Everything is fine the way it is.
Dr. Morrison explained things in a way I could understand. He answered all of my questions without making. Me feel Like they were dumb questions.

I was stuck in traffic, when I called the main line the operator was very friendly and helpful. When I got to the office the staff was very friendly. Dr. Voight listened to me as well as explained his point of view. He was very caring and a good listener.
I've been waiting now for days to have someone call me about my lab and my EKG results. I have not heard from anyone since I left the office that day. It sure would be nice to know how the lab went and how the EKG was. I have not heard from anyone.
Brittany made removal of splints easy going. Was not the panic I was expecting. Appreciated her explanation of removal and then doing it with manageable pain.

Dr Pearson is the most patient, caring individual- Dr. he always explains everything to you step by step, asks how you are doing. Do you feel this? Are you in pain or any discomfort ? Actually listens to you and makes you feel as though you are a person and not a number. Trust him 100% to give me the best care ever.
Dr. Moravec was very patient and informative, explaining in detail, our options. He was very helpful and knowledgeable.

They always ask me if I need anything and they are always nice and I like to come to their office. They make me feel valued. When I came to your clinic, I had very good results from everyone there, from the nurses giving me directions, from the ones taking my blood pressure and everything and telling me about my surgery, and even Dr. Michael Potter. I think he's fantastic. And I don't think anything else other than I wish there wasn't pain, but I know that can't be helped. So my thing is, yes, I would recommend your place to anyone else. Yeah, the provider failed to properly forward the referral to Barnes. So now I've got to start all over again.

My experience was great except for the wait time. While I want the doc to take his time with each patient, I feel scheduling could try harder. Sorry.

Too much and too frequent change in staff! Red flags! The hospital board does not seem to want to allow Dr's to spend adequate time with patients! We're only a number and they want to run us through like cattle. It's no longer care for patients, it's care about the almighty dollar!

Yes, I had my pacemaker check and it went well and then seen Dr. Morrison and he gave me a new blood pressure medicine which has helped and I even got a smile from him I believe before he walked out of the room. So it was all great. Thank you and have a good day.

My dad and I had back to back appointments and we were able to be seen and treated in the same room. This was very helpful because my dad has dementia and I was worried about him getting tired and confused quickly or waiting for me in the waiting room. Thank you for serving us so well!

Dr. Phinney is the best! I have never experienced a Doctor that absolutely took the time to really listen and she explained my options and gave me her best opinion. She has the best personality and she truly cares about her patients. Sh didnt rush and I know she had other patients but she made me feel like I was the only one. If you need a Podiatrist, I highly would recommend her. 10++++++

This staff was very kind, and Dr. Gorrell is wonderful explains everything. However, in reading my aftercare summary where the nurse practitioner did listened to my heart and lungs and then it says my neck:thyroid was supple with no cervical lymph adenopathy, but she never touched my neck, so I'm not sure how you can put that in my notes.

I was to take blood pressure...for 2 weeks....and give blood....but...when I checked out ....wasn't told where to go....and why try and give me blood pressure meds....when you have no clue what it's been...my other docs say it's good

Every provider I've seen so far has been top notch!! At my age I've seen many providers over the years and I'm stupefied as to why folks give Phelps health low ratings. I worked not change a thing. You guys are all great!!
If this is for Dr water worth , she dose such a great job at what she does n I am very impressed with her n I wouldn't want any other doctor.

wait time was not good. intake person was kinda weird. talked about his personal stuff way too much. super nice guy but shared too much information about his family dr was nice enough. didn't listen much just talked, like they do because they know everything. left there not knowing anything different. a mostly waste of a visit and ya'll charging insurance. Yep, there ya go

Everyone was really helpful from the info desk to the ENT clinic, the dr explained the process well, all I had the next day was a tender area and it went away quickly, I'm a veteran and sad to say VA doesn't compare to civilian clinics and Dr's, I appreciate all the care I was given there

Quick and balance solution to my problems
There never enough providers. They split time in other offices which is inconvenient. We can usually only see pediatrician on one specific day.
