Dr Heincker is now and has always been the best doctor I've been treated by at Phelps Health.
I thought I might need an additional injection for the pain in my knee, but Dr. Heincker suggested that the residuals from my shoulder injections, would drift down to my knee and take care of the pain. The result has been exactly as he described. I am very pleased. Thank you.
Everything went well during my appointment.
It would have been easier and cheaper if I had just been messaged the fact that I had to be referred to elsewhere. One thing I didn't respect was the fact that I was asked for my social security number by the lady at the waiting area between the two offices. I GAVE BECAUSE MY CREDIT IS SCREWED UP, but what kind of business etiquette is this... did not like that last part one bit! Sorta like everyone else wants to be tazed by police and have there kids taken for 2 years and be forced to court on teams meetings to be told 2 years later it should have never happened... people and their love for MONEY

The staff is always extremely friendly and the provider is absolutely wonderful. And during a time where I was very unknown as to what was going on with my medical condition, he was very interested in listening to me, taking copious notes, and then also just hearing my story and willing to take time with me to figure out what was going on and running all the tests needed to give me some comfort. And that was extremely appreciated.
Everything was fine. It was a good visit. I'm just waiting on getting in some appointments for some tests that he wanted run.
You can't improve upon perfection.
Yes, the only complaint I have is that I kind of sat there a long time and I think they really realized I was when I got up and went to the desk that I was in there. That was my only complaint, but everything else was quite nice. They were very busy, but you know, anyway, that's all. Okay, bye.

Had to get an x-ray prior to office visit. Radiology registration said order put in at last year's visit had expired. Took coordination between offices and about 15 minutes to resolve.

Dr. Sinha went above and beyond to make sure my daughter had an amazing appointment. I came to my daughter's appointment prepared to advocate and push to be listened to, but the doctor listened to our concerns and came up with a treatment plan and referrals to get us answers immediately. She was absolutely wonderful.

Intake Nurse and Doctor listened to my concerns and addressed them, explaining everything in layman's terms.

Dr Youlo is my favorite Doctor. He is always nice, explains everything in a way I understand and doesn't talk down to me. His staff, Nurses and front office people, are always nice and make me feel at ease. When surgery is needed, Dr Youlo and his staff explain everything and ease my fears. I always recommend Dr Youlo and his staff to all that I meet.
Dr Armstrong is a great doctor. He treats me very well, and listens to what I say. I like him a lot.

Dr. Steve Ballard and his staff, his nurse practitioner, and the ladies at the representative desk, they all were very helpful. Dr. Ballard, even though I'm not his primary care patient, he took the time to explain to me why he recommended what he did, what works and what does not work. He asked me questions. He asked me if I understood. He explained and I really appreciate him taking the time to provide information that would help me make decisions that was best for me. And it seemed like he was looking out for the best thing that was for my health as well. So I really appreciate him and his nurse. Thank you. Have a good day.
Communication with the radiology place in Jeff City needs to very much improve with getting the paperwork sent. There was a lot of confusion and it caused me a lot of, yeah, just a lot of back and forth and just misunderstandings and the communication needs to be worked on a little bit better. Everything else was great. Thank you.

All of the staff were concerned that I received the care I needed. The surgery staff, doctors and nurses were quite efficient and enthusiastic about their work. My Cardiologist was extremely confident in his work and I can't praise his team enough.

Wait time in the exam room was a little long
I make it a practice to arrive early at all scheduled appointments, regardless of who or where. I arrived 1½ hrs. early and to my surprise I was called within five minutes! Being on time is important, although the earlier, the better! It helps the doctors scheduling run much smoother! As for the staff, I can't think of one thing to change! They're like a well oiled machine! Dr.Morrison is like the Encyclopedia Britannica, of which I said to him! He's a wealth of knowledge and is so prepared, I believe he knows me better than I do myself! The only downside is I see the "Good Doctor" every six months! I feel blessed to have him as my cardiologist! He may be one of the best cardiologist in this region!

I had an appointment at 9:30 and had to wait almost an hour till 10;25 a.m;., otherwise it was fine.
The only issue I had was wait time. But provider was very knowledgeable and respectful.
I think someone put on my records of meds. That I do not take oxycodone any more. Which is incorrect
It comes down to the doctors overworked, so more urology to help spread the workload.
I don't think there is anything else to recommend, the entire staff truly treated me well and accommodated my questions with thorough answers!! Thank you!!!

Every person was helpful to get me where I needed to be. Everyone seemed happy and in good mood. The Dr. explained everything so simply that I understood the procedure. His nurse had everything, all the info, in a folder and handed to me and explained things, but I had the folder to read & reread as I wanted.
Dr. YOULO is caring, professional and informative on the best treatment options for my joint arthritis. I value his expertise.

Wellness checkup for Medicare is a waste of time
I understand the receptionists check in thousands of patients a week, but they could be slightly more personable and less running through the drill.

I had shots in my knee for some pain, arthritis, so on and so forth. Really worked. I have no pain. I'm out walking, running again, so job well done.
Please have staff make their name badges face forward I know they are their clock in and out tools but for us patients it is how we know who we are talking to and what position they hold doctor, nurse, aide, sanitation. Just what ever their position. Also if they are rude or mean we report it we can have a name or if they go above and beyond we can report it and give them praise.

There were issues that had to be dealt with, which delayed my actual provider-time. Not a big deal... and the situation was explained and I got a water to help fill my time.

I can hear again. No pain. No fullness. Ear is clear. Much appreciated. That ear vacuum tool took less than 5 minutes to help my ear. Wonderful! No squirting water. No pointy tools digging around. Just vacuum n ear is fixed. Thank u!! Provider n nurse were great.
