Abby and staff are wonderful. They got me in as soon as possible during the inclement weather due to not being seen by my dentist. I was in terrible tooth pain and needed antibiotics. I appreciate the wonderful caring staff. Highly recommend them to all of my friends.
Dr Myers is amazing. He listened to all my concerns. He talked to me in a way I could understand. He helped for a plan for better health.

My appointment with Dr. Blanc went very well. Communication was great and I appreciated her listening to and answering all of my questions.
Only complaint was in the ER when we went out to ask for help they just sat there and looked at us and didn't have any sense of urgency.
They called me by name making it personal. Nurse Rachel knew my medical history ahead of time, not waiting for me to fill her in.

Rachel actually listened to my story and supported what the tests showed. I've been to two other PH providers who diagnosed me inaccurately with sciatica. Thanks to Rachel, I feel like I've been heard and understood and am being helped. Thank you.

I showed up late for my appointment. I misread the appointment time, and I thought it was 9:45, and I showed up at 9:45, and it turns out my appointment was 8:45. They still got me in, and took care of me, and treated me respectfully, even though I came in late. Very nice staff, and very helpful, and very grateful for them taking care of me.

Dr. Offutt is always attentive, knowledgeable, and sincere, when seeking to find the right diagnosis and treatment. Hands down, the best primary care provider I've ever had.

My appointments at this clinic is always pleasant. The staff is always helpful and my physician always takes the time to listen to me and he takes the time to answer whatever questions that I may have.

I was kept waiting an extremely inconsiderate amount of time with no communication about the doctor being behind schedule. I recognize that he was extremely busy and not wasting any time, and I would've appreciated honesty upfront about being over an hour behind schedule.
Dr Fryer is wonderful, she listens to my concerns and takes my words into consideration when making a plan. I highly recommend her and have enjoyed having her as my primary for the last two years!

My experience would have been better if my visit notes were correct. I have a retinal occlusion not a renal occlusion. That is kind of important.
Room, exam room 7 on the second floor was freezing cold. You guys need to fix the heat in that building, not just for the patients, but for the people who work there.
My concern about a condition was explained throughly by the doctor & I was provided exercises to help.
It was my first visit. The assistant went over my current medical information and listed everything in my new chart. The doctor also asked how my health was and went over all my medication. We discussed how we would proceed.
I didn't have to wait long to see the doctor.
Good eye contact from everyone. It was a calm environment. Staff seemed relaxed and happy.

All of the staff at BL clinic who I interacted with were delightful. Rachel is a stellar provider. The care she provides feels personal. She has a genuine desire to make her patients feel like they matter. As long as Rachel is employed at Phelps Health, I will continue to see her as my PCM.

Everyone was so nice and helpful! I appreciate the fine staff that works at this clinic! They have a way of welcoming patients to the clinic, they answer your questions and if they don't know the answer they will talk to the doctor or nurse and come back to you with an answer! I have been going to this clinic since 2009. Many of the doctors and staff have changed but the way they operate the clinic hasn't changed.
