Speaking longterm, I did not feel that all of my issues were addressed. The very pleasant nurse's post commentary I found vaguely insulting. It may have been AI generated.

It was all great! The ladies up front were very kind and helpful with resolving my insurance issue. The nurse called me back promptly. She was very professional while also being friendly and personable. Dr. O'Malley is THE BEST! I love love love her. I feel like I can completely trust her. Being confident about one's dr isn't very common anymore. Being able to trust her judgment gives me great peace of mind. After I saw the dr I had blood drawn. The phlebotomists are always great. They are efficient and I barely feel anything.

I like to see Dr Gorrell she understand that I do not like to take alot of medicine and I am very cautious about anything new.

I believe you could do a better job with cleaning the exam rooms. Every time I come I notice dirt around the wheels of the computer carts. It makes me wonder how clean the exam table is?

I have really have come to appreciate the care and treatment I get from the clinic usually if Chris I have a case for 2nd opinion she is so quick and gets everything done and set up for me, her and her staff work well together.

I was treated with great respect. all my needs were taken care of and everyone was very friendly. to be honest the only problem I have is it takes a long time on the phone waiting to talk to someone sometimes I'm second or third in line. I don't want to complain but maybe more people answering the phones

My appointment made the same day I called. It was and is an important matter. Staff and my doctor, Gorrell, were very professional and caring.
All of the labs and immunizations that I was due for, I received. Best part is that I received prescription for sleep and I couldn't be happier or more relieved than that!

When you check-in someone always greats you with a smile and isn't on their cell phone texting and saying, "I'll be with you in a minute." The customer service is great!
The whole process, from a short wait, to the time I checked out to leave went very smoothly. I really can't think of anything in need of improvement.

Quick and easy
I have developed a relationship with the provider and nurse and has allowed me to feel confident confident in care and also allows me to be open and honest about my issues and concerns. Both were exceptional hires!
The hospital was supposed to call me to schedule an ultrasound I am still waiting to hear from them.
Everyone was kind and courteous. I was seen in a timely manner and made sure I knew what was going on and why we were doing it.
The provider didn't ask too many" unnecessary" questions. The nurse that cleaned out my ears was professional, and explained to me, to where I understood it.

I have very low vision and I was kindly escorted from place to place during my visit.
I always get treated like a person not a number
Everything was good. The service was very good. However, it did smell like there's air freshener again in the office and at one point they had gotten rid of it, but it smelled very strongly. So that's really hard on me. So I just wanted to mention that. Thank you.

Jordan and the nurse were excellent. They did a fantastic job explaining what they were going to do to my son. He got an EKG and he had lab work drawn and the nurse was excellent.
I'm not sure everything used was sterile, because I developed an infection on that side 1-2 days later, Dr. was in a hurry to get to the next patient, & there is an antiseptic powder that should have been used that wasn't used.
Dr Gorrell is a wonderful provider. She listens and has solutions. She does not act superior and has a welcoming demeanor.
