From the receptionist to the Doctor and on to the nurses I was treated very kindly, and professionally. My appointment was a pleasant experience.
To my knowledge I'd never met the provider I saw and she didn't even introduce herself. Just came in asking about my symptoms. Was able to get in same day which is greatly appreciated.
Everyone was courteous. My wait time was minimal. Provider was prompt. All concerns were answered.

The nurse practitioner ARIELLA . IS SUCH A LISTENER AND ADVISED ME OF THE CARE THAT THAT WAS NEEDED AND INTENDED FOR MY PERSONAL IMMEDIATE CARE. The entire staff and Ariella treat my entire family like their own. Phelps is lucky to have her! She sees my husband, daughter, and dad, and I could not ask for better care.

Ariella has been very nice and good to me. My sister recommended her when I was looking for a new a PCP. I recently hurt myself and have been in a lot of pain. And she worked me i. The very next day and started the process to help me get better. She is also very quick to respond to mychart messages which is very nice. A definite refreshing experience from the waynesville location.

I think that Ariella and the office staff (nurses and medical assistance and administrative) should receive a pay increase for the wonderful team they are. Feels like family when you go there.

I wasn't too happy with the girl at the front desk. After she took all my information and we did everything, then she says to me, can you tell me what your name is? And I said to her, do you think I'm crazy? That's my attitude towards that lady.

It's hard for me to make much of a judgment because this was just a wellness visit and my first appointment with this provider. I didn't have any specific problems so I don't have a lot to go by. I thought my provider listened to me and did what I needed.

Everyone deserves a10 because they are a10. Kind, caring, and thorough, from beginning til the end. My care has just begun here at Phelps medical center after a night mare with Mercy hospital in Springfield MO. I'm in a lot of pain. I don't know if I can be fixed, but my prayers are through Phelps I can find management and live a some what better life. Thank you

Having to go to another office to check in because the provider front office refused to. We then have back track to the other end of the floor to see the provider. That's extremely crazy... we should be able to go directly to the office and have her check us in.
The provider and nursing staff were amazing! The lady that checked me in for my appointment and did my paperwork in suite 300 was also very nice and accommodating with not only me but the rest of the numerous patients that were there to check in for several other clinics. I was slightly befuddled and confused as to why I had to go from the clinic in suite 380 to suite 300 to check in. Especially with the volume of patients in that area and there was front desk staff available in suite 380. This is no reflection of the receptionist in suite 300, just the process in checking in for the appointment in general.

The call center refused to schedule me an appointment with my provider and she was rude. Told me to go to walk in clinic. I had to message my provider to be able to get an appointment.

Office called me and left a message stating I didn't get my blood work while I was there. No one told me I could get my blood work done at the office. I even waited about 10 min to check out, and the whole time I waited, no one said anything about getting bloodwork there.

I have to leave 40 minutes before my appointment and I'm only 5 minutes from the office. The parking is terrible I have to drive around the parking lot for at least 20 minutes to get a spot. You could build a parking garage!!!!! Either for patients or staff so the spaces opened up to attend your appointment.
