Dr. Mazzeo takes time to listen and to explain things to me. He is knowledgeable and thorough with testing before suggesting a particular hearing aid. I trust him to help me continue to hear.

Because I was just picking up a new charger for hearing aids I guess there wasn't a proper procedure for doing that. The fellow at the counter did not know how to charge me and asked me Several times, to step aside so that he could check others in. I was there a bit longer than I expected because of this. I was supposed to be picking up a charger and paying for it. But it took over 20 minutes. I did not have any contact with the doctor or any nurses but when I do, it's always a positive experience. This was just an unusual situation.

The whole experience went very well each stepnif the way. The receptionist was kind and helpful. The staff performing the tests made me feel comfortable and were thorough in their procedures and questions. Dr Mazzeo explained the results clearly and the next steps he would recommend to my primary care provider. All on all I was very pleased and confident in the professionalism of everyone.
I really appreciated looking at a graph of my hearing test 2 years ago as compared to my current test. I also like having the notes of my test and visit. I absolutely think it is great that students are given the opportunity to work with patients. My experience was great and didn't need improvement!!!

I had called this building 2 weeks prior and was told that I needed a referral to bring aides in for repairs,made zero sense to me, called the main Phelps Health line and got an appointment. Good appointment and got parts ordered
