My primary MD and facility is always really good. This most re wnt visit to Urology dept was even better. The MD and support staff were phenomenal.

Easy to book an appointment. Provider was on time and quick to schedule labs (same day). Labs came back the next day!!! Provider did explain lab results as she said she would.

The receptionist Lisa provided above and beyond care and consideration. I had an unexpected laceration to my face and did not have an opportunity to contact the VA prior to my visit. Lisa contacted the VA for me and provided me the reference number for the visit and prescriptions. I greatly appreciated her taking care of this for me. The nurse was very sweet and provided a tetanus shot. I am glad she asked about last tetanus as I was due for one. The provider Lisa was kind, compassionate, and delivered exceptional care. I received four stitches to my face and barely felt anything. She also made sure I had prescriptions for topical and oral antibiotic to prevent infection. The Care Team was absolutely phenomenal and made my visit a great and positive experience. Thank you so much!!!

I have seen many providers, and this is one of the few that I feel actually cares she wants to help vs doing a job.
The care provider should not be in a hurry to see the patient.

I was told I could pick up my Rx next door at Walmart. When I went to pick up my Rx I was informed that I couldn't pick it up til the 22nd. I was taken a back....why didn't the person who examine me know this fact?
You did everything well
Get better providers. My child's concerns were completely ignored and disregarded. This is not the first time I have had this type of experience. Luckily i took my child to another provider because the situation was much worse than they provider at Phelps said it wasn't

My visit went completely awesome except for one aspect, the phlebotomist who took the blood draws, very unsure about her actions. She gave me one bandage for two pokes and then advised me that she would not be able to do it, that I would have to go to the hospital. I would never advise anyone to go get testing done by this one little girl. Very unsure, scared to death to actually go back to her. Thank you.

Walked in the building & no one was sitting at the front desk but we could hear talking coming from the back. We ended up waiting a good 5 minutes or more to get checked in. When we did get checked in, the receptionist could not stop yawning while checking us in. She did not seem very interested in being there.

Everything was fine except what was put on my chart and was put on there that I was diagnosed with immune disorder, immune system disorder disease and that is not so. It needs to be taken off my chart. I have requested Phelps County to review that and take it off my chart. So if you would please talk to Jennie about it and have her take it off if she can. I would appreciate it.
The front desk person is not pleasant. She is borderline rude, unhelpful, lacks understanding, and has zero empathy.
Help me contact a new urologist in the fort Riley area? That's where my new unit will be stationed at.

I had a very positive experience with Sydney Fryer . She really listened to my concerns, took the time to understand my symptoms, and was very thorough in evaluating everything. I never felt rushed, and I appreciated how attentive and compassionate she was throughout my visit. I honestly wish she could have been my regular provider, but I chose someone closer to my home for convenience. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, caring, and dedicated healthcare provider.

My Nurse Practitioner was wonderful. She listened to me, urged me to go to the ER for a CT scan with suspected diverticulitis (which i had never had) and she was absolutely correct. She was very soft spoken and gentle. I could not have been more pleased!

Sydney is just amazing! She makes you feel very comfortable from the very beginning, she listens to what you tell her, and she is very clear with her suggestions. I 100% recommend Sydney as a PCP.
Everyone treated me with dignity and respect. They went out of their way to try to take care of me and get me through the process of, you know, serving me and treating me for the condition I was having that day. And I just have to say that my, you know, the person that came in actually, well, first of all, the nurse that came in and saw me was completely professional and courteous. And, but the, I don't know if he's a doctor or just a, you know, physician's assistants, but Aaron is probably the most empathetic, understanding, caring, just loving human being that I've ever met in my life. And I think he really loves his job and he really cares about the people he treats.

Yes, the only problem is you don't have handicapped parking very close to the building and that's a problem for me.

It all went very very well & I'm grateful to have been seen on the very day I called with my health concerns. Seen by Nurse Practitioner Sydney, I felt comfortable with her assessment of what had happened to me, prescribing a topical antibiotic to apply to the affected areas of my great concern.
