Quick service polite staff and service with little to no wait.
I was seen by the provider in a short amount of time. He listened to my symptoms and looked me over carefully. Imaging was done pretty quickly. I was treated and on my way within about an hour. I would say, this was done, professionally, and I would recommend this facility and this provider.

I came in for a rapid strep test due to a severe sore throat. The test itself was completed promptly, and the result appeared in MyChart within about 15 minutes. After that, I was left sitting in the exam room for an entire hour with no update, no explanation, and no provider ever coming in to see me. I eventually stepped out to ask the nurses what was going on. They showed little urgency or interest in helping and appeared far more concerned with sitting at the computers socializing than providing basic patient care. At that point, I decided to leave. Getting a test result quickly means very little when the staff cannot communicate, follow up, or complete the visit. Being left alone for an hour without so much as an acknowledgment is not just poor customer service-it is dismissive, unprofessional, and an unacceptable standard of care.

I had a very positive experience with Sydney Fryer . She really listened to my concerns, took the time to understand my symptoms, and was very thorough in evaluating everything. I never felt rushed, and I appreciated how attentive and compassionate she was throughout my visit. I honestly wish she could have been my regular provider, but I chose someone closer to my home for convenience. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, caring, and dedicated healthcare provider.
My provider is amazing she always I feel that she always listens to what I have to say. No one knows their body better than the pt and when I say something is wrong she listens.

My Nurse Practitioner was wonderful. She listened to me, urged me to go to the ER for a CT scan with suspected diverticulitis (which i had never had) and she was absolutely correct. She was very soft spoken and gentle. I could not have been more pleased!

Sydney is just amazing! She makes you feel very comfortable from the very beginning, she listens to what you tell her, and she is very clear with her suggestions. I 100% recommend Sydney as a PCP.
Everyone treated me with dignity and respect. They went out of their way to try to take care of me and get me through the process of, you know, serving me and treating me for the condition I was having that day. And I just have to say that my, you know, the person that came in actually, well, first of all, the nurse that came in and saw me was completely professional and courteous. And, but the, I don't know if he's a doctor or just a, you know, physician's assistants, but Aaron is probably the most empathetic, understanding, caring, just loving human being that I've ever met in my life. And I think he really loves his job and he really cares about the people he treats.
The wait was long, 2.5 hours. After that everything went fairly smoothly.

Yes, the only problem is you don't have handicapped parking very close to the building and that's a problem for me.

When the doctor walked in to the room, he called me by my first name. That told me that he actually looked at my chart before walking in to the room and I appreciate that. He was very easy to talk to, and he explained things in a way I could understand.

You all did great. Checked to make sure I had no broken bones. He put medicine on my arm help it heal and keep bacteria away. And showed me how to wrap the bandage on my knee so that I would get more support for my knee. I could not think of anything that they could do better.

It all went very very well & I'm grateful to have been seen on the very day I called with my health concerns. Seen by Nurse Practitioner Sydney, I felt comfortable with her assessment of what had happened to me, prescribing a topical antibiotic to apply to the affected areas of my great concern.

The NPP was Awsome, She was fast,and explained everything to me,what i needed to do to relieve my back pain.

I think that everything was basically good. I think like when I first got there though, the representatives could have paid attention a lot more because I had to repeat myself on a couple different things. When I said my head was kind of cloudy, I had to repeat that like four or five times. I'm not trying to be mean or anything, just being honest. Thank you guys for all you do.

I was treated with kindness.
Provider was knowledgeable however I was very sick and he felt it was necessary to give me a 15 minute anatomy lesson rather than just doing the examination to determine course of treatment and send me on my way so I could go back to bed. I've heard from other patients that he does this a lot. I understand explaining things but in my opinion what he wanted to "teach" me had no bearing on my sickness or treatment.

Well you forgot we were in a pt room waiting for our discharge instructions and everyone left for the night and we got locked in for over an hour waiting for the police to come let us out so not a very good experience

all good had me feeling better giuck
I went to my primary care doctor the next day. The antibiotics that were ordered for me were exactly what I needed to take. (4 in total). The only concern my primary care had was that I had fallen in a river bed while kayaking and punctured my leg at the knee. It was a deep puncture. They said I should have had X-rays to see if anything was still in the wound or if I had injured any bone. Other than that, all the meds I filled at the pharmacy were exactly what they would have ordered. Cellulitis set in immediately but the antibiotics are knocking it quick.
Cody was a great provider. He listened to me very well. He's a very down-to-earth dude. I mean, he was very respectful. There ain't really much you guys can improve on. It's a great place and it's definitely my new walk-in clinic. So I appreciate your guys' help. Pretena Zone's helping very well. So thanks, guys. I appreciate it. Bye.

Very pleased and this clinic is a "Godsend" as it gets more difficult to get into your primary doctor.
From the entrance to the door to where you sit down to talk to the intake, receptionist ready very respectful, acknowledge and courtesy from the nurse that opens the door when they call you to go in in a timely manner up to the doctor that seen you very explained everything where I can understand what would be the part two or how long would it take for me to get better and if I didn't to please return so we can continue taking care of you. You guys have a nice area and everybody was very nice.
Everyone was great, and they put me at ease. In fact, it didn't really bother me at all getting the few required stitches. One of the best things is the staff's personalities. We even had a few laughs. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. I'm not an expert, but the stitching job on my finger that "Cody" did with the very fine thread - looks like excellent work.

I've been dealing with chronic back pain from degenerative disc disease. Aaron referred me to a neurologist & the pain management center to further help fix / treat my condition. Whereas the primary dr I was seeing never suggested any help outside of pain medication. So it was very refreshing to get the second opinion and referrals that could re route me in a better direction for treatment.

I just wanted to say that I thought the girls were so compassionate and took time with me. It was a different experience that I'd had before. But when Salli went out the door, she was going to get me some literature for another option for me because I didn't get the Botox did not work on me. I'd love to have this literature if they could send it to me.

Cody Sells is a very efficient Nurse Practitioner. I have known Cody since he was a Paramedic at Texas County Memorial Hospital. He was very knowledgeable Medic then. I think that he will be a good addition to your Cardiac Department.
Waste of time and money. She said come back when I'm worse... I haven't been able to eat with how painful the swelling in the throat is. Then she laughed and said "drink tea with honey"
