Honestly everything! I know that with my provider Watkins and her nurse or whoever sees us first for weight and stuff there won't be any issues! Always respected and never had an issue. I honestly love them both!!
Dr. Sasan explained things to me very carefully and spent his time making sure he understood all my questions and I felt like I learned what I needed to learn during the visit.
When it comes to urology there's really no way to get around the embarrassment for the patient. So I don't blame the staff. To be honest they were very helpful. And so I say thank you and I have a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year

Check in was smooth and seamless. The office was very clean and welcoming!! Loved how they had it decorated!! The nurse was very professional looking and very respectful with her duties!! The provider was absolutely outstanding! The one thing that can improve would be to have a restroom. Please consider this! Thank you!!

I sat in the waiting room for over an hour before being called to a room. With an 8:45 AM arrival time, I assumed my wait time would be short as there couldn't have been that many patients ahead of me. Once in a room, I waited another 15 minutes only to see the provider for less than 2 minutes. That kind of wait time is unacceptable.

He doesn't like to answer your questions . Visually he becomes aggravated if you want more detail or if you have anything to worry about. He's not good with questions tho he may be a great dr. Not sure.

The doctor was amazing with his explanation of my concerns and put my mind at ease with issues occurring with my health. The nursing staff and the front line desk workers were the epitome of how to treat patients. John well done all the way around.
Dr. Voight and his whole team are great! They respond quickly when I contact them and they are very friendly and supportive.

My visit felt rushed. The doctor spoke like an auctioneer and it was difficult to understand a lot of what he said. I don't hear very well. I felt like I was just a typical patient with the same issues as everyone else.
Got me in and out in a timely matter it went really fast
I loved my doctor and the staff in the doctors office. I was frustrated while talking insurance and preparing to get my blood drawn because the insurance specialists didn't have answers for our questions, and the financial people where the blood drawing took place also didn't know how to answer financial questions. It was frustrating that they're called specialists but couldn't answer our questions and left us to figure it out ourselves. Besides that everyone was great and, again, I loved my doctor experience and working with the front desk workers of his office.

Dr Heincker is amazing. Very friendly and explains things that I can understand. Even his nurse is super friendly and treated me very kindly.

I respect their knowledge and willingness to get to the bottom the problem. Sometimes it takes a while to get the end results. Best to be positive than maybe when it comes to the diagnosis.
Dr. Voight is amazing. The rest of your staff should have to follow him around to learn. You can tell his office feeds off him, major respect. Never feel rushed. This is one of the only places Phelps thrives. When you walk into the DDCI, the woman at the desk has a bad face. Not once did I experience that with Dr. Voight's staff
Dr Virk was delightful and open in his approach to me as a new patient.
The front desk was very unpersonable no smiles no inter action only brief question that had to be ask and answered very unsociable

Everyone was kind and appropriate. The ONLY thing to mention is the wait time. But even so, Brett stopped in the room and explained that he would be with me shortly. It was no inconvenience to me. I have waited much longer at places in the past. I was very satisfied.

Yeah, I'd like to say Dr. Kriete is a great example of a down-to-earth, old-school, I want to help you kind of physician. So thankfully he was there and we could refer our resident to him and he could settle the question once and for all. So we're grateful. Thanks.

I think Dr. Leon should have explained things more to his patients better. I didn't understand what the booklet was about to give me and they didn't make it clear. The nurse had to make it clear to me.

Dr Gifford was wonderful! Her nurse kept us waiting for an hour to get a flu shot, meningitis shot and a pneumonia shot. An hour is way too long for injections.
Other than waiting almost 45 min to get called to the back for the procedure, I have no issues with this place. It was a good experience and am very satisfied. I understand about the wait, no problem.

This was my 1st appointment with Steve Ballard and I was very impressed. All around one of the best experiences with a medical provider I've ever had.
Dr. Soberano is clear, concise, and strives to explain things to everyone in a way that they can completely understand. He doesn't try to push unnecessary procedures or medications on his patients, and I believe that every doctor should be like him.
