All the nurses were great especially one named Bailey in recovery.
Dr. Steve Ballard and his staff, his nurse practitioner, and the ladies at the representative desk, they all were very helpful. Dr. Ballard, even though I'm not his primary care patient, he took the time to explain to me why he recommended what he did, what works and what does not work. He asked me questions. He asked me if I understood. He explained and I really appreciate him taking the time to provide information that would help me make decisions that was best for me. And it seemed like he was looking out for the best thing that was for my health as well. So I really appreciate him and his nurse. Thank you. Have a good day.
Communication with the radiology place in Jeff City needs to very much improve with getting the paperwork sent. There was a lot of confusion and it caused me a lot of, yeah, just a lot of back and forth and just misunderstandings and the communication needs to be worked on a little bit better. Everything else was great. Thank you.
Dr Virk and his team listen, and are very caring. They do not rush the visit.

All of the staff were concerned that I received the care I needed. The surgery staff, doctors and nurses were quite efficient and enthusiastic about their work. My Cardiologist was extremely confident in his work and I can't praise his team enough.

Wait time in the exam room was a little long
I make it a practice to arrive early at all scheduled appointments, regardless of who or where. I arrived 1½ hrs. early and to my surprise I was called within five minutes! Being on time is important, although the earlier, the better! It helps the doctors scheduling run much smoother! As for the staff, I can't think of one thing to change! They're like a well oiled machine! Dr.Morrison is like the Encyclopedia Britannica, of which I said to him! He's a wealth of knowledge and is so prepared, I believe he knows me better than I do myself! The only downside is I see the "Good Doctor" every six months! I feel blessed to have him as my cardiologist! He may be one of the best cardiologist in this region!

I had an appointment at 9:30 and had to wait almost an hour till 10;25 a.m;., otherwise it was fine.
The only issue I had was wait time. But provider was very knowledgeable and respectful.
I think someone put on my records of meds. That I do not take oxycodone any more. Which is incorrect
It comes down to the doctors overworked, so more urology to help spread the workload.

Every person was helpful to get me where I needed to be. Everyone seemed happy and in good mood. The Dr. explained everything so simply that I understood the procedure. His nurse had everything, all the info, in a folder and handed to me and explained things, but I had the folder to read & reread as I wanted.
Dr. YOULO is caring, professional and informative on the best treatment options for my joint arthritis. I value his expertise.
No because I come so often I would just be repeated the same things. Dr Pearson is awesome and that's all I need to say because I hate surveys.

Wellness checkup for Medicare is a waste of time
I understand the receptionists check in thousands of patients a week, but they could be slightly more personable and less running through the drill.

I had shots in my knee for some pain, arthritis, so on and so forth. Really worked. I have no pain. I'm out walking, running again, so job well done.
Please have staff make their name badges face forward I know they are their clock in and out tools but for us patients it is how we know who we are talking to and what position they hold doctor, nurse, aide, sanitation. Just what ever their position. Also if they are rude or mean we report it we can have a name or if they go above and beyond we can report it and give them praise.

There were issues that had to be dealt with, which delayed my actual provider-time. Not a big deal... and the situation was explained and I got a water to help fill my time.

I can hear again. No pain. No fullness. Ear is clear. Much appreciated. That ear vacuum tool took less than 5 minutes to help my ear. Wonderful! No squirting water. No pointy tools digging around. Just vacuum n ear is fixed. Thank u!! Provider n nurse were great.
Dr Rowden does a great job. She provides top notch level of care.
I'm a returning patient for my knee. My treatment needs to be elevated, so that what we are doing. Exploring every alternative before we dive into surgery. This is good advice and good care for me.

Dr. Moravec didn't seem to appreciate the discomfort I've been experiencing. He looked exhausted and perhaps that was a problem. His nurse wore a mask the entire time she was with me and was impossible to understand and had a hostile disposition. The assistant nurse was helpful and friendly and spoke clearly without a mask.
Your staff and provider treated me with respect and kindness. The provider listened to me and respected my feelings about the issues I was experiencing.

The whole thing was good, experience was good, but this repeat calling for this survey is getting ridiculous. I've had five calls since I've been out of the hospital. I would like to be taken off the call list for these things.

Mr Ballard is a great man. He's a joy to work with and always listens and takes his time: he never makes me feel rushed or unimportant. His nurse is a godsend. He called me personally to empathize with me about my Cardiophobia. They're both a valuable asset to the Phelps cardiology team. I wish Ballard would get his PhD so he could be my cardiologist.

Dr. Recommended an EEG. We were told that we could get one done that day only if there was time. In the past an order was put in and we were registered and have been in an area where we would be called or a machine was brought into the doctor's office and it was done right there. We would then be called with the results or could see it on My Chart.

Too much waiting. 1 hour in waiting room 45 minutes in exam room before seeing Dr. He did apologize and said they've been busy.
Provider took time to explain all options to me not just the option I was interested in. Allowed me time to provide input, we came up with a plan together to include steps to take if the treatment regimen didn't work. It will I have faith. The provider was attentive and engaging. They nurse asked me first before allowing the in the student. The front desk staff offered to listen for my name too (I am deaf and don't always hear my name called). Everyone was great!! 10 out of 10 stars. Thank you Ms Alvarado.
