All aok
The entire staff was courteous. The doctor went over and beyond what normally is done by reviewing all my past history & test results. He provided assurance that my health was good & thus relieved any worries I initially had.

I am very impressed with Jinna lesenbe and the entire staff in the radiation/oncology office at delbert day! It is a very scary place to be and from the front desk to all of the nurses and Dr's, they take the time to explain everything and always there if you have questions! They always make me feel comfortable even when I really don't! I appreciate them all!
This was my first experience at this hospital. Everyone was friendly and patient. I was especially aware of the patience. I have rare diagnosis, the doctor and staff gave me encouragement and did not just try to throw another pill at me. I was super pleased with his medical student. She took my history and even helped us find the records the doctor needed.

This was my first time meeting Dr Gautam and I felt like when my apt was over that I actually had a DR that truly was concerned and cared bout my feelings, my overall health and that he was going to do everything possible to get me on the "list" for my transplant!! I couldn't have ask for a better DR!!!

I just wanted to say Jinna is very, she's always willing to listen and if you have any concerns she listens and explains everything very thoroughly for you. If you don't understand something she's going to go over it and she's very personable and just makes the whole experience so much better. So I really appreciate her and especially when you're going through anything cancer related like she understands and is able to help ease your mind and if she needs to recheck something she'll recheck and if she again if she needs to explain she'll re-explain it as needed. So I just really think she's amazing. Thanks.

My first appointment went very well and very smoothly with the intake person being very clear in what information I had to provide for my appointment. My nurse was very thorough in taking my intake information and my family history, etc. She answered all of questions and if she couldn't, she instructed me to ask my doctor. Doctor Spencer was very informative about his plan for my treatment and answered all of questions I had that day. All caregivers were very compassionate and empathetic with what I was going through physically, emotionally, and mentally with my diagnosis! I left feeling informed, confident, less anxious about the treatment I was going to go through at the Cancer Center!
Everything was fine. I felt more at ease after meeting with Dr. Spencer.

Everyone at this facility is polite, kind and helpful. Even people who work there were willing to steer me in the right direction for the elevator I needed to take etc. Very efficient. After I saw Dr Gautam he sent me down for a chest x-ray. It was done in a very timely manner. Great location and staff.
Jinna and her team are excellent. I have had annual follow up visits for six years. The whole department is wonderful from the moment you walk in the door.

Every experience that I've had through Phelps Health over the past year has been amazing. Everyone is so friendly and you can tell that they care about their patients. I would highly recommend all facilities.

Everyone, and I mean every one was above expectations regarding my treatment, recovery and ongoing care. It's really great to see a care provider absolutely nail the experience. The worse days of my life made easier due to the professionalism and attention to my care.
They was really good with me, but I didn't understand because I can't read it right spelled that good. It's hard for me to explain my symptoms to them, so I didn't think the doctor understood where I was coming from but he tried to understand me. It was not his fault it was mine. I really didn't know what I was there for all I know is I got a phone call to be there and I went by myself, but everybody was excellent.

I had to drive around the parking lot for five minutes trying to find a place to park, and it's like that just about every time I go to your place. So I'm seriously thinking about switching to Mercy.
