Dr. Ratchford listened to me and explained things to me in a way that I understood without talking down to me. He was honest with me which I love and appreciate.
The provider had great listening skills and was very thorough. The accessibility to the building was very nice and the office staff were easy to work with.
Dr Ratchford was one of the few doctors that had listened to me and made me feel heard. It is especially hard during this time in my life in menopause when my body has went crazy, but he made me feel sane and like he was going to fix it no matter how long it took. Thank you!!

Prompt scheduling and rescheduling following a doctor emergency cancellation. Doctor was knowledgeable of the presenting problem and offered clear information and treatment options.
Couldn't do any better
My wife had an appointment and happened to mention that I had an appointment at a later date. The doctor squeezed me in so as to save a later trip since we were there already. That was much appreciated. Thank you. My only complaint and it has nothing to do with this doctor is it takes so very long to get appointments. My wife has some issues that need attention but appointments are sometimes 8 or 10 weeks out. This is pretty much across the Phelps system.
Dr Pearson was wonderful! He listened to my symptoms, asked questions, and made me feel comfortable. He gave me treatment options in a caring manner. I will definitely come back to see him for my condition moving forward. 5 stars.

All staff was kind and respectful. The provider was very informative and helpful with figuring out a treatment plan for our daughter.

Dr. Kriete made an uncomfortable surgery and follow-up office visits manageable with professionalism and care. The only thing I would have liked is more detailed information on what to expect after the surgery.

Front office staff never greeted me or acknowledged I was there. I waited 10 minutes past my appt time before anyone helped me, yet I'm required to arrive early per the instructions. Dirty facility & subpar service.
Educate on how to locate or find the doctor's notes.
This was the first time seeing Dr. Youlo. I felt very comfortable with talking to him. He answered all my questions and put my mind at ease concerning my problem. I would recommend him to anyone who wants a straightforward answer .

The doctor and all the staff were very friendly and the room was clean. He quickly addressed the issue and instantly treated the problem. Great experience.
He took his time explained and was very concerned about my health n what's happening to me n what needs to happen n what I need. So much more manners than what you receive these days everyone rushes in out n sometimes don't even really do anything.
It seemed the office was running far behind for our appointment- our appointment was at 1pm. We arrived at 12:45 as requested by Phelps and then we didn't see the doctor until 1:45pm. These long delays makes it hard to navigate feeding and nap time with little ones.
Ms. Angie has been the best pediatric provider my kids have had in 12 years. We absolutely love her and appreciate all that she does. She makes each of my 6 kids feel like they are the most important person on this earth. They ASK to go to the doctor now. Thank you Ms. Angie!!
