Couldn't ask for a better service
I could have told, needed to tell patients that they were running, or doctor was running behind but they didn't. We waited two hours.

Everyone was wonderful.
Not enough handicapped parking. Rode around parking lot for 10 min and still was not able to find a handicapped parking space. Had to park far away. I need two knee replacements and use a walker to keep from falling. The long walk to the entrance caused alot of pain from both knees. Not happy
Absolutely love doctor Nathan. He is very attentive and actually listens to what I say about my own health care.

Dr Youlo Is amazing
Your staff at the front desk are not friendly in the least
The visit with care provider was amazing as always. The girls at the front desk were to busy talking to each other and on their phones that I was sent to a window around the corner that had no person sitting at it. Found this very unprofessional.
Very knowledgeable and were mostly on schedule.
Everyone treated us with respect from reception. The nurse was excellent and we love Dr. Gifford. She's always so thorough and I appreciate her. Thank you.

I had a positive experience. Candace listened and had great communication skills. She provided a treatment plan and explained what to expect. I was taken at my scheduled appointment time and was provided adequate time to visit with my health care provider. Again, a positive experience.

All aspects of the service were great.
We saw Sara for my son. He had a hard time with keeping a doctor. We were following one doctor around from place to place and I guess she quit again. I'm not sure what happened, but we found this Sara. We found Sara through word of mouth somewhere. Somebody told me I should try her. We went there and she was amazing. When we left, my son said, I hope she was being for real because she made me feel better. That's awesome. That is amazing. I just appreciated that. That's it. She was really sweet and helpful and I appreciated it. I was having a rough time. Thank you.

He had no care are was ready to push me out the door. Of course he asked if I had anymore question but was ready to leave cause he was so rushing

The nurses was very welcoming, very nice, very respectful, and they were just overall great. The doctor was very nice, very respectful, and he helped me out tremendously, and I'm doing good. Everyone was wonderful! I have extreme anxiety and agoraphobia, and everyone was so accommodating. They did everything they could to make the experience as easy as possible on me, going out of their way to make me feel comfortable. This was my first visit to this clinic, and it was easily my best experience of all the places I've been.

The appointment began on time with ample time for clarification and questions.
Dr Johnson clearly explained the mechanics of the foot and how we might relieve pressure points. He was both professional and personable.
Angie is very thorough, patient, and great at communicating.
Dr. Youlo starts with a handshake and a smile. Very personable and you can tell by the questions, he's not only knowledgeable diagnosing your problem, but there is a scene of concern in his voice. I truly trust Dr. Youlo over all others I've worked with in Phelps Health.

It was unfortunate that I had a deadline that I had to leave by, but the office staff and Dr. Abebe did everything they could to accommodate me, and I very much appreciated it, and I was sorry that they had to do that.
The office staff were professional but very approachable. I was never rushed, the appointment was on time and Doctor Kriete kept me informed every stage of the procedure.
The provider was very warm and friendly. I hope this one stays.

Timely appointment to address my issues
We took advantage of the "Peds Walk In" hours we saw posted on FB. It was a seamless process and our child was seen very quickly!!

Listened to me even when iam not really sure how to explain myself
The ladies at the desk for checking in we're very polite and kind, my x-ray technician she was absolutely wonderful. After waiting over 2 hours to see Dr Youlo he spoke with me for 5 minutes pretty much told me all the things he doesn't do did not listen to many of my questions and to most of the questions he just kept saying I don't do that so as far as Phelps health your staff is wonderful. But I will never ever have anything good to say about Dr Youlo I guess he is only there on Fridays and pretty much moves people in and out like cattle he was of no help to me whatsoever. However his nurse was very kind but needs a little bit more education when it comes to medications their names and what they are for. Sorry doctor Youlo but it is very obvious from your demeanor to what you say that you really don't care about your patients and that's very tragic.
Provider and her nurse were very sympathetic and kind during my procedure. Provider explained everything that was going to happen. Procedure went better because of gentleness of provider.
