Dr Fryer was very kind, listened and asked questions that definitely showed she was paying attention. She was professional as well as very personable. Everyone and everything was far above average. As I lost my physician of 12 years I was very anxious about a new provider but I left the office and sat in my car and had tears on my cheeks. They were tears of relief that it was going to be okay. Hang on this physician. She is definitely a keeper and a great addition to Phelps Health.
Rebecca Fryer took the time to listen and was very thorough at my visit. She had my best interest at heart.
Got me in for a same day appointment. She always listens and works to find a solution. Loved that I had my appointment, an EKG, and blood drawn all in the same building. So impressed!

I think Dr Hurley is one of the best doctors at Phelps Health. Phelps Health needs to allow the doctors more time with their patients.
Dr Myers and staff are very knowledgeable and very efficient. Nurses gave me my weight, blood pressure and temperature. Dr. Myers went over my health to ensure I was ready for my hip surgery. The doctor also went over my medication and my weight. After surgery we're going to look into some adjustments with my medication.

Yes, I have good experience there. The only thing I do not like is the fact that Dr. Offutt is leaving Phelps. He is a great doctor and one that can be trusted.
Actually, everybody was very pleasant, laughing, giggled, and they were very kind and attention giving. They took all the aptitudes, tattoos, and everything you need to take before the doctor comes in. They were great. He always is. Thank you very much.
Every thing was a ok
I was there for a wellness check. Nobody listened to my heart or anything. Didn't take blood. Didn't do a cholesterol check. So I was very unfounded and disappointed that nothing happened. But I guess I'm in great shape.

I feel Abigail Blanc, the care provider provided excellent service and mannerisms, she was a very astute professional, looking forward to have her working with me.
Not only was the staff and the physician knowledgeable in their care, they were real, authentic, and concerned, and they had a bit of laughter and fun, which I like.
The doctor was running late. I waited close to 45 minutes before the doctor came in. The doctor took time to talk with me and I did not feel rushed. I appreciated the time but was aware he had other patients waiting.

Staff members are always friendly and patient when helping and getting office visit completed. I wasn't feeling well at all following up from having flu days prior and dr Myers was able to fit me in to see me same day I messaged regarding symptoms that worsen.
Dr. Fryer took the time to listen to my history she spent at least 30 min. She is such a joy to talk to and truly listened.
Everyone was very professional DR Coble listened to all my concerns. We reviewed my blood work from previous visits. They put me at rest. We have a plan on current issues and I will see him again in six weeks.
Being a new patient I taught blood work might be done to give a base numbers.
A coffee bar would top it off! Friendly but still professional. I'm acknowledged even if the front check cannot help me right away. They let me know they'll be right with me.
I am incredibly pleased with the care I receive from ALL Phelps Health providers and their RNs, LPNs, Med techs, Lab work providers, and, Xray techs. The clerical staff is excellent as well.

If you're going to recommend somebody for testosterone treatment then maybe I should see someone that is qualified to disperse that type of medication not a nurse practitioner.

There needs to be disposable paper sheets on the examination table and a disposable or reusable pillow case for the pillow. Why wouldn't that be done and why wouldn't that be standard operating procedure?
