Dr. Armstrong is a professional who is very cooperative. He is always open to the patient's opinion and suggestions. He works from a perspective of integrity, strength and flexibility relative to the patient's concerns... even if he doubts the medical wisdom of those perhaps emotionally based, concerns.
Very professional but when sent to have blood work at the other location did not fill welcome by the reception felt un welcome, bet nurse drawing blood was very professional and made me felt welcome

Dr. Roshan and all his medical staff were amazing. They were very upbeat and explanatory. The only complaint I would have is the representative at the registration desk was not welcoming, and when we got ready to leave even though she was sitting at her computer she did not acknowledge us at all. I completely understand people have days but she did not seem excited to be there at all. A simple smile or gesture can drastically change someone's day.
My provider was informative with a friendly interaction.

Dr Morrison looked at me and asked questions and listened. That's refreshing. My last cardiologist had his back to me, looking at a computer, and spoke to me over his shoulder.
When I was a patient for the very first time 3 months ago, I felt like they listened to what I had to say, what I needed and what my concerns were. I've now had my second visit with this same provider and all went very well, a great team!
The secretary was checking someone in and said, "if you need me take a number". That seemed very rude.

I was at your facility for an hour and 30 minutes and met with the doctor for four. It was absolutely ridiculous and I was on the verge of getting up and walking out after an hour. But I waited an hour and a half to meet with Dr. E for four minutes. Absolutely appalling. My time is just as important as yours and his.
Dr Morrison seemed to be in a real big hurry. I think he's a good dr but i would've liked a little more time with him and not feel so rushed

The appointment never happened. It needs to be rescheduled. I checked in at 250, being told to check in at 245 for a 3pm appointment. I waited an hour to be seen with no updates. I had to leave the facility at 4pm. Unsure what time the doctor came in after being caught up with previous visits. I already paid the visit copay and will need to get reimbursed or have that to carryover for the reschedule due to no visit after an hour after the appointment time.
Dr. Virk is the best
The doctor was late. Not his fault but he was in a hurry to get rid of me. He didn't understand the medication that he ordered. I was very disappointed by the service
Even though the doctor was running late on appointments. At no point did I feel rushed. Felt like he really took the time to listen to my concerns and come up with a good plan of care
I feel like Dr Armstrong does not reads my History info for the follow up appointments as he is Oblivious to what he's following up. His office notes are inaccurate to what he actually discussed and summary notes states he did specific review of symptoms that he never even looked at.

Not just this provider, but seems all Phelps Health providers spend more time talking into their phones, dictating than listening to the patient. Feels very rushed.
The lady at your check in was exceptional. Such a welcoming and friendly personality. My whole visit went well.
The dr was only problem. He talks down to you. He doesn't seem very respectful but hopefully he's a good surgeon

Dr Youlo was rude and didn't show concern regarding my visit. He demonstrated poor bedside manners. Spoke to me in a condescending tone like I didn't know what I was talking about. He made me feel I was a nuisance to his day. I will never go back to him.
I would like to have X-rays done prior to follow-up so that we will have something to talk with Dr or ask questions. The office agreed to do that when I asked for my next 3 week appt. Thank you!
Got in on time. Staff worked efficiently. Dr. Pearson very thorough and very caring. Best podiatrist I have ever had. Been seeing Dr. Pearson for probably 20 years. He is the best.
Everyone was friendly and easy to talk to. The service was great. The treatment explained however I am leery of taking the steroids because I am diabetic struggling to keep my glucose levels under control and I can't afford to gain weight I am already obese.
Everything was fine. The only thing that might made it better was a 3/4" t-bone, (rare), baked tater, fresh-from-the-oven French bread, and a glass of cabernet. '

The experience was well. Everybody was professional and all the good stuff.
Dr. E was very intelligent and took care of the problem, but he talked way too fast for us to understand mostly what he was saying and we felt like we were being rushed through. But he was very professional, very kind, and all of the staff was very professional and very kind. We just needed to slow the process down a little bit, take a little bit more time for us to understand what you're saying.
Waited 30 mins past appointment time and another 30 mins for provider.
Always have a good visit with Dr. Armstrongs office and staff. My blood pressure and blood sugar are finally under control and within range. Much better service than my previous provider.

No hesitation in addressing my problem
I've seen many doctors before Dr. Clayton, and nobody would listen to me and the issues I was having with my back. Dr. Clayton listened to everything I said and finally gave me the answers that I was looking for. I feel like Dr. Clayton was paying attention and listening with care and concern, he didn't brush me off like I was just an old lady with aches and pains. I was so relieved and happy when I left his office knowing that he was going to make sure I was going to get the tests and care that I need.

Dr. Voight was amazing, he listened to everything I expressed. He explained in detail what treatment plan we had. He made sure I felt seen and heard. Very respectful and just over all a very good experience.
Everybody was technically polite and nice. It was fine, but the welcoming atmosphere wasn't there. The people that checked us in kind of made me feel nervous instead of welcome, like they weren't very pleased to be there, but everybody was polite. And I loved Brittany a lot immediately. And she listened to me and put me at ease. And I was very happy with that appointment.
Dr Pearson and his staff are very nice, efficient and pleasant to work with.
Dr. Pearson and staff are highly welcoming and treat patients with courtesy and respect. While I was there Dr. Pearson went above and beyond. He was told an elderly couple were having difficulty getting in from the parking lot. He went out and assisted them. That well above what is expected he is a great human being.
I was scheduled much quicker than I thought I would be. The appointment began on time and was thorough and not rushed.
Outstanding service from walking in and walking out. Nurse and doctor are to be commended for keeping me totally informed throughout the procedure. After injection it was immediate relief!!!
