Sydney absolutely goes above and beyond for her patients. I am so thankful that she was able to see me for a same day appointment. She always remember things about you that makes you know she cares about her patients. She is personable and explains things so thoroughly. Sydney listens and tailors every experience to the patient. She is an amazing provider.

Cody was outstanding, he explained the results of my COVID swab. He examined me, ear, throat, lungs then explained the meds he was prescribing and why! My overall experince was outstanding.

The nurse was very attentive, responsive, and communicated well demonstrating quick comprehension of the situation and relevant histories. These skills seemed to magnify the doctor's efficiency. She was exemplary as a medical care giver.

The nurse practitioner was good. I have no complaints about that, but I did have to, I was in the room for almost an hour and a half before I saw anybody, and my entire visit took three hours total, which is unacceptable.
Great from start to finish. If we need an urgent care, we will go there.

Well, I got there and got in plenty of time, but I had to wait a long, long time and I had an invalid at home and I was worried. So I think when we left there was only two people in the office and they were not people that had been there when I first went in. So I think they took everybody aside from me and got to us last. I was not pleased with that. Sorry.

How you could have improved the experience is have someone tell me when I came in with an earache and a sore throat that, oh, you're not sick. It's just a viral thing. It'll run its course. Not something I wasted, wanted to waste $25 in an hour's wait for. So there you have it.
The doctor took the time to explain the treatment he recommended and it's working well.
They listen to me and let me explain exactly how I've been feeling for a week and that nothing had helped me and because I don't have a spleen my old doctor used to give me a anabiotic shot to help get things kick started so they obliged me and gave me the shot and the anabiotic and a steroid and I feel 100% better than I did I appreciate the way they listen to me.
The nurse would have been better to be polite, document the reason I gave as to why I came in and NOT WHAT SHE WANTES OR THOUGHT I was coming in. The doctor didn't listen when I tried correcting the nurse's incorrect documentation. The provider didn't give me a chance to explain all my symptoms. I have a sinus infection, not a viral cold. In the 24 hours since seeing the provider, I am so much worse. The provider should not be practicing. The nurse should not be rooming patients. The front desk staff should not brush off a patient.

After being turned away by Mercy, I came to Phelps in Waynesville for the first time. They were super understanding and polite and treated me with respect and urgency. I will continue to come here instead of Mercy and appreciate all the staff that I had interacted with that night.
The staff greeted me. They were all very professional and courteous. They got us in quickly and they knew what was going on with me from the very start and they explained things in ways that I could understand it. I was very, very happy with everything that was done. Keep up the great work.
As a suggestion , when the waiting area is full, the front desk personnel should ask their questions about person info quietly. My identity has been stolen numerous times and I like to be proactive about how my info is overheard , especially when people are standing immediately next to you. There's too many ways people can record or write down everything because there is no privacy in that particular waiting area. Your staff were friendly and competent but I will avoid that clinic for that reason in the future
I didn't like the wait time to get checked in.
I feel that the visit was very personable. I felt completely comfortable with the front desk staff and with the physician. She honed in on my issues and discussed my diagnoses with a plan for me to move forward. I was very satisfied with the outcome.
Provider kept talking over me, trying to explain why my experience/ story didn't matter. Felt like they just didn't believe me for a sensitive topic like urology.
Based on my respective appointment, I was very pleased with my visit overall.

There were really no answers given, did a urine test, it came back clean and that was it. Was told to go to the ER

My wait time was short. I was in and out in about 20 minutes. Staff were attentive and friendly.
I was very pleased with the communication from everybody and being able to feel like they were actually listening and caring about, especially when they took my blood pressure over again just to check it and make sure things were going right. But I love Jennie. Jennie was wonderful. The practitioner was great. She was just what I needed at the time. She gave me a great deal of confidence in what she was doing and what she was saying and how she was treating me and I appreciate it tremendously. And I would go to her as my primary if I knew where she did any kind of a practice. So if anybody wants to get back with me about that, that would be great.

Ceiling in waiting room was filthy. The wait was unbearable. Was not helped in any way.
The doctor called in a prescription that isn't covered by my insurance and would never respond to correct it. So it was a total waste of a visit.

Polite staff was efficient. Exam was thorough before diagnosis. Prescription was promptly submitted to a local pharmacy. Overall experience was positive.

I feel like my daughter could have been tested the first time for a strep throat instead of waiting until I brought her back the second time to be tested. So I had to pay the co-pay twice to have her tested one time. So I think offering tests more readily the first time people visit is a better practice than making them come back and have to pay again.

The doctor was very professional, and he did come in a timely manner. As my son's oxygen was dropping rapidly, the nurse did terrible. She was very unprofessional. She didn't explain anything to us. When she saw the oxygen dropping, all she did was turn around and open the door and scream for the doctor. This left me and his grandmother in complete shock, and we were confused and super worried, and we had no answers. And after that, it just turned into a crap show where It was just chaotic and nobody was talking and nobody was saying anything until the ambulance showed up.
Impromptu visit off the interstate to have Blood Pressure checked because I felt it was going to be high which was. Nurses and Dr. Kerr did everything they could for me running EKG and checking my BP again. They did a great job.

We had a great experience at the Phelps Watkins Clinic in Rolla. All the staff there, including the doctor, was friendly, listened to us, was able to diagnose the problem, answer our questions. Overall, it was a great experience and I would recommend it. Thank you.
I did not have to wait long to see the provider and she was able to give me the results of the urine test pretty quickly. She called in a prescription to CVS, so I was able to get started on my medication before my condition worsened. I want to tell you that I am very thankful that PH opened the walk-in clinic. I am prone to UTI's and the clinic has enabled me to get treatment so much faster than before.
I will be back I prefer your office better then the others

Efficient, knowledgeable, explained my test results and all will be well in a week or so.
