The doctor was a little rushed, but still very polite and helpful
Speaking longterm, I did not feel that all of my issues were addressed. The very pleasant nurse's post commentary I found vaguely insulting. It may have been AI generated.

No physical assessment, did not seem knowledgeable about my child's condition. Very nice, ordered meds. Offered additional referral. Did not offer options.
Peak times are extremely busy -this was 1pm. Lobby gets extremely busy around check in desk with a line forming. Staggering appointments by just 5 minutes might help. Also I had fulled evwrything out on-line. Seems like I didnt even need to standbin line.
The Dr. took his time and reviewed my past history, my current situation as well as the CT scans very thoroughly and explained everything very good.
Felt very comfortable despite and uncomfortable procedure.
Dr. Heincker is always courteous and professional.
Super sad that Sara is leaving! She has been one of my favorite providers. She is so kind and goes out of her way if you need anything during the appointment. I've never seen my toddler do so well with someone new and she is so warm and loving to my baby!

Great service and staff
We waited in the exam room for 35 minutes (after the nurse did his vitals and reviewed his meds) for my father to get injections in his knees. At 10 a.m., they were behind schedule. We were put in an exam room at 10 a.m. Nurse was in to get vitals, med information. Done by 10:10. We sat until 10:45. When I opened the door to inquire, another nurse said that we were next.

I asked when I made the appointment if there was anybody there that could do the procedure under my specific circumstances, was told yes. So I got up there to find out the answer was in fact no and a complete waste of time.

Everything was fast and done well.
The provider was amazing. My only problem is with facility and was the parking lot. I felt like I was being hunting when I was leaving people were following me from my parking spot. Then when I did get to my car 3 people wanted it. I feel sorry for the older people who can move as fast, that parking lot is crazy and scary. The facility inside is very old and outdated and it looks like you're walking into a jail with the big cage down where scooters used to be. The ground floor was freezing, it sad watching people be bundled up wearing coats because the entryway is 55°. I asked the staff number about it and she started laughing saying the ground floor follows The weather. That maintenance is unable to fix it.
Friendly staff that were nothing but extremely professional. From the front desk checking into the clinic to my visit with my doctor it self, everything went according to schedule and very efficiently. I have complete trust and confidence that I will receive the care I need. Would recommend this facility to everyone.
You could have improved my experience by admitting me and putting stents in my foot

Very efficient goal directed medical encounter. I'm needing a screening colonoscopy and every member on the team nailed that end point... and in a smooth, complete fashion. I needed to get in to be seen immediately. I got my appointment. They worked with me, got me right in, got my next appointment scheduled. Just a good group of people.
Everyone was pleasant & courteous. I felt like I was listened to, could ask questions, and got answers from a doctor with expertise in her field.
Angie worked us in and made us feel like a priority! She also consulted ortho and we got an apt the next day! You never feel like a number in her office, she always make you feel like you're important! She's an amazing asset to Phelps Health!
Dr Pearson is always great
At the conclusion of the procedure the Dr & his assistant left the room. Someone should have entered to have escorted & directed me out.
Someone accidentally flagged us as a no show and it cost us an hour in getting. That was a painful hour. The current issue is that we are waiting on the doctor to sign the order for PT at TCMH. We've waited all day to hear that it is signed so we could know how to plan our week of PT. No contact from anyone and now we wait the whole weekend to find out. It would have been more restful if we knew.
Nurse was rude and uncaring. She was aware of my migraine. Waited 45 minutes in the room for doctor to show up. I could hear people come and go in the room next door. My visit only takes me 5 minutes for injection. She could have easily said "hey this patient is in pain" maybe get her in and out. I was in tears because my head was hurting so bad. I tried to reschedule but it would have been another month. Little @#$%^ couldn't even look me in the eye when I left. No compassion. No respect.

I love Angie Watkins and her staff. They always listen, answer questions thoroughly, and take time to know the patient. Staff is extremely courteous and caring and remembers us every time and our unique situation. We love them and would recommend them to anybody.
Dr. Johnson was very busy that day, but he took the time to visit with me and discuss any questions that I had, answered all the questions I needed, and I would definitely refer people to him because he is a very good doctor.

Yes, Dr. Youlo is the bomb.com. You can't get any better than him. There's no morning I look forward to better than getting up early and going to Phelps for my knee injections with Dr. Youlo . I wouldn't take that over any other day of my life. It was such a fun experience that I wish I had a third knee. But to be honest with you, Dr. Youlo has been a great provider over the years and I'm very grateful that he's in my life and taking care of me. He's been helping my knees. So good job, kudos. 10 out of 10, I highly recommend and God bless.

Dr. Rowden explained the new standard they go by and my past history and in formed me that my colonoscopy could be put off for a few more years. Also said if I had any concerns at any time I could come in and have a diagnostic scope done.
