Dr.Abebe seems genuine and knows what he's talking about. He's changing my meds to treat me personally since we are all wired a little bit differently! He's a good Dr. and the staff is great as well!

Everyone is so busy and the window of treatment is so short my treatment needs to be are not being met

My first visit to this doctor, was very impressed!

Everyone was very kind even though the office was very backed up. The doctor listened to reason for visit, promptly set up tests for blood work, and other tests. Doctor did not seem to be rushing or in a hurry, he did explain my situation to my caregiver helping to understand my situation, and thoroughly explained what to expect next.

Everything you just asked me yall did well. Was one of the best doctor visits I've had in a long time and I have a lot of medical issues so I go to a lot of various doctors. This was for surgery and they all still made me at ease and in a good mood.

No complaints. Everyone was good.

Dr. Phinney is wonderful. I would recommend her to anyone needing care with their knees. I have only needed injections so far but I am very happy with the results.

Paige took her time and explained next steps to my husband and I. We were previously getting seen TCMH, when we had the miscarriage. The nurse and our OB down there left us with no answers as to where we go from there. Paige helped us make a plan on how to move forward. She took her time to listen to our concerns, and helped reassure us.

Experience was better than expected.

Check-in was a full 30+ mins. I consider that worst case scenario. Ugh!!! Things were good humored in room, just wish all laughing from MD was WITH kids, not at kids. Had a nice time with MD in general. Very personable. She was able to break the ice with my teenager.

I felt welcom and was atended courteosly.

The only people that I have problems with right now are hospital administrators who put the dollar before patient care during COVID, especially. I believe most doctors and nurses want to help people, but administrators don't care unless they're getting a big payoff.

The only concern is that sometimes you guys don't answer the messages through my chart on time or the same day . ..

I had a very long wait time in the waiting room. That's really my only complaint. That's it.

Everybody was nice and they directed me where I needed to go, even though I'd never been there before, and they answered all my questions and took their time to show me how to correctly tighten up the knee brace. So I have no complaints about my visit the other week, and I appreciate it. Thank you.

front check in person had a large line to check in and never as for help, he kept yawning and just wasn't into his job. I mentioned it to the doctor, gives Phelps a bad image to have lots of these kinds of people working there.

The checkin process was a nightmare! My appointment was at 1:10 and I arrived at 12:50pm. I stood two in line while two of the three ladies who check people in were eating and talking about home life. The lady waiting on me took 15 minutes to check me in. First she addressed me as "next" instead of "may I help you". There was silence and very long pauses while she looked at her screen. Four times I had to ask her if she needed anything else or if I needed to take my seat. She wasn't saying anything and I was just standing there waiting on her to finish checking me in. An awkward silence between us. She said "I'll let you know when you can sit". I bit my tongue and told her if she was going to be rude towards me I would just talk to the nurse. The nurse called my name and I was still waiting on the checkin lady to finish. She finally handed me a form to fill out. I read it and told her nothing on the paper had changed in the past year and I changed the date.. She told me to fill it out completely anyway, snapped the clipboard back onto the counter and told the nurse I was ready. This lady that checked me in was taking up time that could otherwise been with the doctor. She is either too comfortable in her job, needs speed and attitude training or she forgot who pays her wages.

ER doctor was very respectful and midwife was extremely caring.

Dr Soberano and his staff are awesome. They make the whole experience a good one. They give the very best care, they listen, and explain things clearly. Always answers all my questions
