Everyone did thier jobs perfectly

I really appreciated his office sent a letter to the nurse practitioner to let her know we met, his finding and how to his going to schedule a procedure to look into my problems.

Wasn't sure where to go at first receptionist helped us and they where very friendly and nice even considering the issue with the payment of the co pay system not working right they made sure everything was handled nice and professional

Just a really great group of people - with a lot of smarts!

Dr. Moravec is the best he explained everything about my procedure in terminology that was very important to me and easy to understand everything in laymen terms.

I think the staff from out of the hospital has done me quite well. And I have faith in them that everything's going to turn out right. So I give them a 10.

They listened to me and explained things to me and referred me to a plastic surgeon and the plastic surgeon got back with me asap

The staff was very friendly and took time to answer all of my questions. And the doctor was super helpful in explaining things in a way that I could understand them. And he listened well to my input about my symptoms and history, and just made sure that I knew what to expect during the procedure and what the follow-up would be if there was anything necessary. I really, really appreciated that. I know he was much smarter than me, but he dumbed things down to where I could understand them easily. So I appreciate it a lot and would definitely recommend everyone there at Dr. Moravec's office.

He gave me a good enough look at what he thinks they will find that I decided to not do the test .

The doctor discussed things with us and then called the radiation doctor and discussed things with him. He came back and explained what the two of them thought best for me and then gave me my options again. He was absolutely amazing!!

Dr. Moravec is absolutely great. Don't get me wrong I definitely want a doctor that is good, very good. The best. And I left there feeling that way. But the step above is how he is just a great person to be around. It is always a joy to leave a doctor's office and you feel blessed that you got to meet someone new that it was a pleasure to have been around. Not saying he is a comedian but he can put a smile on your face if you let him.

I don't think you can improve my experience. Every time I go to Phelps everyone is amazing. For the first time in my life I actually don't fear seeing the doctor. I am extremely pleased with the constant vigilance from the Surgery clinic. I have had several people call me to double check my meds, allergies, health, and to make sure I understand everything related to my surgery. Thank you all very much.

Everyone was perfect, and really liked the doctor

I was told by two Personnel prior to my appointment that my surgery would be covered by part A as in hospital. It is not covered by part a. So I wasted all my time. They should know a hernia is not covered under part A

The nurses did a fantastic job. Everybody was extremely courteous and nice. And the surgeon was just top-key, was amazing, and did such a good job with our son. And we really, really appreciated everything that everyone did for us.
