Dr. Gorrell continues to excel as a primary care physician. She listens, is intuitive, and uses her knowledge and skill to provide/recommend the best course of treatment.
The only thing bad that happened that day was the lab tech that day was very rude to me.Every one else was really nice

Dr. Gorrell and the whole office staff at the St. James location are absolutely wonderful. I couldn't ask for a medical medical care facility or doctor.
The only thing that was concerning is there was a student shadowing and was asked to take my blood pressure which sometimes runs high especially when I go to the doctor. When she saw the reading her reaction just made me make anxious. I just thought it was unprofessional. Other than that everything was great.

From the time that I walk in, everybody is super nice to me. I never have any issues when I come to the St. James location. Megan always listens to my concerns and is always there to answer my questions. And sometimes things can be a little embarrassing when you visit the doctors or, you know, any type of medical clinic, but she definitely makes me feel comfortable. Thank you for everything.

Disappointed that my primary doctor brushed off my anxiety. It's not ok for me to be anxious and on edge all the time just to be told to take an antidepressant. I'm not even sad her anxious but felt unheard
The staff was wonderful, from the front desk checking in smiles, to the nurse and doctor making me feel really comfortable!
Dr Gorrell and her staff have always treated me with respect and kindness. Their professionalism and mannerism make you feel at ease. To talk to a doctor openly is sometimes scary, but Dr Gorrell makes you feel comfortable and listens to you.
Dr. O'Malley is an amazing doctor. She is kind, knowledgeable, considerate, and thoughtful. I look forward to my visits.

I will say the provider I had actually listened to me and was able to diagnose things which my previous provider did not nor did she care to take the time out of her day to try and focus on my problem. The provider I had just recently experienced McBride is the new current provider I have who was amazing. Listen to me without a doubt talk me through the steps made me feel heard and even consulted me emotionally throughout my appointment
Everything was just fine. I was able to get an appointment quickly and all my questions were answered and taken care of.
My experience was wonderful Dr Gorrell is wonderful I'm glad I have found a primary care Doc that listens. I did witness a gal called a person back where two people had the same first name and the gal did not know the last name. I noticed it made one lady feel uncomfortable. Would be nice if they knew first and last name, like we are important when they call people back.
Christine Durbin is very kind, attentive, and knowledgeable. I am younger getting my annual physicals and she really takes the time to go through everything and ensures all areas are covered even when she "doesn't have to" like with some patients who have more complex needs. They are the longest doctor's appts I have experienced and that is how the healthcare system should be. She is amazing and I hope to see her for primary care as long as possible.
Everyone is kind and Jordan Priest explains things well and in an easy to understand manner everytime I go there
From when you walk in the door and the girls at the reception area, they're very polite. They're very understanding. They listen to you. The nurse that comes and gets you, again, is polite and she's very easy to talk to. And Chris is a very, very good provider.
We both got our flu shots while we were there! That saved us another trip and was much appreciated!

EVERYTHING WAS GOOD SO NOTHING
I did complain about . No one calling me to make an appt for my first bone density shot so I won't be taking it. Please find me a good comparitive pill to take . Not every day ????? She called to get me some help and no one called. But then again . My phone has. A lot of suspected phone calls I deleted right away big it don't say Hospital calling or Drs office ????

I'm always appreciative to not have a long wait beyond my scheduled appointment time. The nurses and the physician are always personable, understanding and are willing to listen without making me feel rushed. Pleased to have found such a great place.

I got a same day appointment for 2 different issues. The nursing staff and check in staff worked together to quickly allow me to provide a urine specimen which made me more comfortable while I waited. Thanks! Both the nurse and the NP were supportive and professional and because of their care I am feeling better. Great clinic that I have personally sent 4 new patients to while enrolled there.

Nothing to improve or complain about. The waiting time was very short. Everyone was thoughtful and efficient. I wouldn't consider going to any primary other than Dr. O'Malley. I hope she doesn't ever leave, but I can imagine she is being head-hunted by other hospitals. Maybe she should get a raise. (I said that, not her. No such subject came up).

The wait wasn't long. The doctor listened to me. I felt like I was heard. She took the time to explain things to me. It was overall a good experience. But best of all was there was no long wait. I liked that. I came in a little early. I got brought in a little early. The doctor saw me a little early. So it worked out wonderfully. There was no long wait anywhere. That was the key to me.
