Mr Ballard is a great man. He's a joy to work with and always listens and takes his time: he never makes me feel rushed or unimportant. His nurse is a godsend. He called me personally to empathize with me about my Cardiophobia. They're both a valuable asset to the Phelps cardiology team. I wish Ballard would get his PhD so he could be my cardiologist.

Very friendly staff
Dr. Recommended an EEG. We were told that we could get one done that day only if there was time. In the past an order was put in and we were registered and have been in an area where we would be called or a machine was brought into the doctor's office and it was done right there. We would then be called with the results or could see it on My Chart.
Nothing to improve.....everyone and everything was fabulous!
Too much waiting. 1 hour in waiting room 45 minutes in exam room before seeing Dr. He did apologize and said they've been busy.
Provider took time to explain all options to me not just the option I was interested in. Allowed me time to provide input, we came up with a plan together to include steps to take if the treatment regimen didn't work. It will I have faith. The provider was attentive and engaging. They nurse asked me first before allowing the in the student. The front desk staff offered to listen for my name too (I am deaf and don't always hear my name called). Everyone was great!! 10 out of 10 stars. Thank you Ms Alvarado.

The doctor should act like he cares about the patient's well-being. And should have a heart to heart talk with patients, explaining concerns in detail.

Dr. Armstrong's reception staff and Dr. Armstrong are just absolutely amazing. And Dr. Armstrong is one of the best doctors I've ever had. I really appreciate how he listens to me as an older woman and how he is absolutely so professional and thorough with everything he does. Terrible signage. There is no signs letting you know where to go after you get off of the elevator. You have to either ask at the breast center or wonder around. On the other floors atleast there are signs with arrows pointing which way the suite numbers are. If it wasn't for the sign at the door I wouldn't have found it.

Everything's great. I just have one question. I guess I should look up on the internet what an arthioplasty is. I guess we used common terms in the office about knee replacement and then my appointment says arthioplasty. They're probably one and the same. It's on me. I need to look it up. That's it.

I do not care for Dr. Morrison. I feel like just because the book standers say this should be this isn't right. Not everyone health is what the books say. I feel like if I don't do it his way than I am I'm complaint. I don't always want a pill how about a nature way or a vitamin that might help the issue.

Hi, my only complaint with getting in to see Ariella is the length of time it takes to get an appointment and that seems to be an issue with most of the providers in the clinic.
My child's doctor was very nice and welcoming and took the time to talk to my child and be silly. I also liked how she dressed very fun.

A staff member called me at 1:30 and asked me to come earlier than my 3:30 appointment and I said I could there by 3 pm. She said I needed to be there by 2:30 or 2:40 because Dr Voight needed to leave at 3 pm. I arrived at 2:20 and had to wait until 3:25 to see Dr Voight. I do not understand why I was asked to come in early, then had to wait for an hour.
Steve always takes time to listen ask questions and stays on top of things. Couldn't ask for a better care provider.
I cannot recommend Dr. Angie Watkins enough. She is an amazing pediatrician and listened to all my concerns attentively.

It was an excellent experience and I can't say how to improve it. There was one short little misunderstanding but it got cleared up quickly. And to my satisfaction I have no complaints and if I need further medical attention I hope to go to Phelps

I checked in online, so checking in was very fast. Nurse called me shortly afterward, processed me and was very mice. Dr. Came in and we spoke. He seems great! Scheduled a date for surgery though I wish it was sooner. Everything went well. I'm very satisfied with my visit. Thank you
