It's a fun building tradition that marks an important milestone in construction—it happens when the last beam is placed on top of a new building. This means the frame is complete! Next, crews will add the walls and finish the inside.

Work on the elevator shaft structure begins.

Pipes and electrical wiring are buried in the ground before the beams are begun to be placed.
