Excellent staff and physicians
I am always treated with respect by the receptionist, Dr. O'Malley's nurse , and Dr. O'Malley. I recommend Dr. O'Malley and the other doctors . Some of my family and friends are patients here because of my recommendation . I am very happy with my treatment here!

I was put off by the fact that I was told to make a wellness appointment only to be told when I got there that my insurance wouldn't pay for one because it hadn't been a year yet. My provider managed a work-around to make insurance happy with a different kind of appointment, but I do NOT want to be told to make an appointment and THEN be told that I shouldn't have. THAT is on the clinic/medical group/hospital staff.
As usual this experience was targeted to understand my concerns and provide a plan of care to meet my concerns. Dr. O'Malley and her staff have always made me feel comfortable. On occasions when she was not available I have received care from her physician and nurse practitioner partners and always felt comfortable and helped. This clinic is the epitome of what a clinic should be.
Everyone was kind and courteous. Megan McBride explained everything in detail and had no problem listening to everything I had to say without making me feel like I was a number to be dealt with within a time restriction. She is very professional, friendly and upbeat. Thank you Megan!
This staff was very kind, and Dr. Gorrell is wonderful explains everything. However, in reading my aftercare summary where the nurse practitioner did listened to my heart and lungs and then it says my neck:thyroid was supple with no cervical lymph adenopathy, but she never touched my neck, so I'm not sure how you can put that in my notes.
Dr. O'Malley is an excellent doctor! She's very down to earth and caring. I have recommended her office to many of my friends.

It was all great! The ladies up front were very kind and helpful with resolving my insurance issue. The nurse called me back promptly. She was very professional while also being friendly and personable. Dr. O'Malley is THE BEST! I love love love her. I feel like I can completely trust her. Being confident about one's dr isn't very common anymore. Being able to trust her judgment gives me great peace of mind. After I saw the dr I had blood drawn. The phlebotomists are always great. They are efficient and I barely feel anything.

I believe you could do a better job with cleaning the exam rooms. Every time I come I notice dirt around the wheels of the computer carts. It makes me wonder how clean the exam table is?

I have really have come to appreciate the care and treatment I get from the clinic usually if Chris I have a case for 2nd opinion she is so quick and gets everything done and set up for me, her and her staff work well together.

I was treated with great respect. all my needs were taken care of and everyone was very friendly. to be honest the only problem I have is it takes a long time on the phone waiting to talk to someone sometimes I'm second or third in line. I don't want to complain but maybe more people answering the phones

All of the labs and immunizations that I was due for, I received. Best part is that I received prescription for sleep and I couldn't be happier or more relieved than that!

When you check-in someone always greats you with a smile and isn't on their cell phone texting and saying, "I'll be with you in a minute." The customer service is great!

I have developed a relationship with the provider and nurse and has allowed me to feel confident confident in care and also allows me to be open and honest about my issues and concerns. Both were exceptional hires!
The hospital was supposed to call me to schedule an ultrasound I am still waiting to hear from them.
Everyone was kind and courteous. I was seen in a timely manner and made sure I knew what was going on and why we were doing it.
The provider didn't ask too many" unnecessary" questions. The nurse that cleaned out my ears was professional, and explained to me, to where I understood it.

I have very low vision and I was kindly escorted from place to place during my visit.
I always get treated like a person not a number
Everything was good. The service was very good. However, it did smell like there's air freshener again in the office and at one point they had gotten rid of it, but it smelled very strongly. So that's really hard on me. So I just wanted to mention that. Thank you.
