Finding your way in the new cancer building very confusing

The attending nurse prescribed prednisone for my sore throat and hacking problems. I got worse. I went to my family DR. He questioned her diagnosis. Not good for me. I would have gone to my Dr first, but had to wait for 2 days time to get in.

staff all very personable & friendly. I misunderstood about the ct scan. & Uti test being retaken. couldn't get answer between scheduling ct scan & uti reschedule when. lack communication.

I was totally pleased with the visit. Both the nurse and the nurse practitioner were very thorough and explaining everything and getting information.
Everything was great, the staff were wonderful, and the provider genuinely cared. He even told me that if I have any issues to call the clinic because he would be there all weekend. I will definitely be using the urgent care if the need arises in the future, and will be recommending it to anyone who needs their services.
Everyone was every polite and answer all my questions and eased my concerns.

The whole period of time I was there, I felt so comfortable with the staff and provider, I know I was in capable hands and I am sure each person they meet they treat everyone the same.

Yes, the reason I wasn't happy, completely happy going to your place was the nurse practitioner, she had it in her mind as to how she was going to diagnose me even though number one, she didn't examine me. Number two, I had to get up and show her what was going on with my body and I told her it was ticks and I had one attached to me and she didn't care. She didn't listen. She kept pushing, oh no, it's bed lice, wrong, no bedlice, no bed lice, tick, yes. And she avoided it. I don't think she maybe doesn't have the knowledge of it, but I was very unhappy with that. And I really feel that she needs to listen and not push her own idea on until she hears what's going on with the patient.
Sydney was great! She called into pharmacy and ordered me a med, and I'm much better!

I had a very, very good experience and Dr. Kerr was extremely helpful and gave wonderful advice on improving my health care and it was very beneficial to me in my recovery and I appreciate all of his sharing wisdom and his medical knowledge. Explaining in detail what had been done and showing with a picture which artery it was and where the stints were. Cody was great !
I was greeted warmly and seen quickly. My concerns were sought and my fears relieved with understanding and clear explanation. Subsequent test results provided additional medication that hastened recovery. As a result my physical condition was corrected and my mental fears removed. I am very grateful.

Salli was so sweet! She brought to my attention to stop a medication that I wasn't aware I needed to stop after my procedure. She explained why I should and what was happening to me. She was thorough and polite!

The only slight problem I had at all is the overall time it took to get called back to the room. But that was really not a big deal

My primary MD and facility is always really good. This most re wnt visit to Urology dept was even better. The MD and support staff were phenomenal.

Visit, treatment and Staff were excellent. Jeannie Orlando was very professional and when radiologist said everything was fine she had him take a second look. She knew it was broken.. My first time there and I definitely will be going back
Easy to book an appointment. Provider was on time and quick to schedule labs (same day). Labs came back the next day!!! Provider did explain lab results as she said she would.

Wait time was less than I expected, maybe 5-10 minutes. Short waiting time waiting for X-Rays. Reasonable time when seen by doctor. In all, pleasantly surprised by efficiency of my visit.
I was told I could pick up my Rx next door at Walmart. When I went to pick up my Rx I was informed that I couldn't pick it up til the 22nd. I was taken a back....why didn't the person who examine me know this fact?

I thought it was a really long wait process for my x-ray results. That I was sitting in the room by myself for about an hour before anyone came in. At least someone coming by and being like, hey, sorry, we're booked or something, an explanation would have been nice instead of just being in a room for an hour by myself when I was told just a few minutes. Besides that, I thought the quality of care and everything was great.
All staff was very friendly and listened to me.

My condition has been life threatening and was not treated with any urgency. It is still life threatening by the way.

The nurse and Doctor were so very kind.
My visit went completely awesome except for one aspect, the phlebotomist who took the blood draws, very unsure about her actions. She gave me one bandage for two pokes and then advised me that she would not be able to do it, that I would have to go to the hospital. I would never advise anyone to go get testing done by this one little girl. Very unsure, scared to death to actually go back to her. Thank you.

Walked in the building & no one was sitting at the front desk but we could hear talking coming from the back. We ended up waiting a good 5 minutes or more to get checked in. When we did get checked in, the receptionist could not stop yawning while checking us in. She did not seem very interested in being there.
