About Me
I'm Curt Morrison, MD, a fellowship-trained and board-certified cardiologist, who joined Phelps Health in 2014. Prior to my cardiology fellowship, I worked as a critical care physician and ran Critical Care Services for four years. In 1997, I started the Phelps Health cardiac catheterization services.
I work diligently to ensure my patients receive the best possible care. I enjoy studying cardiology, exercising and spending time with my wife.
I also offer telehealth visits, which allow patients to visit with me remotely using a smartphone, tablet or computer with an internet connection and audio-video capabilities.

Prompt, well prepared and ready for me. Efficient and friendly staff
I make it a practice to arrive early at all scheduled appointments, regardless of who or where. I arrived 1½ hrs. early and to my surprise I was called within five minutes! Being on time is important, although the earlier, the better! It helps the doctors scheduling run much smoother! As for the staff, I can't think of one thing to change! They're like a well oiled machine! Dr.Morrison is like the Encyclopedia Britannica, of which I said to him! He's a wealth of knowledge and is so prepared, I believe he knows me better than I do myself! The only downside is I see the "Good Doctor" every six months! I feel blessed to have him as my cardiologist! He may be one of the best cardiologist in this region!

Thorough and professional
I do not care for Dr. Morrison. I feel like just because the book standers say this should be this isn't right. Not everyone health is what the books say. I feel like if I don't do it his way than I am I'm complaint. I don't always want a pill how about a nature way or a vitamin that might help the issue.

The nurses and office staff were great. Dr. Morrison acted like he was too busy to listen, which he probably is.
Sometimes a person needs a little more than a 15 minute visit with the doctor. Cannot process the information given quickly and then cannot ask questions.

Dr. Morrison is an excellent provider and Phelps Health could use more like him. I did have a bad experience regarding contacting the cardiology clinic following my appointment but I have been informed that is being addressed.

Dr. Morrison and the entire staff have always been courteous. Dr. Morrison thoroughly explains my tests and answers my questions in a way that I understand.
Dr. Morrison explained things in a way I could understand. He answered all of my questions without making. Me feel Like they were dumb questions.
I've been waiting now for days to have someone call me about my lab and my EKG results. I have not heard from anyone since I left the office that day. It sure would be nice to know how the lab went and how the EKG was. I have not heard from anyone.
I would like to say that Dr. Morrison and his team did an outstanding job. They are very professional and they are very customer friendly. They always ask my questions. They always ask me if I need anything and they are always nice and I like to come to their office. They make me feel valued. So just want to say thank you to their team and Dr. Morrison for everything that they do. Thank you.
Yes, I had my pacemaker check and it went well and then seen Dr. Morrison and he gave me a new blood pressure medicine which has helped and I even got a smile from him I believe before he walked out of the room. So it was all great. Thank you and have a good day.

I was to take blood pressure...for 2 weeks....and give blood....but...when I checked out ....wasn't told where to go....and why try and give me blood pressure meds....when you have no clue what it's been...my other docs say it's good
All went well til I went downstairs to lab to give blood. After about 1/2 hour the nurse said they were having problems with the paperwork after about another 15 minutes still problems . I left I will return another day

Treated with respect and as an individual
All of the staff was very helpful as well as polite. Both Dr and nurse done an outstanding job at breaking things down to me in a way I could understand.
The technician that did my echocardiogram was polite, made me feel at ease, explained the procedure in a way I could understand and was very respectful. If I ever have to have this procedure again, I certainly hope she is scheduled to perform it. I am not sure how to spell her name, but I think it was Leilani.

Not enough time with provider. 40 min appointment & say probider10-15 min. Front desk staff treatment me fine, but that was not the case with another patient

It was all good and on time.
Pacer person didn't know what she was doing. I sat for 45 minutes waiting to go home. The paperwork was not there. I left them they called to schedule my appointment 15 minutes after I left. I live a hour and 15 minutes away. I called and tried to schedule an appointment. I now have to wait 7 months because I was not called back. Remember you aren't the only Cardiologist around.
