Dr.Candy, her nurse practitioner, and Susan were wonderful! They were professional, helpful, positive and wanted to help me feel better. We're blessed to have them and Phelps County Hospital services!

I am so impressed with the staff that work there . The wound that my mother had before she arrived in Missouri was the worst I've seen. I was concerned that she would loose her foot, leg, and or life. I personally hugged your staff, Nurse to provider. I'm amazed at the professionalism and the knowledge combined with the care you'd expect if it were your own family. Thank you would care team, thank you to the personnel on the 4th floor MedONC, thank you emergency room staff where it all had to start. I owe you a debt of gratitude and prayer to the Lord Jesus all for saving my mother. You gave me years back I'd thought were gone. Please share this with all of them if you can.

I have had three different times coming to this wound clinic over the years and now starting my forth time. I love all the people connected to working at the Phelps wound clinic and would recommend any wound victim to go here. Rate everything and everyone a 10 plus.

All of the staff are very kind and personable. They treat me and my needs very intentionally with care and knowledge.

Everything went great very courteous didn't have to wait long in the waiting room and just an overall excellent experience.

Nothing I've seen as far as improvement. Everyone was very welcoming and friendly and treated me with respect. Great job.

Everyone was very friendly and helpful! I appreciate the receptionist for getting me in early! I appreciate Candy prescribing a new wound med that I haven't had before and the results are amazing! I appreciate her treating my wound with the best that's available and I appreciate all of the supplies and treatments that I was given. That's made a big difference having all of the supplies in one place.

The staff goes above and beyond and the doctor is just amazing. She answers all your questions. She's very, very thoughtful and nonjudgmental and caring.

We were very exceptional at making sure I had an available time for appointments. They were very courteous and kind and very attentive to how I was explaining myself. The doctor was phenomenal in explaining how she did my notes, what they all meant, the care plan, how to take care of my wound, and just basically the steps in going forth in healing and my journey with what had happened.

The entire team was very positive and helpful. I appreciate the way the nurse and Dr. "Candy" cared for me and my issue. They understood my concern regarding my feet and suggested things I should do to improve my blood circulation.

Yes, when I've come and visited you guys, you guys have educated me more so than other doctors have and somewhat made me feel like I was, so to speak, family. And I appreciate that and I've even made it known when I go to my meetings or my visits with you guys.

They did a great job about telling us what we were going to do from start to finish but after we left I still had questions within 15 minutes after I had called them back the Dr had called back with answers that relieved my anxiety, I thought that personal service was just great!

They were so courteous and congenial and took me in a wheelchair from the registration to the office I needed to go to and everybody in the office was extremely cordial. I felt very pampered. Thank you.

The nurses were excellent and the doctor knows what she's doing. She has pinpointed everything on me and she has been exactly right every time. And I would refer anybody to the Wind Clinic up there. And they're really respectful and they do care.

You could give written instructions to everyone on what to do and have a sign close to the door so a person may find it easier
