Nothing. I can't ever imagine going anywhere else for care. Dr. Mazzeo and his Staff are phenomenal.

The Nurse had no manners. Treated me like what I was saying did not matter and it seemed that all she wanted to do was get back to talking to her friends. The same thing happened when she gave me the order paperwork.

Dr Mazzeo took the time to really check my hearing aides. He provided me with a loaner pair until I can get an order for a hearing test. Then he said he would recommend newer, better hearing aids for me

There could have been bacteria on the headgear that was not killed off by their sanitizing solution, because I got several pimples from the head gear on my forehead and cheek the next day, but the doctor himself was great, very thorough and knowledgeable and I would recommend him to family and friends

Dr Mazzeo was absolutely amazing, my daughter has ADHD and can be a lot to handle when it comes to any kind of appointment. However, Dr Mazzeo and his student were kind, patient, friendly, and so incredibly understanding. My daughter for the first time during a audiology test actually listened, and tried to do everything asked of her , i could tell she felt comfortable with Dr. Mazzeo which is very rare for her. Dr Mazzeo also explained thing to me in a way that I understood, he showed me the tests and explained everything, giving his professional input on how we should proceed , giving me realistic ideas of what to expect just amazing overall. As a military spouse its very difficult to find doctors like him that accept our kind of insurance, I will definitely be telling my military friends and family to consider Dr Mazzeo for their child's next audiology appointment. We need more doctors like him that have the patience of a saint with children like mine.

It was an all-round good experience. Except for myself being nervous about the crooked billing department. Staff and doctors were awesome.

My experience was excellent, and I was very happy with my care!

The young guy at the front was so bright and cheerful. Everyone that entered he made sure that they felt welcome. The Dr. is amazing. He explained everything and asked me questions. I felt so comfortable just like I had known him forever! You have a amazing group!

I don't think the audiologist told me his name, but he was super nice and caring. He was great at explaining each step of the process. I appreciated his knowledge and care.

The Audiologist was professional and treated me great I can no longer go on My Chart to see messages. I contacted the help number but no one could figure it out.

I really don't think there's anything that anybody could have done that would have improved the visit to everybody there. It's extremely professional, easy to get along with, easy to talk to, easy to understand. Make sure you have everything you need before you leave the office and have the front window open to listen to you and help you all they can. Everything was fantastic. Thank you.
