Well, I experienced back pain too from the car accident and I was told I needed to be referred to another orthopedic doctor and that was disappointing. I asked for some physical therapy for some infrared, neuroinfrared therapy on my hand that's still very sore and I'm concerned about its recovery because I can't prepare food, I can't open cans without a lot of trouble and pain and I would like to have had a referral to a physical therapist, but that didn't seem to be very important.

The provider in this case, Brittany, was fantastic. She spent plenty of time with me talking through all the options, all of her thoughts, explaining why she believed the diagnosis she suggested was the diagnosis, but then also we're going to be doing tests to follow that up and make sure that we definitely rule out other things. She was happy to answer questions, answered them in a very professional and understanding manner. And she seems like a pretty nice lady. So I really appreciated having her as my care provider. I know that I will get good treatment from here on out and have the best chance of getting my situation taken care of and having real results.

The surgery went well and my recovery has been a smooth process thanks to the instruction I received. Everyone has been so courteous and my care team really went to bat for me to make sure insurance would cover the procedure. I'm grateful to everyone who played a part in taking care of me. I wanted the Doctor to trim my nails back to where they are healthy and there won't be anymore ingrown toenails. I know it can be done because I watch a nail stylist do it on YouTube. It was done in steps, but I thought a podiatrist would know that. So I thought if I went to a podiatrist, that he would do even better. But I think the doctor is old school and is not up with new thinking and new technologies. For instance, he doesn't remove or even recognize dead skin unless it comes out with the cutting, and he only trims my nails. He says that my nails will always grow sideways which I know is not true. It is the nail growing into the skin pushing the nail up and squeezing it in a way that makes it grow un-naturally. Anyway, he is great to talk with, does a great job for what he knows, and I will return to him. So don't get me wrong, maybe I'm not right about what he was suppose to do, but it is what I thought. I'm over that now. I think Doctor Chris is great!

I think it's complete crap that X-rays aren't discussed over the phone e which is what I was told when I called for an update on them. I do t know the cost for X-rays but I know I'll get the bill and should be Informed imidiately what is found. Not have to wait another 20 days for my follow up apt. I'm not happy with this.

The reason I like the way I was treated at this office is because the doctor gave me answers that I hadn't got before regarding my throat. And hopefully she can find out regarding my allergy to cologne, which has been, I have had it since 1986. And so far I live like a hermit. And maybe if she could find something that I could use or take, that would be great. Thank you so much.

Ur provider was over scheduled and way behind, I had a 10:45. appointment, and set in a room till 12 before the provider showed. That is not right for patient or doctor, the doctor don't have time to care for patient. But with the organization, it's all about money, care less about patient.

Katie Allen is hands down the best NP I've ever had the pleasure to be cared under. She listens to my needs, helps me understand test and lab results. Encourages me spirituality and makes sure that I am taken care of as a whole person not just the thing to be treated during the visit. Katie is compassionate and a Advocate for he patients. I am so blessed to have Katie as my PCP and NP. Phelps Health is in good hands with Katie Allen. God bless this amazingly gifted physician. Praying for all my care team daily. Nurses an office person on their best at what they are doing .This doctor needs to learn to listen Not tell me that MRIs are wrong an my problem is arthritis only. Know the difference .I fell an felt the tear an know it is not just arthritis. Also no I have arthritis .But wanting to do a replacement an not listening an being able to know the difference is two different thing. Can not convince me by saying MRi are not showing the problem. May be old not senile yet

This was by far the best visit I've ever had for my daughter or anything I've ever experienced. I was treated well. My daughter was treated well by everyone. Everything was very well explained, even a check-in. I didn't even have any questions. I knew what to expect. We were given plenty of opportunities to describe what the issue was and get any questions answered with the provider. By far, that was my best experience. Thank you.

We were well cared for from the time we arrived to the time we left. I also received a call before leaving home alerting me to difficulty getting information or approval from VA, so I was able to make a call to VA before leaving home to go to my appointment. I did have trouble when trying to do a pre-check in by phone Internet, so didn't check in before leaving home. I don't know if that was a program problem or my ineptness, but I couldn't get it to accept the new medications I received at ER at FLW. All my contacts with people were good.

Dr. Had gum in his mouth the whole time which made it hard to understand him and distracted us from what he was saying. Also made comment about my daughter's knee being bent when she was sitting but he must have been observing the wrong knee because I did not see what he said he saw.

Everyone was professional and kind. My son is 13 and usually wants me (mom) to do all the talking, but he did great because everyone was personable. We came in really worried about what we'd find out, but Dr. Youlo kept the mood light and made sure to answer any questions. We left feeling informed and so much better.

The staff overbooked the doctor for the afternoon schedule, he only had 12 patients that morning and 21 patients for that afternoon. My appointment was at 2:45 and I didn't get called back until 3:35 pm. That is way too long to wait to see the doctor.

I didn't receive a text message alert to be able to log in online until about five minutes after I spoke with the receptionist to check in. Send out a text message to check-in online. Maybe a day in advance or 2 days in advance, not 5 minutes after I've already Spoke to the receptionist

In order to receive allergy shots without my child missing first and second period of class every week, it would be great if physicians took turns for morning and afternoon shifts. Other allergy clinics begin allergy shot administration at 6 AM and provide shots until 6 PM to allow children get their shots before or after school when their parents get off work. No appointments for other care, just allergy shot time. It's difficult for parents to maintain employment because it's impossible to convince an employer that they must take off work every single week to drive from Waynesville to Rolla, wait for the shot, return to Waynesville, drop off the child and then return to work, requiring a substitute or employee absence for two hours from the job site. In addition , Waynesville school district is aggressive with truancy, sending truant officers to homes and filing police reports when children are absent from school, even with Dr notes. The Phelps Health providers are kind, but the physician has children in school too. She can't get to work early enough so that other people who have kids in school can get shots before school. She has to pick up her children after school, so no one else can bring their children in after school. There is insufficient opportunity before or after school /work to give allergy shots. If the Phelps health providers work only the same hours the children are in school, or that everyone else is also at work, how can we benefit from this improved health opportunity? There is a need for a physician to be available early morning (schools begins at 7:30) and into the afternoon (schools ends at 3:30). To get children to school on time and to get through the parent pick up line and finally to the doctor's clinic in Rolla, shots available from 6:30 AM to 5:30 pm would be ideal. This is the perfect opportunity to reach out and acquire a physician who can be on site mornings/afternoons. Your client base needs it!

Everyone spoke with care when talking to me. I had missed my appointment time and was therefore late. Yet, when I said to reschedule for the following year (the normal time for my appointment), the young lady said let me check and see if you can still be seen today. The answer was yes and I definitely appreciated that. I don't see any need to improve on that.
