Everyone was friendly and easy to talk to. The service was great. The treatment explained however I am leery of taking the steroids because I am diabetic struggling to keep my glucose levels under control and I can't afford to gain weight I am already obese.
Waited 30 mins past appointment time and another 30 mins for provider.
Always have a good visit with Dr. Armstrongs office and staff. My blood pressure and blood sugar are finally under control and within range. Much better service than my previous provider.

No hesitation in addressing my problem
I've seen many doctors before Dr. Clayton, and nobody would listen to me and the issues I was having with my back. Dr. Clayton listened to everything I said and finally gave me the answers that I was looking for. I feel like Dr. Clayton was paying attention and listening with care and concern, he didn't brush me off like I was just an old lady with aches and pains. I was so relieved and happy when I left his office knowing that he was going to make sure I was going to get the tests and care that I need.

It seems the wait time both in the waiting room as well as patient room is getting longer all the time.
Dr. Voight was amazing, he listened to everything I expressed. He explained in detail what treatment plan we had. He made sure I felt seen and heard. Very respectful and just over all a very good experience.
Everybody was technically polite and nice. It was fine, but the welcoming atmosphere wasn't there. The people that checked us in kind of made me feel nervous instead of welcome, like they weren't very pleased to be there, but everybody was polite. And I loved Brittany a lot immediately. And she listened to me and put me at ease. And I was very happy with that appointment.
Dr Pearson and his staff are very nice, efficient and pleasant to work with.
Dr. Pearson and staff are highly welcoming and treat patients with courtesy and respect. While I was there Dr. Pearson went above and beyond. He was told an elderly couple were having difficulty getting in from the parking lot. He went out and assisted them. That well above what is expected he is a great human being.
I was scheduled much quicker than I thought I would be. The appointment began on time and was thorough and not rushed.
Outstanding service from walking in and walking out. Nurse and doctor are to be commended for keeping me totally informed throughout the procedure. After injection it was immediate relief!!!

I had a good visit. I was impressed with the virtuous meetings the staff of which I think we could all strive for.
Hello, my provider came into the exam room, stated that everything looked good and that I wouldn't have to see him until nine months. And asked if I had any swelling, I said yes, in my feet. Asked if I had any shortness of breath. I said yes. That was not addressed except as a possibility with pulmonary issues. And then after I left his office, I think it was two days later, he had ordered an echocardiogram, sort of after the fact. And I think that was backwards from what I needed to have done to stay on top of my cardiovascular problem. So I felt a little bit let down.
$464 for 6-10 mins of him saying I'm to young to be here and all this other stuff. God bless
They listened to us and did what we asked.
Positive experience
The nurse was very respectful and friendly. Dr. Voight and his assistant are the most incredible team together I've ever seen or talked to. My surgery was excellent. All my questions were answered including things that could help in the future with my VNS that I was never told. Thank you Phelps for the cleanness of the rooms while waiting to see Dr. Voight. This is very important to me.

It was over 35 minutes from my appointment time before my name was called. When the Dr is running late the receptionist should notify the patients.
Having trouble setting up my chart. Everyone in the clinic were wonderful.

Dr Heincker is now and has always been the best doctor I've been treated by at Phelps Health.
I thought I might need an additional injection for the pain in my knee, but Dr. Heincker suggested that the residuals from my shoulder injections, would drift down to my knee and take care of the pain. The result has been exactly as he described. I am very pleased. Thank you.

It would have been easier and cheaper if I had just been messaged the fact that I had to be referred to elsewhere. One thing I didn't respect was the fact that I was asked for my social security number by the lady at the waiting area between the two offices. I GAVE BECAUSE MY CREDIT IS SCREWED UP, but what kind of business etiquette is this... did not like that last part one bit! Sorta like everyone else wants to be tazed by police and have there kids taken for 2 years and be forced to court on teams meetings to be told 2 years later it should have never happened... people and their love for MONEY

The staff is always extremely friendly and the provider is absolutely wonderful. And during a time where I was very unknown as to what was going on with my medical condition, he was very interested in listening to me, taking copious notes, and then also just hearing my story and willing to take time with me to figure out what was going on and running all the tests needed to give me some comfort. And that was extremely appreciated.

Yes, the only complaint I have is that I kind of sat there a long time and I think they really realized I was when I got up and went to the desk that I was in there. That was my only complaint, but everything else was quite nice. They were very busy, but you know, anyway, that's all. Okay, bye.

Had to get an x-ray prior to office visit. Radiology registration said order put in at last year's visit had expired. Took coordination between offices and about 15 minutes to resolve.

Improve communication between nurses an office staff
Dr. Sinha went above and beyond to make sure my daughter had an amazing appointment. I came to my daughter's appointment prepared to advocate and push to be listened to, but the doctor listened to our concerns and came up with a treatment plan and referrals to get us answers immediately. She was absolutely wonderful.
Wait time was reasonable
Intake Nurse and Doctor listened to my concerns and addressed them, explaining everything in layman's terms.

Dr Youlo is my favorite Doctor. He is always nice, explains everything in a way I understand and doesn't talk down to me. His staff, Nurses and front office people, are always nice and make me feel at ease. When surgery is needed, Dr Youlo and his staff explain everything and ease my fears. I always recommend Dr Youlo and his staff to all that I meet.
Dr Armstrong is a great doctor. He treats me very well, and listens to what I say. I like him a lot.

Dr. Steve Ballard and his staff, his nurse practitioner, and the ladies at the representative desk, they all were very helpful. Dr. Ballard, even though I'm not his primary care patient, he took the time to explain to me why he recommended what he did, what works and what does not work. He asked me questions. He asked me if I understood. He explained and I really appreciate him taking the time to provide information that would help me make decisions that was best for me. And it seemed like he was looking out for the best thing that was for my health as well. So I really appreciate him and his nurse. Thank you. Have a good day.
Communication with the radiology place in Jeff City needs to very much improve with getting the paperwork sent. There was a lot of confusion and it caused me a lot of, yeah, just a lot of back and forth and just misunderstandings and the communication needs to be worked on a little bit better. Everything else was great. Thank you.

All of the staff were concerned that I received the care I needed. The surgery staff, doctors and nurses were quite efficient and enthusiastic about their work. My Cardiologist was extremely confident in his work and I can't praise his team enough.

Wait time in the exam room was a little long
I make it a practice to arrive early at all scheduled appointments, regardless of who or where. I arrived 1½ hrs. early and to my surprise I was called within five minutes! Being on time is important, although the earlier, the better! It helps the doctors scheduling run much smoother! As for the staff, I can't think of one thing to change! They're like a well oiled machine! Dr.Morrison is like the Encyclopedia Britannica, of which I said to him! He's a wealth of knowledge and is so prepared, I believe he knows me better than I do myself! The only downside is I see the "Good Doctor" every six months! I feel blessed to have him as my cardiologist! He may be one of the best cardiologist in this region!
