Mr. Deveney was fantastic. He was kind, courteous, professional and knowledgeable. He explained every single step of the testing and the results to me clearly. What was most important to me was that though luckily, there was nothing wrong with my hearing he was looking beyond his own expertise box and was concerned for me that he wasn't able to put a pin on what ails me and brought me to Audiology. He asked me questions about what has been happening to me medically and honestly tried to think about symptoms that were outside of his field to try to give me any advice to keep me moving forward on my quest to feel better. He is not just a great professional and a pleasure to do business with but I also believe he is a great individual. In the medical field, as of late, his kind is very rare.

I would warn them that the lady at the front desk is not the way everyone in the office treats a person. I was not familiar with the office, was unsure of how 2 check in for the test. I was courteous and apologized for not knowing how 2 register, not sure I can speak with her again.
