All staff was attentive and polite but there seem to be scheduling issues being there was only 1 nurse and 1 doctor
The whole time at facility was right around 2hrs wish it were a little faster but I understand the patient volume and testing can have an effect on the wait time.
You did pretty good, just work on the wait times. Wait time was excessive.

The staff and provider were great. The wait time was horrible. 2hrs for a room with a partially filled waiting room. And 1 hr for overall treatment. This visit was a very simple respiratory evaluation but the overall efficiency for turnaround time needs a significant evaluation for improvement.

He was extremely helpful. Made a referral to the care manager at the hospital to help me find a new doctor after my doctor passed away. He also wrote scripts for my meds.

I couldn't understand the nurse, but she was trying to explain things to me, how to get my medicine. She didn't know how to pronounce the medicine. And the doctor, our nurse practitioner, I didn't come there to go to school. I came there to get medical attention. That's it.

The best thing was given the opportunity to explain fully what my symptoms were without being or feeling rushed.
You all need to figure out why your providers keep leaving because the ones you have are suffering clear signs of burnout and compassion fatigue. They are not fools but there are too many that are so run down they are forgetting to provide information without the patient having to look at the documents later. I am not angry at my provider, I'm worried about them.

I really appreciated the doctor did not, I don't know how to explain it. The doctor that took care of my daughter, I explained to her my concerns. I had showed her the results from a prior visit to a different place and she, you know, said that my daughter was going to be okay, but she ended up giving me a medication for my daughter anyway in office and then also prescribed us some steroids for home and that was exactly what my daughter needed because she is a hundred times better than where she was left off with the other clinic. So I am just super thankful that this doctor showed compassion and what I truly appreciated was the fact that she was very, very thorough with listening to my child's lungs and really examining her just physically and visually within the office.

The waiting area is small compared to the population that you serve.
I honestly feel as if this is one of the Best walk in clinics around the Rolla Area ! Honestly they at the Front Desk the two younger Gurls Treat you so KINDLY & ALWAYS SO RESPECTFULLY with SMILES ON THEIR FACE ! That says a lot to your patients when they walk into A facility appearance of your staff says so much for your patience and the kindness stems also from that ! The doctors and nursing on staff as well are very pleasant and very kind always very informative and always take the highest care possible in their patients ! I appreciate all they do for myself and others ! Even when Patients are so sick and rude to them they remain professional and this says a lot about your staff you have very good staff they should be recognized that's for sure !

Was told there was probably an hour wait but it wasn't even 20 minutes. Was very impressed with the whole experience and staff.
The lady at the front desk was very nice, very professional, talkative made me feel welcome. The nurse taking me back was talkative made me feel welcome ask questions which was needed for provider. Provider was very thorough explained his concerns re meds and what her prescribed due to my age. Didn't do muscle relaxers do to poss fall risk. He was very thorough easy to talk to and listened. Very satisfied with my visit. Thank you
Well, I would say the waiting room smelled horrible. Not blaming the staff or anything necessarily, but that was just one problem. But other than that, the visit went well, and I felt like the doctor listened to me. And so I appreciate that. Yeah. That's it.

When I went to check out the person at the desk didn't know what was going on due to not having information yet. Was told I would have an appointment in one month and the person at the front desk hadn't received the information yet. It got worked out but the right hand should know what the left is doing for the patient. It was fast which I greatly appreciate.
Cody is a great doctor. He went through the chart with me as far as my lab results and what antibiotic would work with that bacteria level. I really appreciate him. I wish he was my primary doctor. He's very good and caring and you're lucky to have him. Thank you.

My visit was great
NP Marshall is extremely professional, knowledgeable, and treated me with dignity and respect during my visit to the after hour care clinic in Waynesville MO. She had my x-rays stat, my wait time was extremely minimal. She talked with me about preliminary findings and developed a plan of action all while coordinating another emergency. All her interactions with me and staff were done with such calm resolve. She had compassion, displayed her medical knowledge with such humble integrity... I am very thankful to have had such skilled help in an emergent situation. I highly recommend her to be recognized with your daisy award. This is the type of professional you should reward, retain, and have as an example to your organization.

I received excellent care. The lady at the front office was very respectful and kind. Wait time wasn't too long. My provider was very friendly, very personable, excellent bedside manner. She listened to everything I had to say and my concerns. It was a good experience. I really liked the provider.

The staff and NP were amazing. The issue of unclean were the kids in the waiting room, CLEARLY sick, coughing and hacking and touching everything (albeit the parents SHOULD have done something but didn't) should have to wear masks. NO I'm not an everyday mask endorser, quite the opposite, but I was uncomfortable being in the waiting area. I love this staff, the assistants, NPs, and doctors. Thank you for the quality and kindness!
Yes, the provider was awesome. The nurses were awesome. The front staff was awesome. I understand that it's cold and flu season and the wait was a little long with three hours, but I understand seeing how most of the majority of the people were there were kids and people with pops and stuff. Other than that, the place was very clean and I appreciate that always. Thank you.
Aside from the 45 minute wait in the waiting room and the hr wait in the exam room. Provider was very knowledgeable and thorough in her assessment and explained things very well.

Spent 2 hours waiting to be told my son's ear would be fine. His eardrum ruptured the next night. Thanks a lot to a useless provider that could have helped before it got worse. Extremely irritated with your provider who obviously doesn't know what he is doing and shouldn't hold a medical license!
