I feel Abigail Blanc, the care provider provided excellent service and mannerisms, she was a very astute professional, looking forward to have her working with me.
The doctor was running late. I waited close to 45 minutes before the doctor came in. The doctor took time to talk with me and I did not feel rushed. I appreciated the time but was aware he had other patients waiting.
I have had great experiences every time I've been in office.
Staff members are always friendly and patient when helping and getting office visit completed. I wasn't feeling well at all following up from having flu days prior and dr Myers was able to fit me in to see me same day I messaged regarding symptoms that worsen.
Dr. Fryer took the time to listen to my history she spent at least 30 min. She is such a joy to talk to and truly listened.
Everyone was very professional DR Coble listened to all my concerns. We reviewed my blood work from previous visits. They put me at rest. We have a plan on current issues and I will see him again in six weeks.
Being a new patient I taught blood work might be done to give a base numbers.
A coffee bar would top it off! Friendly but still professional. I'm acknowledged even if the front check cannot help me right away. They let me know they'll be right with me.
I am incredibly pleased with the care I receive from ALL Phelps Health providers and their RNs, LPNs, Med techs, Lab work providers, and, Xray techs. The clerical staff is excellent as well.

If you're going to recommend somebody for testosterone treatment then maybe I should see someone that is qualified to disperse that type of medication not a nurse practitioner.

There needs to be disposable paper sheets on the examination table and a disposable or reusable pillow case for the pillow. Why wouldn't that be done and why wouldn't that be standard operating procedure?

Dr Rebbeca Fryer was so welcoming and took the time to listen and help to try and find me a diagnosis. I have been to the ER 5x with test after test and none have takin the time to explain anything or hear all my ailments until her. She is patient and kind and I look forward to seeing her again to help me through this difficult process.

The front desk staff and nurse was so caring and treated everyone that walked in while in the waiting room with kindness and respect. Dr. Anaid Sanchez is beyond kind, she listens to my every need, comes up with solutions that actually help me tremendously. She spends that quality time with you, that right there shows me she cares.

I am always treated with respect and kindness. I am extremely satisfied with Dr. Hurley and his staff. The staff are always quick to check me in and get me back to a room. The nurse who takes my vitals and asks why I'm there is always very nice and helpful. Dr. Hurley is very attentive and listens to everything I have to say and does his very best to treat any problem I have. This is why I travel for an hour and 20 minutes to see Dr. Hurley. The best doctor I have ever had and I have seen a few in my long lifetime.

Abby and staff are wonderful. They got me in as soon as possible during the inclement weather due to not being seen by my dentist. I was in terrible tooth pain and needed antibiotics. I appreciate the wonderful caring staff. Highly recommend them to all of my friends.

Only complaint was in the ER when we went out to ask for help they just sat there and looked at us and didn't have any sense of urgency.
They called me by name making it personal. Nurse Rachel knew my medical history ahead of time, not waiting for me to fill her in.
