Cured me while Setting my mind at ease.
everyone I have contact with at every appointment is happy and upbeat - they seem to enjoy their jobs and like being there Dr O'Malley is very thorough and actually listens to what I say and answers questions and discusses WITH me the different treatment options giving both pros and cons of the choices I take the extra time to make the drive to St James just for her and her staff because they are all so great and I get the highest level of treatment from everyone from the time I step foot in the door - I could (and have) see a doctor closer to home but none of them can compare and their staff is usually not very friendly - Dr O'Malley and staff make taking the extra time worth it I definitely tell people about my positive experiences and off the office number to anyone that asks
When I arrived the receptionist was prompt getting me checked in and within a few minutes I was in a room with the nurse. The Dr. and PA listened to my symptoms and gave me some options on how to treat the issue.
I always feel that I'm heard when I come to the office with concerns.
I have always been treated well and in a timely manner at Forest City Family Practice. The staff is respectful, attentive, caring and thorough. I have referred several people there.

Everyone listened well, made eye contact and gave directions to help me. Although I was not scheduled for blood tests, the situation made them necessary and were done right away. I am so grateful for all the lovely people.

I appreciate that Christine Durbin not only like cares about my like medical well-being but my holistic well-being. She remembers from appointment to appointment like things about my life and things that we've talked about and is also very skilled and knowledgeable about what type of diagnosis I have and is able to recommend proper treatment that is effective for my well-being. She's also very cognizant of like the cost associated with you know seeking medical treatment and is very thoughtful in how she prescribes things as a result.

Dr. O'Malley listens. She never makes me feel like she's in a hurry. She shares information in a way that I can understand and relate to. I feel like I can fully trust her judgment. I don't leave and feel like I need to google everything.

Good office visit. When required to sign forms,new pens should be provided for each patient. Germs are on the pens sitting in the office containers.

It was strange the directions were to go to room 380 but when I got there I had to go to room 300 to register then back to 380. It wasn't a big deal as I was early but someone with limited mobility etc could have been late for appointment.
It be nice if you could get in to be seen quicker when your sick instead of being booked up and have to make an appointment weeks out when you probably not gonna be sick by then !

I guess everything went really well. I was greeted by the receptionist right away. She called me by my name and I liked that personal touch. Very professional, very businesslike. And got to see the nurse, I think, within five minutes. She was very friendly, talkative, and got on the scale and weighed right away. Right after that, Chris Durbin came in and answered all my questions and talked to me about things. She took care of business and recommended a clinic that I'd have be passed on to for my toe situation. And everything was excellent.
Dr. O'Malley has treated me with nothing but respect, listens to me, takes her time, never rushes, and is very kind. I highly recommend her.
