I did not have my insurance card with me. I had an old one. The receptionist not only looked it up, but she printed me a copy for when I picked up my prescriptions. That was very considerate and she was very nice about that I did not have my card with me
Was wonderfully fast and easy visit. The doctor had reviewed my chart, looked at my current issue and knew that it was something that would be recurring and treated the issue without any unnecessary testing or prodding.

I felt very welcomed and comfortable from everyone in the office. Dr. Soberano was very god at explaining things and he would pause and ask if I had any questions. This made me very comfortable to ask any questions I had.

I was a patient of Dr. Kriete when we were both in the military, he has been seeing me for for over 15 years. He's a great doctor and I hate to see him leave.
My experience was great except for the wait time. While I want the doc to take his time with each patient, I feel scheduling could try harder. Sorry.
I feel my provider was having a problem with his computer skills and I think that some one should be going behind him and making sure it is in. My med order did not make it to pharmacy, and I was unaware of the order till home health told me on fri so needless to say I am without my med that wood benefit me over the weekend.
The front office staff, nurse, and provider showed courtesy and respect.

Dr. Phinney is the best! I have never experienced a Doctor that absolutely took the time to really listen and she explained my options and gave me her best opinion. She has the best personality and she truly cares about her patients. Sh didnt rush and I know she had other patients but she made me feel like I was the only one. If you need a Podiatrist, I highly would recommend her. 10++++++

Everyone was really helpful from the info desk to the ENT clinic, the dr explained the process well, all I had the next day was a tender area and it went away quickly, I'm a veteran and sad to say VA doesn't compare to civilian clinics and Dr's, I appreciate all the care I was given there

There never enough providers. They split time in other offices which is inconvenient. We can usually only see pediatrician on one specific day.
Did everything well had a good visit and they got everything done as soon as possible.
I had a great experience with Katie Allen. I feel like she definitely listened to all my concerns. She read her notes, you know, for the appointment before the appointment started, so she understood why I was there and what I was looking for. She was very kind and very pleasant. I feel like she did a great job and made me feel very comfortable. And I didn't feel any shame or uneasiness asking for some help or advice. I've seen her a couple of times before in the past and I would absolutely see her again if I needed to. I feel like she definitely made my life a lot easier and more manageable.
For our first toenail treatment everyone was welcoming and friendly. Explained procedure and was concerned with my health.

Fix the bathroom door, so someone using a walker, like myself, can get in and out, without help, once the door reaches the half way point, it becomes almost impossible to get open. I'am talking about the MEN's on the 4th floor. All it takes is a button that will open it, thanks.

I was greeted at checkout with a smile, the nurse I had was so sweet and Nathan my Dr is just really caring and listens. The lady who drew my labs was and is always very sweet and gets the blood drawn with no pain. I truly love all the people in this clinic. They are fun and make my appointment easy and I feel they truly care about me
