I greatly appreciated the referral I was given! Unfortunately what was suggested was something I'd already tried in a way and I had a long list of things I'd tried. But I believe the referral may be the answer needed and I was happy to have that noticed!
Waited over an hour to see doctor , for him to be in & out in under 10 minutes. He came in thinking I had a broken arm, so I know he never even looked at my X-rays. Then asked me why I was there. After squeezing my bicep ordered steroids and left. Not impressed so far, will see doc for next appointment will see how it goes.
Got quick appt. Gave referals. Made pertinent suggestions for daily life. I was genuinely pleased with this appointment.

Dr Youlo Orthopedic Doctor did not listen to us. He referred my husband to a personal trainer instead of physical therapy like the VA wanted him to. We are not asking for knee surgery unless that is what my husband needs. We will not be back to see him.
Nurse and doctor were both so friendly and b helpful.
Dr listened to my and went above to make sure I got everything I needed.
Angie is so great with kids especially my teen. She listened well and encouraged her in her health and even her direction in a career. My girl left feeling more confident! I am very thankful for Angie.

The most thorough visit ever. I was read from my head to feet from the inside out. Immediate action was taken for my ears. Professionalism, customer service and technical expertise were stellar.
Everyone we spoke to was kind and knowledgeable. However, I had to wait quite a while to have my neck stitches, which were itching a lot, removed. I understood the reason but another NP could have done it.

I feel like Dr. Bourne is well informed on my medical issues and speaks with me in what I call " plain language" to make sure that I understand the care she is suggesting.

It was a pleasure to meet DR. Abebe. he introduced himself as soon as he walked in as well as his student shadow. He asked me about myself. We went over my previous test results. He explained everything that was going on with me and how we're going to take care of it now and in the future. I felt he was a very warm, welcoming, and a kind doctor with a fabulous personality. I was at immediate ease. I think we clicked. That's very important to me. I will continue to see him in the future. In that short amount of time, I immediately trusted him and love his confidence. Nathan truly is a diamond. He is compassionate and caring. He not only treats me like a human but understands my personal needs. I have recommended Nathan to multiple friends and patients of my own- I have a very demanding schedule and Nathan has always been accommodating to time constraints and needs. The nurses are fantastic too! They likely don't get enough praise but they are great! They are always ahead of the game when it comes to prior authorizations and taking care of consults. I would be lost if I didn't have my Phelps Health family! Give them all raises!

Yes, I'm always impressed with the way Dr. Youlo treated. He was able to give me steroid shots that helped relieve my pain immediately, and he knows exactly how to do that, in and out quickly, which is great, too. Thank you.
Couldn't ask for a better service
I was treated really well at the clinic they have a very good group that works over there for the ENT and Miss Waterworth help me out very well.
I could have told, needed to tell patients that they were running, or doctor was running behind but they didn't. We waited two hours.

Everyone was wonderful.
Not enough handicapped parking. Rode around parking lot for 10 min and still was not able to find a handicapped parking space. Had to park far away. I need two knee replacements and use a walker to keep from falling. The long walk to the entrance caused alot of pain from both knees. Not happy
Absolutely love doctor Nathan. He is very attentive and actually listens to what I say about my own health care.

Your staff at the front desk are not friendly in the least
The visit with care provider was amazing as always. The girls at the front desk were to busy talking to each other and on their phones that I was sent to a window around the corner that had no person sitting at it. Found this very unprofessional.

I had a positive experience. Candace listened and had great communication skills. She provided a treatment plan and explained what to expect. I was taken at my scheduled appointment time and was provided adequate time to visit with my health care provider. Again, a positive experience.

All aspects of the service were great.
We saw Sara for my son. He had a hard time with keeping a doctor. We were following one doctor around from place to place and I guess she quit again. I'm not sure what happened, but we found this Sara. We found Sara through word of mouth somewhere. Somebody told me I should try her. We went there and she was amazing. When we left, my son said, I hope she was being for real because she made me feel better. That's awesome. That is amazing. I just appreciated that. That's it. She was really sweet and helpful and I appreciated it. I was having a rough time. Thank you.
