All was great. Because of their care and friendliness, I came home smiling and happy.
Listen to all complaints and where the actual pain and problems were existing. Did not shut down just because they assumed one thing. Dr. Voight listened and quickly able to assess the problem I had been having for almost a month at this point. I am four days roughly post visit and has improved greatly. Still not sleeping at night because of the stomach issue.
I have only the best to report. I Will definitely use this facility again. Everyone was very courteous and helpful.
This clinic has been an incredible help to health, mind, and body for not just me, but my family. We love them very much and suggest them to everyone.
Dr Voight listened to my concerns and addressed them to my understanding. He is very caring and knowledgeable.

Dr.voight and his staff actually have saved me more than once years ago.I will never forget the big heart he has as he called while he was on vacation off his personal cell phone when I was very sick after gallbladder surgery and told family member after contacting him about how sick I was and he said get her to the hospital( Phelps Health) I already have a bed ready for her! Saved me!
The General Surgery office is ran very well. Never have to wait and never feel rushed.

Dr. Voight and his entire staff are awesome. They are attentive and really seem to care. He did a previous surgery for me and there was no doubt about choosing him again.
So, so far, just in general, I left another voice note for commending everybody and their, I don't know if customer service is the right word, but just in general, self-help with my whole cancer situation has been fantastic. And I, Dr. Voight was the one who performed my appendectomy. He worked with my mom for several years. So we were pretty ecstatic that he was able to take me on as a patient and literally going in there was like seeing an old friend and he's just one of a kind and the nurses there were great and the whole staff, everybody's just fantastic.
You guys explained everything well. You took care of me. And you will take care of me.
I was from out of town and as soon as they figured out what the problem was, action was taken to fix it.
I have known Dr Voight since he arrived at Phelps! I worked with him professionally in the ER. He was my husband's and daughter's surgeon. He was always pleasant to work with and a fantastic surgeon for both my husband and daughter. I have been referring my friends and family to him for years. He is fantastic

The Appoint with Dr Voight was as usual. He is the best as far as I am concerned. I have the most annoying communication with My Chart . I right everything down and some how I cannot get through . For what you charge you need a better system . Mercy isn't as difficult.
I've been through a lot of family members with a lot of health issues and I wish that they had the health care, the concern, the response, the care that you guys have provided me throughout my whole treatment. Worst days of my life you guys made better. I appreciate everything and I wish my family members would have the same benefits that I had by being cared for by your facility. The BEST
Every Healthcare worker I saw was helpful, polite and knowledgeable about by symptoms. They also knew what needs 2 correct them so I will be cured.

the visit was beyond reproach
Dr Voight and his staff are the best. Could not imagine going to anyone else.
Dr Voight closed the window blinds before examining me even though we were up on the 2nd floor and the windows are not see through from the outside in. That showed a lot of respect for my sense of privacy.
