I followed Dr Maynard to Phelps Health not knowing the Phelps care practice. I am very satisfied and confident in Phelps Health care.
I will be turning to Rolla oncology for more treatment for radiation follow-up. I'll also be returning to Rolla for another issue that care coordination through the VA is going to coordinate because of the experience I had with the oncology. You guys are great.

In every time that I have been at Delbert Day and the entire time that I had any kind of radiation or just a checkup, I have had the best of help that I could have imagined. I have absolutely no problems with Delbert Day and I would absolutely suggest to anyone who is going to have to go through this that they go to Delbert Day.
Dr. Maynard always takes time to listen and explain things clearly. I trust his advice and plans for dealing with my medical issues.

Dr. Maynard has been treating my dad for years and he is wonderful! He takes his time and truly listens to what is going on. He picks up on the small, but important details that affect his health. We trust Dr. Maynard 1,000% with Dad's health care. He follows through with changes to medication, obtaining in-home care, and other services based on bloodwork and other test results promptly and efficiently. Dr. Maynard's attention to details, thorough analysis, and compassionate care are sincerely appreciated.

I have had cancer for almost 10 years and I have had outstanding results at the cancer institute, and the big part of it is the capable and caring staff that you have at that facility. I have always been treated with courtesy and respect. The staff is knowledgeable, very capable and caring, their great follow up also. It is the ease of making appointment, the ease of getting into the facility, the parking was great, easy to find. I'd say it's an A plus, it's absolutely the premium place for cancer treatment in the midwest so I told many others. Cancer is so common, please be part of the solution, work closely with your healthcare provider, give them the facts and the details, share with them, they want to do a good job and they will.
Dr Maynard is a great doctor and you should so what ever is needed to keep him. His staff is also great!

This facility has the most modern and sophisticated equipment one could hope for. I am impressed with the professionalism of the staff and the efficiency with which the process is handled. My privacy is carefully protected and the staff is most respectful of that fact. This is very difficult and unexpected malady with which I've had to come to terms. The staff have greatly eased my anxiety and I believe that I am being treated in the best manner possible so as to recover. The radiation staff is very professional and knowledgable. I could have used a little more time with the provider since I have multiple serious issues that need to be addressed by appropriate testing/procedures.

Dr. Spencer treated me for laryngeal cancer before about six or seven years ago and I was satisfied then and I'm satisfied that he can do it, treat me again just as well.

Unreal awesome visit to Physical Therapy. Didn't try to hurt me by going to far with exercises. Could not of been better.

Dr. Recommended an EEG. We were told that we could get one done that day only if there was time. In the past an order was put in and we were registered and have been in an area where we would be called or a machine was brought into the doctor's office and it was done right there. We would then be called with the results or could see it on My Chart.

It is very difficult to find a physician who not only treats a patient but cares about a patient. It's difficult to find an exceptional doctor as well as an exceptional man. Dr. Gregory Maynard is both. There are not enough kind words that I can speak to describe the comfort that physician cares for me.

Dr. Gautam was empathetic and genuinely concerned about my condition. He took quick action to get me to a super-specialist in St. Louis. My biopsy was obtained quickly. He called me to followup after each step. I thank God for Dr. Gautam being in Rolla.
In the eight years that I have been seen at Delbert Day Cancer Institute, I have experienced the highest level of professionalism by everyone in every area that I have visited. Every opportunity that I am given to talk about DDCI, I always tell people that the folks there are truly treasures in our midst.

I was impressed by the doctor used input from multiple sources to develop and confirm his conclusions. We were also comforted by the understanding and clarification provided by his nurse to our questions with regard to permitting or witholding specific medications prior to the scheduled procedure.

The facility was excellent to me and I enjoyed their personalities. They were super. I recommend anybody that has a problem with cancer. Valley Institute is where you want to go and God bless.

We didnt know exactly where to go. My fault really I should have found that out before the appt. When we got there and asked they sent us to one place it was wrong that stop sent us to another place it was wrong they sent us to yet another wrong place. Third stop sent us to the correct office. After all that the visit was good. Really liked the doctor and his staff.
Everything was great. The waiting room needs a facelift. Brighter colored walls and new carpeting. No other complaints. Dreary waiting room is all. All the staff was great.
We're very lucky to have Phelps Health around here. It's a clean facility. You can get just about anything you need done there. The only problem is the parking. You need to do something about the parking. If you're handicapped, you walk with a walker, and you've got to park a long ways off, it's not good. Thank you.
