There is no improvement needed.....everyone was Great!!!! I would highly recommend to anyone.....everything was explained well and everyone was so very nice ..... I'm so glad that I chose going here than anywhere else...I thank everyone from the bottom of my heart!!!!
We didnt know exactly where to go. My fault really I should have found that out before the appt. When we got there and asked they sent us to one place it was wrong that stop sent us to another place it was wrong they sent us to yet another wrong place. Third stop sent us to the correct office. After all that the visit was good. Really liked the doctor and his staff.
I had a very pleasant experience with Dr. Spencer and his staff. I felt well cared for and I felt that they cared about me and my spouse who was with me at the time. I'm very glad in my choice of doctors.

I appreciated how friendly and helpful everyone was, from the reception staff to the volunteers to the nurses and doctor. It seems that everyone was committed to making the absolute best of a patient's cancer diagnosis, to make everything as painless as possible. When we arrived, there was a 3-piece band playing. My only regret was not having time to sit and listen to them. Before we left, a volunteer offered us food that was left over from a meeting that morning. Thanks to everyone for their attentiveness to the needs of the patient, me, in this case. But I am convinced you do that for everybody who comes through the door.

I have no complaints. I really was impressed with everything and I especially liked Dr Spencer and the Nurse Practitioner I had. I feel like I am in good hands.

The staff was awesome everyone treated me really well and I had a lot of fun because they had a good sense of humor and I do too so we got along just great there are some people those girls up in there infusion in the Delbert day Center we're awesome the great they're just awesome they know what they're doing they're real professional I love them to death

Dr. Spencer's bedside manner and professionalism were wonderful, especially at a very sensitive moment of treatment. He knew how to comfort and assure me in an exceptional way. Despite a tough diagnosis, he made me feel confident that I would be treated this way possible and my best interest would be paramount.
The staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. Never had to wait more than a few minutes. They were very caring and sympathetic to my particular situation. I was very appreciative and impressed.
