Abby Blanc is very thorough and helpful. I am comfortable trusting my health with her. The team supporting her is top notch. You guys are the best.
One of the secretaries on the top floor had her arms folded across her stomach with a don't care attitude. After a minute standing there she finally started asking questions. I felt like I was bothering her. I have never felt that here always been greeted right away and with a pleasant smile
I failed to ask the doctor to order some x-rays requested by another provider but she graciously accommodated my request quickly after the office visit she didn't hesitate just did what I requested

I recently switched providers because mine left practice with Phelps. I was devastated. I appreciated her care over the past 5-6 years. I decided to stay at the Blue Lake Clinic and could not be more glad that I did!!!! Abigail is a perfect fit for my care team, and I'm so grateful I was able to stay in the same office. Dr Rebecca explained everything very well, including questions I had about vaccines and immunity. A positive experience from everyone in the office.
I am new to the area and felt very respected and welcome. The only thing that I had a concern about was the age of the building. Phelps is a large corporation it should be able to provide each building a suitable, welcoming and aesthetic enviroment. A start would be a side table in the waiting room and new chairs. I think the employees would also welcome some renovation. For my labs I went to the medical building by the hospital. I believe it's off of 10th. Although the hospital looked very nice and welcoming, Again the medical building next door is very dated and could definitely be updated. Again with regards to the doctors, phlebotomist, nurses, and front desk in both medical buildings They were great! Bless their hard work and dedication..

Have automatic door opening for walker and wheelchair users
Everything was very professional, all my concerns were taken into account and advice was given where appropriate. Lab test orders were issued. Very pleased with everything and most thankful.
You actually get called back at your time or a little after. Everyone is friendly and Dr.Hurley listened to all my concerns and we set up a game plan.
Really like Matthew Hurley and the staff. They were all professional. Nice working with him. Glad he's my primary care provider. Highly recommend him to other people.

Dr Hurley took the time to understand my current situation with acute and chronic issues. His nurse was great and the front office worked as a team to make sure I was checked in. It would be great if Dr Hurley and his staff had longer availability at the Salem clinic.
I think the only thing we were kind of surprised about was that our provider said a lot of like foul language and we had a three-year-old with us, so that was a little strange, but she was a really great doctor and we'll continue to use her.
Appointment was kept with a waiting time that was short. I enjoyed that. I was able to get my blood taken in the same building also good. The doctor was attentive, friendly, listen to my concerns and gave me good advice, solutions and follow up.

Takes so long to get in to see the Doctor, it took me 3 weeks .

Dr. Coble is easiest, my favorite doctor ever. He is so friendly. He listens to everything I say. He gives me great advice. He's just so easy to talk to. Every time I go, it's just a great experience. He takes care of me like I'm a member of his family. His office is superb. Everyone is so friendly. They take care of all my needs. I am so thankful to be a patient of Dr. Coble and to be a patient in Dr. Coble 's office. There is literally nothing that I could suggest to make it any better. I look forward to every appointment.

I have been going to Crystal for quite some time. She and her staff always treat me courteously. She is very thorough and explains everything to me. She gives me options as to care. I would not go anywhere else.

I have been with Phelps Health for any years. My previous doctors did basic blood work etc. and didn't try to find the root cause of my health issues. Last year I started going to doctor Fryer Gorden. She has stuck with me and discovered health issues that NO ONE has ever checked for. This complaint is. Not about her at all. BUT- why in the world does it take so long to get an appointment? It's ridiculous. If she ever leaves Phelps Health, I will follow her. She'd be impossible to replace.

A. Blanc is amazing! She is well educated in her field, has a great personality with her patients, and explains in detail any medical issues one might be experiencing and listens. She is a bonus to the Bond Clinic and Phelps Health in all ways.
Dr. Hurley listened and answered all my questions so that I could understand. He's kind, patient, understanding and a very good physician.
You did EVERYTHING well, with both professional attention and personal care. The personal aspect was as if in a small community yet the technological part was efficient and prompt.

I really appreciated how Abbie Blanc, FNP-C took my concerns into consideration and took immediate action. You can really tell she has the patients best interest in mind and wants to find the route of the problem as quickly as possible. I also appreciated how I was seen by the nurse and provider in a timely manner. It was a quick and easy appointment.

Provider seemed to not remember previous abdominal issue. Area of blood drawn has extensive bruising 3 days after appointment. Acquaintance familiar with the field said my vein was blown out.

Dr Abbi's nurse was really kind and caring. Abbi was also very kind and caring. The lab technician was AMAZING!! She is VERY GOOD at what she does and is a true asset to Phelps Health!
I didn't really see my provider until 9am, for an 8:30 appt. That's my only complaint. But she is worth the wait. I appreciate her thorough explanations and details and advice. And, I appreciate that she doesn't just speak medical language - she also communicates & is very personable.

I met Dr. Fryer-Gordon and she was very pleasant, asked questions about my health and recommended tests that I needed. She listened to my concerns and addressed them. I could tell she had prepared ahead of time for my visit. I'm pleased with her care and would like to say that the phelobatomist that drew my blood was extremely careful and considerate of me. I do not like blood draws and would definitely recommend her. I'm just sorry I didn't get her name. I had a positive experience at this appointment and would recommend to others.

I don't know how to go about saying this, but it's getting harder and harder to get in to see Dr. Fryer when you have to wait three, four months because she's getting new patients. You should at least put in not accepting patients at this time because it's just getting harder and harder to get in to see her. Thank you.

Abby Blanc was truly wonderful. She listened and made me feel seen and heard. She addressed my concerns and helped me feel like we made a plan for my health going forward. I was impressed from start to finish. The nurse who gave my tetanus shot was warm, funny, and kind - and I barely felt the stick of the needle. The lab tech who drew blood for my labs was kind, funny, and professional - and also provided a nearly pain-free experience. Great team! The wait, both out front and in the operatory, was negligible, which is always appreciated.
