Everyone was nice, attentive, professional. I'm so glad they use manual blood pressure cuffs and not those awful automatic ones.
From the front desk personnel to the personnel in the back, I am always listened to and feel I have a voice in my care.

Everyone was very nice. I was especially impressed when Dr. Gorrell called me personally to discuss my lab results.
Dr O'Malley is a very compassionate physician. Even though I have a phobia of doctors in general, she and the staff do their best to make you feel at ease.

Good office visit. When required to sign forms,new pens should be provided for each patient. Germs are on the pens sitting in the office containers.

It's hard to get an appointment. The provider is booked months in advance.

It was strange the directions were to go to room 380 but when I got there I had to go to room 300 to register then back to 380. It wasn't a big deal as I was early but someone with limited mobility etc could have been late for appointment.
It be nice if you could get in to be seen quicker when your sick instead of being booked up and have to make an appointment weeks out when you probably not gonna be sick by then !

All of the people at the clinic, including Dr. O'Malley, are very personable, caring, and capable providers. And I always enjoy going because everyone is so nice.
I guess everything went really well. I was greeted by the receptionist right away. She called me by my name and I liked that personal touch. Very professional, very businesslike. And got to see the nurse, I think, within five minutes. She was very friendly, talkative, and got on the scale and weighed right away. Right after that, Chris Durbin came in and answered all my questions and talked to me about things. She took care of business and recommended a clinic that I'd have be passed on to for my toe situation. And everything was excellent.
Dr. O'Malley has treated me with nothing but respect, listens to me, takes her time, never rushes, and is very kind. I highly recommend her.
You were able to get me in promptly with Dr. Gorrell and she was very thorough and helpful. The staff was friendly too.

I am a long time patient there, around 20 years. My health has been a challenge for you to find what I have. From Fibromyalgia to MS, kidneys to Hodgkin's Lymphoma. They didn't give up on finding out exactly what was wrong and then they gear down and get me to correct specialists, and they follow what the specialists figure out what I have and they talk with the specialists and know what is happening with me and my body.
Careful, conscientious care. Very clear.
Patience because had lengthy health issues and medicines to go through as new patient.
The phlebotomist needed to be a little more friendlier.

Dr. O'Malley is the best doctor we have ever had. She's thorough. She's kind. She spends time with you. She spends time with you and she gets to the problem and tries to get results from the problems that we have. We wouldn't have anybody else except her. She is the best. She is extremely amazing.
I wish the vaccination process could have gone quicker. A nurse was teaching an MA how to give them so it took forever when I had already been there for about an hour. While I was there, the baby wanted to nurse. So I appreciate the time to do that while I talked to Dr Gorrell.
Office staff and nurse get me in quick. Little waiting time for Dr Gorrell to see me, she seems to listen to my concerns, gives solutions and options.
