You explained things very well
Dr Johnson was very helpful and listened to my explanation regarding the pain in my foot. On top of the cortisone shot he ordered a prescription for inflammation.
Everybody's very nice. I especially like the doctor. He is a good listener and always takes care of me and fixes me up and I appreciate that.
All the nurses there treat me with respect all the time. I enjoy going there. I get my allergy shots every other week. And the girls are so sweet to me, have been for 20-some years. And Brittany, I just loved her. She was so good.

Grateful treatment
I think the doctor was very well-mannered to his patients, but he doesn't, or maybe it's just me collecting the information that he gave me at that time. I wish, and when we get the results, I wish someone would actually tell us in in words, not just the medical terms, because that's very hard to understand when you're waiting patiently.
My exam and visit was top notch. Brittany was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. Other nurses there were just as good. I will continue with this ENT team.

Getting into the building and finding the office was difficult. The desk people were busy and a little short. When the nursing assistant called me. I couldn't tell where she was calling me from. The design of the room is odd. After getting into the office it was great. The medical assistant and NP were very nice and professional.
I'm not impressed by a physician who attends a client while listening to a staff meeting on the phone in his lab coat pocket and madly chewing gum at the same time. Not the picture of professional demeanor. A doctor can be friendly and welcoming without appearing tacky.

Katie was amazing. We had a great rapport from the beginning. She did a wonderful exam prescribed the right medication's for me and tell me what to do if I didn't get better wonderful experience.

The provider carefully listened to me and answered my questions and concerns thoroughly.
The appointment was scheduled for 2:45 PM. At 3:45, we still hadn't seen the doctor. We made the decision to give the physician 10 more minutes to come in to the room otherwise we were going to leave. At the 8 minute mark, the doctor came in and was cheerful, pleasant but not apologetic for being over an hour late. There were only a patient or two in the clinic, but it was not enough to account for that much of a delay in being seen. Patients have schedules also. An hour late is not acceptable!!! This isn't the first time this has happened but it's definitely the longest wait past scheduled time. Being a patient doesn't mean that patience is ongoing. We will likely leave the office if this happens again. He's a good doctor, in spite of his visit notes being inaccurate.
Always a professional, he makes sure I understand the positives and negatives and what I must do to get better, he makes sure I feel heard. I will always trust his view point. Awesome, so happy he is here!!!!

When a doctor is running an hour behind on his appointments, the first words out of his mouth need to be," I apologize or I'm sorry". Not just come in the room and rush you out as fast as possible to play catch up.

Doc Elliotte( hope spelled right), was very thorough. We discussed several things. She gave me people to talk to. She took blood, hopefully find out about the pain everywhere, I feel is weather, sonehow. I think she is very nice, listened to me. I think she will be a good doctor.

Having only ever been to the main hospital, coming here was a welcome change of pace. Everyone I met was kind and seemed to be upbeat and in a good mood. Katie was awesome and listened to me thoroughly, explained what she thought and what to expect etc. I still don't quite 100% BUT I'm relieved to know it wasn't as bad as I thought. Keep up the incredible work!

I did not have my insurance card with me. I had an old one. The receptionist not only looked it up, but she printed me a copy for when I picked up my prescriptions. That was very considerate and she was very nice about that I did not have my card with me
