This was my first visit to the Walk-In Clinic and I was certainly impressed! Great Job Everyone!
We were in the waiting room for 10 minutes before we were greated. I tried coughing and saying hello to het someone's attention. There was a nurse that seen us after 5 minutes and said 'oh we have people out here' as she walked back into her area. It was another 5 minutes before anyone came up. When they finally came out to check us in there wasn't an apology for the wait or mention of it. The nurses and provider were amazing and I appreciate their service.
Everyone was courtesy and attentive. The nurse and providers really listened to my concerns.

I like the fact that you guys are open on the weekend and we don't have to take our children to the emergency department for the flu.

I think what impressed me the most was that my health care provider saw me as a person, not only that, but listened to what I was saying, but saw that I started to get even worse. Saw that my condition was worsening and I was having trouble and immediately stopped the process that she was originally going to do and went to the next step, which she thought would be better for me. And that meant a lot to me because that way I didn't have to just keep spinning my wheels on something that was unnecessary. I mean, when she first thought of taking the x-ray versus of sending me to the ER, she didn't know that. But as we started going there, she read the symptoms, she read how I was, she paid attention to me. I didn't even have to say anything and she was like, oh, yeah. And she made the she pulled the trigger, made the call. I was extremely impressed by that.
My experience was very positive and everybody was very professional. If it's possible, could you expand your services because I would like you to use your facility more, and it's extremely difficult to get into my primary care physician. Thank you.

Everything was great
Staff was very kind. This was my first visit as an adult by myself and I was very nervous. Staff made me feel very comfortable and relaxed when answering questions, and didn't treat me any differently for having a difficult time answering questions.
I was very pleased with Cody and how he treated me.

It was a good visit. Thankfully, no ribs were broken although it's sore where I hit and hurts sharply when I cough or sneeze. It's getting better rapidly, so must be just bruised tissue from impact. It was nice to know nothing was broken.
The room, the waiting room at the doctor's office was very crowded because there were so many people sick. They were good and treated me nice and I really liked the doctor. She really worked with me in getting me through this pneumonia stuff. I really, you know, I have no complaints. It was just a long day, but you know, everybody being sick, you have to understand that. Thank you.
Maybe have everyone put a mask on when they enter. I was waiting in a smaller reception area for 15 minutes before I sat at the reception desk, then they sent me to grab a mask

My experience from that day was so easy and fast. First, I called ahead to ask if they'd accept my insurance and the staff was so kind and patient. The gal that checked me in, was sincerely compassionate and helpful, and the wait time was 20 mins. to get checked into a room. The waiting area had approx. 7-8 patients ahead of me, but we had ample room to sit at least a chair width apart, and the provider was caring , friendly, and had excellent bedside manner. I would highly recommend this clinic to family and friends.
My son's last name was misspelled on our school form and paperwork even though I gave them my son's military identification card for insurance purposes. If the waiting room is super busy maybe you could highly suggest waiting in the car as an option. I did not even know that was a possibility till half way through our wait time.
I have been their before and never had an issue, however this is the first time I seen this provider she was more concerned to test me for covid than to listen to me, and she did prescribe medication. However when I wasn;t getting any better I seen my PCP he informed me that I had pnemoia and what I had been taken did not help only made it worst.

The Dr. Was very nice, and very thorough, he showed he really cared, and that he knew what he was dealing with. I think he and the nurse also went above and beyond their duties.

We appreciate being seen near closing time; babies are hard to guage sickness on. Brandon was great at assessing and helping with follow through care. We've had good experiences here.
Brandon was great and attentive and even spoke to me directly when I called back with a follow-up concern for my child. He helped me and my son is feeling a lot better since the visit.
It was an overall good experience from the minute I walked in to the receptionist to the time the nurse took me in and got my vitals to the time that the doctor saw me. Everything went well and it didn't take nearly as long as I thought it would. So I thought the whole experience was good. Thank you.

He listened to what I was saying and when I asked questions he was plain, well he was succinct but he made sure I was understanding and then when I asked about the bone on my foot he showed me the x-ray and that was just like an extra step, a little bit of time, not that much but some and it just cleared some things up. I felt so embarrassed that my pain tolerance is so low compared to others but I did not feel judged at all! And the help I got made going out in the terrible weather very much worth it!
Everyone was knowledgeable about Alpha Gal Syndrome. Not many health professionals have any idea what it is. Everyone at the Waynesville Urgent Care was so friendly, knowledgeable, caring and all around helpful good people.
It was very, very busy that day and when we got there, the waiting room was packed and there were three doctors on duty and they got them in and out very quickly and so our wait wasn't very good. So I was highly impressed and also with Dr. Kerr.
Made sure the crutches fit properly amd how to use them. Explained the features of the walking boot (air pump) and when to use it.
A child threw up in the waiting area. Receptionist gave them some paper towels, which they used, and then left them sitting on the floor. Not a pleasant fragrance for the waiting room. Automatic sliding door at the entrance was malfunctioning and the waiting room was chilly.

I had a wonderful experience at this doctor's office. I went to urgent care for a bad cough and just feeling bad. The care provider, she went the extra mile. Most of the time when I go to urgent care and I have a cough, they'll just give me antibiotics and steroids, loosen my chest and be done. She went the extra mile and got an x-ray which showed that I had the beginning of pneumonia and my lung was filling up with fluid. Thank God she did. She's amazing and the receptionists were great, the nurse was great, the facility is clean. The wait time was short. Good job, guys.
Check in needs streamlined. Care provider needs help communicating with no medical patients . On a holiday eve they need to check ahead what pharmacies are open . The staff was nice they just need a more efficient system

No complaints, great staff
Had been fighting a sore throat and self medicating for 4 days. Was in a lot pain and knew Sunday night I needed help. Didn't wait more than 5 minutes in waiting room and probably the same in the treatment room waiting for the PA. Diagnosed and prescriptions sent right away. My place of choice when I'm sick.
Fantastic Doctor, very polite.
The staff and office weren't an issue. They were friendly and the office was clean. The wait time was a lot longer than expected. We were in the waiting room for an hour and a half before my daughter was called back to be seen by the doctor. All she had to do was a urine test. It was over 2 hours that we were there to leave a urine sample only to be called back the next day and told that she would have to come back and submit another urine sample because the first one had "too much urine." This was very frustrating to hear after having to sit and wait for 2 hours the day before only to have to return and do it all over again.
Having only one doctor during flu season is unacceptable. The doctor and staff were wonderful under the stressful conditions.
the lady that unlocked the front door was beyond RUDE to us, they were short staffed which wasnt our fault. I was so sick with covid and strep! she was hateful and argumenative. girl at front desk was not friendly either.

Shot in the butt worked wonders. On day 8 (of 10) taking Zyrtec and Pepcid. The rash is still visible. Thought it would be gone by now.

Everyone was kind and professional. My questions were all answered thoroughly. I would definitely recommend this facility to my family and friends. There was a two hour wait, but I understand that it's fly season and a lot of people needed care.
Was at clinic for total of 2 hours. Was informed by front desk it would be about 30 minute wait.
Brandon was personable and respectful. He took the time to explain things and discuss some casual conversation. I thought he was an excellent provider.
I felt very comfortable with the provider and that she was sympathetic to my situation.
Considering it was late on Christmas Eve and I'm sure they all wanted to be home with their families, they still took time to listen and treat me like a person.
The doctor pointed out that I shouldn't use a wire brush to clean my BBQ grill. Because pieces of that may be on my food and it may become lodged in my throat. I never knew that.
They listened to what was wrong .super friendly and explained everything clearly..and helped get myself back on meand. Very pleased.

I was very pleased and I do appreciate this clinic. The wait time seemed long but there was a lot of sick patients being seen. So it was nothing that could have been prevented. Staff from receptionist to the nurse to the doctor could not have been more pleasant.

The doctors assistant was wonderful, Brandon. He listened. He gave me feedback. It was at Siff. He knew me my whole life.
This was quick and I received excellent care. The provider treated me and gave me next steps if needed. Our community is lucky to have this clinic.
The provider explained everything to me in great detail. She was compassionate and caring. Never did I feel rushed but truly cared for. I give her the highest praise and gratitude for her service.
