Brittany was very thorough and addressed all my concerns.

The physician was dismissive, condescending, and seemed annoyed to be there and very annoyed with any questions. At the end of the appointment, she just walked out of the room without even saying a word. I wasn't even sure if the appointment was over or not. I have felt this way increasingly with each visit and this was the visit that I decided to leave a review on because of this and we will probably not be coming back to this provider. I have gone out of my way to be extremely nice and polite each time and was hopeful that each time it would be different and it never has been. I have been a nurse for 16 years (which I've made sure not to mention at all) so I have had plenty of experience around different types of physicians.
I've needed guidance on how to improve my kidney failure and have received 0 guidance from this doctor . I will be going through my primary care provider from now on .

The front desk, nurses and provider all have an uplifted spirit about them. They treat you as the most important person. Nathan, my provider always knows who you are, your background and always explains what he is doing and why.

Very professional but when sent to have blood work at the other location did not fill welcome by the reception felt un welcome, bet nurse drawing blood was very professional and made me felt welcome

I really like Elliot. She pays attention to what you're looking to get accomplished. She gets down to the root cause. She doesn't tell you what you're going to do. She gives you several options, but she really makes you feel like your care is in your hands with her and that she's there as a part of your team to help keep you functioning in your best way possible. So, you know, I follow her anywhere. She's awesome.

Dr Youlo was rude and didn't show concern regarding my visit. He demonstrated poor bedside manners. Spoke to me in a condescending tone like I didn't know what I was talking about. He made me feel I was a nuisance to his day. I will never go back to him.
I would like to have X-rays done prior to follow-up so that we will have something to talk with Dr or ask questions. The office agreed to do that when I asked for my next 3 week appt. Thank you!
Everyone was friendly and easy to talk to. The service was great. The treatment explained however I am leery of taking the steroids because I am diabetic struggling to keep my glucose levels under control and I can't afford to gain weight I am already obese.
Everything was fine. The only thing that might made it better was a 3/4" t-bone, (rare), baked tater, fresh-from-the-oven French bread, and a glass of cabernet. '

It would have been easier and cheaper if I had just been messaged the fact that I had to be referred to elsewhere. One thing I didn't respect was the fact that I was asked for my social security number by the lady at the waiting area between the two offices. I GAVE BECAUSE MY CREDIT IS SCREWED UP, but what kind of business etiquette is this... did not like that last part one bit! Sorta like everyone else wants to be tazed by police and have there kids taken for 2 years and be forced to court on teams meetings to be told 2 years later it should have never happened... people and their love for MONEY

Had to get an x-ray prior to office visit. Radiology registration said order put in at last year's visit had expired. Took coordination between offices and about 15 minutes to resolve.

Dr Youlo is my favorite Doctor. He is always nice, explains everything in a way I understand and doesn't talk down to me. His staff, Nurses and front office people, are always nice and make me feel at ease. When surgery is needed, Dr Youlo and his staff explain everything and ease my fears. I always recommend Dr Youlo and his staff to all that I meet.
Dr Crawshaw is wonderful. I'm lucky to have such a knowledgeable and kind physician.

Communication with the radiology place in Jeff City needs to very much improve with getting the paperwork sent. There was a lot of confusion and it caused me a lot of, yeah, just a lot of back and forth and just misunderstandings and the communication needs to be worked on a little bit better. I had an appointment at 9:30 and had to wait almost an hour till 10;25 a.m;., otherwise it was fine.
It comes down to the doctors overworked, so more urology to help spread the workload.
Dr. YOULO is caring, professional and informative on the best treatment options for my joint arthritis. I value his expertise.
