Dr. Kriete made an uncomfortable surgery and follow-up office visits manageable with professionalism and care. The only thing I would have liked is more detailed information on what to expect after the surgery.

Why is the check in desk different every time you go in? You can never get to know anyone because the next time it is someone different. Much improvment needed in that area. I love my provider and his nurse, they are wonderful. The best I have ever seen at this location most leave a little to be desired.
The nurse for Mr Crawshaw is amazing she's always so nice and she remembers me. That means a lot. Mr. Crawshaw is such a good listener he takes the time to really figure out what is going on. I really like how if he is unsure of something he will look it up. I truly feel listened to and I feel like my health is in good hands.

This was the first time seeing Dr. Youlo. I felt very comfortable with talking to him. He answered all my questions and put my mind at ease concerning my problem. I would recommend him to anyone who wants a straightforward answer .

The doctor and all the staff were very friendly and the room was clean. He quickly addressed the issue and instantly treated the problem. Great experience.
He took his time explained and was very concerned about my health n what's happening to me n what needs to happen n what I need. So much more manners than what you receive these days everyone rushes in out n sometimes don't even really do anything.
It seemed the office was running far behind for our appointment- our appointment was at 1pm. We arrived at 12:45 as requested by Phelps and then we didn't see the doctor until 1:45pm. These long delays makes it hard to navigate feeding and nap time with little ones.
Ms. Angie has been the best pediatric provider my kids have had in 12 years. We absolutely love her and appreciate all that she does. She makes each of my 6 kids feel like they are the most important person on this earth. They ASK to go to the doctor now. Thank you Ms. Angie!!

I have never experienced a provider who is more caring than Angie Watkins. She listens and respects any decisions we make regarding our newborn daughter. I feel completely supported and respected by her. She not only cares for my newborn, but makes me feel cared for as well. I wish all providers could have her level of kindness and compassion.

Appointment was on time as stated everyone treats you with respect and show care for the patient. I like that the doctor broke it down into terms I could understand.
On my way to the appointment I was held up by a traffic accident. The office staff was very understanding and worked with me to be able to still be seen that day. It was my first appointment with the provider. He was well prepared- having looked over my previous records and history. I appreciated he new my status and previous tests well before the appointment, rather than reviewing them during the appointment.

I really liked and appreciated that my health care provider listened to all of my concerns and all of my thoughts about myself and my own health and took every bit of that into consideration and just fully listened to everything I had to say and didn't do the stereotypical interrupting or brushing off anything that you are saying about yourself. And I did appreciate that a lot.

He did not explain it, thanks to me. He just saw a little bit of my arm, not very much of it, right at the bottom of it. And I had opened my slouch up and buttoned it so that he could see it. And he said, yes, you know, that he would. And but he never even looked. I thought he was coming back in the room. He was only in there just a few minutes. And I mean, a few minutes, like five minutes. So no, I was not satisfied.
Everyone was very courteous, even from making the first appointment. It was our first time going there. Everyone was very helpful and very knowledgeable and it was made an experience that was nice to go to the doctors.

I was able to get in quickly when the other provider was called to the hospital and the Miss Sara was amazing . I felt more than comfortable with her and even with all my last second questions she answered all of them without making me feel like I was being too much.
Staff were all very supportive, & assisted me when I could barely ambulate during two clinic visits.

Dr Johnson is one of the best doctors that I have gone to. My husband are both his patients. We really like him.
I greatly appreciated the referral I was given! Unfortunately what was suggested was something I'd already tried in a way and I had a long list of things I'd tried. But I believe the referral may be the answer needed and I was happy to have that noticed!
Waited over an hour to see doctor , for him to be in & out in under 10 minutes. He came in thinking I had a broken arm, so I know he never even looked at my X-rays. Then asked me why I was there. After squeezing my bicep ordered steroids and left. Not impressed so far, will see doc for next appointment will see how it goes.
Got quick appt. Gave referals. Made pertinent suggestions for daily life. I was genuinely pleased with this appointment.
