I sat in the waiting room for an hour very displeased about that
They listen to me and told me if I need anything to call. They gave me so much support for what I am going through.

Doctor Heincker is a very caring person. He listens to his patients
Everything was great. They were fast and friendly check in and very quick to get me in to see the doctor. He helped me understand what my next steps were. And very helpful with taking those steps.
Second time seeing this provider. Both times sat in room 50-55 minutes before seeing provider. Then he spent only 5 minutes with me speaking so fast it was hard to understand what he was saying. You start to say something and he cuts you off before actually say what you want to. Not real pleased with him.
Dr. E. Is always very polite and caring. I appreciate him and his staff. They are all very nice.
My visit was great. Waited 5 minutes to be seen, all my medical issues were addressed, and the provider, as always answers my questions.

The physician that I saw, was extremely thorough, he explained everything in terms, I understood, he greatly alleviated my concerns. I was very impressed with the quality of care that I received. I'm a registered nurse, with a critical care background, and I felt this was the best care I have received to date.

Check-in was a full 30+ mins. I consider that worst case scenario. Ugh!!! Things were good humored in room, just wish all laughing from MD was WITH kids, not at kids. Had a nice time with MD in general. Very personable. She was able to break the ice with my teenager.

Get a Dr who isnt arrogant, and listens. Not one that knows everthing without seeing your medical file and wants to push pills.

We know that the doctor was having trouble with an operation before ours we did have to wait a while for him to get to us but that's not you know unusual for a doctor but we appreciate him taking his time with us and explaining things to us and we thank him for that

The doctor was very prompt and on time after we got in, after the initial screening, he listened to me and listened to my wife and was able to diagnose her problem efficiently and quickly and did an excellent job in helping her get as comfortable as possible with the foot problems she had. Everybody was nice and they directed me where I needed to go, even though I'd never been there before, and they answered all my questions and took their time to show me how to correctly tighten up the knee brace. So I have no complaints about my visit the other week, and I appreciate it. Thank you.

EVERYTHING was done well. The nursing staff that waited on me was very nice and presented a good atmosphere to be around. Dr Heincker is always sharp and tells me what the real deal is at each visit. Which is what I prefer. You'd have to go a long way to top his knowledge in his field of medicine.

Brittany did and outstanding job and was able to quickly and accurately diagnose my condition and start me on a path to recovery
The doctor, the staff, they were all very nice. They told me what I needed to have done, took time to explain to me, very kind, very respectful, answered my questions. The only piece that would have been a little better is the young lady. I asked her like about my records of my weight from the year before and she didn't know how to find that. I would kind of like to have known that, but other than that, everything was really great.

I felt like I was kind of rushed in a way. Overall, everything was perfect. Everything was just absolutely perfect. But there was a couple faults there. He was in a rush to go, get out of that room. He did talk to me for a little bit about some things. He did sit down and take time, but I don't believe there's long enough time to get more situations, more stuff out to be said. There was more go, go, go, go, go. And there's stuff that I forgot to ask and I didn't get a chance to because I was so developedly rushed and I split my mind. So if you guys can future, in the future, pick the brains a little bit, it would help out a lot. Or I need to smart up and bring a note with me, notepad with me and write down everything. So he has a whole list of what I'm interested in knowing. So that's it. Thank you. You guys have a blessed day.

front check in person had a large line to check in and never as for help, he kept yawning and just wasn't into his job. I mentioned it to the doctor, gives Phelps a bad image to have lots of these kinds of people working there.
The overall visit was very smooth and completely professional. From check-in, to vitals screen and nurse interaction, to doctors exam, all parts of the visit were almost seamless.

Got to see my new doctor he's keeping me on my same medicine which I need and scheduled me an appointment to see why I'm having problems breathing and running out of energy maybe my stench and my heart needs cleaning
After the nurse took my vitals, I sat in the room for an hour and nobody had came in or told me that I would be waiting or that he was running behind. Yep.

The nurse took the time to read my bp from both arms, and then manually. The machines that are electronic seem to misread my bp. I appreciate the time she took
