I didn't receive a text message alert to be able to log in online until about five minutes after I spoke with the receptionist to check in. Send out a text message to check-in online. Maybe a day in advance or 2 days in advance, not 5 minutes after I've already Spoke to the receptionist

In order to receive allergy shots without my child missing first and second period of class every week, it would be great if physicians took turns for morning and afternoon shifts. Other allergy clinics begin allergy shot administration at 6 AM and provide shots until 6 PM to allow children get their shots before or after school when their parents get off work. No appointments for other care, just allergy shot time. It's difficult for parents to maintain employment because it's impossible to convince an employer that they must take off work every single week to drive from Waynesville to Rolla, wait for the shot, return to Waynesville, drop off the child and then return to work, requiring a substitute or employee absence for two hours from the job site. In addition , Waynesville school district is aggressive with truancy, sending truant officers to homes and filing police reports when children are absent from school, even with Dr notes. The Phelps Health providers are kind, but the physician has children in school too. She can't get to work early enough so that other people who have kids in school can get shots before school. She has to pick up her children after school, so no one else can bring their children in after school. There is insufficient opportunity before or after school /work to give allergy shots. If the Phelps health providers work only the same hours the children are in school, or that everyone else is also at work, how can we benefit from this improved health opportunity? There is a need for a physician to be available early morning (schools begins at 7:30) and into the afternoon (schools ends at 3:30). To get children to school on time and to get through the parent pick up line and finally to the doctor's clinic in Rolla, shots available from 6:30 AM to 5:30 pm would be ideal. This is the perfect opportunity to reach out and acquire a physician who can be on site mornings/afternoons. Your client base needs it!

Everyone spoke with care when talking to me. I had missed my appointment time and was therefore late. Yet, when I said to reschedule for the following year (the normal time for my appointment), the young lady said let me check and see if you can still be seen today. The answer was yes and I definitely appreciated that. I don't see any need to improve on that.

The provider was amazing because he really listened and paid attention to my concerns so he could solve the problem. He didn't just listen for a second and then assume what was going on and just make guesses. He really listened, heard me, saw me, and took care of me like a real human being. All the medical staff were courteous & prompt & professional. The front desk person made me late for my appointment as a new patient in which I showed up early expecting extra paperwork as a new patient but there was a patient that showed up on the wrong day & she took care of trying to work her in before taking care of the patients that already had appointments.

Shortly after going into waiting room, I had a breathing issue from smelling cigarette smoke. I told receptionist about it and she notified nurse who came to get me immediately and took me to a room. Wonderful service

Phelps Health is almost a monopoly in the area so you have a pretty captive audience. It would be really nice if you could implement a way to actually have call time recommendations honored. I work 3rd shift and consistently get woken up in the morning shortly after getting to sleep despite repeatedly asking all of my providers to call after 3pm. It's really frustrating that since you know you're the main game in town that you don't actually have to put any effort into customer service. Additionally, in the past Phelps Health randomly added an address in Salem to my account (where I've never lived) and sent paperwork there rather than to my home.

Public Health has always been so kind. They answer every question I've ever had, always get me in in a timely manner. I love that they play with my child and make him feel comfortable every time we come in. And Sara goes beyond her means to make him have a good experience. When we're having a bad day, she picked him up and rocked him as she's done her assessments of him. The nurses have always been just kind and funny, and we just really enjoyed our time at Phillips Health.

Dr Abebe is a very personable man. He listens very well and to the best of his ability, he explained everything well. I did have some trouble understanding him as his accent is very thick. Everyone in the office was wonderful as well.

Everyone was attentive and tried very hard to make sure I understood everything even Katie Allen. I walked in without realizing my bp was 160/118. While I kinda feel like maybe that they could have asked to to have someone called to come in with that setting. I drove myself there and went home I can't complain much. I wasn't feeling any symptoms. But their care and concern for a first meeting was very comforting. I won't complain much.

Dr Youlo was wonderful, excellent bedside manner. He made me feel very comfortable and listened to what I had to say. He explained my problem to me in detail which I appreciated. He gave me a steroid injection in the joint and I was very anxious about it, but he explained step by step what I would feel and put me at ease. It actually wasn't as bad as I was expecting. By the way, he's definitely not pushing surgery and that was an A+ for me. I would highly recommend him to any one needing his orthopedic expertise. Thank you Dr Youlo.

I didn't have a lot of interaction with any doctor or staff. I looked up the exercises online, although the doctor did tell me to do circles with my arm. I did feel comfortable with the radiologist, very thorough kind and a blessing to speak to. Also had good communication with the doctor. But I only was in the clinic three times. I liked it that the doctor gave me a copy of the X-rays, how it healed.
