Everyone makes you feel welcome and as an individual.
I have been going to Crystal for quite some time. She and her staff always treat me courteously. She is very thorough and explains everything to me. She gives me options as to care. I would not go anywhere else.
Explained everything and didn't have to sit in the waiting room long

I have been with Phelps Health for any years. My previous doctors did basic blood work etc. and didn't try to find the root cause of my health issues. Last year I started going to doctor Fryer Gorden. She has stuck with me and discovered health issues that NO ONE has ever checked for. This complaint is. Not about her at all. BUT- why in the world does it take so long to get an appointment? It's ridiculous. If she ever leaves Phelps Health, I will follow her. She'd be impossible to replace.
The kindness and professionalism of the staff.
All staff had smiles and did not make me feel like I was a burden to them. And Abbi is absolutely wonderful!!
A. Blanc is amazing! She is well educated in her field, has a great personality with her patients, and explains in detail any medical issues one might be experiencing and listens. She is a bonus to the Bond Clinic and Phelps Health in all ways.
Dr. Hurley listened and answered all my questions so that I could understand. He's kind, patient, understanding and a very good physician.
You did EVERYTHING well, with both professional attention and personal care. The personal aspect was as if in a small community yet the technological part was efficient and prompt.

I really appreciated how Abbie Blanc, FNP-C took my concerns into consideration and took immediate action. You can really tell she has the patients best interest in mind and wants to find the route of the problem as quickly as possible. I also appreciated how I was seen by the nurse and provider in a timely manner. It was a quick and easy appointment.

Provider seemed to not remember previous abdominal issue. Area of blood drawn has extensive bruising 3 days after appointment. Acquaintance familiar with the field said my vein was blown out.

Dr Abbi's nurse was really kind and caring. Abbi was also very kind and caring. The lab technician was AMAZING!! She is VERY GOOD at what she does and is a true asset to Phelps Health!
I didn't really see my provider until 9am, for an 8:30 appt. That's my only complaint. But she is worth the wait. I appreciate her thorough explanations and details and advice. And, I appreciate that she doesn't just speak medical language - she also communicates & is very personable.

I met Dr. Fryer-Gordon and she was very pleasant, asked questions about my health and recommended tests that I needed. She listened to my concerns and addressed them. I could tell she had prepared ahead of time for my visit. I'm pleased with her care and would like to say that the phelobatomist that drew my blood was extremely careful and considerate of me. I do not like blood draws and would definitely recommend her. I'm just sorry I didn't get her name. I had a positive experience at this appointment and would recommend to others.

Dr Hurley is a real gem!
I don't know how to go about saying this, but it's getting harder and harder to get in to see Dr. Fryer when you have to wait three, four months because she's getting new patients. You should at least put in not accepting patients at this time because it's just getting harder and harder to get in to see her. Thank you.

Abby Blanc was truly wonderful. She listened and made me feel seen and heard. She addressed my concerns and helped me feel like we made a plan for my health going forward. I was impressed from start to finish. The nurse who gave my tetanus shot was warm, funny, and kind - and I barely felt the stick of the needle. The lab tech who drew blood for my labs was kind, funny, and professional - and also provided a nearly pain-free experience. Great team! The wait, both out front and in the operatory, was negligible, which is always appreciated.
I was a new patient, and everyone, including the doctor, couldn't have been nicer or more helpful.

I appreciate how Dr. Coble treats me as a patient. He individually sits there and gives me information when I ask questions. He provides me with information that I'm not aware of, and he treats me very good as a patient, a very good doctor, and I'm glad to have him as my primary care physician now. Amazing staff, and they all treat me with respect, and I am glad to have Bon Clinic as my doctors over there. Thank you guys very much.
Was left in the room for over a hour before doctor even seen me. My nurse saw me and was shocked I was still there when I came out of the room to check. Was also asked if I wanted to reschedule. I had to use a vacation day to even be in the office. I scheduled an appointment and feel it's completely unreasonable to be ignored for that long. Why should I go through all the trouble to make appointments when the doctor doesn't seem to care and keep them. I'm sure I'll also be charged fully price for the horrible service I received as well. Not happy at all with my service. No one spoke badly to me but not caring about my time should matter to someone, I'm a customer who's paying a lot for a service!!!!!
I've already filled out a patient experience for him on my visit and that he did not address my concerns. As you see, my voice is leaving because of my thyroid. That's what I came for. Nothing was done.

The training Doctor is great
As usual- no one had a name tag visible easily- only one person told me their name. Their tags were on shirt collar or hem , on belt, covered with fuzzy things (decoration I assume) or under a sweater/jacket. A big part of customer satisfaction is establishing a quick bond..... Introducing them self a good way to set it. They did their job- I was another patient there for them to earn their paycheck.
I was treated like a human being and not just another dollar sign.
I had a variety of questions and they were all answered well by the doctor and intern.
I like that I am called explaining my lab results.

Friendly check-in staff at window and getting me fully checked in and escorted to an examination room. Dr. Hurley is a perfect combination of warm personality and professional business doctor. I am glad to see he had a student shadowing him. Dr. Hurley exhibits the qualities that I would hope all physicians do and will.
The lab tech who drew my blood was very kind, understood that I am a hard stick and was careful and explained everything she was attempting, and why. Very gracious and made having blood drawn as pleasant as it could be.
