Dr. Gorrell is an exceptional doctor. Her nurse and the staff at Forrest City Family practice were and are like family. I've been a patient there for over 20 years. Thank you.

I wish the vaccination process could have gone quicker. A nurse was teaching an MA how to give them so it took forever when I had already been there for about an hour. While I was there, the baby wanted to nurse. So I appreciate the time to do that while I talked to Dr Gorrell.
Office staff and nurse get me in quick. Little waiting time for Dr Gorrell to see me, she seems to listen to my concerns, gives solutions and options.

When registering for an appointment on the app it doesn't go through to the office. I feel like it's a waste of time if I have to answer all the questions again when I get to the appointment. Not sure what's happening.

I just really appreciate how efficient they are from taking phone calls to walking in for an appointment. You know, I could tell there were a lot of people there the other day, but there was hardly any wait time at all, and everybody just gets in and out smoothly. No one was upset. And, you know, I just really appreciate Dr. Gorrell and the nursing staff. The lab tech was great with me, and then one of the nurses in the back, I had to wait to do a urine sample because I was having trouble going to the bathroom, and they were just so patient with me. Just all around a great experience. Very lucky to have this provider. I moved to the area seven years ago and started going there because of my soon-to-be husband, and I could not be happier. She has seen me through some major surgeries with knee replacements.
It was nice to have just my doctor and me during this visit. Usually, there is a medical student present...which is fine. I love how Dr. Gorrell answers all my questions and concerns. She's stellar!
