Dr. O'Malley listened to all my questions and answered them professionally and kindly. All the staff were super busy with a lot of other patients but I felt like I was the only one that mattered at the time. They remained kind, courteous, and professional.
It would be nice if when your sick and don't feel the best to not be told go to walk in and actually get in to see my primary doctor for things that are wrong
Dr. Gorrell is thoughtful, thorough, respectful and clearly very intelligent. As her patient I feel very well cared for. The staff are also polite and friendly.

I think everyone did really well. Christine Durbin especially did. But before her, the nurse practitioner, she didn't really seem that friendly. That's the only thing I would change. Like, because she just seemed like angry and not, like, not happy with her job. I'm not talking about Christine Durbin. I'm talking about the one, the nurse practitioner. She just seemed crouchy, kinda. No offense to anyone.
I think someone put on my records of meds. That I do not take oxycodone any more. Which is incorrect

Wellness checkup for Medicare is a waste of time
Appointments with Dr. Gorrell are always very pleasant. She takes a lot of time with you and treats you with respect.
Megan is amazing. The nurses are not responsive and don't send messages to the provider. Megan had Said she was having the nurse send a med to her collaborating provider and it took 2 days in order to get the medication sent to the pharmacy. This is not the first time I have had difficulty getting thru to the provider and the nurse not communicating well. I am frustrated with the care and don't want to change provider locations because of the staff but am thinking I need to.

The n a that took my son's vitals and information was fantastic...very personable and professional. From a person that's worked with a lot of nurses and even married one...she will be an outstanding nurse if she sticks with it. She was great with us. His provider for this visit was outstanding. My family and I have been seen at this clinic and everyone has always been Absolutely Amazing & feels like visiting family with how welcoming caring every employee is.
Dr. Gorrell always does a great job listening to me and she always knows my medical history and the medicines I'm taking. She looks at all angles and listens to me and tries to find the best solutions for any issues I'm facing. I feel that Dr. Gorrell is an excellent doctor.

Why, in EPIC, do you ask me for what my visit is for, and then I give long and detailed answers to that inquiry, and then the nurse and provider ask me why I am there - and then when I say it's in the EPIC portal, neither of them could find it?!?

I was put off by the fact that I was told to make a wellness appointment only to be told when I got there that my insurance wouldn't pay for one because it hadn't been a year yet. My provider managed a work-around to make insurance happy with a different kind of appointment, but I do NOT want to be told to make an appointment and THEN be told that I shouldn't have. THAT is on the clinic/medical group/hospital staff.
As usual this experience was targeted to understand my concerns and provide a plan of care to meet my concerns. Dr. O'Malley and her staff have always made me feel comfortable. On occasions when she was not available I have received care from her physician and nurse practitioner partners and always felt comfortable and helped. This clinic is the epitome of what a clinic should be.
Everyone was kind and courteous. Megan McBride explained everything in detail and had no problem listening to everything I had to say without making me feel like I was a number to be dealt with within a time restriction. She is very professional, friendly and upbeat. Thank you Megan!
This staff was very kind, and Dr. Gorrell is wonderful explains everything. However, in reading my aftercare summary where the nurse practitioner did listened to my heart and lungs and then it says my neck:thyroid was supple with no cervical lymph adenopathy, but she never touched my neck, so I'm not sure how you can put that in my notes.
Dr. O'Malley is an excellent doctor! She's very down to earth and caring. I have recommended her office to many of my friends.
