I could have used a little more time with the provider since I have multiple serious issues that need to be addressed by appropriate testing/procedures.
Dr. Maynard is a kind, compassionate, and intelligent professional. I am a health care provider myself and would trust no one other than him completely and fully with the health decisions that impact my life.
Dr. Spencer treated me for laryngeal cancer before about six or seven years ago and I was satisfied then and I'm satisfied that he can do it, treat me again just as well.

Unreal awesome visit to Physical Therapy. Didn't try to hurt me by going to far with exercises. Could not of been better.

Very friendly staff
Dr. Recommended an EEG. We were told that we could get one done that day only if there was time. In the past an order was put in and we were registered and have been in an area where we would be called or a machine was brought into the doctor's office and it was done right there. We would then be called with the results or could see it on My Chart.
Dr Maynard is a very good person and doctor I won't go to anyone else
Dr Maynard did a thorough examination of my knee and explained everything in a clear way and gave me all options and possibilities. I felt completely comfortable with him and his nurse and felt like I got excellent treatment.

It is very difficult to find a physician who not only treats a patient but cares about a patient. It's difficult to find an exceptional doctor as well as an exceptional man. Dr. Gregory Maynard is both. There are not enough kind words that I can speak to describe the comfort that physician cares for me.
Dr Maynard has been my doctor for years and couldn't ask for anyone better. He is the best!

Dr. Gautam was empathetic and genuinely concerned about my condition. He took quick action to get me to a super-specialist in St. Louis. My biopsy was obtained quickly. He called me to followup after each step. I thank God for Dr. Gautam being in Rolla.
In the eight years that I have been seen at Delbert Day Cancer Institute, I have experienced the highest level of professionalism by everyone in every area that I have visited. Every opportunity that I am given to talk about DDCI, I always tell people that the folks there are truly treasures in our midst.

People not only were trained in their area of expertise, but they also seemed genuinely to care about me and my experience. I was impressed by the doctor used input from multiple sources to develop and confirm his conclusions. We were also comforted by the understanding and clarification provided by his nurse to our questions with regard to permitting or witholding specific medications prior to the scheduled procedure.

There is no improvement needed.....everyone was Great!!!! I would highly recommend to anyone.....everything was explained well and everyone was so very nice ..... I'm so glad that I chose going here than anywhere else...I thank everyone from the bottom of my heart!!!!

The facility was excellent to me and I enjoyed their personalities. They were super. I recommend anybody that has a problem with cancer. Valley Institute is where you want to go and God bless.
No complaints. Everyone was polite, friendly and professional.
We didnt know exactly where to go. My fault really I should have found that out before the appt. When we got there and asked they sent us to one place it was wrong that stop sent us to another place it was wrong they sent us to yet another wrong place. Third stop sent us to the correct office. After all that the visit was good. Really liked the doctor and his staff.
Everything was great. The waiting room needs a facelift. Brighter colored walls and new carpeting. No other complaints. Dreary waiting room is all. All the staff was great.
We're very lucky to have Phelps Health around here. It's a clean facility. You can get just about anything you need done there. The only problem is the parking. You need to do something about the parking. If you're handicapped, you walk with a walker, and you've got to park a long ways off, it's not good. Thank you.

Good visit to understand roles of radiation staff and chemo staff goig forward
I actually enjoyed my visit. My provider spoke to me as an individual, not as a number. He definitely helped me to understand in layman terms.
Always friendly employees. Wait time is not too bad. Very clean areas.
It took an hour and a half to have blood drawn at the lab but it was busy.

I appreciated how friendly and helpful everyone was, from the reception staff to the volunteers to the nurses and doctor. It seems that everyone was committed to making the absolute best of a patient's cancer diagnosis, to make everything as painless as possible. When we arrived, there was a 3-piece band playing. My only regret was not having time to sit and listen to them. Before we left, a volunteer offered us food that was left over from a meeting that morning. Thanks to everyone for their attentiveness to the needs of the patient, me, in this case. But I am convinced you do that for everybody who comes through the door.
Great Dr. Will tell friends about him, if they need to see a lung Dr. He listen to me when I asked questions. Didnt talk around or over me. Didnt brush off my questions. Didnt rush me out of the room, took his time.
