I got the appointment in a timely manner, everyone was friendly and helpful. The provider was very easy to talk to and to understand.

Angie worked us in and made us feel like a priority! She also consulted ortho and we got an apt the next day! You never feel like a number in her office, she always make you feel like you're important! She's an amazing asset to Phelps Health!
Someone accidentally flagged us as a no show and it cost us an hour in getting. That was a painful hour. The current issue is that we are waiting on the doctor to sign the order for PT at TCMH. We've waited all day to hear that it is signed so we could know how to plan our week of PT. No contact from anyone and now we wait the whole weekend to find out. It would have been more restful if we knew.

Dr. Johnson was very busy that day, but he took the time to visit with me and discuss any questions that I had, answered all the questions I needed, and I would definitely refer people to him because he is a very good doctor.

Katie Allen NP always listens to me and my concerns. She follows through with ordering necessary tests, referrals for what I need. In addition she follows through with results and takes the necessary steps needed to assure my good health. She does the same for my husband. She is irreplaceable!!!!
Dr Youlo was very knowledgeable and compassionate to my needs with my worn out knee. He's very patient with me and listens and hears me. He always answers my questions in terms that I understand. He is a very good orthopedic Dr. He has treated my knees, shoulders, elbows, and hands. He's a gem!
Dr. Youlo and his team are exceptional. Been coming to him for a couple of years and it has been outstanding service. And I think that that whole team is great for Phelps.
Yes, Dr. Youlo is the bomb.com. You can't get any better than him. There's no morning I look forward to better than getting up early and going to Phelps for my knee injections with Dr. Youlo . I wouldn't take that over any other day of my life. It was such a fun experience that I wish I had a third knee. But to be honest with you, Dr. Youlo has been a great provider over the years and I'm very grateful that he's in my life and taking care of me. He's been helping my knees. So good job, kudos. 10 out of 10, I highly recommend and God bless.

I have to say that all staff members that I have ever come in contact with have always been polite, kind, caring and helpful. Doctor Crawshaw is probably the best doctor that I've ever had. He's patient, attentive, caring, and is willing to talk to me like a person rather than a number. He also listens to my comments and takes into consideration what I say when it comes to my treatment. He is a great doctor.

Information on my paperwork that I pulled up after I got home from the visit is not accurate. I would like to get it corrected. Please let me know how I can do this. He indicated that I just quit my physical therapy. Number one, Medicare would not pay any more for last year. That is why it stopped, not because I quit. The second thing is He indicated also that I should be using bands and things of that nature, and none of that was gone over with me. So I'm not sure how I'm supposed to have known to do that myself. Please return my call so I can get this corrected on my record. Thank you.

After seeing the Dr it was bad, I had to walk so far down the halls and finally a lady behind her desk asked if I wanted a wheelchair, I told her yes she took me to Quest to get blood taken, the woman that was there didn't Polk the needle where I told her and she said oh it turned purple, then was going to stick it in my hand, so she ask another very nice girl and she did a great job!!' I was there a total of two and half hours!!
Elliotte was kind, patient, thorough, and took the time to really listen to me. She communicated well and was very knowledgeable. I'm grateful for to have established primary care with her!
Staff were friendly and welcoming and very professional Dr Crawshaw was very attentive and warm and friendly made you feel like you had all his attention I think he deserves an award for his caring personality
My health issues are a bit confusing - not straightforward in presenting underlying causes. Elliotte's a good detective and seems to have an open mind and good background knowledge with a willingness to dig deeper and not discount remote possibilities.
I love the caregivers at Phelps Health and I appreciate the time and attention they give to me!

Brittany is very detailed and thorough in her discussions and treatments. It is easy to respect her given her knowledge and professionalism. It leads people to having confidence in the medical system and knowing that someone actually cares about your individual health as Brittany does. By her actions and the way she carries herself I feel she is not only a good person but truly good at what she does.
