I'm so happy to be a patient of Barbara Fulton and Phelps Health. The office staff were friendly, warm, and courteous. The nurses were interested and made it very easy to answer the questions they needed to ask. I was very impressed meeting Barbara Fulton. She's very knowledgeable in her chosen profession and immediately made me feel comfortable and relaxed. She answered and explained every question I asked and a few I hadn't thought of! She ordered some lab work that was finished quickly before I left. Another friendly and professional lady who completed my lab work. I received an email the next day from Phelps Health with instructions to view the results of my lab work. Of course I didn't know what those results meant! I was very surprised when the nurse called me two hours later and explained the results and told me what Barbara Fulton wanted me to do to improve my health and have better lab results in six months when the tests will be repeated. My last primary care doctor had her nurse text me usually five to seven days after any lab work with the results. I just accepted that, thinking that's how it's handled everywhere now. I was able to ask a question and it was answered immediately by the nurse when she called. My experience with Barbara Fulton, the nurses, and the whole staff at Phelps Health gave me back some of the faith in the medical field that I'd lost. I definitely feel that I'm in good hands and my medical needs will be handled compassionately, intelligently, and professionally. And, that sure feels great! Thank You!

This comment has nothing to do with provider. Phelps is not the hospital it once was. I was offered with the check in process where it had the prepaid section. I've never seen this on any my chart. My insurance policy pays my bill 100%. Asking for money up front shows what kind of organization you have become.

I should have told you that prednisone runs my blood sugars up and they're running up and I call back and I haven't received a call back from about my blood sugars. Then I went to the ER because I was having high blood pressure and high everything. So that's it. Thank you. Bye.

EVERYBODY in that clinic makes you feel like you belong there. I very much trust Barbie Fulton with my life...she NEVER rushes me or makes me feel like I'm wasting her time, and the nurses and office staff make me feel like I'm a friend, not just another name on a file.

Phelps Health Clinic provided such a positive experience. My provider was wonderful, taking time to listen and making sure all of my questions were answered. The entire staff was courteous, professional, and made me feel comfortable from check in to check out. I also love the MyChart system and how easy it is to access my information, messages, and results. It really makes managing my care simple and convenient. Highly recommend!

The entire staff was professional. Everyone seemed to know their job very well. The PA that attended me was very professional and read my chart and understood my conditions, problems I was having, and proceeded to correct the situation that I was hospitalized prior to going to see her.
