The lobby and waiting room were clean. The receptionist was kind and quick and respectful. The nurse was very sweet, gave us advise since we were new to town, and was gentle with our boy. The doctor was very fast and knowledgeable. Went above and beyond.

Dr. Cody was extremely professional. On top of that and most importantly was his compassion. I was not doing well that day and he could tell and understood my frustration with not feeling good and hurting for a long period of time. He listened to me, he helped me understand what he was telling me and he let me off with some medicine that after a few days did get me up and feeling a little better.
The process was quick, expedited, but thorough and to the point. Everyone was polite and I never even had to repeat myself. They understood what was going on immediately, checked me out and was good to go. Got what I needed and got out.

We were seen very quickly, all of my son's symptoms were addressed. He was even given Motrin to address his fever. Always impressed with the walk-in and know that we will get great care.

On the CVS end, they wouldn't honor my military disability and send the bill to Columbia for processing. When I told them I was going to tell my provider, they said YOU DO THAT My wife's insurance is CVS but not mine. We paid for the medication .

Lisa Cunningham the provider was very thorough with the exam of my eye. She didn't just listen and make a diagnosis.
Everyone was nice. My only complaint was that we sat in the exam room for a while before we were seen, but I know that is not uncommon.
I wish I could have Dr. Sydney as my primary care physician. She was amazing!

Might experience with Sydney and staff was excellent. She listened to me and did a thorough exam and asked/answered questions. She gave me a plan of care and explained to me her diagnosis and treatment. I felt respected and listened too. If I didn't understand something she took her time to explain. I would recommend Sydney to my family and friends. The front desk made it easy for me to pick up my meds at the Phelps pharmacy by providing me with my approval/authorization from VA. Great job Phelps!

Was quite surprised with the quality of care at this facility compared to others I have been to. Girls were very nice and friendly. Doctor was very professional, polite, patient with questions and answered all questions.
I have used the walk in clinic a couple times and every time has been great. I've gotten in quickly, the nurses have all been great, and I really like the provider. I know I will get the care I need and quickly. Love this place

Had a great experience. Walked in, was greeted immediately. Was taken back within a couple minutes. Nurse came in fast and friendly. Dr Sells came in immediately after, listened well, battled my monster splinter, and did a great job. Excellent and kind staff that day. Was my first visit, so I'm not sure what it's normally like.

It would be nice if there were more chairs without arms. The waiting room chairs are very narrow.
A wait of a half hour after we were put in room was too long. We were considering leaving and going to Mercy.

Well I got my test results back at 5:05 p.m. and they sit there and talked about what they were having for dinner what they were doing this weekend all the way till 6:00 and there was no one else but one other person in front of me when I went in so I ended up walking out because I was sick and I needed to be at home in bed so it was terrible

It was my first experience with a walk-in clinic. I will definitely be returning! The wait time was five minutes or less. And the entire event was handled in a professional manner. I couldn't have asked for better care.
The staff were friendly making me feel comfortable right away. Brandon was attentive, taking the time to listen to my concerns and thoroughly explaining the plan. I felt genuinely cared for and valued throughout the entire appointment. The office was clean, quick and efficient and had a warm atmosphere that added to the overall positive experience.
