There is no improvement you could do. Every time I go there, it's like I'm being treated like family. Everybody goes above and beyond. Jinna is unbelievable. I just absolutely love sitting and asking her questions and her explaining the outcome of it. I've never left there that was not 100% satisfied. Please let everyone know they are doing an outstanding job. Thank you so much.

I like Dr Gautam. He listens and explains things very well. He always compliment me for staying knowledgeable about my health. His nurse is very sweet and friendly and easy to communicate with. His staff is friendly and accommodating. There was a mix up with my appointment and they were very helpful in fixing it. I don't know where the mix up came about, but I was very thankful that they worked out the schedule to accommodate me.

The staff was awesome everyone treated me really well and I had a lot of fun because they had a good sense of humor and I do too so we got along just great there are some people those girls up in there infusion in the Delbert day Center we're awesome the great they're just awesome they know what they're doing they're real professional I love them to death

Truly have nothing to complain about the visit and found the experience and thoughtfulness in questioning to obtain adequate information on my symptoms very informative and quite thorough which was a relief as I forget to mention certain problems. I really appreciate that they knew what to ask to obtain a full picture of the health issues I am going through, 2 thumbs up to the Dr and his staff.

Dr. Spencer's bedside manner and professionalism were wonderful, especially at a very sensitive moment of treatment. He knew how to comfort and assure me in an exceptional way. Despite a tough diagnosis, he made me feel confident that I would be treated this way possible and my best interest would be paramount.
I always enjoy my visits with Jinna. She's always very thorough in helping explain things to me, always helps to ease my fears if I'm nervous about anything or if I have questions about upcoming things. So I just really appreciate all the time that she spends. She doesn't rush you in and out. She makes sure that she has all of your questions answered, and I just really appreciate her. Thanks.

I need referrals for both my insurance companies. The staff is amazing. I might have to cancel an appointment for a PET scan because TriCare wasn't informed of the order. I am still not approved with TriCare for radiation treatment. Thank you.
The Staff at Delbert Day Can er Center are exceptional. They truly care for their patients and show it every time you visit.
Everyone was absolutely amazing. This is a very scary time and everyone I saw was so nice and compassionate and explained things so well. I also have trouble breathing and to me the exam room was quite stuffy and could have used a bit more moving air. Besides that, I was very impressed and felt like everyone really cares.

She did not treat just the area that was affected by the previous cancer, but she heard additional concerns and made referrals, which my primary should have made, but failed to do so. So, therefore, I believe she did a good job of listening and identifying and meeting my needs.

Made follow-up appointment. Making appointment was easy, staff was great, all went well.
The provider spent time explaining my conditions & also advised me to seek additional support from my cardiologist to determine if some of issues are related to my heart. All of the staff were courteous & listened to my concerns.

I am very impressed with Jinna lesenbe and the entire staff in the radiation/oncology office at delbert day! It is a very scary place to be and from the front desk to all of the nurses and Dr's, they take the time to explain everything and always there if you have questions! They always make me feel comfortable even when I really don't! I appreciate them all!
This was my first experience at this hospital. Everyone was friendly and patient. I was especially aware of the patience. I have rare diagnosis, the doctor and staff gave me encouragement and did not just try to throw another pill at me. I was super pleased with his medical student. She took my history and even helped us find the records the doctor needed.

This was my first time meeting Dr Gautam and I felt like when my apt was over that I actually had a DR that truly was concerned and cared bout my feelings, my overall health and that he was going to do everything possible to get me on the "list" for my transplant!! I couldn't have ask for a better DR!!!
