During my appointment, everyone was really kind. The people at the front desk, the physician, everything was perfect. Honestly, I would not change a thing.
Staff in the waiting room only had one person checking patients in part of the time and it was very crowded. Finally another one showed up to help. This was around 1:30 pm.
All of the staff was very kind, courteous and professional. They showed a genuine interest in my situation and was ready to help.

Timely response to my visit. I like the intern came in to visit first. I love it when an urgent care or hospital is training people. Intern was very nice and thorough, nurse after her was awesome as well. Area was clean and I was checked in very quickly. All staff was happy smiling even laughing and an atmosphere like that's always great to walk into.

It was the doctor. Absolutely the worst one I've had and I love all my other PA's at Phelps! Receptionist was great! The XRay gal was awesome! But the doctor needs people skills!!!!
The nurse practitioner that was in training there was absolutely amazing, and the care provider that came in after she did told me the exact same thing that the nurse practitioner did. I was very impressed. Good work.

I liked the physicians down to earth approach and honesty.
Dr. Cody was extremely professional. On top of that and most importantly was his compassion. I was not doing well that day and he could tell and understood my frustration with not feeling good and hurting for a long period of time. He listened to me, he helped me understand what he was telling me and he let me off with some medicine that after a few days did get me up and feeling a little better.
The process was quick, expedited, but thorough and to the point. Everyone was polite and I never even had to repeat myself. They understood what was going on immediately, checked me out and was good to go. Got what I needed and got out.

We were seen very quickly, all of my son's symptoms were addressed. He was even given Motrin to address his fever. Always impressed with the walk-in and know that we will get great care.
