Allowed my spouse and myself to be there same day as we travel quite a distant.
The check out experience could have been better.
Polite ,respectful , didn't rush.
I am usually nervous when coming to this clinic, but this time left me feeling that I matter and they are as concerned about my health as I am. I received prompt, courteous, and attentive care. From check in service to checkout.
Everyone was very Professional!! And friendly!!

I arrived somewhat early for my appointment and was informed, well told, come back 15 minutes prior to scheduled check in. That may be the policy but that policy makes no sense. I could have been told "there is not enough room in our waiting area. Please wait in the hallway till closer to scheduled time."
Dr Shenje is an awesome kind, considerate Dr. He listens intently to you. Looking you in the eye to make sure you know he really cares about you and to make sure you understand what he is saying to you. He is so good about listening to your needs and what you want. Highly recommend him and if you lose him as you have 3 of my former doctors I will be done with Phelps Health.
The doctor was very pleasant and caring and explained his treatment plan well. Everyone in his office was very helpful. I had to call his nurse a few times about medication questions and she was very patient and helpful.
I can't think of anything to suggest that would make my visit any better.
Appointments at the Vascular/Cardiology department are so easy and stree-free.

Dr Shenje listens well and is very personable. He is extremely detailed in every way. I highly recommend him!
Front desk staff and nurses were wonderful, listened and interacted showing they had truly been listening. Provider had only to say meds are to be continued a year and return in one year. I should consider cardiac rehab and exercise and avoid tobacco. I am grateful he showed me the cath procedure (even though I do not recall any of it after being a STEMI and also being defibrillated in v-fib by EMS) I am concerned there was no follow up care at all after the events and being in ICU... let alone what appeared in the videos to be an artery perforation when the stent deployed. I have many concerns and apparently will need to seek out a different cardiology specialist.
I really like the provider.

I asked a lot questions and the doctoranswered each without losing hid patience I did press him to provide detailed info. He did an excellent job
Front desk was good. Dr Shenje was great!! The Dr's nurse needs a little coaching in being a people person. The nurse that escorted us to check out was wonderful!

The attention to detail and patient education is unique at the facility.
I felt as if the doctor "knows everything " and kept cutting me off and didn't listen to me.

My visits are always enjoyable.
Everything was fantastic except for when I arrived at the waiting room, people were on the phone and consulting with other people and they just ignored the people that were waiting in line, including myself, to be waited on. It just seemed a little unprofessional. That's it.
Dr. Shenje spent a remarkable amount of time with me and went over everything completely. I am so happy that I have him as my new physician and I would so recommend him to anybody. Thank you.
The provider was very professional, he explained things to me and answered any questions that I had, I was a little nervous about seeing a new provider but i cannot praise him enough, we need more caring, compassionate, people like him in the health-care field
