Everything was done well.
The nurses were very nice. They took notes of everything I told them. And the doctor that came in, the cardiologist, never addressed any of the extra things. He looked at my chart and said my echocardiogram was fine. And then he said my halter monitor was also fine and they only saw PVCs. I went to a VA cardiologist the very next day and he said, no, I had PVCs and in fact, SVTs, but this cardiologist told me I didn't have any SVTs on my chart, didn't ask me about any of the other symptoms that I was complaining about, just kind of completely blowed over it, told me I was completely healthy, but prescribed me Metropolis and sent me on my way.
My provider didn't provide me with pictures that he wanted to show me because his staff didn't take them the day of the surgery. I left, wondering what he was gonna show me and upset that he couldn't retrieve those pictures.
Dr. Rachford is amazing.
Dr Joel and his team are excellent caregivers. They are courteous and efficient. No wasted time, just great medical advice and service.
Each visit is always professional and courteous all questions are answered in a manner in which I can understand and I am always treated with respect very friendly atmosphere

Dr Potter is an excellent Dr. needs work on his bedside manner. All in all I was in the best hands possible. Only issue I have is I had to wait an hour to see him! That part was ridiculous!

Always a good experience
Everyone was very kind even though the office was very backed up. The doctor listened to reason for visit, promptly set up tests for blood work, and other tests. Doctor did not seem to be rushing or in a hurry, he did explain my situation to my caregiver helping to understand my situation, and thoroughly explained what to expect next.

Everything you just asked me yall did well. Was one of the best doctor visits I've had in a long time and I have a lot of medical issues so I go to a lot of various doctors. This was for surgery and they all still made me at ease and in a good mood.

Dr. Phinney is wonderful. I would recommend her to anyone needing care with their knees. I have only needed injections so far but I am very happy with the results.

I just wish the dr would have spent more than 4 or 5 mins with me . I had an 11:30 appt , I sat in a room about 90 mins and then I got about 4 or 5 mins of his time .

Every aspect of my appointment was great.
Paige took her time and explained next steps to my husband and I. We were previously getting seen TCMH, when we had the miscarriage. The nurse and our OB down there left us with no answers as to where we go from there. Paige helped us make a plan on how to move forward. She took her time to listen to our concerns, and helped reassure us.

Dr. Heincker's team is wonderful from the time you check in until the time you leave. The assistant who does blood pressure was very calm and efficient. And I'm always impressed how well they clean all the equipment immediately after done. And Dr. Heincker, as usual, is very awesome and patient and explains everything. Thank you.

Everyone there is WONDERFUL!! Dr. Armstrong is very knowledgeable but seems a bit calloused. I suspect this will change as he becomes more familiar with the patients he has. Doctor Armstrong and his AMAZING staff are a huge blessing to the Rolla community!

Everything was good. The service was very good. However, it did smell like there's air freshener again in the office and at one point they had gotten rid of it, but it smelled very strongly. So that's really hard on me. So I just wanted to mention that. Thank you.
