The wait time was not long, but nobody was necessarily rude, but nobody was friendly either. So that's something you could improve.

I feel like my daughter could have been tested the first time for a strep throat instead of waiting until I brought her back the second time to be tested. So I had to pay the co-pay twice to have her tested one time. So I think offering tests more readily the first time people visit is a better practice than making them come back and have to pay again.

The doctor was very professional, and he did come in a timely manner. As my son's oxygen was dropping rapidly, the nurse did terrible. She was very unprofessional. She didn't explain anything to us. When she saw the oxygen dropping, all she did was turn around and open the door and scream for the doctor. This left me and his grandmother in complete shock, and we were confused and super worried, and we had no answers. And after that, it just turned into a crap show where It was just chaotic and nobody was talking and nobody was saying anything until the ambulance showed up.
Impromptu visit off the interstate to have Blood Pressure checked because I felt it was going to be high which was. Nurses and Dr. Kerr did everything they could for me running EKG and checking my BP again. They did a great job.
First time at that location, definitely if have to will return thank you all so much ?
We had a great experience at the Phelps Watkins Clinic in Rolla. All the staff there, including the doctor, was friendly, listened to us, was able to diagnose the problem, answer our questions. Overall, it was a great experience and I would recommend it. Thank you.

Wait time in exam room was much too long with no communication from staff till after complaint about an 1 hour 15 minutes Dr..Tatom was awesome I would take him every time
Waiting area wait was reasonable but after nurse checked me out the wait for physician was over 30 minutes
I did not have to wait long to see the provider and she was able to give me the results of the urine test pretty quickly. She called in a prescription to CVS, so I was able to get started on my medication before my condition worsened. I want to tell you that I am very thankful that PH opened the walk-in clinic. I am prone to UTI's and the clinic has enabled me to get treatment so much faster than before.

All the staff at this facility worked very nicely to get me in and seen by the doctor and the provider.

Aaron listened to all of my concerns and worked with me for a treatment plan that relieved my anxiety and made me comfortable to go home. He also called me the next day to follow-up on my xray results and asked about my recovery since my visit. I am so happy and impressed with my experience this visit.
Great experience all the way around considering I had a bee sting in the back of my throat and they took care of it that evening!

The doctor wanted me to seek treatment for an issue I do not have and did not communicate what he was treating me for.
The only issue was the wait time as there was only one PSR at the time I was there. It was 30 minutes before I checked in, 30 more minutes to see provider.

Totally appreciated the time both nurse and nurse practioner (or PA?) took to listen carefully to symptoms and totally seemed sympathetic to my not feeling great. Totally did a great job explaining the treatment and why she was giving me what she was giving me! I knew why, I knew when I'd be taking them, I knew what to expect, ....just so very thorough!
Being from out of town it was a blessing to be quickly diagnosed and medication prescribed. Really appreciated the staff I interacted with.
Everything is excellent. Front desk is excellent. Nurses is excellent. Doctor is excellent. Environment is clean. I really don't have no negative feedback about the clinic. The clinic is amazing. It wasn't like, it wasn't judgmental about my race, because I'm Black African American, along with my kids. and you got treated like you were family. You got advice based off, you know, someone who cared and who wanted to do the best for them. And I would definitely, if I have anywhere to go, if I need any type of medical assistance or whatever, I would definitely come back to you guys. It was an amazing experience and I wouldn't, I wouldn't.

My experience was positive except that I was prescribed antibiotics that I have an allergy to because I'm allergic to blue dye and I was prescribed antibiotics that had blue dye in them. So I kind of had to backpedal and make some changes, cost me some extra money and stuff like that. It did finally get resolved and I'm glad for that, but maybe just be more careful in the future.

I was pleasantly pleased with everything and being from columbia and very ill was concerned with the fact no one was familiar with me.....but was greatly pleased with EVERYTHING!

Hi. The receptionist was great. There was no nurse. And the provider, Aaron, wasn't really listening to me and didn't know what he was doing. He kind of just threw a bunch of medicines at me and like shot in the dark kind of procedure. And that's what he did the last time I've seen him too. I don't think this guy knows anything. I don't know, but he definitely, and I am still feeling terrible. And it's been five days. So, so far, no progress. And he threw a bunch of medicine at me. He didn't even look at what I was allergic to, my files, the computer at all. And he did not take my temperature, but he put that in the chart that he did. So I don't appreciate that.
Hi, Aaron always does a great job. We're very fortunate to have had him as our physician's assistant. He's thorough, he's kind, he's thoughtful, and he's understanding. So I think he's an absolute asset to Phelps County Health.

I waited 45 minutes in the room and the doctor never came in to see me. I get that they have other patients to see, but that was a ridiculous amount of time to sit there and not be seen.

It was a delightful experience. First time I've used a clinic outside of Fort Leonard Wood. It was a big difference. It was so much nicer and streamlined, and I was only there for an hour so it was worth the co-pay with Tricare. It saved me a ton of time, including the pharmacy that we used in St Robert Next time we're not feeling well both me and the wife will be back. Thank you guys. Have a nice day or have a nice night depending on what your shift is.

We were there for a sports physical that took about 15 minutes to get done, but we waited almost 2 hours to get it done. Wait time was way too long.
It went Super fast for all 3 of my kids needing sports physicals
You can improve by getting a provider that actually knows if a bone is broke or not and having the supplies that somebody would need when the bone is broke.
Don't know what I would do without this facility and its medical staff. Thank you.

The provider ARON COHL, was extremely knowledgeable and helped me to my MRI for my back that same day as I was in a lot of pain. He referred me to a pain clinic. Please keep him at the clinic! Thank you Provider AARON!
Well check in was right on time & when called me in the room I was respected and taken care ask me questions & I answered them then waited for my doctor & did the job

This is the 4th Treatment for the same UTI and hasn't been resolved. I still have it.
As busy as they were, everyone was super kind. I really liked FNP Fryer, she was funny, casual, and very personable.

The nurses was excellent!!! N the doctor Jefferey Kerr was amazing as well!!! They did x rays gave me a breathing treatment cause I couldn't catch my breath n actually gave me the medication I needed to get better!!! N I truly thank them all because I was miserable!!!! I'm not 100% yet but I'm definitely better than I was that day!!!! N to be honest most the time I don't do these surveys because it usually just alright service but I'm am glad to take this one!!! They deserve a raise n be told they r doing a great job n service to the community!!!

Sydney was amazing!!! 10/10. Wait time was 2 hours, which is pretty long. My room was slightly dirty. Dirt and hair all over the floor.
Did not listen to any of my symptoms or problems. Just prescribed a generic catch all antibiotic and shoved me out the door.
Very professional keep up the super service
The worst experience I've ever had at a walk-in clinic. I checked in at 12:25 and wasn't seen until 1:20. I understand there's usually a wait at urgent care, but what I don't understand is being placed in a room after seeing the nurse, then left waiting another 45 minutes for the doctor. Eventually, I stepped out to ask if I'd been forgotten, only to be met with a rude "we're very busy" while three nurses stood at the desk. How about normalizing checking in on patients, apologizing for long wait times, and giving an update? That's what customer service is all about. I was in excruciating pain (which I made clear, pain level 10), and to make matters worse, I later checked my email and saw that my results had already come back positive for COVID at 1:26, something they could have told me sooner. Instead, I didn't leave until 2:20. My feedback? If there are long wait times even after going to the back then check in on your patient. And if by chance your patient steps out the room to make sure they weren't forgotten, dont be rude. A simple, "hey I'm sorry for the wait. We will be with you as soon as we can." Goes a long way. I grew up in this town and I'm honestly so disappointed.

I would like to know when phelps health walk in clinic started doing follow up calls. I only received one, and both of my children were seen on different days. And then I was told this is normal.
Everyone was very nice and they did their best to help us. Even if they didn't know exactly what was going on they provided things to help heal it.
The reception was extremely rude! I would not go back to this location based off of how rude she was. She was very condescending. Her attitude was terrible. She was rude to both myself and my son. Someone else had left due to not being checked in properly and having to wait an excessive amount.
The receptionist was not pleasant. While checking in a client whom obviously doesn't feel well, grace and politeness could go a very long way. She unfortunately did not show either of those qualities. She was short, ill willed and mostly petty when the client said there must be a mistake because he has been seen there. She replied with obviously not because there would be a record. Then pursed her lips.

The Nurse Practitioner was amazing with my child. He had beads out of a bean bag he had put in his ears and it was an adventure for the staff! They were all fantastic and the physician on duty assisted and successful got the rest out of the ears! The Nurses were just as personable and professional as the Providers! This has been the best walk in clinic I have ever been to! So a GREAT BIG THANK YOU to all of you!! Please don't change a thing!! I'm sure we'll see again!
Doctor and Nurse listened to me and answered all my questions where zi could understand everything. This was my second time using this office and was well cared for both times! Blessings
Going there was a waste of time. Still had to go to the ER because they couldn't do any test.
During my appointment, everyone was really kind. The people at the front desk, the physician, everything was perfect. Honestly, I would not change a thing.
Staff in the waiting room only had one person checking patients in part of the time and it was very crowded. Finally another one showed up to help. This was around 1:30 pm.
