I couldn't ask for better attention and treatment by everyone I encountered at DDCI.
Online checkin easy, new appt scheduled easily, vitals checked smoothly, plenty of time for discussion, and most importantly, when we wondered what a lump of tissue may be--Jinna quickly and concisely pulled up pet scan results reviewed same and concluded with a reasonable and confidant plan to address.
Very respectful and professional. I felt very comfortable with all I met.

Everyone is so helpful and friendly. Dr. Gautam listens very well, explains everything and makes sure you understand all you've discussed. He's one of my favorite providers!
Appointment was not rushed. Dr Gautam had read previous reports regarding my situation. He explained what he wanted to do next. He answered all the questions I had, was polite and kind. He also wanted to see the previous x-rays himself, not just read the reports. I really appreciate that.

There is no improvement you could do. Every time I go there, it's like I'm being treated like family. Everybody goes above and beyond. Jinna is unbelievable. I just absolutely love sitting and asking her questions and her explaining the outcome of it. I've never left there that was not 100% satisfied. I like Dr Gautam. He listens and explains things very well. He always compliment me for staying knowledgeable about my health. His nurse is very sweet and friendly and easy to communicate with. His staff is friendly and accommodating. There was a mix up with my appointment and they were very helpful in fixing it. I don't know where the mix up came about, but I was very thankful that they worked out the schedule to accommodate me.

Truly have nothing to complain about the visit and found the experience and thoughtfulness in questioning to obtain adequate information on my symptoms very informative and quite thorough which was a relief as I forget to mention certain problems. I really appreciate that they knew what to ask to obtain a full picture of the health issues I am going through, 2 thumbs up to the Dr and his staff.

Dr. Spencer's bedside manner and professionalism were wonderful, especially at a very sensitive moment of treatment. He knew how to comfort and assure me in an exceptional way. Despite a tough diagnosis, he made me feel confident that I would be treated this way possible and my best interest would be paramount.
I always enjoy my visits with Jinna. She's always very thorough in helping explain things to me, always helps to ease my fears if I'm nervous about anything or if I have questions about upcoming things. So I just really appreciate all the time that she spends. She doesn't rush you in and out. She makes sure that she has all of your questions answered, and I just really appreciate her. Thanks.

I need referrals for both my insurance companies. The staff is amazing. I might have to cancel an appointment for a PET scan because TriCare wasn't informed of the order. I am still not approved with TriCare for radiation treatment. Thank you.
The Staff at Delbert Day Can er Center are exceptional. They truly care for their patients and show it every time you visit.
Everyone was absolutely amazing. This is a very scary time and everyone I saw was so nice and compassionate and explained things so well. I also have trouble breathing and to me the exam room was quite stuffy and could have used a bit more moving air. Besides that, I was very impressed and felt like everyone really cares.

She did not treat just the area that was affected by the previous cancer, but she heard additional concerns and made referrals, which my primary should have made, but failed to do so. So, therefore, I believe she did a good job of listening and identifying and meeting my needs.
