The waiting area is small compared to the population that you serve.
The doctor and nurse did not care not one bit about the patient
I honestly feel as if this is one of the Best walk in clinics around the Rolla Area ! Honestly they at the Front Desk the two younger Gurls Treat you so KINDLY & ALWAYS SO RESPECTFULLY with SMILES ON THEIR FACE ! That says a lot to your patients when they walk into A facility appearance of your staff says so much for your patience and the kindness stems also from that ! The doctors and nursing on staff as well are very pleasant and very kind always very informative and always take the highest care possible in their patients ! I appreciate all they do for myself and others ! Even when Patients are so sick and rude to them they remain professional and this says a lot about your staff you have very good staff they should be recognized that's for sure !

Was told there was probably an hour wait but it wasn't even 20 minutes. Was very impressed with the whole experience and staff.
The lady at the front desk was very nice, very professional, talkative made me feel welcome. The nurse taking me back was talkative made me feel welcome ask questions which was needed for provider. Provider was very thorough explained his concerns re meds and what her prescribed due to my age. Didn't do muscle relaxers do to poss fall risk. He was very thorough easy to talk to and listened. Very satisfied with my visit. Thank you
Well, I would say the waiting room smelled horrible. Not blaming the staff or anything necessarily, but that was just one problem. But other than that, the visit went well, and I felt like the doctor listened to me. And so I appreciate that. Yeah. That's it.
The visit was quick and concise. I appreciated the care shown from the nurse and the doctor for the visit. It was a great expereince.
The doctor listened to me. He went out and got photos of my knee and broke it down to me explaining what I had, what I was looking at. He well explained everything to me and very grateful for that and seems like I'm doing better today. Thank you.

When I went to check out the person at the desk didn't know what was going on due to not having information yet. Was told I would have an appointment in one month and the person at the front desk hadn't received the information yet. It got worked out but the right hand should know what the left is doing for the patient. It was fast which I greatly appreciate.
Cody is a great doctor. He went through the chart with me as far as my lab results and what antibiotic would work with that bacteria level. I really appreciate him. I wish he was my primary doctor. He's very good and caring and you're lucky to have him. Thank you.

Urgent Care staff has always kind and caring when ever I had to go there.

THIS EXPERIENCE WAS EXCEPTIONAL. in the past, with another doctor, the experience was terrible in spite of having been a patient for many years. We are hopeful that future visits will be as efficient and pleasing as this one was
The staff and NP were amazing. The issue of unclean were the kids in the waiting room, CLEARLY sick, coughing and hacking and touching everything (albeit the parents SHOULD have done something but didn't) should have to wear masks. NO I'm not an everyday mask endorser, quite the opposite, but I was uncomfortable being in the waiting area. I love this staff, the assistants, NPs, and doctors. Yes, the provider was awesome. The nurses were awesome. The front staff was awesome. I understand that it's cold and flu season and the wait was a little long with three hours, but I understand seeing how most of the majority of the people were there were kids and people with pops and stuff. Other than that, the place was very clean and I appreciate that always. Thank you.
The clinic was busy as it is flu and sinusitis season, but they were prompt and professional without making my daughter and I feel rushed at any point. We were treated very warmly by every person with whom we had an interaction.

The rn was really a good provider and would much see her again
Spent 2 hours waiting to be told my son's ear would be fine. His eardrum ruptured the next night. Thanks a lot to a useless provider that could have helped before it got worse. Extremely irritated with your provider who obviously doesn't know what he is doing and shouldn't hold a medical license!

The staff was exceptional. I was taken to a room in a reasonable amount of time for BP, weight, etc. After that I waited in the room for over 30 minutes for the doctor to come in. I feel that was an unreasonably long wait.
I feel like every time at the walk in, they just throw diagnosis' at the wall and hope it sticks.

Even though it was packed and wait times were long, the doctor was focused and listened carefully-it felt like I had her full attention and did not feel rushed.

I was called into the exam room early to have my stitches removed so I would not be further exposed to several sick people and children in the waiting room. I really appreciated that.

I picked a very crowded day to go and had a 2-hour wait but that's unusual for this location.
I tried going in the night before at 5:42pm and was told they are closed when sign on your door says 6 nobody in waiting room I pretty upset they could have got me in and out. Next day I was in line at 7:50 didn't get into room till 9:22 then waited in room almost 15-20 minutes. I had be at work at 10 so it was frustrating how long it took.
The provider Sally did not even know why I was there. My PCP called her and set up my appointment in person. The ct scan was provided in advance showing a Mass on my kidney's and cysts on my liver. I had to let her know when she was ready to dismiss me after a urine specimen. I was surprised and had to tell her myself.
The Provider listed to my currents and schedule services to help me with my currents.
I love that we walked right in and got service almost immediately. The wait time was very short and the care was excellent.
Sydney absolutely goes above and beyond for her patients. I am so thankful that she was able to see me for a same day appointment. She always remember things about you that makes you know she cares about her patients. She is personable and explains things so thoroughly. Sydney listens and tailors every experience to the patient. She is an amazing provider.

Each provider and staff I've ever had contact with has been respectful and seemed to actually care about my issue. The provider and and I have always worked together to come up with a treatment plan that worked.

Craig is an amazing NP. He knew what was wrong the second he walked in. I was sooo sick and he took is seriously and got me diagnosed and RX in about 15 minutes.
