It was very, very busy that day and when we got there, the waiting room was packed and there were three doctors on duty and they got them in and out very quickly and so our wait wasn't very good. So I was highly impressed and also with Dr. Kerr.
Made sure the crutches fit properly amd how to use them. Explained the features of the walking boot (air pump) and when to use it.
A child threw up in the waiting area. Receptionist gave them some paper towels, which they used, and then left them sitting on the floor. Not a pleasant fragrance for the waiting room. Automatic sliding door at the entrance was malfunctioning and the waiting room was chilly.
Very quick. Very little wait time.
I needed to be seen late in the day towards closing hours. They still were able to see me and treat me very well and respectively. Was seen with little wait time and treated wonderfully. Excellent clinic!
Very friendly, very professional, wait time was less than a normal visit. We were greeted as soon as we walked in the door. Great service.
I had a wonderful experience at this doctor's office. I went to urgent care for a bad cough and just feeling bad. The care provider, she went the extra mile. Most of the time when I go to urgent care and I have a cough, they'll just give me antibiotics and steroids, loosen my chest and be done. She went the extra mile and got an x-ray which showed that I had the beginning of pneumonia and my lung was filling up with fluid. Thank God she did. She's amazing and the receptionists were great, the nurse was great, the facility is clean. The wait time was short. Good job, guys.
Check in needs streamlined. Care provider needs help communicating with no medical patients . On a holiday eve they need to check ahead what pharmacies are open . The staff was nice they just need a more efficient system

No complaints, great staff
Had been fighting a sore throat and self medicating for 4 days. Was in a lot pain and knew Sunday night I needed help. Didn't wait more than 5 minutes in waiting room and probably the same in the treatment room waiting for the PA. Diagnosed and prescriptions sent right away. My place of choice when I'm sick.
Fantastic Doctor, very polite.
The staff and office weren't an issue. They were friendly and the office was clean. The wait time was a lot longer than expected. We were in the waiting room for an hour and a half before my daughter was called back to be seen by the doctor. All she had to do was a urine test. It was over 2 hours that we were there to leave a urine sample only to be called back the next day and told that she would have to come back and submit another urine sample because the first one had "too much urine." This was very frustrating to hear after having to sit and wait for 2 hours the day before only to have to return and do it all over again.
Having only one doctor during flu season is unacceptable. The doctor and staff were wonderful under the stressful conditions.
the lady that unlocked the front door was beyond RUDE to us, they were short staffed which wasnt our fault. I was so sick with covid and strep! she was hateful and argumenative. girl at front desk was not friendly either.

Shot in the butt worked wonders. On day 8 (of 10) taking Zyrtec and Pepcid. The rash is still visible. Thought it would be gone by now.
Everybody was very polite and respectful. Great service. A lot of fun people there. Enjoyed being there, considering. And Aaron really knew his stuff. He was very knowledgeable. I started to ask him if he was taking new patients. I thought he was a doctor for a little bit. Very impressed. Thank you. Have a great day. Bye.

Everyone was professional and courteous.
Everyone was kind and professional. My questions were all answered thoroughly. I would definitely recommend this facility to my family and friends. There was a two hour wait, but I understand that it's fly season and a lot of people needed care.
Was at clinic for total of 2 hours. Was informed by front desk it would be about 30 minute wait.
Brandon was personable and respectful. He took the time to explain things and discuss some casual conversation. I thought he was an excellent provider.
I felt very comfortable with the provider and that she was sympathetic to my situation.
Considering it was late on Christmas Eve and I'm sure they all wanted to be home with their families, they still took time to listen and treat me like a person.
The doctor pointed out that I shouldn't use a wire brush to clean my BBQ grill. Because pieces of that may be on my food and it may become lodged in my throat. I never knew that.
They listened to what was wrong .super friendly and explained everything clearly..and helped get myself back on meand. Very pleased.

I was very pleased and I do appreciate this clinic. The wait time seemed long but there was a lot of sick patients being seen. So it was nothing that could have been prevented. Staff from receptionist to the nurse to the doctor could not have been more pleasant.
The doctor actually listen to what we said, made me feel like a person not a number
Everyone was professional, polite and took care of me as if i was family. Thanks to all who cared for me.
Provided a visit summary and future follow up schedule with The Dr. considering the pain I was in , staff welcomed my family inclusion in absorbing information.

The doctors assistant was wonderful, Brandon. He listened. He gave me feedback. It was at Siff. He knew me my whole life.
This was quick and I received excellent care. The provider treated me and gave me next steps if needed. Our community is lucky to have this clinic.
The provider explained everything to me in great detail. She was compassionate and caring. Never did I feel rushed but truly cared for. I give her the highest praise and gratitude for her service.
My entire experience was so pleasant. I would recommend this clinic to anyone! Everyone was so nice, thoughtful and knowledgeable and took time to explain and listen to my concerns.
They were very busy that day and everything. Seemed to work out fine as for the waiting. Couldn't expect any better service when so many were sick with colds. I believe they did their jobs as best as they could, no complaints from me.
My daughter is alive again, healthy, optimistic, and back to herself. Everyone went out of their way to help her above and beyond anything expected or imagined .

Dr. Brandon L. showed concern, spoke to my son like a person, listened to him, and explained what he was doing and what the medications were intended to do. He did not pressure my son and gave him encouragement when needed. For follow-up recommendations, he was thorough and clear. He acted as if my son was as important as his own kids. I wish he could be our pediatrician! He is wonderful and so good for that clinic and our community. I wish all doctors were like him.
Looked like used tissue in the window ledge. Paper on the floor miscellaneous dirt and little bits on the floor. Waited about an hour to be told nothing could be done but here is some antibiotics . Treating the symptoms not the issue. Stated lancing procedures can't be done and I needed to see primary provider

They listened to my complaints and understood that they were not the normal symptoms, but looked at my record.and told me if anything got worse to go to the ER emediently. I did.
Everyone was courteous and kind, did their job very well, and they just did a great job.
I waited in the room for 45 minutes after the nurse assessed me before the doctor came in. There were no patients in the waiting room before me and it did not appear to be busy at all. I thought that seemed to be a bit excessive time wise. Other than that I had no complaints.
The checkin area is awkward and cramped. Have to checkin again even after checking in through MyChart as they never know how to accept the MyChart checkin at walk-in.
Doctor answered all my questions and was extremely helpful and personable.
the provider did not do anything to alleviate my symptoms, after telling her i was in a good amount of pain. she put me on more antibiotics, that didn't end up working. when i called the clinic to tell them that my symptoms were worsening, they said "i'm sorry to hear that, you will have to come and get seen again, or wait for your test results to come back". i do not have insurance, so i could not afford to be seen again. i waited for days for my test results to come back, and when i tested positive, the provider did not put any meds in the pharmacy for me or even contact me at all - i found my test results on mychart. i ended up doing an online telehealth appt with another provider, and was able to get meds. if it wasn't for the telehealth visit, i would still be in pain with zero meds. for the amount of money that this visit cost, i expected better. this wasn't a very "urgent" experience, from an urgent care.

I was told to call back if my symptoms did not improve when I did I was put on hold for 15 min and then tried to call back then no one answered and I am positive I have a bacterial infection because I've had them several times in the past. So now I have to wait for an actual doctor to get the treatment I need.

I've always had a great experience at urgent care, and I've had Cody Sells before, and he's very professional, explains things very well, and he's very thorough. And I would definitely highly recommend the urgent care facility.
Went in for possible uti, and the provider said I had diverticulitis with just a physical exam. I was prescribed antibiotics and sent on my way. I went straight to the er where a proper diagnosis could be done. I do not have diverticulosis/itis. Thank The LORD I'm well-insured and can make those types of medical decisions without fear. No antibiotics necessary.

We were seen by Brandon and he is absolutely wonderful with my children! He helped explain to me without making me feel stupid, and he was VERY Thorough and I will request him every time we need to be seen at immediate care! I would like to nominate him for a cares award too! If that is possible?
Everyone was quick, efficient and eager to help. They listened and were quick to diagnose and out. The front desk lady was so kind and compassionate with everyone.

Brandon was very, very helpful. He looked at the rash on my arm and was help, even got a second opinion so I could figure out what was going on. He told me that he would be in the clinic for the next two or three days if I needed help to call and that he would respond by a callback. He went out of his way to be friendly and helpful and I appreciated the effort that he put in to taking care of me, I would recommend him highly. Thank you.
Brandon Lamberth was kind, caring and knowledgeable. He said if I had and questions or concerns I could call him. He also said he would follow-up with me on my labs and he did exactly that. I felt cared for by Brandon.

The staff at front area registration is always so polite when I come in or to any patients always smiling no matter the length of time or how many patients they have had that day ! The Nursing staff and Dr's are always very polite , friendly and courteous informative with my care of medical migraines and treatment . They alway treat me with the highest respect and always try to help prevent more stress of migraine sensitivity and ask if I would like the lights shut of in the room for the short few minutes I wait on the Dr . They are wonderful staff very caring people I appreciate all they do for us very GRATEFUL can not say THANK YOU ENOUGH .
Staff was friendly and professional, provider clearly explained what to expect and gave a follow-up phone call. First time going to this walk in clinic. Was quite and busy, I would come here again if needed.

Hi there. We had an excellent visit with Ms. Sydney. She did awesome. Her staff was fantastic. The only thing that I would say was the music in the waiting room or in the, sorry, in the room waiting to see her, it was just kind of annoying. I would take that away. That's the only thing I would change about the entire visit. Thank you.
Maybe hire some more office personnel. The lady that checked us in did a great job but she was clearly overwhelmed!

The clinic did everything extremely well!
Everyone introduced themselves in a way that seemed real. Everyone listened, and when things didn't go as expected in their first choice of treatment, they willingly checked further and discovered a hidden issue. I was kept updated the entire time as to the thought processes of the providers, the options, and the risks/benefits trade-off of each.
No improvement needed. It was an outstanding visit.
40 minutes in my opinion is too long a wait at an urgent care.
The doctor had amazing beside manner to help calm my son's fears.
Great staff that showed empathy and treated me with care. Explained everything that they were going to do before they started and went over my discharge instructions in detail.
