Dr Hurley is an excellent physician. Very knowledgeable, kind, and thorough. I feel safe with his care. The staff works very well as a team. When my doctor left in January, I was very anxious about a new physician. Dr Hurley has met my expectations. If it is something that he feels he's not qualified to take care of. The provider listened to me and made every effort to solve every issue I had... was kind .. the nurses were also kind and helpful., I had labs and the nurse was so friendly and explained everything she was going to do... and what would happen next. I don't see anything that meds improving.. thank you.

A big improvement would be to be a fragrance-free doctor's office. So that would be a very big improvement. No toxic smells and odorless disinfectants and sanitizers. And everybody wears unscented clothing.

Great service no complaints
Everything was great EXCEPT for the rugs in the waiting room. I use a walker. The rugs weren't secured to the floor and kept rolling up at the edges causing my walker to catch on them. They caused the legs on my walker to abruptly stop moving causing me to have to suddenly lift my walker over the rug! That's a very dangerous situation! It could cause a fall! The rug in the foyer between the entrance from outside and the door into the waiting room was secured to the floor. I managed it easily.

When I came to visit and have my doctor's appointment, everyone was very, very kind. And then going in to see Dr. Hurley, he takes notes, but he knew exactly what was going on in my life and what has happened and how he can help. And four things. He helped me with each one. And then I was supposed to give a urine test, but I forgot and left. But I came back and everyone was very kind about that. No problems. And I've always felt that way. And one of the most important is, is that they are very clean and they always are washing. Their hands are using a disease.
Yes, Dr. Hurley and the staff there at Blues Lake Parkway are professionals. And I thank God that he was recommended to me by my former provider. Thank you very much.

You can't change anything they all are always so nice and respectable about everything they do. I don't have any bad words to say from the nurses to the front desk to the doctors all wonderful keep up the good work.
Dr. Hurley explained thoroughly my medical background, things that I had done, an MRI that no one has taken the time to explain to me, which led to me being able to further examine some of my symptoms after two years and be able to find out possibly the cause of a lot of my pain and neurological issues. And it was because he took the time to explain that to me as well as he was very kind to my kids I brought with me. It was a very good experience, the best doctor I've had in years.

The office staff as all the nurses and the blood clinic nurses are all so awesome and it's a great experience to have when some times you may not be feeling great , so it makes a difference , To receive great care at a no stress experience . Very professional and friendly from the time I walked into the building till I left
Everyone treated me like I was their only patient from the time I walked in the door to the time I left. I have to say that it was the best medical appointment I have ever had bar none. Miriam listened to me and gave sound medical advice and adjusted my medication, removing some medications that were causing more harm than benefit. By following the medication changes she recommended, my pain level dropped markedly literally overnight.
Been using Dr Hurley for years now and will continue to do so. Upmost respect and courtesy as is the office staff

Everyone is always so welcoming from the time I walk in until the time I leave. Front desk staff is very professional and quick if you've completed Echeck in they do not ask all the questions again. The provider is very good at speaking so I can understand what she means.

I'm not a morning person, but my appointment was first thing at 7am. The ladies in this clinic were happy and friendly, if they aren't morning people, I couldn't tell! I love Sandra as my primary provider and was there for a Well Woman exam (everyone's favorite). She was gentle, informative, and kind-making my experience less stressful. She was amazing! Thank you all very much!

All in all, I was pleased with my visit as well as the DR's recommendation to start me on a drug to help control my blood pressure. It has greatly helped me in a short period of time I've been taking it. I was somewhat surprised, however, that this was done without any blood testing whatsoever. Maybe that's the norm, I don't know, but I would have expected a quick test for diabetes or some other contributing factor for blood pressure issues.
Always a pleasant visit, very organized And seen in a timely manner. Even love that when I need blood work Done that the lab and technicians are there for my convenience. It truly is a one stop care facility. Love the Staff and my Physician.

Lab blood draw was done so well I did not notice the needle stick. BP was elevated and was check several times prior to release. Update on medications was taken. All in all a perfict annual visit.

Both my wife and I felt that the doctors were relying far too much on technology and not analyzing and then diagnosing each individual. They were nice about it. However, there needs to be some level of ownership on the doctor or understanding the individual and potential health issues and recommending solutions. The gamut of solutions not just drugs.

The front office and techs are friendlier downstairs and more personable. Everyone did a good job. Just a different atmosphere.
Calling in for appointments is almost impossible, then it's weeks before you get in.

Everyone in the office was prompt, professional and courteous. When I first phoned to make an appointment with Dr. Hurley, the scheduler was rude, scheduled me for an office visit 30 miles away, rather than in Rolla,and wouldn't correct the error. I phoned back the next day after I had confirmed online that I wasn't going to be scheduled in Rolla. The second scheduler was very kind and professional and corrected the mistake.

One suggestion I'd make is for the nurse to introduce herself, tell you her name. It just makes you feel a little more comfortable to know you're talking to a person. And the other thing is when I have worked at, I've gone to, down by the hospital, excuse me, in that office, They always give you a printout about the office visit and it might have some other information that they want you to do and it will say what blood tests you have and maybe your next appointment and there might be some instructions. So I didn't, your office didn't do that. So that would be a suggestion I would have too. Thank you. Bye.
