Dr Fryer is an asset to this organization. Dr Fryer has spent time to explain the stroke symptoms and signs I should be aware of going so far as to pull up on the computer as well as drawing where my strokes originated and went into great detail explaining the various organs affected by the strokes. I left her office with a greater understanding of my conditions.
I was treated with dignity and respect by very knowledgeable staff. I have no critique because the experience was perfect. Thank you Phelps Health!

The Dr. Myers and his nurse treat me wonderfully. I have communication and cognitive issues and they always do their best to make me understand what I need to do. I'm very happy to have them accept me as a patient.
Why do they change the persons that check you in before you see the NP. I think this is important to the clinic.

This is my first time to Dr. Milan Myers. He's been a long time with me talking about my health history and everything. It's probably the best doctor experience I've ever had.

I have a LO with dementia and everyone was so helpful and supportive. The doctor and nurse were very supportive and knowledgeable. I never feel talked down to like other clinics have done.
I would have liked to be call sooner to discuss the results of tests. But when we did talk about it I was pleased with the way the provider explained the situation to me.
He listened and with my issues its difficult to understand for others. He addressed things quickly without making me feel like cattle coming through the door..doesnt get any better.

Prompt and professional
The receptionist was so helpful and caught something my insurance might not cover and made sure I knew. She also made sure all tests could be done there. The sweet nurse that took my blood was so kind and professional. She did a great job.

The receptionists were friendly, fast and helpful. The nurse made me feel comfortable and was thorough. Dr Fryer listened to me first then was very thorough in dismissing the many causes that might be responsible for my injury. It ended up being what she first thought. A good diagnoses from her.

The wait time was minimal which was appreciated. Abby B. was very professional. She has a great personality and easy to talk to. She makes sure we understand and explains everything well.
Abby was phenomenal! She was quick to add my sick kid to her schedule to help figure out what was going on with him!! I would recommend anyone I know to see her!! She also followed up and checked on him a few days after he was seen! It meant a lot!

I don't know the name of the black nurse of Dr Fryers. I feel like she doesn't treat me with respect. I'm not being prejudice. But I feel she doesn't take an interest in you as a patient. Her attitude could be better. I hate it would she puts me In a room. Just needs to work on her attitude. However, I Love Dr Fryers.

everything on schedule and courteous
There wasn't anyone at the front desk when I arrived to greet me. When waiting on the lab it's a bit confusing because you don't really know if anyone is aware that you are there. You're just left there to wait and hope they show up.
Dr. Fryer is the best! She listens better than any doctor and reacts quickly to patient's needs!
