All personnel from receptionist to provider were courteous, knowledgeable and professional.
You proved the care I needed. Was efficient and kind.
Dr. Sadler took the time to make sure I was healing well. Listen to my concerns and answered my questions.

Christopher was awesome. I have never had such a wonderful experience with an emergency care giver as Chris. He is a refreshing breath of fresh air. He has a wonderful, the best, bed side manner. So many other Physicians should really take notes from this young man. He expressed his professionalism as well as his human side. Too many doctors look at their patients as numbers. This man listened, explained and laughed with us and showed that he's a real person. He deserves very much credit

Your front desk associate could be a little nicer. Her CLEAN and DIRTY pen set up really isn't helping to stop the spread of germs. The way she has the cups positioned most people can't see the little signs. While I was waiting I saw several people use pens from the DIRTY cup to sign in.
The provider walked in and told me what he was going to prescribe me even before looking at what was wrong and was very condescending and rude while I explained what was wrong
Nice experience. Short wait time. My nurse was very friendly but professional and the provider was very kind, listened to what I said, asked questions, told me what he planned for my care and why. Overall I was impressed

When the initial nurse took my readings for my blood pressure fever, they didn't tell me what it was. I actually had to ask. I understand if it wasn't bad, but it would be nice to know that they just tell you what it is. Also the provider, when the provider looked at my ears, looked at my throat, he didn't say anything. He didn't say, okay, I see some of this, or I see this, or this is clear, or this looks good. He just did his thing. And, you know, I know he knows what he's doing, but it would be nice if they were just a little bit, he was a little bit more communicative to me. So I knew a little bit more what was going on, just kind of inform. Nothing with the service was fine or his care, but it was just the communication of that. But it was a very busy day and I do understand.
Greeted, very fast service, all issues resolved, in fact required a referral to orthopedic and I had an appointment 2 days latter with Orthopedic. That is World Class Service. Thank you Chris and the Waynesville Walk in clinic staff. Al N
PA Sadler was very thorough and had upstanding patience. He made me feel seen and heard.
I like the overall service. I had a strain in my ankle. I was really worried and concerned about having a fracture. Everybody was nice from radiologist to nurse to front desk and the doctor himself. Doctor answered all my questions. And overall, I genuinely liked my experience. And hopefully I don't have to or I don't have any problem, but if I do, I would definitely visit the urgent care clinic and recommend my friends and family as well.

Phelps Health used to be amazing. I would have zero complaints. I've been going to Phelps Health for 9 years now. However, over the last 3 years or so, it's been going downhill. I have had multiple providers misdiagnose or not give proper care to me and my kids. This visit included.
Chris was wonderful. Took great care of me and listened to my concerns. I would recommend him to others for sure.
I came in with an infected dog bite to my hand and everyone treated me kindly from the staff at the front desk to the nurse and P.A. Christopher was understanding and able to diagnose how bad the infection was and I don't think I was there longer than an hour tops. I am a truck driver from out of state and it was extremely helpful that there was a pharmacy there as well.
