The doctor pointed out that I shouldn't use a wire brush to clean my BBQ grill. Because pieces of that may be on my food and it may become lodged in my throat. I never knew that.
Never disappointed with this clinic or the personnel. Always professional and caring.
She was very through and had very pleasant bedside manner. I wish she could be my pcp she is awesome and I feel very cared about as a patient.
Everyone introduced themselves in a way that seemed real. Everyone listened, and when things didn't go as expected in their first choice of treatment, they willingly checked further and discovered a hidden issue. I was kept updated the entire time as to the thought processes of the providers, the options, and the risks/benefits trade-off of each.
40 minutes in my opinion is too long a wait at an urgent care.
Great staff that showed empathy and treated me with care. Explained everything that they were going to do before they started and went over my discharge instructions in detail.
The Dr. Listened really well
Very timely. Front desk was efficient and let me know my copay in a timely manner. Healthcare provider did a great job of prescribing and providing needed medicine . It was a Saturday and she even told me where I had to pick up my scripts with my insurance carrier.
Everything was perfect. My consent was asked for when vitals were taken, the Dr was thorough. Everything was very to the point and polite. I have zero complaints.
The nurse was rude to me. If I hadn't felt so bad physically I would have left.
We must have arrived at a busy, busy time because we waited about 2 hours which is a very long time when you don't feel good. Then add in the time to pick up a prescription and we spent most of the day seeking medical treatment. I will say that the lobby was empty as we left.
I had to wait about 2 hours to be taken back to examination room. But there were a lot of sick kids waiting too. When I saw Christin I have to tell you that she was great. She was seeing so many sick people but she was so kind to me.
Everyone was very pleasant and respected the fact that i was not feeling well.
It was really efficient and positive, with good communication.
You might want to put another nurse and a P.A. on. The wait would be a lot shorter.
I was treated respectfully by the staff.
I had a strained Achilles Tendon, was in quite a bit of pain with a swollen ankle, and the Physician's Assistant gave me all the right advice in how to deal with my ankle problem. She said to ice it, elevate it, and she even demonstrated the stretching exercises for me to do to help with this problem. She was GREAT!
Very caring and knowledgeable
I went in and was tested for COVID and Flu but was told they were unable to order any other tests (cbc would have been nice). I was told to follow up with my PCP. I felt as though I wasted my time.
I arrived at 5 pm, 1 hour before posted closing hours, and sign said urgent care clinic was open; however I was told they were overbooked and not accepting patients when I walked in. Unfortunately I had a bad UTI and needed treatment but had to wait until am.
Carrie was our nurse. She was very kind and helpful. She treated us like family.
