Dr Johnson was very helpful and listened to my explanation regarding the pain in my foot. On top of the cortisone shot he ordered a prescription for inflammation.

All the nurses there treat me with respect all the time. I enjoy going there. I get my allergy shots every other week. And the girls are so sweet to me, have been for 20-some years. And Brittany, I just loved her. She was so good.

I have had issues with unstable blood pressure for a long time. A couple changes were made to medications and dosages. My blood pressure is very good with only a couple spikes in two months now. I am very happy with my care.

Just the whole experience from Start to finish was amazing. The front staff is super friendly. The nurse was amazing. The doctor is very knowledgeable and explains things in an understandable manner. He did a great job with my knee surgery. The hospital called me everyday after my surgery to make sure things were going well since they send me home with a nerve block ball. 10 out of 10.

I think the doctor was very well-mannered to his patients, but he doesn't, or maybe it's just me collecting the information that he gave me at that time. I wish, and when we get the results, I wish someone would actually tell us in in words, not just the medical terms, because that's very hard to understand when you're waiting patiently.

I was well satisfied. I wouldn't have given tens if I wasn't satisfied. Steve Ballard has always been very upright and, you know, and I understand what he's talking about and that, and he's very good about that. The only thing I can say is that I think the cost is extremely high. So that's all I have to say.

Getting into the building and finding the office was difficult. The desk people were busy and a little short. When the nursing assistant called me. I couldn't tell where she was calling me from. The design of the room is odd. After getting into the office it was great. The medical assistant and NP were very nice and professional.

Wasn't seen until 1 hour after appointment time. Long sitting times in waiting rooms are difficult for sick or elderly patients. Also the hospital's inability to review updated patient records is very concerning.

I'm not impressed by a physician who attends a client while listening to a staff meeting on the phone in his lab coat pocket and madly chewing gum at the same time. Not the picture of professional demeanor. A doctor can be friendly and welcoming without appearing tacky.

The nurse was great getting me prepped for the EKG. Dr Virk was thorough and easily explained things. He recommended a BP medication to be taken daily rather than when my BP was high.

Dr. VIRK IS ALWAYS PREPARED for our visits. He has a consensed history review, so knows our helth before asking questions. He does a great job listening to us and any conerns we have. Also he is open to consulting with our other providers, even outside his network.

Steve was so helpful. He took his time and explained everything in a way we could understand. We have been disappointed in doctor's responses in this clinic. Test results have take a month or more to get results. Yes, we could see them on MyChart but an abnormal result should have been addressed sooner. Again, this does not reflect on Steve. He was professional and thorough..

Good information. Explained in terms I could understand. Treated with respect. The only improvement I would like to see with Phelps Health is to be able to get test like Echos done sooner when doctors put in requests for the test.

First , take me to court over the bill. I am on ss I pay as often and as much as I can. When you take me to court you can tell the judge why you charged me $1000. For medication. I have $75 amonth for you ND groceries. I am not eligible for anything. So if I want to eat $45 is all I can give you amonth. You get atleast$45 if I have more I will give it to you.And you can tell all my doctors why I won't come to see them. I have tried but you don't care. So if that isn't enough you can tell that to the judge. I sure as he'll can't afford a lawyer to protect me. I HAVE PAID IT FOWN TO THIS FROM $1000. Don't worry I won't use any of your services.

The whole staff is very polite and very helpful. The only thing is time management. I was there an hour ahead because I have to find parking close by and I have a walker. So time management is the only thing. I think I waited a good 45 minutes to get in and then had to wait another at least half an hour for Dr. E to get in there. So I know he's busy and I know he has to do a lot of surgeries, but it would be nice if they could get the, you know, get in there and see the patients with appointments in a little more timely manner is the only thing. I'm not a good waiter and I get kind of anxious. So other than that, he's wonderful and the staff is wonderful. The nurses are wonderful. Dr. E is great. So other than that, it's great. But again, the time management could be better. Okay. Thank you so much.

Billing codes still tend to be an issue. The code wasn't written correctly on the blood test order or at least there was some confusion. I so don't trust billing.

Dr. Gorrell always does a great job listening to me and she always knows my medical history and the medicines I'm taking. She looks at all angles and listens to me and tries to find the best solutions for any issues I'm facing. I feel that Dr. Gorrell is an excellent doctor.

Dr. Morrison is an excellent provider and Phelps Health could use more like him. I did have a bad experience regarding contacting the cardiology clinic following my appointment but I have been informed that is being addressed.
