Excellent experience
The provider did not inquire if it was alright to have the student present; he did not introduce the student; I felt as though I was on a fast train track. No inquiry re: my meds. A cursory look at my blood pressure recordings. Only interest appeared to be scheduling a stress test. Very am sure provider is excellent at procedures yet very disappointed re: the office visit.

Front desk could use some schooling on how to greet and treat people. Lady that we talked to acted as though she really didn't want to check me in. Maybe a little preoccupied.
Dr Pearson is very respectful and very knowledgeable. The whole staff is wonderful. I highly recommend him to everyone I talk to that has a problem with their feet.

The doctors, the staff, everyone was awesome. It was totally a great experience. I would definitely recommend this doctor, his office, to everyone of my friends.
Appointment time was 0930, I checked in at 0915. I was called in to see doctor at 1040 Over an hour waiting is unacceptable
Everything went really good. I was treated very good.
The nursery room was amazing, but the nurse who came in for the chaperone, didn't say a word and kind of just glared. The whole time did not make me feel very welcome.

Fourth floor was really great, the nurses and everybody up there, but when you went down to a different floor, it really changed.

Dr. Ratchford and his nurse were amazing and took their time to listen to my concerns and nothing felt rushed which I very much appreciate as a nurse and as a patient!
Everything was explained well. I was given water to take ibuprofen before procedure. Procedure was quick and almost painless. Much better than getting it in the first time. Afterward I felt good. Very good experience. Also talked about estrogen and when I might need that.
Receptionist seemed to want to visit with a client exiting their appointment. Looked at me a couple of times but did not acknowledge me. Just kept visiting about something other than medical.
The staff, nurses, and gynecologist were very kind and answered all my questions.

they listened and explained the procedure very well.the surgery nurse explained what to expect while i recovered very well.
Brittany listened very attentively to my issues and applied her knowledge and expertise to solving them. She explained things in a way that I could understand and provided me with a care plan for the future. I'm very impressed with Brittany. She is a very valuable asset to the clinic.
Dr. Armstrong spends the amount of time you need. Doesn't just rush you through and out the door. He truly listens.
I had to wait for 30 minutes which I feel is too long and I was the first appointment of the day

The staff and everyone, the doctor was very professional.
Dr. Armstrong is a professional who is very cooperative. He is always open to the patient's opinion and suggestions. He works from a perspective of integrity, strength and flexibility relative to the patient's concerns... even if he doubts the medical wisdom of those perhaps emotionally based, concerns.
Very professional but when sent to have blood work at the other location did not fill welcome by the reception felt un welcome, bet nurse drawing blood was very professional and made me felt welcome

Wait time was minimum. Staff were friendly. Facility was clean and odor free. Scheduling was easy and not set way out into the future. Text reminder was appreciated .

Dr. Roshan and all his medical staff were amazing. They were very upbeat and explanatory. The only complaint I would have is the representative at the registration desk was not welcoming, and when we got ready to leave even though she was sitting at her computer she did not acknowledge us at all. I completely understand people have days but she did not seem excited to be there at all. A simple smile or gesture can drastically change someone's day.

Dr Morrison looked at me and asked questions and listened. That's refreshing. My last cardiologist had his back to me, looking at a computer, and spoke to me over his shoulder.
When I was a patient for the very first time 3 months ago, I felt like they listened to what I had to say, what I needed and what my concerns were. I've now had my second visit with this same provider and all went very well, a great team!
The secretary was checking someone in and said, "if you need me take a number". That seemed very rude.

I was at your facility for an hour and 30 minutes and met with the doctor for four. It was absolutely ridiculous and I was on the verge of getting up and walking out after an hour. But I waited an hour and a half to meet with Dr. E for four minutes. Absolutely appalling. My time is just as important as yours and his.
Dr Morrison seemed to be in a real big hurry. I think he's a good dr but i would've liked a little more time with him and not feel so rushed

The appointment never happened. It needs to be rescheduled. I checked in at 250, being told to check in at 245 for a 3pm appointment. I waited an hour to be seen with no updates. I had to leave the facility at 4pm. Unsure what time the doctor came in after being caught up with previous visits. I already paid the visit copay and will need to get reimbursed or have that to carryover for the reschedule due to no visit after an hour after the appointment time.

The doctor was late. Not his fault but he was in a hurry to get rid of me. He didn't understand the medication that he ordered. I was very disappointed by the service
Even though the doctor was running late on appointments. At no point did I feel rushed. Felt like he really took the time to listen to my concerns and come up with a good plan of care
I feel like Dr Armstrong does not reads my History info for the follow up appointments as he is Oblivious to what he's following up. His office notes are inaccurate to what he actually discussed and summary notes states he did specific review of symptoms that he never even looked at.
