Sara is a great provider and we have no issues with her. Our only feedback would be the need to have a separate waiting room/well child waiting room for newborns to be taken to, we had to sit in the waiting room full of sick children coughing with our 3 day old which is so dangerous and stressful during flu/RSV season. Please find a way for parents with healthy newborns to wait elsewhere or be taken back to exam rooms immediately.
Everyone was respectful from the obviously woman who was off duty bringing her child in left the elevator to get me pointed in the right direction, receptionist nurse and doctor were all respectful, and helpful
Staff were all friendly and courteous. Dr Virk is a great Cardiologist!
Provider spent no time with me, would not answer my questions, would not carefully read my chart or examine my case. Would not recommend. He acted like he had more important things to do than see a patient. I got no clear understanding of what I came in for. Pointless appointment that I will be charged for. So disappointed.
Dr. Johnson was in Salem. Now he's just in Rolla in Wayneville. So I went to Rolla to reconnect because I liked the way he trimmed my toenails in my little inroom toenail. And I liked his manner, conversation, and I felt he cared about his profession as a podiatrist. And, you know, it was just good to connect back, even though I had to go to Rolla, but that was great. And the reason I had the opportunity to switch, I didn't ?
I had a great visit with my Dr, and the office nice and courteous as usual.
Dr E was incredible beyond measure of benefit to me and I thank him and the office for helping me!
The front staff could have smiled when they greeted me. They were not rude. They were not discourteous, but just weren't as personable. The second thing is the waiting area was so crowded and so small. I felt like I was in, I don't know, some low-budget waiting room. And then when it was time to take an EKG, there were no gowns or nothing to cover up with, and I was in a dress. No one said that I would be doing an EKG that day. Otherwise, I may have worn something more comfortable, but there wasn't anything to change into. But the quick thinking nurse, I had a male nurse, got a female nurse, and she was so good at what she did, it was done and over with. But the facility on the inside just was not as stellar as the treatment I received.
Total respect in all areas
Doctor Pearson is a very good doctor and always listens to what you have to say. He has always taken care of any needs we have.
Always courteous and kind
I am very happy Dr Potter and his expertise in helping with my shoulder and back pain. He expressed the benefit of the shot for pain relief and I'm glad he did because the shots worked for me.

The appointment was on time and Dr Potter explained things quite well and gave me information to help rehab my ankle. He also repaired my collar bone broken into three pieces last year and did a great job. It is back to full strength and works well.

Had a 730 appt told to arrive at 715 doors locked. Make sure someone is ready to work at 715 if thats the time you want people to show up

Hey, I really enjoyed my visit with Andrea Phinney. She was very excellent on her explanations and I feel like she's a very intelligent and a growing aspect to felt health.
Dr agreed to see both my wife and me at my appointment. Her appointment was two day after mine and saved an extra trip to MOB. Dr Potter immediately discovered to cause of my knee pain and was able to give me an injection and make me able to take care of my wife.

Absolutely everything they do exceptionally well ! From receptionist at front desk to the nurses and The Drs they all are AMAZING and always so informative on you care plan treatment ! And answer any questions you may have with so much knowledge and understanding much patience great bedside manners ! They work together as A Team most importantly to make their PATIENTS PRIORITY !!

Everything was beyond my expectations. Everyone was kind and respectful. The waiting time was less than a few minutes. Dr. Voight listened and answered my concerns. Because I'm one of Jehovah's Witnesses and told Dr. Voight how I feel about abstaining from blood, he was very understanding and will abide my personal beliefs.
I thought I was treated the best I could be
Dr Youlo and his staff was super friendly, precise, and answered all my questions. He has a new PA who was fantastic.
Everyone was kind and let me know where to go and what to do. I was given written and verbal instructions for my next visit, and was told if I had any changes to call them and they could reschedule or whatever was necessary. The therapist was very knowledgeable and gave good instructions.

The doctor knew exactly what my medical issue was and intelligently explained the treatment regime I was to follow. I left the clinic extremely satisfied that my issue was real and not imagined.
Dr. Kriete is very knowledgeable and I appreciate his honesty and concern for me as his patient. There are no improvements needed they have a great system in place and work together as a team.

The receptionist was great. I made a mistake on that. And everybody there was nice. And the doctor that I saw was very knowledgeable and was really, really nice and really put you at ease. That's about it.

I always recommend Dr Heincker to anyone I know who needs orthopedic treatment. I don't recommend Phelps Health for any other specialty and specifically not for primary or geriatric care.

Any questions we asked the doctor were received with disdain as if it inconvenienced him to answer. He did not provide time for discussion and support spending only 10 minutes in the room although the follow up notes said he was there one hour. The doctor would only allow one person in the room although there was a chair and room for a second person. The reason given was because he was using the phone note taking system. This seems to prioritize connivence of record keeping over quality of care. This was a very disappointing visit. We were not at all pleased with the quality of care nor the lack of concern.
Dr. Pearson got me in very quickly. He was able to trim my toenails very quickly. He was very personable and friendly and got the job done and set me up for another appointment in another couple months. So the experience was very good.
They took very good care of me
Dr Voight went above and beyond to answer all my questions. The nursing staff was top notch - cannot have been better. My roommate had dementia and got a bit violent with the nursing staff. They handled it very professionally and extremely humane. The vascular access team was magical. I never want to be back in the hospital, but if it comes to it, I hope these folks are still around.

Doc explained everything very clearly
Improve-Nurse not be"mouthy"over taking my blood pressure. The nurse took it once and stated" it is high. She said" I'll have to take it again. When she retook my blood pressure, she stated, it's going to be high again. " if you would straighten your arm out, it wouldn't be high." Then she stated" no it's not high this time, but never told me what the reading was."
Have better bathrooms that doors stay open when in wheelchair doors slam on my fingers
