Dr Virk is excellent. He is very caring with his patients and explains issues so they're easily understood. He is concerned with my overall health and how it effects my heart health. I hope he stays around for a long time.

Overall a good experience. I don't think anything stands out that was done poorly.

Well my surgery is not done yet because I can't lose enough weight yet but other than that everybody talk to me and respect me so that's all I can say for now

Dr Gorrell and her staff have always treated me with respect and kindness. Their professionalism and mannerism make you feel at ease. To talk to a doctor openly is sometimes scary, but Dr Gorrell makes you feel comfortable and listens to you.

I received both text and telephonic reminders about my appointment (5 total in 3 days). Two would have sufficed.

In order to receive allergy shots without my child missing first and second period of class every week, it would be great if physicians took turns for morning and afternoon shifts. Other allergy clinics begin allergy shot administration at 6 AM and provide shots until 6 PM to allow children get their shots before or after school when their parents get off work. No appointments for other care, just allergy shot time. It's difficult for parents to maintain employment because it's impossible to convince an employer that they must take off work every single week to drive from Waynesville to Rolla, wait for the shot, return to Waynesville, drop off the child and then return to work, requiring a substitute or employee absence for two hours from the job site. In addition , Waynesville school district is aggressive with truancy, sending truant officers to homes and filing police reports when children are absent from school, even with Dr notes. The Phelps Health providers are kind, but the physician has children in school too. She can't get to work early enough so that other people who have kids in school can get shots before school. She has to pick up her children after school, so no one else can bring their children in after school. There is insufficient opportunity before or after school /work to give allergy shots. If the Phelps health providers work only the same hours the children are in school, or that everyone else is also at work, how can we benefit from this improved health opportunity? There is a need for a physician to be available early morning (schools begins at 7:30) and into the afternoon (schools ends at 3:30). To get children to school on time and to get through the parent pick up line and finally to the doctor's clinic in Rolla, shots available from 6:30 AM to 5:30 pm would be ideal. This is the perfect opportunity to reach out and acquire a physician who can be on site mornings/afternoons. Your client base needs it!

The staff at the front desk are very nice and helpful. My nurse was very knowledgeable and answered any questions or concerns I had. Dr Morrison is a very good Cardiologist. He's very thorough. He listened to all my concerns and answered all my questions. He has a very good and respectful bedside manner. I would definitely recommend him to my family and friends.

Everyone spoke with care when talking to me. I had missed my appointment time and was therefore late. Yet, when I said to reschedule for the following year (the normal time for my appointment), the young lady said let me check and see if you can still be seen today. The answer was yes and I definitely appreciated that. I don't see any need to improve on that.

Doctor was 40 minutes late to the appointment, dis not take time to hear my concerns, nor ask about any or my concerns. Requested testing without explanation, and ordered medication without explanation. Unacceptable.

My nurse put my I've in and the area had blood all over my arm, she put tape on it put a little later the I've fell out of my arm. I felt liquid on my gown and my self. I told the nurse and she she put the I've in a different place. The6n I had to tell her to put my stickers on. I dont know what they are called. Any way my nurse was not the best. Thank you.

I really liked the Dr. he was very courteous. I thought he knew what he was doing and listened to me. He didn't want to rip me open. He had ideas of what else to try. Other approaches besides surgery. I never had those choices with the Dr. Who did the surgery on other leg and has caused me so much pain. I didn't know there were choices . This is a Dr. I actually think I could trust.

Hello, the young lady who checked me in was very friendly, very polite, but the nurse, Lou, really stood out. She is just awesome. And Dr. Soberano is just, I've been waiting to have to go see him. And I finally get to. I love him. I trust him. And he's good. He's really, he tunes into everything.

I arrived at the appointment around 1:50 p.m. and I had to check in at suite 300. I didn't know. The receptionist was very kind in telling me what I had to do.

Dr Pearson is wonderful. Such a kind and gentle man. His nurse was also wonderful. I truly appreciate them both. Blessings

My experience was wonderful Dr Gorrell is wonderful I'm glad I have found a primary care Doc that listens. I did witness a gal called a person back where two people had the same first name and the gal did not know the last name. I noticed it made one lady feel uncomfortable. Would be nice if they knew first and last name, like we are important when they call people back.

Dr. Johnson was wonderful. I went in expecting something to be extremely painful, but he was very gentle and it was not. And also, I'm healing very nicely. So overall, my visit was a great success. Thank you.

Not enough time with provider. 40 min appointment & say probider10-15 min. Front desk staff treatment me fine, but that was not the case with another patient

Explained things well. Made sure that the right diagnosis was made and not dismissed. Staff was kind to the fact that I'd been in pain since that train hit my door as a passenger in 1997 and I'm just seeking help.

You just have a great group of heath providers.

I can't think of a thing. I was very pleased with provider. He talks to you about test results and what and why the next step in testing is necessary. Treats you with courtesy and throws in a bit of humor. Easy going and takes his time, I didn't feel like I was rushed out of there.

The doctor is very busy. He doesn't spend much time in the room.

All your staff are kind and amazing people, they work fast and they don't slack off in the slightest. My brother even goes there now, that's how influential y'all have been for us.

We both got our flu shots while we were there! That saved us another trip and was much appreciated!

Dr roshan jr. Is awesome. He showed us things eight doctors before failed to do. He took the time to explain everything. When we left we were very informed of what exactly was wrong with me and how to go about fixing it. You are lucky to have him. The staff was friendly and courteous.

Saw me quickly and listened

I had to wait over 45 minutes past my appointment time because the dr was still in a meeting. My time is valuable to me too. Dr said he was sorry for being late and I told him I understood however, that was my time lost. I hope if I am ever 45 minutes late I get the same understanding.

Everything was great. I was treated very, very well. Dr. Voight is a very, very good surgeon, and I have told my whole family to go there and friends. So there's no improvement needed with his team, his office. They are all great. Thank you.

Shortly after going into waiting room, I had a breathing issue from smelling cigarette smoke. I told receptionist about it and she notified nurse who came to get me immediately and took me to a room. Wonderful service

Phelps Health is almost a monopoly in the area so you have a pretty captive audience. It would be really nice if you could implement a way to actually have call time recommendations honored. I work 3rd shift and consistently get woken up in the morning shortly after getting to sleep despite repeatedly asking all of my providers to call after 3pm. It's really frustrating that since you know you're the main game in town that you don't actually have to put any effort into customer service. Additionally, in the past Phelps Health randomly added an address in Salem to my account (where I've never lived) and sent paperwork there rather than to my home.

Dr Harden and his nurses at the clinic were very thorough and kind to me. The nurses walked me through steps of how the appointment would go and it put my mind at ease. Dr.Harden was very polite and explained everything in detail for me. He asked if i had any questions or concerns at the end and truly took the time to listen. His bed side manor was great. 10/10 recommend him

Awesome Dr Heincker was great down to earth a sense of humor treated me with respect when my other knee needs replaced he will definitely take care of it for me.

Public Health has always been so kind. They answer every question I've ever had, always get me in in a timely manner. I love that they play with my child and make him feel comfortable every time we come in. And Sara goes beyond her means to make him have a good experience. When we're having a bad day, she picked him up and rocked him as she's done her assessments of him. The nurses have always been just kind and funny, and we just really enjoyed our time at Phillips Health.

Nurses very professional, treated me with courtesy, kept the appointment moving along after needing to go get X-rays. Dr Pearson very professional and courteous and explained treatment. Very well run office including after the appointment getting my surgery date arranged and explained all follow up steps needed.

Neither Nurse or Dr asked me how I was feeling or if anything going on. Nurse asked her basic questions. Dr came in and said what we need to do. I expressed concerns not how are you what's going on ets. Just jumped in to plan of treatment.
