Dr Potter is always pleasant, he asks question and listens to what I have to say.

Yes, Dr. Youlo is the bomb.com. You can't get any better than him. There's no morning I look forward to better than getting up early and going to Phelps for my knee injections with Dr. Youlo . I wouldn't take that over any other day of my life. It was such a fun experience that I wish I had a third knee. But to be honest with you, Dr. Youlo has been a great provider over the years and I'm very grateful that he's in my life and taking care of me. He's been helping my knees. So good job, kudos. 10 out of 10, I highly recommend and God bless.
Steve is great with us. He takes the time to explain everything and answers all questions that you have and doesn't make you feel like you are being rushed.

Dr. Rowden explained the new standard they go by and my past history and in formed me that my colonoscopy could be put off for a few more years. Also said if I had any concerns at any time I could come in and have a diagnostic scope done.

I was promptly seen. Needed an X-ray which was done quickly and almost immediately I was seen again by the doctor. He explained everything clearly to me about my condition and the options I have for correction.

Dr. E is a perfect doctor. He's good. He's good technically. He's good in his personal interactions. The only problem is I need to have a procedure done because I was falling in my feet and I have to wait until July 6th because that is not available physical intervention for my procedure. I just wish we could have a procedure done quicker. Thank you.

Dr.Sorborano was a wonderful doctor. When spoke to me he looked at me and not his computer. He also listened to everything I spoke about. Truly a great practice.

Have a talk with Dr. Sasan about how to treat a patient. He did not listen to me when I informed him I never got needles in my face to go slow. He was aggressive with his care and did not listen to my discomfort.
Great office and staff is awesome-love my nurse! Dr E was having an off day. He was in and out in about three minutes. I didn't ask the questions I had hoped to. Later in the day Phelps scheduling called to arrange an electro cardiogram? I did not schedule it as I had not discussed it with Dr E and don't know why he feels I need this test. I admire him and am sure next time will be better.

Yes, I know Dr. E is a very busy provider. However, he does take the time to visit with you and kind of get updated on where you're at with your medical history. He also explains things that you understand and is always a very good person to just talk to. He seems like he really cares. Thank you.

Dr. Armstrong listened carefully and addressed every concern I had. He discussed his plan for my test to find what could be causing my symptoms. He asked if I had any other questions and ensured that I understood the treatment plan.

I guess somehow, with all the change in me not being able to take care of my mother, due to 3 surgeries and my sister from having back spasms, we had to put our mother in assisted living and guess somehow we missed aug. Appointment, and Dr. Asked what happen and we have no clue, we just missed it an he didn't get mad.

Appointment was professional and brief. Two months after the PCM requested referral, tests were ordered. Perhaps insufficient information on the referral but it seemed the scheduling could/should have been started earlier. No printed, emailed, or texted verification of appointments.
Doctor works to fast didn't even examine me was in the room maybe 5 minutes.
The receptionist was awesome, Steve Ballard was awesome, and his nurse is awesome. They treated me with respect, kindness, and they did a very good job.
