The office staff were professional but very approachable. I was never rushed, the appointment was on time and Doctor Kriete kept me informed every stage of the procedure.
Dr. Efstratiadis explains things clearly and completely. He is appropriately friendly and focused on what I say and ask. The nurses in the office are friendly and efficient. When one of the nurses says she will post important information in my My Chart, she does so with attention to details and with a relatively quick response time.
It was a great experience.
He listened to me about everything that has been going on and was able to show me what was happening. I felt like I was being heard and not brushed aside.

Dr. Heincker explained what was causing me the pain I've been having in my hip and what can be done to relieve my pain. He explained how the surgery would be performed and what I can expect during recovery. I'm looking forward to my hip replacement and having relief from the pain.

When I arrived the receptionist was prompt getting me checked in and within a few minutes I was in a room with the nurse. The Dr. and PA listened to my symptoms and gave me some options on how to treat the issue.
We took advantage of the "Peds Walk In" hours we saw posted on FB. It was a seamless process and our child was seen very quickly!!
Dr. Armstrong is excellent and listens to everything you tell him and responds appropriately. Very on top of things

The ladies at the desk for checking in we're very polite and kind, my x-ray technician she was absolutely wonderful. After waiting over 2 hours to see Dr Youlo he spoke with me for 5 minutes pretty much told me all the things he doesn't do did not listen to many of my questions and to most of the questions he just kept saying I don't do that so as far as Phelps health your staff is wonderful. But I will never ever have anything good to say about Dr Youlo I guess he is only there on Fridays and pretty much moves people in and out like cattle he was of no help to me whatsoever. However his nurse was very kind but needs a little bit more education when it comes to medications their names and what they are for. Sorry doctor Youlo but it is very obvious from your demeanor to what you say that you really don't care about your patients and that's very tragic.
Provider and her nurse were very sympathetic and kind during my procedure. Provider explained everything that was going to happen. Procedure went better because of gentleness of provider.
Staff was very courteous and friendly. All questions were addressed and answered. Cannot think of anything that could have been done that would have made the visit any better.

I have always been treated well and in a timely manner at Forest City Family Practice. The staff is respectful, attentive, caring and thorough. I have referred several people there.
Everyone was nice, respectful and personable. I was just a little confused at the end of the appointment because I wasn't sure if we were done although the very nice staff said "Okay you can go", but I wasn't sure of how things went after the appointment/ waiting on test to be scheduled. That was on me though, I didn't understand the process of what came next. I asked at the check out desk and they got me sorted out. I haven't been in this medical situation before so it was all a new process for me to figure out.
It was a very good experience there for my first time.

Staff was very professional & did a superb job.
Dr. Potter was expressive. He was wonderful in helping me through a decision to do a procedure or not to do a procedure at this time due to the fact that I suddenly had to use prednisone to manage my breathing. So we decided against the procedure at this time, made a further appointment to review. It was an exhilarating experience to work with a doctor who is willing to work with you.
Dr. Potter has helped me a lot and more importantly I trust him.
You guys have done everything well. Good job.

I was completely informed by Dr Roshan and his staff about the options I had. He answered all my concerns and helped me make an informed decision on how I wanted to proceed with my treatment. Everyone was very efficient. I feel very positive about proceeding with the planned treatment
Dr. Roshan is very intelligent and is able to communicate with cessations very easily. It has been wonderful having him as a surgeon. I think that he is one of the best ones at Phelps.

The doctor's nurse was very professional and easy to communicate with. The doctor provided information in a way that was clear and understandable. The doctor was patient and answered my questions.
Dr. Harden, his nurses, and front desk staff have been absolutely amazing. They have always been quick to answer my messages. They have never made me feel like I was being a pest. I've received encouragement and the best treatment from their office. I feel like they are incredibly thorough with monitoring my health and making sure my baby gets all the proper testing. I feel like I am in the best hands and will be referring my friends to this office. This is the best experience I have ever had with an ob/gyn office.

Everyone at this facility is polite, kind and helpful. Even people who work there were willing to steer me in the right direction for the elevator I needed to take etc. Very efficient. After I saw Dr Gautam he sent me down for a chest x-ray. It was done in a very timely manner. Great location and staff.

The staff at Dr. Armstrong's office is always friendly, professional and caring. I have always been treated with respect and care. I have always recommended him when a friend or colleague inquires about doctors they would recommend in our area. Never had any negative experiences with Dr. Armstrong or his staff.
As for diagnostic purposes and treatment options this doc was the most competent I have had the pleasure to meet. Some personal content in my chart, such as type of employment was inaccurate but since it doesn't impact his professionalism or medical competence it is a secondary consideration. I am very pleased to have been seen by him.
All I can say is Phelps appears too be among the best along with the staff
