You Do Not Have to Grieve Alone
If you have experienced the loss of a loved one, you are invited to attend a community grief support group offered by Phelps Health in partnership with Compass Health.
Grief can be a very personal and lonely experience. This group is designed to provide a space, respectful environment where individuals can learn about grief, connect with others, and find support.
About the Group
This group provides:
- Educate about the grief process.
- Peer support and shared community.
- Information about local resources and services.
This is a support group, not therapy or counseling.
Group Details
Location: Meeting Room at The Centre, Rolla, Missouri
Day: Tuesdays (Weekly, except the 2nd Tuesday of each month)
Time: 4:00 PM - 5:00 PM
Program Length: 6-8 weeks
Group Size: Limited to 12 participants
Cost: Free
Who Can Attend
Adults who have experienced the death of a family member or loved one and who live in the Phelps County and surrounding areas.

If you are in need of counseling, crisis support, spiritual care, or other services, we can help connect you with appropriate resources through Phelps Health, Compass Health, and other community organizations.
There is no timeline for grief. Support and community can make a difference.
