I came from TCMH where it felt like my doctor didn't listen to my concerns, actually give me answers or help at all. I have been waiting over a month to get any sort of answers, help or even hear from my doctor at TCMH. The Nurse also was not super friendly. However at my appointment with Ariella Martin not only was the nurse super nice and caring, she also listened and was compassionate. I wanted to HUG Ariella after our appointment. She took her time listening to my complains and medical concerns. She put in needed referrals TCMH wouldn't give me. Ariella was absolutely amazing!! I literally cried when I got to my car of how amazing and different the care was. Being heard by my doctor and seen as a human and not just another patient!! No words can express my gratitude to Arielle and her team for their amazing work!

Dr. Potter is a wonderful surgeon. I appreciate his patience with me. Will recommend him to anyone needing orthopedic services.

Prompt efficient service delivery
The nurse was horrible and after the appointment was done broke confidentiality by stopping in the hallway and asking my son uncomfortable questions that made him no longer want to return to this facility. Then bribed my child with a toy to not tell me his mother who keeps him safe. Do not take your child here! How does she still have a professional license to work with children?

Thank you for pushing me back to my car in a wheelchair and giving me an ice pack. Dr. Heincker is a very good physician. We're lucky to have him.
I waited too long to see the provider. I was in the waiting room for at least 1 hour and in the exam room at least 1 hour before seeing the provider. I have never had to wait this long for any other provider.
We were well cared for from the time we arrived to the time we left. I also received a call before leaving home alerting me to difficulty getting information or approval from VA, so I was able to make a call to VA before leaving home to go to my appointment. I did have trouble when trying to do a pre-check in by phone Internet, so didn't check in before leaving home. I don't know if that was a program problem or my ineptness, but I couldn't get it to accept the new medications I received at ER at FLW. All my contacts with people were good.
Dr. Had gum in his mouth the whole time which made it hard to understand him and distracted us from what he was saying. Also made comment about my daughter's knee being bent when she was sitting but he must have been observing the wrong knee because I did not see what he said he saw.
Everyone was professional and kind. My son is 13 and usually wants me (mom) to do all the talking, but he did great because everyone was personable. We came in really worried about what we'd find out, but Dr. Youlo kept the mood light and made sure to answer any questions. We left feeling informed and so much better.

Dr. Virk and the whole staff are awesome! They're always respectful, courteous and very professional. I have referred several people to Dr. Virk including three of my family members to include my mother and father. He is always in a good mood, wants to know genuinely how you're doing and sincerely cares. Phelps Health is fortunate to have him as a leader in cardiac care.
The staff overbooked the doctor for the afternoon schedule, he only had 12 patients that morning and 21 patients for that afternoon. My appointment was at 2:45 and I didn't get called back until 3:35 pm. That is way too long to wait to see the doctor.

After waiting for almost an hour for the doctor, he literally spent 2-3 minutes with me. "Any dizzyness?" He listened to my heart, then said "see you in 10 months" That's it! I was happy that my heart sounded good, but I felt like I deserved at least 10 minutes because I did say I had a dizzy spell a few days prior. I like Dr E but he needs to listen to his patient when they answer a question they were asked. If he had an emergency patient waiting, he could have mentioned that, too.
The doctor was having a bad day. Running late. Had been a long time since I had seen him. Didn't really have time to really go over my last blood work. Just take more pills for cholesterol. Everyone has bad days. I just expected more professional. Had been looking forward to this appointment. Was very disappointed.

Dr. Heineker is an excellent physician. He treats me well. He does a good job and I would certainly recommend him. My only problem with Phelps Health is the billing department. I keep trying to get them to respond to me and it's like beating my head against the wall. If billing would call me, I would be really happy if we could get this straightened out. I don't agree with them turning things into Commerce Bank as a bill that I'm willing to pay through them when I haven't said yes. But as far as the care I receive from the physicians at Phelps Health, it's all excellent. Thank you.

Dr. Armstrong and his staff are excellent. Dr. Armstrong spends time to answer questions and concerns about my health. I highly recommend Dr. Armstrong to anyone needing a Healthcare provider.

I didn't receive a text message alert to be able to log in online until about five minutes after I spoke with the receptionist to check in. Send out a text message to check-in online. Maybe a day in advance or 2 days in advance, not 5 minutes after I've already Spoke to the receptionist
Check in was fast and easy. I didn't have to wait long to get called back. I also did not have to wait long to see the doctor.
Dr Morrison is great doctor to explain what goes on with your medications and your health. He explains everything you should know about your test and what to do to correct issues. Very knowledgeable in his field. A great person to have on your side

The provider. Dr E doesn't spend time listening to concerns. In and out. Maybe spent three minutes with me after having spent about 30 minutes waiting after my appointed time. I would like explanations of what is actually going on with my health.

Dr Gorrell and her staff have always treated me with respect and kindness. Their professionalism and mannerism make you feel at ease. To talk to a doctor openly is sometimes scary, but Dr Gorrell makes you feel comfortable and listens to you.
I received both text and telephonic reminders about my appointment (5 total in 3 days). Two would have sufficed.
