About Me
I’m Brandon Lamberth, FNP, and I work as a certified family nurse practitioner at the Phelps Health Walk-In Clinic — Rolla. I see patients of all ages on a walk-in basis. My collaborating physician is Jeffery Kerr, DO, medical director of Walk-In Clinic services. I first joined Phelps Health in 2014 as a registered nurse (RN).
My special interest is orthopedics, including fractures, dislocations, sprains, overuse injuries and breaks.
Phelps Health excels at teamwork, ensuring smooth care for its patients. The healthcare system also offers several specialties in one area, close to home.
When my patients leave the Walk-In Clinic, I hope they have confidence in their treatment plan. Helping them understand their symptoms and future prevention measures is equally important.

I am a little lost about the findings of my x-ray
I was treated wonderful there. Great people there.
We were seen by Brandon and he is absolutely wonderful with my children! He helped explain to me without making me feel stupid, and he was VERY Thorough and I will request him every time we need to be seen at immediate care! I would like to nominate him for a cares award too! If that is possible?
Everyone was quick, efficient and eager to help. They listened and were quick to diagnose and out. The front desk lady was so kind and compassionate with everyone.
Everything was very professional and the attention of the medical staff was excellent.
Brandon was very, very helpful. He looked at the rash on my arm and was help, even got a second opinion so I could figure out what was going on. He told me that he would be in the clinic for the next two or three days if I needed help to call and that he would respond by a callback. He went out of his way to be friendly and helpful and I appreciated the effort that he put in to taking care of me, I would recommend him highly. Thank you.
Brandon Lamberth was kind, caring and knowledgeable. He said if I had and questions or concerns I could call him. He also said he would follow-up with me on my labs and he did exactly that. I felt cared for by Brandon.

Everyone was professional and caring. I want to tell you about the lady that checked me in. She went above and beyond to get me a phone number at the hospital. My husband is a patient at the hospital and I asked if she knew the nurse's station on his floor. She made a couple of calls to make sure she gave me the correct number. I am sorry I didn't get her name but she was a life saver for me that day.
Everyone was super nice
I feel that I was treated with care and significant quality while being at Phelps. From the reception to the nurse, to the nurse practitioner, everybody listened to my concerns, validated what I was feeling as well as came up with a care plan to make sure I was in the right direction. Everything was great.
Definitely recommend the clinic over the emergency room at Phelps Hospital. Everyone is so kind.

The provider - I think his name was Brandon- was incredibly kind and patient. He took his time to explain everything clearly and was really compassionate as I was dealing with anxiety on top of health concerns. It meant a lot. He was also very knowledgeable.

Didn't have to wait long, results came back quickly, provider gave me options for treatment and discussed them with me, listened to my concerns. Receptionist was outstanding and made sure I got my VA info for the pharmacy. Thank you!
The receptionist was very familiar with the VA and processing the VA for claims, and the position was really nice and able to communicate with me really well.
Facility was clean and staff was great.
Took a little but getting checked in but the lady was friendly and moved the line pretty steadily. After being checked in only waited in waiting room about 20 minutes once in room the nurse did vitals and symptoms and explained they were busy that Dr would be in as soon as possible which wasn't that long of a wait. Dr Lamberth and our nurse were very polite with great bedside manners and thorough. Really recommend Dr Lamberth
I was treated with respect and friendly staff. Everyone was great. Dr Lamberth was awesome, explained everything thoroughly. Made recommendations and referrals for me. Would much rather go there than sit hours at the ER or be healed or over it before you could get into Dr office. Probably be dead before getting in to see them.
This time everything went as expected. But as before if your billing dept doesn't bill correctly it will be a long wait until you get paid. That's the only problem with this provider is your billing

Nurse was very friendly. Doctor was friendly and thorough and answered all my questions.
I want in for a COVID test and I was asked about if I aver experience domestic violence that has nothing to do with what I was there for
Wait time was very reasonable
I had Brandon as my care provider. He was very helpful in finding solutions to my ailment. He listened and did a great job trying to understand what was bothering me. I went in with a sore throat, and got a strep test. He told me it came back negative, but still prescribed me antibiotics in case it was a false negative. He went above and beyond to try to treat me. Nurse and front counter staff were also wonderful. While being sick is not a fun experience, this place truly gives a great experience for those not feeling well.
Doctor was friendly and thorough.
The NP was professional and friendly. He provided the prescriptions we needed to the pharmacies that were open on Sunday.

Amazing experience! I wrote a 5/5 review on google as well. Loved it. Being an S and T student I went to Student Health Center, but since it is closed on Saturday n Sunday. I think students should make use of Phelps Health. And sometimes Student Health Center overlook something. I really loved how the provider went deep to look into all the symptoms. The receptionist and nurse were sooooo good.
I felt very welcomed, even though it was my first time being there. I was treated in a very timely and respectful manner, I couldn't have asked for anything better.
The NP was very knowledgeable and listened to me the patient! Very impressed with NP.

I received excellent care from Brandon Lamberth. He was very attentive and offered to be available until the clinic close that day if I had any questions in follow up. I'm doing quite well I would look forward to using him as a care provider.
