I was in the office for over an hour just for him to order tests and have another appointment scheduled. Those tests could have been scheduled prior to my appointment if that's all we were going to do during the appointment. It was a waste of time to go into the office and now they want me to come back after the tests are done again.
Would not change a thing
Everyone was so very kind and helpful. The best first impression experience. Definitely happy I chose to come here for my daughters first doctor visit since moving here.
Dr Ratchford is easy to talk to, making me feel comfortable to ask questions and share openly.
Everything was great. This doesn't matter but since I noticed I'm passing it along. The waiting room was clean and orderly. The chairs were comfortable. What I noticed was that every chair in that waiting room is worn off in the front.

I was nervous about the nerve test. Dr Sasan was very patient and kind putting me at ease. The test was not painful as my mind had built up. The unknown causes me much anxiety and apprehension. It was all for not! Thanks to the staff, nurses and doctor. I will definitely see the doctor again if needed.

Was greeted by the receptionist. Very friendly. The nurse also was very friendly. Was treated great! The Dr. knew what he was doing. Addressed my problems with my feet. I will be going back again.

Dr was wonderful and easy to talk to. He sent me too who he thought would help me as well as continuing to assist me. His nurse was absolutely wonderful and I really loved her. You could tell she knew her stuff and she should have a doctors degree from experience. I would come back for her alone but I love doc too.
Thinks were happening in the background with no explanation. No new labs to see if current med were working or if new ones were needed. No new echo to see if ejection fraction improved, left in limbo for another 6 months.
I love Dr Ratchford. He's very calm and pleasant. He follows up on things we discussed before and offers support for all things, not just GYN issues - makes sure I'm following things with my primary doc and offers help if needed.
Keep up the good work.
The only thing I would change is the length of time I had to wait in the exam room (almost an hour).
Arriving at your facility, I was treated respectfully. Then the waiting started. Alltogether I had to wait to see the Doctor, I think it was about 1 1/2 hours. He barged in, saying all is good, I want to see you in half a year. He listened to my heart, then, good bye. I was not able to ask him anything. It was a totally bad experience. Having to drive for an hour to see the doctor for just a few minutes is just not right!
Felt kinda rushed when speaking with the provider, but everyone was very professional, courteous and friendly.

Everything went pretty well. The nurse asked me my story I was telling it and she stopped me and started asking questions. I know I was the 1st appointment that morning but the way it happened it made me fell like she did not care about my story just space filler until she found the questions to ask.
Dr Roshan and his staff are fantastic!! I love them all! They are fun and very helpful.
We would appreciate Dr E trying better to keep appointments as scheduled within 10 minutes.

The staff outside the offices are ALWAYS talking personal very loudly and laughing and carrying on like they have no work to do. This has happened every time I am there. I went for an ear issue but the doctor didn't even look at my nose or throat. Seems very lapidasical.
I was very anxious about this appointment and Dr. Ratchford and his staff were wonderful. He took time to listen with me and go through all options with me. His staff was reassuring and helpful. I was very impressed and have already referred people to him.
Dr. Ratchford is a very special doctor, that is very hard to find these days. Always professional and takes the time to answer any concerns.

The only thing that was weird is that when we went in, they said that we had some insurance that he did not have, and we fixed it easy enough. I just thought that was weird that some other insurance was already on his name. Everything was great. Appreciate it.
Yes, everyone was very courteous and very nice to me and Dr. Armstrong listened to what I had to say and discussed what I had to say, which I appreciated. So yes, I will be back and I will recommend somebody.

Everything from the check-in until I checked out by making another appointment went really better than I expected.
Did well in explaining the x-aray etc..and was cl clear with instructions..
One of the girls at check in went above and beyond to help me with my insurance, and get everything worked out, she even made a few phone calls for me, I appreciate it beyond words!
Everyone was very nice. I was nervous getting my staples out of my incision and the young lady that took them out was very gentle and I had minimal pain. Dr. H is fantastic, he's always got always got a smile and encouraging. Thanks to everyone.
Could have had a bit more explanation on possible side effects of shot
Every person at Phelps is great - it doesn't matter if you are a patient or someone with a patient, EVERYONE treats everybody like an individual and it makes having medical issues just a little bit easier - I love Phelps.

We had to wait 1 hour and 20 minutes from check-in till we were called to go to exam room. The waiting room was full. Many patients came in after us and were called back before us. Dr. "E" was very upset when he found out.
Dr. Gorrell is an amazing doctor. She always listens and tries to find the cause of the problem all the way to the end. I greatly appreciate her services.

Dr. Leon was running behind for the day but still took plenty of time going over all my results and scans. He even made time to do a cystoscopy on me due to concerns for a bladder tumor. All his staff was amazing! So grateful for them!
Dr Phinney and her staff were awesome! She has wonderful bedside manner, explained directly to my son. Really took the time to educate and genuinely seemed to care.
The facility was clean and comfortable. The employees were very professional and courteous. The nurse was probably the best I ever encountered. The doctor was great BUT spoke very rapidly and I had to ask him to repreat Things. I then had to go to the checkout desk and ask what the doctor wanted me to do moving forward because I didn't want to continue to ask him what he was saying. But, he is still great and very knowledgeable (go figure, he is a doctor) ??

I'd have to write a book!! I was in the hospital somewhere in the total of 72 days!! There were a few nurses and aig that were caring and positive. I don't like writing reviews like this! I usually only write positive reviews or nothing negative and chalk it up as an unfortunate mistake. Yout rooms are very small i do understand what your dealing with!! Slim pickings in finding good help! The rehab i was sent is having the same issues!! I don't have any idea how to correct issue! Again I'm sorry I cant be more positive!!

The physician was dismissive, condescending, and seemed annoyed to be there and very annoyed with any questions. At the end of the appointment, she just walked out of the room without even saying a word. I wasn't even sure if the appointment was over or not. I have felt this way increasingly with each visit and this was the visit that I decided to leave a review on because of this and we will probably not be coming back to this provider. I have gone out of my way to be extremely nice and polite each time and was hopeful that each time it would be different and it never has been. I have been a nurse for 16 years (which I've made sure not to mention at all) so I have had plenty of experience around different types of physicians.
