Very understanding and listen very good
Friendliest staff I've ever encountered at a medical appointment!
I felt like everyone was in a hurry and I was just the next person in line. I didn't appreciate having the make two 100 mile trips to Rolla. Why can't the two pre-appointments, general surgery and anesthesia necessary for a colonoscopy be coordinated then conducted on the same day?

I'm always highly satisfied with Dr Armstrong and his entire staff. They always treat me as an individual and use my first name. Which I do appreciate. Lots do not do that. I've always gotten straight up answers to my questions from Dr Amstrong. I use MyChart rather often to ask questions and I get a reply back quickly each time. I can't say enough good about the Doc and his entire staff.
You and staff did everything well. Dr. Johnson's assistant deserves a raise for providing me excellent information to care for my feet!
I believe that for the short time of my appointment I cannot make any input for any improvement. I have been both an inpatient and outpatient. All the care providers were very pleasant, and provided excellent ? care.

1.I contend the provider could and should have stated the potential risks, like bleeding, discomfort from the bowel prep and procedure. 2.Procedural risks Bleeding: A risk after biopsies are taken or polyps are removed. 3.Infection: An inherent risk of this invasive procedure due to the instrument not being sterilized properly. The provider did mention sedation risk as very minimal as well as bowel perforation.
Everybody was really professional. The little gal I had to take my blood, I'm sure she was just learning. She stuck me twice, did not get no blood. They had another girl come in and get my blood. That's the only problem I had.
The provider in this case, Brittany, was fantastic. She spent plenty of time with me talking through all the options, all of her thoughts, explaining why she believed the diagnosis she suggested was the diagnosis, but then also we're going to be doing tests to follow that up and make sure that we definitely rule out other things. She was happy to answer questions, answered them in a very professional and understanding manner. And she seems like a pretty nice lady. So I really appreciated having her as my care provider. I know that I will get good treatment from here on out and have the best chance of getting my situation taken care of and having real results.
The surgery went well and my recovery has been a smooth process thanks to the instruction I received. Everyone has been so courteous and my care team really went to bat for me to make sure insurance would cover the procedure. I'm grateful to everyone who played a part in taking care of me. It was a great experience!

I wanted the Doctor to trim my nails back to where they are healthy and there won't be anymore ingrown toenails. I know it can be done because I watch a nail stylist do it on YouTube. It was done in steps, but I thought a podiatrist would know that. So I thought if I went to a podiatrist, that he would do even better. But I think the doctor is old school and is not up with new thinking and new technologies. For instance, he doesn't remove or even recognize dead skin unless it comes out with the cutting, and he only trims my nails. He says that my nails will always grow sideways which I know is not true. It is the nail growing into the skin pushing the nail up and squeezing it in a way that makes it grow un-naturally. Anyway, he is great to talk with, does a great job for what he knows, and I will return to him. So don't get me wrong, maybe I'm not right about what he was suppose to do, but it is what I thought. I'm over that now. I think Doctor Chris is great!

I think it's complete crap that X-rays aren't discussed over the phone e which is what I was told when I called for an update on them. I do t know the cost for X-rays but I know I'll get the bill and should be Informed imidiately what is found. Not have to wait another 20 days for my follow up apt. I'm not happy with this.

The reason I like the way I was treated at this office is because the doctor gave me answers that I hadn't got before regarding my throat. And hopefully she can find out regarding my allergy to cologne, which has been, I have had it since 1986. And so far I live like a hermit. And maybe if she could find something that I could use or take, that would be great. Thank you so much.
Dr. Voight and his staff are the absolute best team of providers Ive ever worked with. He's been taking care of me for about 8 years now and I will never let another doctor take care of my ongoing condition. I'm so grateful for his patience and that he never gives up trying to help me live with a condition that has left me feeling like I might not live to see another day. I thank God for leading me here.
Everyone is so helpful and friendly. Dr. Gautam listens very well, explains everything and makes sure you understand all you've discussed. He's one of my favorite providers!

Appointment was not rushed. Dr Gautam had read previous reports regarding my situation. He explained what he wanted to do next. He answered all the questions I had, was polite and kind. He also wanted to see the previous x-rays himself, not just read the reports. I really appreciate that.

Ur provider was over scheduled and way behind, I had a 10:45. appointment, and set in a room till 12 before the provider showed. That is not right for patient or doctor, the doctor don't have time to care for patient. But with the organization, it's all about money, care less about patient.

Dr. Pearson went above and beyond to help me during the fire alarm. He helped me down the steps. He got a chair for me and made sure I was taken care of and back to the office after everything was going on.

Loved the staff. They warm, friendly and approachable. They gave extra help and care since I was a new patient. The provider himself wasn't friendly or warm. I was hoping to change to a provider here in Rolla but, I think I'll keep my neurologist in St Louis.
Dr. Gorrell and the whole office staff at the St. James location are absolutely wonderful. I couldn't ask for a medical medical care facility or doctor.

Nurses an office person on their best at what they are doing .This doctor needs to learn to listen Not tell me that MRIs are wrong an my problem is arthritis only. Know the difference .I fell an felt the tear an know it is not just arthritis. Also no I have arthritis .But wanting to do a replacement an not listening an being able to know the difference is two different thing. Can not convince me by saying MRi are not showing the problem. May be old not senile yet

This was by far the best visit I've ever had for my daughter or anything I've ever experienced. I was treated well. My daughter was treated well by everyone. Everything was very well explained, even a check-in. I didn't even have any questions. I knew what to expect. We were given plenty of opportunities to describe what the issue was and get any questions answered with the provider. By far, that was my best experience. Thank you.

Allison is a treasure . I had a ton of questions and a lot of concerns and fears and I left feeling totally confident in my care plan and care team. She really is working way beyond her pay grade- hang on to her!!!
