This was an initial visit. Everything was done as I would expect. It was professional and cordial.

Dr Hurley took the time to understand my current situation with acute and chronic issues. His nurse was great and the front office worked as a team to make sure I was checked in. It would be great if Dr Hurley and his staff had longer availability at the Salem clinic.

The NP was the first in a long time to listen, understand and explain. She looked for best routes of care based off of my symptoms and established back up plans for the future. She communicated well, gave advice and even listened to my spouse who was present during my exam.

I've been going to this facility for several years, and I have not ONCE, ever, had a bad experience. Every single person actually goes above and beyond ANY expectations, and that includes talking on the phone, messaging through Mychart, and especially, in person.

I fully appreciate that every time I go to see Mrs.Fulton she is always in a good mood which in turn helps my mood. She sits and looks me in the face to hear my concerns, then we discuss ways to treat or change some things so I feel better. I always leave the office feeling better before I went in because I know that she really does care about her patients.
Friendly check-in staff at window and getting me fully checked in and escorted to an examination room. Dr. Hurley is a perfect combination of warm personality and professional business doctor. I am glad to see he had a student shadowing him. Dr. Hurley exhibits the qualities that I would hope all physicians do and will.
The lab tech who drew my blood was very kind, understood that I am a hard stick and was careful and explained everything she was attempting, and why. Very gracious and made having blood drawn as pleasant as it could be.

Always a pleasant experience when we need to see our doctor, everyone is so friendly and helpful
I don't know how to describe it, all my past doctors Ive had felt like they had a soul. By that I mean they were verbally aggressive to get there point across and tried to get more detail they needed about my issues, and even if it hurt my feelings at times they were honest with me and felt better understanding that.
The Salem location have good service and communication with the patient
Dr. Hurley did not explain to me where I could go to get the diabetic shoes. All he did was take a little poke thing and see if I had feeling in my feet and that was it. It was a waste of money for him to see me if that's all he was going to do.
Dr. Hurley, I just felt like really wasn't interested in my situation. He never listened to my heart, never listened to my lungs, and just didn't really feel like he was that interested in me as a patient.
Dr. Hurley is a wonderful doctor, very compassionate, very attentive, great guy. I appreciate him. Thank you so much. Bye-bye.
