From the time that I walk in, everybody is super nice to me. I never have any issues when I come to the St. James location. Megan always listens to my concerns and is always there to answer my questions. And sometimes things can be a little embarrassing when you visit the doctors or, you know, any type of medical clinic, but she definitely makes me feel comfortable. Thank you for everything.
Disappointed that my primary doctor brushed off my anxiety. It's not ok for me to be anxious and on edge all the time just to be told to take an antidepressant. I'm not even sad her anxious but felt unheard
I will say the provider I had actually listened to me and was able to diagnose things which my previous provider did not nor did she care to take the time out of her day to try and focus on my problem. The provider I had just recently experienced McBride is the new current provider I have who was amazing. Listen to me without a doubt talk me through the steps made me feel heard and even consulted me emotionally throughout my appointment

Everyone is very nice and caring. Megan is wonderful, she goes above and beyond in taking the time to listen to me and explaining her plan of treatment. She is very thorough and that is something you don't always get, it's very important and appreciated.
The staff from the front to the back was fabulous
Dr. McBride recognized that my oral condition might be the result of B12 deficiency. She and the analyst recommended that I take a daily supplement, which I am now doing. I think it was insightful on her part to make the connection.
The Staff in the ER were Great . The Nurses, Doctors , Aides , Everyone was Great . Before and After surgery was Great. They have compassion for you and took Great care on me and my family . There was a bearded man who worked as staff and made sure you were taken care of went above and beyond and got my wife a big cup of fresh coffee . Thank you All .
