Cory Offutt, MD

I'm Cory Offutt, MD, a board-certified family medicine physician who joined Phelps Health in 2019, and I see patients of all ages. My special interests include pediatrics, women’s health, rural healthcare, sports medicine, and adult and pediatric ADHD. 

I grew up in Lebanon, Missouri. With my patients, a goal of mine is to ensure they are heard and treated like my own family.

I also offer telehealth visits, which allow patients to visit with me remotely using a smartphone, tablet or computer with an internet connection and audio-video capabilities.

While I no longer see patients in person at the Vienna clinic, patients may call the Vienna clinic at (573) 422-3636 to ask about telehealth appointments.
