Treated me very well.
Dr. Fryer listened to all my needs and did some blood drawn. She drew my blood, or they did, the lab did, and results came back very, very, very quick. And I was very pleased with how everyone was in the whole office. Thank you, and we appreciate all that you do for all of us. Thank you.

Dr. Coble listens closely to what I say, responds thoughtfully and respectfully, and lets me ask all the questions on my mind. I trust Dr. Coble as a provider and glad he's my doctor.
Abby is just simply amazing. Me and Pork Chap both love her. I'm getting ready to send my daughter to her and I wish that there were more doctors and caregivers like her in this area that actually care about providing quality, you know, care to their patients. And anyway, she's just a pleasure and definitely wish we could clone her.
I don't know how to describe it, all my past doctors Ive had felt like they had a soul. By that I mean they were verbally aggressive to get there point across and tried to get more detail they needed about my issues, and even if it hurt my feelings at times they were honest with me and felt better understanding that.

Care provider went into great detail explaining patient's condition & how deal with it & OTC & script to help.
Dr. Hurley did not explain to me where I could go to get the diabetic shoes. All he did was take a little poke thing and see if I had feeling in my feet and that was it. It was a waste of money for him to see me if that's all he was going to do.
Dr. Hurley, I just felt like really wasn't interested in my situation. He never listened to my heart, never listened to my lungs, and just didn't really feel like he was that interested in me as a patient.
Waiting 8 to 10 weeks to get in to see a provider is what will force me to talk my health care to BJC

I got in at my appointment time. Doctor listened to my complaint and went over the solutions on what to do in terms I could understand. I felt like I could talk about anything and she would understand. I would recommend her to anyone wanting a friendly professional nurse practitioner.
Doctor Fryer is easy to talk to and patient. I appreciate that she had already checked my blood test and had a plan to address my symptoms.

Everything was perfect from the front desk staff to my visit with Dr Hurley and the blood draw at the lab.
The lab connection or working relationship with Quest Labs is bad and apparently per Quest lab this is a known longstanding problem > 5 years that has not been solved. Therefore Dr did not know lab labs were even done and did not have results.

As a new patient Dr. Fryer took the time to get to know me, listen to my concerns, and come up with a plan to help me.
This comment has nothing to do with provider. Phelps is not the hospital it once was. I was offered with the check in process where it had the prepaid section. I've never seen this on any my chart. My insurance policy pays my bill 100%. Asking for money up front shows what kind of organization you have become.
Dr Coble is fantastic I consider him to be a family friend.
There needs to be an automatic door on the building. I am in a wheelchair and it is impossible to get in and out of the building

My feedback would be to include more health insurance that is accepted. When I asked what health insurance was accepted, I was told a general answer like UnitedHealth. And then when I changed my insurance to UnitedHealth so I could continue going to the clinic, that brand of UnitedHealth was not covered, so I ended up paying out of pocket, which to me for a good doctor, I would rather continue and try to get the insurance worked out, but it would be helpful if the insurance options were, I think, broader and also more clear. Otherwise, very good service and other stuff. Thank you.
Dr. Fryer is the best! She is one of the very few providers that actually listens to patients and wants the best for them. She is respectful, and goes above and beyond.

It was a wonderful, Dr's visit, if those exist? Was just a routine medicine checkup, and verification, but the visit seems really relaxed, and almost special. I know that doesn't sound right, but an uplifting event! That sounds better.
