Dr Morrison was very professional. I was thankful for his advisement and honest feedback.

Great staff and doctor
The staff was a well coordinated team of medical professionals.
When the pacemaker minimum heart rate was changed from 70 to 60 I was not notified. When I found my heart rate in the 60s I thought the pacemaker had quit working and scheduled a pacemaker check, only to find out it had been reset. Wasted time and money due to the change without notifying me.
Every staff member was friendly and helpful, and the provider and nurse walked me through my options and answered questions thoroughly. This was one of the best experiences I've had in a medical appointment, all around.

Dr. Heincker was AMAZING!! He took his time with me, answered every question I had, has a GREAT sense of humor and puts his patients at perfect ease...well, me anyway. And he even made getting shots not so horrible. I saw him 2 days ago and have already told everyone I know about him. EVERYONE in that office is wonderful - reception, the nurses, the Doc, and the Xray tech that had to x-ray my joints....perfect!

You can tell that Dr. Kriete and his team enjoy their jobs! The office staff is always smiling and Dr. Kriete was great with my kiddo.

Fix the bathroom door, so someone using a walker, like myself, can get in and out, without help, once the door reaches the half way point, it becomes almost impossible to get open. I'am talking about the MEN's on the 4th floor. All it takes is a button that will open it, thanks.
Dr Heincker is so personable. He listens to your concerns, explains everything so you are well informed, and doesn't make you feel rushed. He always has your best interest at heart. Have recommended him many times and will continue to do so.

The front desk staff was wonderful with being able to find me through my PRICARE, which I do not have a card. It's a military ID and I failed to bring my ID that they could find me and verify. The other thing was the doctor. I love Dr. Potter to death because he told me he worked for me and I've never had a doctor tell me that. So I was very impressed. I like the experience I had. I've always loved the experience I've had through Philp's Healthcare. So thank you.

Dr. Soberano is the best pulnomologist in the 30 some odd years I've been treated for asthma. It would be a better experience if Parking weren't so awful.
Everybody in the office is nice and polite and Dr. Pearson is a great doctor.
Dr Heickner is always very pleasant and listens carefully to you and explains things in a way you always understand. Tells you all the options then asks which one do you feel will work best for you.
Dr Voight and staff are the best. So caring and takes time to listen and explain procedures.

Loved my technician, she was very kind and made you feel relaxed and in good hands. Made sure I was comfortable as possible and explained everything she was doing.
Dr Armstrong and his staff are so helpful. His suggestions of action I could take were exactly what I needed to hear. His suggestion about my tremor and further care that I could receive was new information and very helpful. Both of us are focused and I always benefit from time spent focused on ways I can improve my health. Generally Phelps Health is one reason we chose to retire in Rolla. We appreciate the organization overall.
I was impressed with the friendly welcoming attitude all through the process. Someone somewhere is setting the right tone and message.
The "ONLY" way things could go any better with Dr Heincker and his staff would be for me to check in at the desk and go directly to the designated office with Dr Heincker sitting there with tools in hand ready to get things done with me walking out in 5 or so minutes. BUT...I know this isn't possible. Truthfully speaking everything went very well as always with the Doc.

Everything went well other than the wait. I got back there pretty quick, but when I was sitting back there, I was back there for like an hour and something, and my appointment was at 4:10. But it's alright.
