Dr. Armstrong is great! Very caring and takes care of all your needs! His nurse and staff are amazing!

Everybody was nice and they directed me where I needed to go, even though I'd never been there before, and they answered all my questions and took their time to show me how to correctly tighten up the knee brace. EVERYTHING was done well. The nursing staff that waited on me was very nice and presented a good atmosphere to be around. Dr Heincker is always sharp and tells me what the real deal is at each visit. Which is what I prefer. You'd have to go a long way to top his knowledge in his field of medicine.

Brittany did and outstanding job and was able to quickly and accurately diagnose my condition and start me on a path to recovery

The doctor, the staff, they were all very nice. They told me what I needed to have done, took time to explain to me, very kind, very respectful, answered my questions. The only piece that would have been a little better is the young lady. I asked her like about my records of my weight from the year before and she didn't know how to find that. I would kind of like to have known that, but other than that, everything was really great.

I felt like I was kind of rushed in a way. Overall, everything was perfect. Everything was just absolutely perfect. But there was a couple faults there. He was in a rush to go, get out of that room. He did talk to me for a little bit about some things. He did sit down and take time, but I don't believe there's long enough time to get more situations, more stuff out to be said. There was more go, go, go, go, go. And there's stuff that I forgot to ask and I didn't get a chance to because I was so developedly rushed and I split my mind. So if you guys can future, in the future, pick the brains a little bit, it would help out a lot. Or I need to smart up and bring a note with me, notepad with me and write down everything. So he has a whole list of what I'm interested in knowing. So that's it. Thank you. You guys have a blessed day.

front check in person had a large line to check in and never as for help, he kept yawning and just wasn't into his job. I mentioned it to the doctor, gives Phelps a bad image to have lots of these kinds of people working there.

The overall visit was very smooth and completely professional. From check-in, to vitals screen and nurse interaction, to doctors exam, all parts of the visit were almost seamless.

Got to see my new doctor he's keeping me on my same medicine which I need and scheduled me an appointment to see why I'm having problems breathing and running out of energy maybe my stench and my heart needs cleaning

After the nurse took my vitals, I sat in the room for an hour and nobody had came in or told me that I would be waiting or that he was running behind. Yep.

The nurse took the time to read my bp from both arms, and then manually. The machines that are electronic seem to misread my bp. I appreciate the time she took

The checkin process was a nightmare! My appointment was at 1:10 and I arrived at 12:50pm. I stood two in line while two of the three ladies who check people in were eating and talking about home life. The lady waiting on me took 15 minutes to check me in. First she addressed me as "next" instead of "may I help you". There was silence and very long pauses while she looked at her screen. Four times I had to ask her if she needed anything else or if I needed to take my seat. She wasn't saying anything and I was just standing there waiting on her to finish checking me in. An awkward silence between us. She said "I'll let you know when you can sit". I bit my tongue and told her if she was going to be rude towards me I would just talk to the nurse. The nurse called my name and I was still waiting on the checkin lady to finish. She finally handed me a form to fill out. I read it and told her nothing on the paper had changed in the past year and I changed the date.. She told me to fill it out completely anyway, snapped the clipboard back onto the counter and told the nurse I was ready. This lady that checked me in was taking up time that could otherwise been with the doctor. She is either too comfortable in her job, needs speed and attitude training or she forgot who pays her wages.

ER doctor was very respectful and midwife was extremely caring.

Dr. Armstrong is a wonderful, extremely professional and compassionate doctor who I am blessed to call my PCP. We are so pleased every time we have an appointment with him. We are very grateful he is on your staff!

The staff and doctor were polite and friendly, Doctor Heincker does not push his agenda, listens to your concerns and make suggestions based on your needs and concerns. He acknowledge your right to have input on your care rather taking an authoritarian attitude that your wishes are secondary. I am truly impressed with him.

I was extremely satisfied in this first visit with Dr. Virk. He was very thorough in answering my questions, and they were many. He also dumbed down his answers, so I would be able to understand. Most importantly, I came away, feeling like he was genuinely interested in helping me.

Candace knew exactly what needed to be done. She was very kind and respectful.

The PA Allison Rowden treated me like family. She was very knowledgeable and professional. I am thankful that she is on my health team.

Dr. Virk, saved my life. When I had some minor symptoms, he conducted tests until he found what was wrong. I ended up having a 100% blockage and needed triple bypass surgery. He has been very helpful and helps me understand what is going on. He has also been supportive and interested in my recovery and cardiac rehab.

Dr. Soberano listened my comments and was very personable. Discussed my issues and how to proceed.
