I was not... I was very uncomfortable with this doctor. I didn't like the way he was... He came in and wanted me to do something I really didn't want to do. I was very, very uncomfortable.
Katie Allen seeing both me and the wife, she is exceptional in everything, very caring, very thoughtful, thinking about everything about our needs and such. We are very, very pleased with her and do not plan to change to another doctor, period.

As for diagnostic purposes and treatment options this doc was the most competent I have had the pleasure to meet. Some personal content in my chart, such as type of employment was inaccurate but since it doesn't impact his professionalism or medical competence it is a secondary consideration. I am very pleased to have been seen by him.
All I can say is Phelps appears too be among the best along with the staff

My ENT provider Brittany Waterworth is amazing, she's listens to all my concerns, answers my questions thoroughly and in detail, explains things in a way I can understand, I couldn't have asked for a better ENT provider. The nurse and my provider are both very kind and respectful.
Experience was great
My doctor and my Mom and I thought I had a plantar wart, but it was a clogged sweat gland and felt like I had a pebble in my foot. Doctor was very careful and was gentle when he took the file to file off the hard part and they put more medicine on it and I washed it off at the three hour mark just like Dr Johnson said too. My foot feels so much better.
It was a very long wait. We arrived 10:35 for an 11 appt, got taken back to a room around 11:15, and saw the provider around 11:50. Hard to wait so long with a baby and to be in the waiting room so long during sick season.
It was very informative and we was treated very well

Easy access
I waited an hour just to be seen once we got back to a room. Which was ridiculous but was happy after everything after that.
Dr. Youlo wasn't offensive but he didn't listen to my concerns, talked over me, and was very jittery like he was on something. He was practically climbing the furniture like a toddler does. I wasn't comfortable and didn't feel it was very professional. I do not plan on seeing him again.

I'd just like to say that my experience with Phelps over my orthopedic surgery, I had my hip, left hip done with Dr. Youlo and it has all been a wonderful experience. Everybody has treated me so well, the doctor, the nurses, just everyone. And I have told many people about my good experience and I have recommended the doctor to many people. Thank you.

Dr Youlo is very knowledgeable and compassionate. He explained things well. He helped me so much! I went from a pain of 7 down to 1. I'll always recommend Dr Youlo and his staff.

The doctor and his staff are wonderful. I love them all and they are very caring, courteous and professional.
I was so impressed just with the ability to get in same day to have my children seen. The office was very clean. The staff was incredibly friendly. Everyone was professional and kind, really well-mannered with the kids. They made sure to listen, to ask us good clarifying questions, and get us the care we needed. We were in and out of there for both the kids within under an hour. It was just top-notch service all around. We will definitely be back and thank you guys for all that you're doing right.

Brittany is amazing. One of the best providers I've ever met. I recommend everyone I know that needs an ENT to Brittany. The entire staff in the ENT clinic are so great!
Everybody was very friendly. Everybody was, they were very busy. They had lots of screaming kids and they got them in and out really quick. They tried to help the kids. And being as busy as they were, they were on time. They did everything they could to keep the pace up. The kids were in the office just before the lunch hour. So the kids were definitely hungry and grouchy. Plus they weren't feeling good. You could tell the kids were sick. So they, in a difficult situation, they handled themselves extremely well. Made for a very good experience being in the office.
Everyone was friendly and nice. The provider and I discussed my medication and physical history. I enjoyed everyone there.

Dr. Leon and all of his staff always make me feel very comfortable. They also make me feel like they care about me as an individual and take the time to make sure I understand everything. I would highly recommend them.
Dr. Candace, I forgot her last name, but she probably in the first doctor in several years that actually acted like she cared and also would commit to either saying this is good or bad. Most doctors won't even tell you what's good or bad. So I was very happy.
This office treats me with professionalism and very polite
I shown up a day early. The front desk staff was so nice about it. On my actual appointment day, my nurse was very sweet and efficient. My provider was very attentive. She explained everything well and gave positive feedback on changes I had made. It was nice to be supported.
Dr Abebe is very knowledgeable and give's information freely in a manner that is easy to understand. He cares about his patients.
Dr. Johnson is outstanding in his care and surgeries. He has done surgeries on both the Left and Right foot. I can now walk pain free. His nurse is very kind and she treats his patients with respect and concern for our pain.

Everyone was respectful. My experience may have been improved by not having to wait so long for the lab to respond. Then having to have more samples taken was a little much. Physician was courteous and showed me exactly what he was doing via ultrasound.
My visit was handled in an excellent manner and the provider provided excellent service with my issue...

Dr. Watkins is so wonderful! She talks to my kids and explains what she is doing so they feel included and not scared about what's next.
I can't remember the nurses name that day but she has a student with her that day and she was amazing. And the doctor was also great. The nurse did the tests before the doctor came in so we didn't have to wait forever afterwards and they provided me with everything I needed to take care of my son at home without me even having to ask. 10/10 that day

Amazing doctor
Sara was absolutely amazing with my son. We had questions that we needed answered and she answered them. She was interacting with my son and holding him, and making him laugh. We appreciate her taking the time and making sure we understood what she was telling us. It was refreshing having a provider who seemed like they cared about my son genuinely, took family history into account, and making sure we left without any concerns. We appreciate Sara and the work she does, it does not go unnoticed!
