Lisa Cunningham was so nice. She is very good . We need more like her.
I think that everything was basically good. I think like when I first got there though, the representatives could have paid attention a lot more because I had to repeat myself on a couple different things. When I said my head was kind of cloudy, I had to repeat that like four or five times. I'm not trying to be mean or anything, just being honest. Thank you guys for all you do.

Provider was knowledgeable however I was very sick and he felt it was necessary to give me a 15 minute anatomy lesson rather than just doing the examination to determine course of treatment and send me on my way so I could go back to bed. I've heard from other patients that he does this a lot. I understand explaining things but in my opinion what he wanted to "teach" me had no bearing on my sickness or treatment.

Well you forgot we were in a pt room waiting for our discharge instructions and everyone left for the night and we got locked in for over an hour waiting for the police to come let us out so not a very good experience
I went to my primary care doctor the next day. The antibiotics that were ordered for me were exactly what I needed to take. (4 in total). The only concern my primary care had was that I had fallen in a river bed while kayaking and punctured my leg at the knee. It was a deep puncture. They said I should have had X-rays to see if anything was still in the wound or if I had injured any bone. Other than that, all the meds I filled at the pharmacy were exactly what they would have ordered. Cellulitis set in immediately but the antibiotics are knocking it quick.
Cody was a great provider. He listened to me very well. He's a very down-to-earth dude. I mean, he was very respectful. There ain't really much you guys can improve on. It's a great place and it's definitely my new walk-in clinic. So I appreciate your guys' help. Pretena Zone's helping very well. So thanks, guys. I appreciate it. Bye.
Everything was great ?
Very pleased and this clinic is a "Godsend" as it gets more difficult to get into your primary doctor.
From the entrance to the door to where you sit down to talk to the intake, receptionist ready very respectful, acknowledge and courtesy from the nurse that opens the door when they call you to go in in a timely manner up to the doctor that seen you very explained everything where I can understand what would be the part two or how long would it take for me to get better and if I didn't to please return so we can continue taking care of you. You guys have a nice area and everybody was very nice.
Everyone was great, and they put me at ease. In fact, it didn't really bother me at all getting the few required stitches. One of the best things is the staff's personalities. We even had a few laughs. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. I'm not an expert, but the stitching job on my finger that "Cody" did with the very fine thread - looks like excellent work.

Cody listened to the description of my illness and prescribed the right med to solve my problem.
I've been dealing with chronic back pain from degenerative disc disease. Aaron referred me to a neurologist & the pain management center to further help fix / treat my condition. Whereas the primary dr I was seeing never suggested any help outside of pain medication. So it was very refreshing to get the second opinion and referrals that could re route me in a better direction for treatment.
Nice people. Lang wait in the back room but I understand it was busy.

I just wanted to say that I thought the girls were so compassionate and took time with me. It was a different experience that I'd had before. But when Salli went out the door, she was going to get me some literature for another option for me because I didn't get the Botox did not work on me. I'd love to have this literature if they could send it to me.

Cody Sells is a very efficient Nurse Practitioner. I have known Cody since he was a Paramedic at Texas County Memorial Hospital. He was very knowledgeable Medic then. I think that he will be a good addition to your Cardiac Department.
Waste of time and money. She said come back when I'm worse... I haven't been able to eat with how painful the swelling in the throat is. Then she laughed and said "drink tea with honey"

I absolutely love the Phelps walk-in clinic in Waynesville! It is my preferred place to go for a quick medical need! I would choose it 100 times over going somewhere else.
Listened to my concerns
I thought the staff was really sweet. Every person I spoke to seemed to have so much empathy and patience. The provider did a great job explaining what certain meds are for which is nice to know so you feel more comfortable using them. The nurse was also super helpful because she asked me if I needed a doctor's note for the day. Most places don't think to ask you that and it was thoughtful considering a lot of sick people would forget. I am most comfortable with your urgent care because everyone is so respectful and educational.
I had the best care with Cody than I've had from anyone lately.

Well, she listened to what I had to say and she made an appointment with me for urology up in Rolla so that they could do an MRI to, or I don't know about MRI, scope anyway, so that they could get a really good look at what might be going on. And I appreciate that because I would like to know what's going on. The only thing that we might have done better, I would have liked to have known if I could stop taking those pills since they're not having very much effect. And I forgot to ask her and she didn't think to tell me. So at the moment I'm still taking them, but I don't know that I'm accomplishing anything by doing so. But other than that, it was fine. Everything was good. Thank you.
Ms. Lisa is always so Nice and Friendly. She has an Amazing Bed side manner. Even when I first met her. She was working outside at the tent in Rolla when covid first started. And she tested me and did Amazing then. I know she doesn't remember but I do. I've always wanted her to be my primary doctor but she works at urgent care so im assuming she cant. but anyway I would recommend anyone to her and this facility.

Everyone I came in contact with, from the receptionist to the nurse, the Dr, the receptionist at imaging and the X-ray technician that took the X-rays. I can honestly say I was treated respectfully which is not always the case for elderly patients. But everyone I came in contact with were extremely kind, friendly, and respectful.
It could have been improved if the urine sample I gave them got sent out for culture so I wouldn't have to come back for a second time and do another urine test because I needed to know if I needed to have more antibiotics or not.
Give them an ultrasound machine so we don't have to go to the ER. The ER was terrible.
Just the waiting time
Very helpful and doesn't make you feel bad for being sick. Makes sure you leave with what you need for prescriptions so you don't have to come back if it gets worse

I was greeted promptly and the person checking me in was polite and friendly. I waited a short time before being called. The healthcare workers were friendly and professional. Dr. Kerr gave me adequate time and explained a lot about my concerns. I would highly recommend Dr. Kerr to anyone.

All nurses and our doctor were so kind when my daughter needed stitches near her eyebrow, they encouraged her, talked with her about her interests and made her feel comfortable. We just recently moved to the area and I am so very impressed with Phelps Health Walk in-Rolla!
We got there and they was one man waiting already the lady at check in asked us to take a sit and told us she would check us in soon. We waited 25 minutes for this man's family to show up and all 4 of them then checked in before us despite that 3 of them weren't even at the location. After waiting 35 minutes to be even checked in we ended up waiting another hour before the doctor even saw us. This would have meant any pharmacy would be closed by the time she saw us and we left. I could have gone to the er and would have been seen beforehand. After that I had both the nurse and doctor tell us well a family came in before us that is not true. I have no problem waiting when people get there 1st however they weren't there! I am disappointed with my interactions with the staff and will think twice before coming back.
Had sinus infection didn't get medication had to get another provider 2 days later to give me medication
Yes, I brought my daughter in because she was feeling under the weather and she tested positive for strep throat and we had to leave at that time to go get her pharmacy, to go get her prescriptions filled from the pharmacy before it closed and the doctor recommended that I also get a strep test because I was showing signs and I left and took her to family to be taken care of and drove back to Rolla because the doctor told me it was open until 8 and the door says it's open until 8 and I got there at 7:30 and there was no one around and the sign said closed. So I was extremely disappointed that it was not made clear that while the office is open until 8, you cannot come there until 8. I feel like the hour should be adjusted for a walk-in time, not for a walk-out time.

The doctor came in and I immediately felt judged as a mother. He barely looked at my child at all and gave us everything in the kitchen sink as medicine. Later that day I called my pediatrician and she told me to stop using two of the five medications he prescribed as they were unneeded and unnecessary. I feel as if he was too rushed and unbothered to take my child's medical needs into consideration. He needs to slow down and actually examine my child instead of giving out a bunch of medication and hoping we don't come back.

Provider was great and thorough
The physician's evaluation seemed a bit rushed but I understand that this service has many clients/patients to evaluate/diagnose (as evidenced by the large number of people in the waiting room); the elapsed time from the sign-in/paperwork completion comprised almost an hour-and-a-half before I was ushered into the exam room; the attending physician referred me to a podiatrist (for a toenail fungus infection) in Rolla and l have a scheduled appointment in just over 2 weeks with that clinic; otherwise l am relieved to receive the necessary diagnosis and prescribed prescription remedies.
Jennie was first class. She listened carefully, explained everything,and showed genuine concern.
Sidney Fryer is an absolute amazing doctor. She has done everything possible to get down to the bottom of things. I would recommend her to absolutely anybody in my circle. She has worked very hard. She's very sweet. She is one of the sweetest people I've ever met, especially in the care, in the workplace, in the care workplace. I don't think I've ever had such good care from a provider.
