Everyone was very kind and helpful
Dr Potter is great
Sometimes a person needs a little more than a 15 minute visit with the doctor. Cannot process the information given quickly and then cannot ask questions.
Everything went smoothly.
Everyone was very nice however the wait time was very long. I really like checking in on line my thought was it would save time.
I wasn't happy when I arrived and the male nurse or whoever he was did a couple of little hand exercises with me and told me that he would make my appointment for a month from the day and do my nerve inductions and everything and after that he would make my appointment for another month to come in and get the findings of my test results. I don't understand why I have to wait a whole month in between all of that. That seems ridiculous to me. Thank you.
The doctor and staff LISTENED! I can't iterate that enough. Dr Armstrong and his staff made sure that I felt heard. My husband was with me as well and was having some problems and Elliotte got him scheduled and seen very promptly.
Always have treated me great
Dr Heincker is always great with time and always ask if I have any questions or needs. He treats patients like he is interested in their wellbeing. Thank you Dr Heincker for caring about my future care.
Everyone is polite and helpful and very caring. When I asked questions they explained everything to me and that was very helpful for me.
Brittany was excellent - Phelps Health has not always been great to me with billing, etc. So I would definitely recommend Brittany.
Just treated me and my family like normal human beings and not being judgmental of anybody or their status in life or income or medical issues or anything of that nature. Other doctor's offices are not that kind, I can just put it that way. Thank you.

From check in to check out, Phelps Gealth Orthopedics is top notch. Actuallyhad a lengthy discussion about if its my knee or my hip? Still not completely sure, but going with the knee, after much deliberations.
All the staff I encountered were extremely helpful. They listened to me, knowledgeable. I especially liked Mr. Ballard. He seemed like he had a lot of time to listen to my concerns and answered any of my questions. Definitely glad that I saw him as a provider.
Everyone was super friendly and we didn't have to wait for them to call us back nor on the doctor.

Dr Potter and his nurses are great people. They ask me what I need and explain what he is going to do. They care about their patients and treat like we matter and they care if we are taking care of.

The entire staff was polite and answered all questions I had. I was having a nerve conduction test, I was told the bed was an air mattress. This mattress needs to be replaced ASAP. It is a twin size mattress, when I laid on it one side of the mattress was much higher than the other side. I had to stay on the edge of the mattress and constantly struggled to stay put. I felt as if I was going to roll into a ravine. Please, please, please replace this mattress!
It is always a delight to visit Dr. Johnson at the Waynesville clinic. His staff is friendly and personable. They always have a smile and friendly word to say. Dr. Johnson is also a magnificent doctor. He always has time to explain what he is doing. He is not rushed no matter how busy his day maybe. He does a thorough job on my nails and is very quick to note any potential problems with my feet.

Continue what you are doing. I feel that your training department must be superior because across my experiences in the in the emergency room, inpatient hospital and outpatient medical, the services have been exemplary.

Placing me on the new medication for my heart and removing the blood thinner was great news. I've been told By the VA I may also have pre-diabetes as well as CHF and could stand to lose a few pounds. Than you.

Dr. Armstrong and his staff are always friendly and attentive. They sincerely care and listen as well as asking the right questions.
I went in for two injections in my shoulders. I've been to other providers and they have been painful. Dr. Heincker gives these where they are painless! I refuse to go to anyone else.
I don't make it a habit to recommend anything to family or friends, but I was very impressed with the care I personally received.

The lady at the front desk didn't acknowledge me, so it took somebody from the side window to acknowledge me in order to get service.

The front office was very courteous.. i was really impressed with the short time it took to be seen. Once i got pass the initial screening ie height and weight etc.... The doctor was super informative... i was impressed of how knowledgeable she was ... i left there very comfortable and very knowledgeable myself... facility as a whole was super clean... if all visits are like this wow... I recommend to all my fellow veterans this is the spot where people care God bless.

The provider got me in on short notice, listened patiently, explained clearly, did some diagnostics and outlined a treatment plan. I look forward to returning for the treatment. Complimentary foot massages would be a nice touch, but I suspect that is a little to much to ask. :)

The people were very courteous, appointment schedules We're on time, I got seen right away by the doctor and it was a rather quick and very courteous appointment and check up. She explained the problem, what we were going to do to try to solve it and explained what might need to be done if it did not work.

Dr Pearson addressed the pain I was having in my right foot. He shared it was a cyst and gave me a shot that has helped.
My provider was excellent. He explained my test results and had good communication. He spent time with me and listened to my concerns. Very happy

Hi. What I liked about your office was that as soon as we came in the door and approached the desk, we were recognized and we fill out all the information. And I was very dry, so she gave me a little bottle of water, which was very nice. I asked which door the doctor was going to come out of, and she directed me to the correct door. And we were able to sit and wait in comfort, and I just enjoyed it thoroughly. Thank you. You're doing a good job up there.

Great appointment
I was impressed by the doctor used input from multiple sources to develop and confirm his conclusions. We were also comforted by the understanding and clarification provided by his nurse to our questions with regard to permitting or witholding specific medications prior to the scheduled procedure.
Dr. Voight accommodated my need, worked me quickly following my ED visit, and quickly onto his schedule for my procedure.

This is my ninth surgery here at Phelps County hospital and I have always been treated well, treated professionally, and treated with respect everywhere throughout this hospital. From the janitorial staff up to the nurses and doctors. Everyone is absolutely fabulous. And everybody needs to be compensated fairly for their work.
I was treated as an actual human being and not just a number. That in itself means everything.
