Patricia is an amazing pain management specialist. She was very familiar with my case. She scheduled me for the perfect treatment for my back pain.

I have to give nothing but praise as when I walked through the door I was immediately greeted by a warm reception. Throughout the appointment I felt very comfortable talking about everything that unfolded and lead me to get help for my lower back. Everything was thoroughly explained to me as to what the next steps will be in the procedures to follow.

Well, they treated me with disrespect from the get-go, wasn't taking consideration of previous things that had happened in the office, told me they cannot prescribe me pain meds because my ex-husband of 10 years sold my pain pills and sold them, and because of that, they will not prescribe me oxycrodone that I have been on for a year. They didn't want to listen to a reason, they didn't want to compromise nothing. They were the worst pain clinic I've ever been to in my life.
Every experience from front desk to provider was absolutely wonderful. I've never had more courteous service. Will definitely recommend to others.

Yes, I was sick, had been sick with COVID, which is not why I see this doctor. I see this doctor for pain management and I was not well and the doctor listened through the problems I was having with COVID and what I'd been through and had made some good suggestions for me to follow up to get more care and I don't feel like she should have had to have gone above and beyond what she did to help me do this, but it sure made my day a lot easier because without her suggestions, I wouldn't have went ahead and got more treatment and checked out the way I did because I didn't feel good enough to do so. So I was very impressed that day. We always discuss things on a very in-depth level and do it in a precisely fashion and I was very happy.
I would like to give a good Shout out to Patricia French, as every time I have an Appointment with Patricia, she has always helped me out and has listen to my concerns. It is nice to have someone like Patricia working in that position. The Pain Clinic has always helped with this old decrepit body of mine.

The staff, nurses and Pat always treat us as they would family. Listening to our concerns and advising on how to help keep me comfortable. Truthfully could not for better medical care and concern.

I absolutely love every single one of the people at the pain clinic. They are so kind. They always treat me with kindness and respect.
I've been coming to this clinic for a couple years. I have enjoyed the people and the staff there. The only thing I have a problem with is trying to make me as a truck driver come in every month to get my prescriptions. That makes it extremely difficult and I need my prescriptions.
Did not get to have a consultation with the doctor as planned.....the nurse was decent enough to offer advice.... I couldn't even get the doctor to talk to me for some reason

I love Mrs. French and y'all need to keep her there. Don't let her go nowhere. I just love her and her nurses. They all are good, the nurses and Mrs. French. She's a very, very good doctor. She's on time and one-on-one about what's going on with you. So I love her and I love her nurses.

I arrived early. And they took me in early. Appt. Was easy to get. You have good staff.
I feel like I was informed of all options available in my situation. I was treated with respect and all my questions and concerns were answered.
I appreciated that the provider had knowledge of my MRI and discussed results. She even recommended a cervical pillow that she uses for pain so that was helpful that she could relate with my neck discomfort.
The have no choice but to treat me as unique individual, I am one for sure. Explanations and concern for is always comforting.
