Had a great experience. Walked in, was greeted immediately. Was taken back within a couple minutes. Nurse came in fast and friendly. Dr Sells came in immediately after, listened well, battled my monster splinter, and did a great job. Excellent and kind staff that day. Was my first visit, so I'm not sure what it's normally like.
The staff was very polite, very professional. The doctor was very engaging and I have absolutely no complaints about the service. It was great.

It would be nice if there were more chairs without arms. The waiting room chairs are very narrow.

The nurse and provider were fast friendly yet patient and caring. The front desk lady was on the phone and didn't acknowledge me for a bit but once she did she was pleasant.
Well I got my test results back at 5:05 p.m. and they sit there and talked about what they were having for dinner what they were doing this weekend all the way till 6:00 and there was no one else but one other person in front of me when I went in so I ended up walking out because I was sick and I needed to be at home in bed so it was terrible

It was my first experience with a walk-in clinic. I will definitely be returning! The wait time was five minutes or less. And the entire event was handled in a professional manner. I couldn't have asked for better care.

The staff were friendly making me feel comfortable right away. Brandon was attentive, taking the time to listen to my concerns and thoroughly explaining the plan. I felt genuinely cared for and valued throughout the entire appointment. The office was clean, quick and efficient and had a warm atmosphere that added to the overall positive experience.

The staff took care of my grandson very well and understood his autism.They were very honest about his situation and understood that it would be in his best interest to go to the emergency room at the hospital for further evaluation.
Check in was timely. The nurse was caring and friendly. The Practitioner was stellar, easy to talk to and very helpful and informative. Would have him as my main doctor if i could.

Brandon Lamberth did a great job and it was quick for an X-ray and treatment. The only thing was they did not have the boot I needed and I had to go to Sink Pharmacy to pick one up which was difficult with a hurt foot

This facility has kept me out of the hospital several times. I truly appreciate having this facility. Everyone has a good attitude and treated me with care.

The walk-in clinic always does such a great job.
I explained my symptoms to the nurse and they were very kind and helpful. they ordered a strep test and I received the results in MyChart in a timely manner. They were negative. The provider or nurse never came back in the room to talk about other options. I waited for nearly an hour after the results came in but no one came back and I left by myself.

I walked in after stepping away to grab something out of my car for my son. The lady up front was coloring her arm as I was tapping on the glass to signal her to let me in. And I had to tap a couple of times.

Everyone was very friendly. The doctors listened to everything I had to say. They spoke to where I could understand everything that they had to say. They made sure I understand before I left everything that I needed to understand. They made sure that I had everything that I needed before I left. Everybody was very friendly. The area was clean. They were very friendly. Everybody was friendly. It was just a place that is very friendly to go to.

Can't say enough good things about the nurse or Helen who treated me. They were awesome. The girl at the desk was not at all friendly or welcoming. Very mechanical and kind of surly. Was my first visit and she seemed "put out" that I couldn't read her mind to know what to do without interaction. I'm glad I didn't leave as was my first inclination because I received excellent care. But the girl working the desk needs to go.
Front desk personnel mentioned that they had one provider working and the wait time might be a bit longer than usual. I appreciated the information, even with one provider I was taken back within 30 minutes of my arrival, seen very soon after by the provider, ray ordered, completed and read in a timely manner. Everyone was kind, kept me informed and made a painful injury less painful.
Lisa Cunningham and the other staff I dealt with were fantastic. They were all very professional and each one made sure I was comfortable with everything I was told. They made me feel like they truly cared about me and my health. Thank you Miss Cunningham and the rest of the staff. You're all awesome.
The doctor didn't even ask me questions. Walked in and told me what was wrong with me. Didn't let me talk to him. I will never come back, I will not be treated like a number instead of a human.
Helen Litz fully listened to my concerns when I came back in the walk-in clinic for a second time. I am already feeling better after she prescribed me the right meds and helped my cough. I appreciate her care!

I just had a lab draw done. When u first started seeing this woman she was very careful and it did not hurt much. Here lately is been very painful as I feel she just jabs now without regard to going easy.

I was seen quickly. The receptionist was very aware of the Veterans Administration medical and TRICARE. Everything went smooth and quickly. I was seen by the doctor quickly. I told him my symptoms and previous medication and how long it took for my symptoms to get better. He told me that he had a different course of treatment and it was very good. Everything worked well. It was great.

Swift today. No one but me in the waiting room! Your people at Urgent Care are tops. Sometimes I. Wish they were my primary caregiver. Never a disappointment.
I was taken back for exam relatively quickly but once in the back room I had to wait over an hour from when the nurse left from taking my vitals until the doctor came in. There was no communication of any sort it seems I was just forgotten about for all that time.
I am thankful for the service Phelps Health provides. I have used the service on several occasions and have always been treated with courtesy and respect. Thank you for the service you provide.

So grateful to have Phelps health walk in clinic! This is the second time I've brought my child in after an appointment with his pediatrician at a different clinic waved my concerns off! Here they listened to my concerns and instantly tested for RSV. I really appreciate you treating me with respect and understanding my feelings and concerns. My baby is doing much better.

This was my first visit to the Walk-In Clinic and I was certainly impressed! Great Job Everyone!
We were in the waiting room for 10 minutes before we were greated. I tried coughing and saying hello to het someone's attention. There was a nurse that seen us after 5 minutes and said 'oh we have people out here' as she walked back into her area. It was another 5 minutes before anyone came up. When they finally came out to check us in there wasn't an apology for the wait or mention of it. The nurses and provider were amazing and I appreciate their service.
All the staff listened to me and listened to exactly what I was saying. Very quickly, I was met.
