Did everything just right
Everyone was great. It would have been nice if the surgery scheduler was available at the time of my appointment to schedule my surgery. Waiting for someone to call me causes anxiety. It has been a couple days and nothing yet.
Questions were answered very respectfully.
My only feedback is that I wish the doctor introduced her medical assistant without me making a comment about it, I didn't know who else was going to be seeing me naked. Felt a little nervous.
Dr. Johnson is a very nice doctor, very friendly.
The doctor listened to my concerns and pulled up over-the-counter DME on the Internet to help treat my feet
I believe Dr. Youlo is s good surgeon. I think that there is and was some communication differences that made it hard to talk with him. Not sure what the answer is other than maybe he needs to take a little more time with his patients to help with communication.
Dr Kriete was able to fit us into his busy day so we didn't have to travel back to St. Louis. He is the best!
Could of had more crayons in the waiting room.
Wait time was a little long. I did like that both my daughter and I were seen together.
Ms. Allen is great at explaining what treatments that are available and how as a team we can focus on our health. Our family Loves seeing her.
As has been my experience with all your staff at every specialty I've visited they were friendly well informed and easy to understand these people fit right in with your other specialist and the staffs in those offices perfectly I could not ask for better care. Nurse Brittany was a delight to work with. She listened attentively, was kind and sympathetic. She agreed with my dr's recommendation to adjust treatment, and acquired pre approval the same day. I would recommend her to anyone in need of asthma assistance.

I would have liked to have my provider the whole time instead of a nurse practitioner.
Front desk check in was a bit confusing and not alot of assistance with explaining current charge. Asked for payment but couldn't explain what it was for. Told me to contact financial office with no offer of assistance or providing their contact number. Other than that visit went very well.
I think you were wonderful. I would have liked to know a little bit more information before I came in to what to be prepared for.

Dr Leon nurse is awesome. We talked about my history got my med list updated an she made me feel comfortable an nothing be worried or ashamed of. She was his right hand an explained everything to me w print out when done. Dr Leon is so nice I was nervous, but it was not that bad, an he just made me feel at ease an got it all over w. I feel like I learned so much. Ive already told my 2 of my friends who had no idea there were these treatment options available. One is them is on medication for the same issue. I'm excited to get my procedure which is only little over a month away. Highly glad I made the appointment wish had done sooner.
I've been really pleased with HELPS. Every time I go there, everyone's very courteous and helpful, and I'm really glad that we have such a great facility in Rolla.

I had a breast biopsy scheduled and was needing a vulvar biopsy as well. The breast team worked quickly and thoroughly so I could have the vulvar biopsy (a last minute addition to my day) at the time the gynecologist was available.

The front desk always has someone new every time I go to the clinic, you don't get a chance to get acquainted with anyone. The person at the desk needs to speak up I can never hear what they say without asking to repeat. As far as my provider and the nursing staff I could not be happier with. They are wonderful.
Dr. Crawshaw and his team are great. I cant think of anything that would make it better that they could control or do.
