Because Dr E is so good at what he does and in demand, there was a delay in seeing him. But the staff took good care of me and every patient in that room.
Nurse was uncaring, bed was lopsided, room was noisy and to cold.

What can I say...it's Dr. Voight...the most incredible Surgeon I have ever met...Besides being an excellent surgeon, he has the most RESPECTFUL bedside manners I have ever known...He is not a "RUSH" doctor...he totally explains everything in detail and made me feel extremely comfortable...He is not egotistic...He is human and I felt his compassion and care for me before and after my bilateral mastectomy...all you have to do is look at the man's reviews...and believe me I've read a ton of them before choosing the right surgeon...He has a great personality and if something is funny he laughs...Well, I'm done...lol...I sure hope Phelps Hospital knows exactly who they have here...I'm sure he could go anywhere as a surgeon...and that would be a total loss for Phelps...anyway...I'm really done none...I will always be " TEAM VOIGHT"
Everything went well.
I was dreading this appointment from nothing more than anxiety over fear of the unknown. Dr. Moshirzadeh explained exactly what would be happening and asked me during the testing if I was doing okay. I was very pleased with his skill and the professional, compassionate way I was treated.
Everyone was so understanding and they helped me out with getting me checked in and getting me to my pavement room and everyone listened to all of my needs . My Doctor was very caring with me. You don't find any caring one that cares about you any where else. This means everything to me because I'm disabled and on oxygen.
My appointment was on time. They listened to my concerns and explained everything very well.
I almost did not follow up on my lost respiratory report. The Drs assistant said to contact apria and have them send the report. I'm so glad I listened to her. I needed o2 at night it was very low.

my first time meeting Dr. Steve Ballard, he was extremely easy to talk to. I was most impressed with the fact that he had ALL of my information together on one page, ready to go! We reviewed my heart history, from past procedure results, my current symptoms, as well as my medications & interactions. Dr. Steve is a doctor who listens, absorbs & takes action.
I have come to Phelps Health for a very long time and I think everyone here is great ! I have a few doctors and they are all great ! I had an appointment with Dr. Armstrong this past week and he is a very good doctor and Im very thankful to have him as one of my doctors at Phelps . He is so nice , ask questions , talks to me and is concerned about my health problems and does all the things that need to be done for me ! Was seen promptly and dr Armstrong was very mentally involved and kind during visit.
Only negative was my appointment was at 1:45 and I wasn't seen until almost 2:30. Otherwise, everyone was great and very clean facility.
Everything was great.
Overall, our first experience there was great! We didn't wait for a long time, everyone was friendly. The facilities were clean and orderly. The quality of the ultrasound photos weren't as good as other places and the rooms were quite small. It was hard for the nurses and the doctor to fit into the room with equipment and my husband and I. Overall a good experience.

Dr. Sasan listened to me and provided solutions to my issues. It really helped my headaches beyond my expectations.
Dr. Potter was a good listener and responded to my questions. He acknowledged my anxiety and allowed me time to think about further testing outside his specialty.
Our appointment was at 1 o'clock and by the time we saw Angela Watson, it was like, excuse me, the appointment was at 4 o'clock and by the time we saw her, it was like 4:40, I think. She was great. The nurses were very kind. It's just our second time. We've had appointments, but it takes 30 to 40 minutes before we can see the doctor and be done.
Trying to get the appointment setup took longer than necessary. Once at the appointment, they didnt look at the injury damage first and had to redo a few steps. Once diagnosed, the next appointment for surgery was scheduled several weeks in the future even though it needs to be sooner than that. They referenced additional testing before surgery but for some reason that is still yet to be scheduled? Seems mismanaged, disorganized, and worried about the upcoming procedure as well as future procedures.
Dr. Heincker is the best listener & explainer & is very thorough but also friendly, kind, upbeat & quick at the same time!

The waiting room was over crowded with no place to sit. My wait to see the doctor was over an hour. It appears that over scheduling is an issue. Hospital staffing needs to be reviewed.
I was told to ask my doctor about a mobility scooter I went on an outing with the well-being Center and they said to ask that I have to ask my doctor and I don't see her again for a while and I lost the number

If I were their leaders I would pursue performance bonuses because of their ingrained level of quality coupled with their ability to articulate complex medical jargon in a way a layman can understand.
