Information on my paperwork that I pulled up after I got home from the visit is not accurate. I would like to get it corrected. Please let me know how I can do this. He indicated that I just quit my physical therapy. Number one, Medicare would not pay any more for last year. That is why it stopped, not because I quit. The second thing is He indicated also that I should be using bands and things of that nature, and none of that was gone over with me. So I'm not sure how I'm supposed to have known to do that myself. Please return my call so I can get this corrected on my record. Thank you.

Professional and respectful.
After seeing the Dr it was bad, I had to walk so far down the halls and finally a lady behind her desk asked if I wanted a wheelchair, I told her yes she took me to Quest to get blood taken, the woman that was there didn't Polk the needle where I told her and she said oh it turned purple, then was going to stick it in my hand, so she ask another very nice girl and she did a great job!!' I was there a total of two and half hours!!
Staff were friendly and welcoming and very professional Dr Crawshaw was very attentive and warm and friendly made you feel like you had all his attention I think he deserves an award for his caring personality
My health issues are a bit confusing - not straightforward in presenting underlying causes. Elliotte's a good detective and seems to have an open mind and good background knowledge with a willingness to dig deeper and not discount remote possibilities.
I love the caregivers at Phelps Health and I appreciate the time and attention they give to me!

Brittany is very detailed and thorough in her discussions and treatments. It is easy to respect her given her knowledge and professionalism. It leads people to having confidence in the medical system and knowing that someone actually cares about your individual health as Brittany does. By her actions and the way she carries herself I feel she is not only a good person but truly good at what she does.

Sara is a great provider and we have no issues with her. Our only feedback would be the need to have a separate waiting room/well child waiting room for newborns to be taken to, we had to sit in the waiting room full of sick children coughing with our 3 day old which is so dangerous and stressful during flu/RSV season. Please find a way for parents with healthy newborns to wait elsewhere or be taken back to exam rooms immediately.
Everyone was respectful from the obviously woman who was off duty bringing her child in left the elevator to get me pointed in the right direction, receptionist nurse and doctor were all respectful, and helpful
Nathan is a great asset to the Phelps Hospital. His Nurses were very professional and are a great asset to the Phelps Hospital, thy are a great team. Its nice to be able to see professionals when you are in need of medical help. Thanks again for having a great staff
Dr. Johnson was in Salem. Now he's just in Rolla in Wayneville. So I went to Rolla to reconnect because I liked the way he trimmed my toenails in my little inroom toenail. And I liked his manner, conversation, and I felt he cared about his profession as a podiatrist. And, you know, it was just good to connect back, even though I had to go to Rolla, but that was great. And the reason I had the opportunity to switch, I didn't ?

I thought I was treated the best I could be
Dr Youlo and his staff was super friendly, precise, and answered all my questions. He has a new PA who was fantastic.
Everyone was kind and let me know where to go and what to do. I was given written and verbal instructions for my next visit, and was told if I had any changes to call them and they could reschedule or whatever was necessary. The therapist was very knowledgeable and gave good instructions.

Improve-Nurse not be"mouthy"over taking my blood pressure. The nurse took it once and stated" it is high. She said" I'll have to take it again. When she retook my blood pressure, she stated, it's going to be high again. " if you would straighten your arm out, it wouldn't be high." Then she stated" no it's not high this time, but never told me what the reading was."
Have better bathrooms that doors stay open when in wheelchair doors slam on my fingers

I was treated very kindly. The doctor was very efficient, kind and his treatment has been and is working well to help my ling-term healing.

Dr. Youlo is a very professional doctor. If everyone could have doctors like him in their facility, it would be a wonderful thing for the people that are sitting out there waiting to go in to see what's going to happen next. He is a great guy, wonderful doctor, and I hope that he stays around for a long time.
The only way my experience could have been any better is if I would have had a supreme pizza!! LOL
Angela Watkins is by far the best provider in that office, we have seen four of them altogether and won't schedule an appointment with any of them other than her :)

The entire visit from front desk to exam room to check out was a good experience.
She really listened to me and spent time explaining things, having suffered from migraines for 30 years, she was actually the first one to spend time talking about what it could be!! She reviewed a CT scan from 2023 and explained it, which is the first time ever someone at Phelps Health has done that. She gave me great suggestions and prescribed something that actually helped!! She is s GREAT, a true asset to the team.

It seem to be rushed
The visit was all right. I felt that it was too rushed. I didn't have time to really explain or ask questions. The physician was like in a hurry to see other patients. So I felt that after waiting for the appointment for so long, I think that the physician was there 10 minutes, talked maybe, I don't know, very little. I wasn't able to really convey and ask all the questions I really wanted. So that's my main complaint.
