Everything was excellent
We ended up waiting over an hour after our scheduled appt time. That threw us off of our other appointments. Dr. Potter is wonderful. It was just a long time to wait. We were told he was 10 minutes behind.
We love seeing Angie and know that our daughter is in great hands with Angie and her staff!
Dr. Moravec is absolutely great. Don't get me wrong I definitely want a doctor that is good, very good. The best. And I left there feeling that way. But the step above is how he is just a great person to be around. It is always a joy to leave a doctor's office and you feel blessed that you got to meet someone new that it was a pleasure to have been around. Not saying he is a comedian but he can put a smile on your face if you let him.
I think that Ariella and the office staff (nurses and medical assistance and administrative) should receive a pay increase for the wonderful team they are. Feels like family when you go there.
Everything was great I felt well cared for and no need to improve a thing
There was no hand sanitizer anywhere in the hospital. When I left I couldn't hand sanitize my hands. Thank you very much.
Everybody was extremely friendly. Wait time could have been a little bit faster.
There was a mixup in time for my appointment but they got us in very soon.

Yes, I'm always impressed with the way Dr. Youlo treated. He was able to give me steroid shots that helped relieve my pain immediately, and he knows exactly how to do that, in and out quickly, which is great, too. Thank you.

My experience was great and I can't think of anything to make it better.
I arrived somewhat early for my appointment and was informed, well told, come back 15 minutes prior to scheduled check in. That may be the policy but that policy makes no sense. I could have been told "there is not enough room in our waiting area. Please wait in the hallway till closer to scheduled time."

My appointment was lengthy with seeing several people, including imaging and surgery date. I voiced that I had a limited time and the scheduler expressed her understanding and she said she would get me out under the time. I said I had 10 minutes. So I appreciate their swiftness and understanding and appreciating my schedule. Thanks.
I was frustrated that I keep having to change providers. It sounded like the two nurse practitioners were willing to job share and that seemed a better solution than losing both of them. Also the lab, I went to get an EKG and at the hospital lab it was $1,500 minus the $400 discount for self-pay. I went to a walk-in urgent care clinic in St. Louis and got the same service for $100. See, you're 10 times more expensive at the hospital lab. Thank you.
I was especially impressed with the doctor. The doctor always, that person always explains just a lot, that teaches me an awful lot about my feet and about my neuropathy and even some other things that are related, explaining why certain places hurt and whether I'll ever be able to cure them or not. And I just learned a lot and I feel good about it.

Everyone in Dr. Martin's office are so compassionate and caring! I feel like I'm with family! Dr. Martin goes above and beyond to help me and so does her whole staff!!

Dr. Alan is one of the best I have ever been to. He makes sure he tells me when he is ready to put the shot into my body and makes sure I am ready.

The doctor ran some nerve test on my lower legs. He did not explain the test or what the test is suppose to reveal. I do have a future appointment where Dr. Sasan will go over this test and some previous tests with me.
Doctor did not act like he cared about my medical history or pain level. I will not return to this particular provider

Ariella Martin and staff are the best! They are kind and caring and determined to do anything they can to make a person feel better. I feel comfortable sharing whatever is bothering me, knowing Ariella will treat me professionally and apply her font of knowledge to help me with whatever ails me!

Dr. Ratchford is amazing and wonderful. Takes time to talk and explain things and ask if I had any questions. His staff is amazing as well!!
Saw the Dr. with very little waiting time.
Doctor and nurses were courteous and treated us well. I will be returning with my zipper spine as the pain worsened. Meanwhile I will use Tylenol. Special thanks to the doctor with good conversation qualities. I understood what he told me and life goes on.
Dr Johnson examined my shoes and the insoles. Made recommendation for sturdy shoes and inserts.

Everything was fine overall but in particular the person who took me to the room was not friendly. She wasn't rude, just not engaged. She asked if I had any new allergies or medications. I told her I'd gotten alpha gal and she didn't comment or respond and on my visit information I did not see that the information had been added to my record. It's an important new medical condition I have developed that can impact medication and care and should have been placed in my record. She asked me if I was there for well woman, which I was, but did not ask if I had any concerns or problems to address. That seemed odd. The person who came into the room with Dr Ratchford was a different one and very friendly and pleasant, and she has been every time she's been involved in my care. I would not like to have the person who took me to the room involved in my care again since she didn't recognize that I was giving her important new information. She did not even acknowledge that I said it. If she added it to my record I didn't see it when I looked in the app.
Dr Shenje is an awesome kind, considerate Dr. He listens intently to you. Looking you in the eye to make sure you know he really cares about you and to make sure you understand what he is saying to you. He is so good about listening to your needs and what you want. Highly recommend him and if you lose him as you have 3 of my former doctors I will be done with Phelps Health.
The doctor was very pleasant and caring and explained his treatment plan well. Everyone in his office was very helpful. I had to call his nurse a few times about medication questions and she was very patient and helpful.

Only one thing I had a long drive getting there and because I got there about 25 minutes early, I was told to sit and wait ten minutes before registering and while I waited a line developed. Why couldn't I have registered and then let the computer determine the order based on appointment time rather than making me late in registering.

I have always received great treatment there. My many different complaints has always been treated without misgivings. My many questions about why my previous of Fibromyalgia didn't cover all my symptoms to being also diagnosed with MS. My questions on my kidneys led to the diagnosis of Hodgkin's lymphoma, received treatments almost immediately for that.
I was comfortable with this doctor from the moment he entered the room! He explained everything to me and assured me that things would be okay.

Everyone was so nice. My questions were answered as best they could be since some of them cannot be answered until after the procedure. I was impressed with how down to earth Dr. Voight was. It helps so much when you know your doctor is listening to you.
I don't think you can improve my experience. Every time I go to Phelps everyone is amazing. For the first time in my life I actually don't fear seeing the doctor. I am extremely pleased with the constant vigilance from the Surgery clinic. I have had several people call me to double check my meds, allergies, health, and to make sure I understand everything related to my surgery. Thank you all very much.

The person checking.me in for my x-rays at central registration was slow lost and annoying. Kept telling her x-rays didn't need approval from tricare took her asking 3 people including a supervisor before it sunk in to her head. I've had tricare prime for over 24 years now not like I would.know their policies.

The fact that we were called back at 3 o'clock and we didn't get seen for almost 50 minutes after we were put in the room was a little long.
