Dr Gautam and his staff are always very nice, caring and professional. I wouldn't want to go anywhere else. They are great.
I like Dr Gautam. He listens and explains things very well. He always compliment me for staying knowledgeable about my health. His nurse is very sweet and friendly and easy to communicate with. His staff is friendly and accommodating. There was a mix up with my appointment and they were very helpful in fixing it. I don't know where the mix up came about, but I was very thankful that they worked out the schedule to accommodate me.

Check in was very easy, Dr. Gautam listened to my concerns, explained my CTs as he showed them to me, which no one had done before. Felt like he addressed every concern .

The doctor is very thorough in going over test results and explains in a way that I can understand. He answers my question and explains what the next step is in my treatment. Wonderful office staff and doctor.

She did not treat just the area that was affected by the previous cancer, but she heard additional concerns and made referrals, which my primary should have made, but failed to do so. So, therefore, I believe she did a good job of listening and identifying and meeting my needs.

Made follow-up appointment. Making appointment was easy, staff was great, all went well.
The provider spent time explaining my conditions & also advised me to seek additional support from my cardiologist to determine if some of issues are related to my heart. All of the staff were courteous & listened to my concerns.

The entire staff was courteous. The doctor went over and beyond what normally is done by reviewing all my past history & test results. He provided assurance that my health was good & thus relieved any worries I initially had.

I am very impressed with Jinna lesenbe and the entire staff in the radiation/oncology office at delbert day! It is a very scary place to be and from the front desk to all of the nurses and Dr's, they take the time to explain everything and always there if you have questions! They always make me feel comfortable even when I really don't! I appreciate them all!
This was my first experience at this hospital. Everyone was friendly and patient. I was especially aware of the patience. I have rare diagnosis, the doctor and staff gave me encouragement and did not just try to throw another pill at me. I was super pleased with his medical student. She took my history and even helped us find the records the doctor needed.

This was my first time meeting Dr Gautam and I felt like when my apt was over that I actually had a DR that truly was concerned and cared bout my feelings, my overall health and that he was going to do everything possible to get me on the "list" for my transplant!! I couldn't have ask for a better DR!!!

I just wanted to say Jinna is very, she's always willing to listen and if you have any concerns she listens and explains everything very thoroughly for you. If you don't understand something she's going to go over it and she's very personable and just makes the whole experience so much better. So I really appreciate her and especially when you're going through anything cancer related like she understands and is able to help ease your mind and if she needs to recheck something she'll recheck and if she again if she needs to explain she'll re-explain it as needed. So I just really think she's amazing. Thanks.

My first appointment went very well and very smoothly with the intake person being very clear in what information I had to provide for my appointment. My nurse was very thorough in taking my intake information and my family history, etc. She answered all of questions and if she couldn't, she instructed me to ask my doctor. Doctor Spencer was very informative about his plan for my treatment and answered all of questions I had that day. All caregivers were very compassionate and empathetic with what I was going through physically, emotionally, and mentally with my diagnosis! I left feeling informed, confident, less anxious about the treatment I was going to go through at the Cancer Center!

Everyone at this facility is polite, kind and helpful. Even people who work there were willing to steer me in the right direction for the elevator I needed to take etc. Very efficient. After I saw Dr Gautam he sent me down for a chest x-ray. It was done in a very timely manner. Great location and staff.
Jinna and her team are excellent. I have had annual follow up visits for six years. The whole department is wonderful from the moment you walk in the door.
