of Hodgkin's lymphoma, received treatments almost immediately for that.
The St James clinic is one of the most professional provider clinics I've been seen at. Megan McBride is hands down an amazing provider. Truly listens to you and treats you as a person. She was very professional and I think it was one of the smoothest doctor's visits I've ever had. I'm over joyed to have these providers as my caregivers and will recommend them to everyone I know with the confidence that they will be treated in the best way with the upmost respect.

Only my 2nnd visit as a new patient I think once they get to know me and my various health issues by test and my records things will go more smoothly. Alot of my health conditions are missing or mixed up. It will smooth out.

I have asked certain questions and they have listened and checked my request out... was diagnosed with Hodgkins lymphoma stage 4. Got the chemo and won, in less than a year. She listens to the patient. Weighs the concern and checks it out. I'm VERY HAPPY and SATISFIED with my care and treatment here!

everyone I have contact with at every appointment is happy and upbeat - they seem to enjoy their jobs and like being there Dr O'Malley is very thorough and actually listens to what I say and answers questions and discusses WITH me the different treatment options giving both pros and cons of the choices I take the extra time to make the drive to St James just for her and her staff because they are all so great and I get the highest level of treatment from everyone from the time I step foot in the door - I could (and have) see a doctor closer to home but none of them can compare and their staff is usually not very friendly - Dr O'Malley and staff make taking the extra time worth it I definitely tell people about my positive experiences and off the office number to anyone that asks
When I arrived the receptionist was prompt getting me checked in and within a few minutes I was in a room with the nurse. The Dr. and PA listened to my symptoms and gave me some options on how to treat the issue.
