The provider actually listened to me, she listened to my whole history, kept eye contact with me, she had compassion for me and my health issues. For once I have a provider that listens and actually wants to help me get better. Im a 25 yr employee of phelps health and never knew Dr Rebecca Fryer was on staff, her osteopathic manipulation treatment is what I've needed and did not know phelps health had anyone who did that. Dr Fryer has given me hope that I will be close to normal with treatment. Thank you phelps health for having Dr Fryer as a provider.

Nurse was really good Doctor provided advice and this was my first visit with her and I felt very comfortable. Probably, the only thing I waited like 10 minutes more over my appointment time, but other than that everything was fine. Thanks

Front office staff was great. Nurse was okay. The care provider came in an hour after I had been seen by the nurse, in sweat pants, slippers, and a cardigan. No ID, no badge, no lanyard, clipboard, no introduction, nothing. This person was not my provider I had previously seen, so I had no idea what to expect-but it wasn't someone coming in an hour late dressed like a patient. She first came in and said "Can I help you?" with a glare, looking at me confused like I was the one who showed up an hour late. I honestly thought it was a patient who stumbled into the wrong room. Overall, the visit was just very, very unprofessional. The first time I came here, it was great. This time, it was awful. I would not recommend this to someone else based off this experience.

The nurse I had when I went, she was fantastic. And the doctor I've got, oh my god, she's wonderful. I would not trade her for another doctor whatsoever. I just hope she stays on because she's very great. I mean, she helps me. If she's got to stay an hour with me, she stays an hour with me. I mean, she's that kind of doctor.

Dr Hurley is an excellent physician. Very knowledgeable, kind, and thorough. I feel safe with his care. The staff works very well as a team. When my doctor left in January, I was very anxious about a new physician. Dr Hurley has met my expectations. If it is something that he feels he's not qualified to take care of. He has not been afraid to tell me that I need to go to a specialist.. Thank you for having Dr Hurley on the Phelps Health staff.

Crystal Fleener is absolutely wonderful. She listens. She hears you. The 2nd most important thing a provider can do. She treats you as a whole person. Not just a person in there with a singular problem. I highly recommend her.

The appointment went very well, Crystal went through everything with me and recommended a PCV vaccination, which a very nice (and gentle) nurse, whose name I cannot remember, gave to me. I was glad I went in - I feel up-to-date on what needs to be done and why it needs to be done. Thank you!

A big improvement would be to be a fragrance-free doctor's office. So that would be a very big improvement. No toxic smells and odorless disinfectants and sanitizers. And everybody wears unscented clothing.

Everything was great EXCEPT for the rugs in the waiting room. I use a walker. The rugs weren't secured to the floor and kept rolling up at the edges causing my walker to catch on them. They caused the legs on my walker to abruptly stop moving causing me to have to suddenly lift my walker over the rug! That's a very dangerous situation! It could cause a fall! The rug in the foyer between the entrance from outside and the door into the waiting room was secured to the floor. I managed it easily.

When I came to visit and have my doctor's appointment, everyone was very, very kind. And then going in to see Dr. Hurley, he takes notes, but he knew exactly what was going on in my life and what has happened and how he can help. And four things. He helped me with each one. And then I was supposed to give a urine test, but I forgot and left. But I came back and everyone was very kind about that. No problems. And I've always felt that way. And one of the most important is, is that they are very clean and they always are washing. Their hands are using a disease.

First of all, why do you say to arrive 15 minutes early for the appointment and then make me wait for an hour and a half? I think everyone was having a bad day because they were all "off". The young lady that took me into the exam room was void of personality, I'm sorry, but she was. I had to ask her to repeat every word because she wouldn't look at me when speaking. Just not a good experience, I'm sorry to say.

Dr. Hurley explained thoroughly my medical background, things that I had done, an MRI that no one has taken the time to explain to me, which led to me being able to further examine some of my symptoms after two years and be able to find out possibly the cause of a lot of my pain and neurological issues. And it was because he took the time to explain that to me as well as he was very kind to my kids I brought with me. It was a very good experience, the best doctor I've had in years.

Everyone was courteous and willing to assist as needed. Front staff opened the front door and assisted patients into the building. Nurses were caring and understanding of a patients limits. Dr was amazing and listened to all concerns and explained each option.

Dr. Fryer-Gordon is always very great to listen to what I need, what my needs are for my appointment and will listen to all of it and treats me as a whole person and not just the possible chief complaint I'm coming in for. So it's very appreciated that she takes her time and listens to me as a whole patient and not just a quick fix. So that's really appreciated and I'm very grateful for her.
