It is always a delight to visit Dr. Johnson at the Waynesville clinic. His staff is friendly and personable. They always have a smile and friendly word to say. Dr. Johnson is also a magnificent doctor. He always has time to explain what he is doing. He is not rushed no matter how busy his day maybe. He does a thorough job on my nails and is very quick to note any potential problems with my feet.
Everyone was very personable, relatable & knowledgeable about the reason for my visit. Extremely good health care experience.

The people were very courteous, appointment schedules We're on time, I got seen right away by the doctor and it was a rather quick and very courteous appointment and check up. She explained the problem, what we were going to do to try to solve it and explained what might need to be done if it did not work.
I appreciate Candace so much. She made me feel very happy that I was addressing this problem and letting her take care of it. I feel so much better and I am glad that Candace is a part of the Phelps Health team.

You explained things very well
Dr Johnson was very helpful and listened to my explanation regarding the pain in my foot. On top of the cortisone shot he ordered a prescription for inflammation.
Nurse Brittany not only addressed my hearing issues as anticipated, she also took notice of a possible dermatological issue on my head and directed it to the attention of my PCP for referral to the appropriate department.

It's always a good experience when I have an appointment
Everything was okay except my experience with the physician. I was here for a follow-up visit from M. U and as they had requested that I needed a X-ray to make sure my heel has not shifted. And when I mentioned this to the doctor she said she was not going to do another X. Ray, because nothing has changed, and she doesn't know that because she didn't do nothing. She just felt around on my foot and has released me to come back to work like duty which I haven't yet because I have uh neurology as well. That needs to release me. But I was not impressed at all, and I felt like she thought I was just wasting her time being there.

Grateful treatment
I think the doctor was very well-mannered to his patients, but he doesn't, or maybe it's just me collecting the information that he gave me at that time. I wish, and when we get the results, I wish someone would actually tell us in in words, not just the medical terms, because that's very hard to understand when you're waiting patiently.
My exam and visit was top notch. Brittany was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. Other nurses there were just as good. I will continue with this ENT team.

Getting into the building and finding the office was difficult. The desk people were busy and a little short. When the nursing assistant called me. I couldn't tell where she was calling me from. The design of the room is odd. After getting into the office it was great. The medical assistant and NP were very nice and professional.
I'm not impressed by a physician who attends a client while listening to a staff meeting on the phone in his lab coat pocket and madly chewing gum at the same time. Not the picture of professional demeanor. A doctor can be friendly and welcoming without appearing tacky.

Katie was amazing. We had a great rapport from the beginning. She did a wonderful exam prescribed the right medication's for me and tell me what to do if I didn't get better wonderful experience.

The provider carefully listened to me and answered my questions and concerns thoroughly.
The appointment was scheduled for 2:45 PM. At 3:45, we still hadn't seen the doctor. We made the decision to give the physician 10 more minutes to come in to the room otherwise we were going to leave. At the 8 minute mark, the doctor came in and was cheerful, pleasant but not apologetic for being over an hour late. There were only a patient or two in the clinic, but it was not enough to account for that much of a delay in being seen. Patients have schedules also. An hour late is not acceptable!!! This isn't the first time this has happened but it's definitely the longest wait past scheduled time. Being a patient doesn't mean that patience is ongoing. We will likely leave the office if this happens again. He's a good doctor, in spite of his visit notes being inaccurate.
Always a professional, he makes sure I understand the positives and negatives and what I must do to get better, he makes sure I feel heard. I will always trust his view point. Awesome, so happy he is here!!!!

When a doctor is running an hour behind on his appointments, the first words out of his mouth need to be," I apologize or I'm sorry". Not just come in the room and rush you out as fast as possible to play catch up.

Doc Elliotte( hope spelled right), was very thorough. We discussed several things. She gave me people to talk to. She took blood, hopefully find out about the pain everywhere, I feel is weather, sonehow. I think she is very nice, listened to me. I think she will be a good doctor.
