Published on December 22, 2023

cranberry orange cocktail

Perfect for any holiday party, this fun mocktail will hydrate you and give you about 52% of your day's worth of vitamin C. You'll also get a touch of vitamin A, folate, calcium, iron, magnesium and potassium.

Ingredients

  • 2 (2-quart) bottles chilled cranberry juice (no-sugar-added but sweetened with fruit juice)
  • 1 (1-liter) bottle chilled club soda
  • 6 cups orange juice
  • Oranges, thinly sliced for garnish
  • Fresh cranberries for garnish

Equipment

  • Large punch bowl

Preparation

1. Combine cranberry juice, soda and orange juice in a large punch bowl. Cover and chill for at least 4 hours.

2. When ready to serve, float orange slices and cranberries in the punch.

Tips

  • Plan ahead: we recommend covering and chilling the punch for at least 4 hours. For more carbonation, stir in the chilled club soda right before serving.
  • This punch also would work well with pomegranate or cherry juice. Make sure to look for 100% juice on the label.
  • Feel free to use frozen cranberries instead of fresh ones, which will keep the punch chilled when serving.
