Dr. Sasan listened to me and provided solutions to my issues. It really helped my headaches beyond my expectations.
Dr. Potter was a good listener and responded to my questions. He acknowledged my anxiety and allowed me time to think about further testing outside his specialty.
Our appointment was at 1 o'clock and by the time we saw Angela Watson, it was like, excuse me, the appointment was at 4 o'clock and by the time we saw her, it was like 4:40, I think. She was great. The nurses were very kind. It's just our second time. We've had appointments, but it takes 30 to 40 minutes before we can see the doctor and be done.
Trying to get the appointment setup took longer than necessary. Once at the appointment, they didnt look at the injury damage first and had to redo a few steps. Once diagnosed, the next appointment for surgery was scheduled several weeks in the future even though it needs to be sooner than that. They referenced additional testing before surgery but for some reason that is still yet to be scheduled? Seems mismanaged, disorganized, and worried about the upcoming procedure as well as future procedures.
Dr. Heincker is the best listener & explainer & is very thorough but also friendly, kind, upbeat & quick at the same time!

Everyone was friendly and efficient. Everyone was patient with us and explained to us each procedure done. The only thing that I thought could be improved was the length of time that we had to wait for the appointment.

The waiting room was over crowded with no place to sit. My wait to see the doctor was over an hour. It appears that over scheduling is an issue. Hospital staffing needs to be reviewed.

If I were their leaders I would pursue performance bonuses because of their ingrained level of quality coupled with their ability to articulate complex medical jargon in a way a layman can understand. Doing so makes it possible for patients to make informed decisions about their healthcare options and opportunities

Angie Watkins is the absolute doctor I could of ever asked for when it comes to my children!!! 1000/10 will always recommend her personally to any one with kids! She's more then just a doctor to all of her Patience she's part of their family and strives to keep up with each and every one of them. From make sure my kids can get seen same day when they are bad sick to normal check ups there is not any other sole in this world I would trust with my kids as much as I trust her!

Dr Morrison always knows me and my health history when he enters the patient room . No scrambling to remember who I am . He is aware of vitals taken by his staff , he is very interested in my questions and provides answers and guidance . Office staff is always a pleasure , knowledgeable and courteous . I leave the office with clear instructions and advice .

Dr Armstrong listened to serious medical issue. His response was very clear and what would have to be done and also what wouldn't work and why. He made suggestions of treatment options that would possibly help.

No one really asked me what my concerns were or what I was looking to accomplish by my appointment. They just said they were going to refer it somewhere else. So I really didn't feel like I was treated as a client or a patient.

Doctor Heincker is a super good Doctor, I see him every three months for knee and shoulder injections. He is always very easy to talk to and is a all around good Doctor. His staff is always on time and are good nurses, glad to be able to have great nurses and Dr. Heincker is a great person to be on Phelps Health Hospital.
Straight forward provider, looked at the situation objectively, provided multiple paths forward for treatment. No fluff during the appointment.
