About Me
I'm Salli Lamberth, FNP-C, a certified family nurse practitioner who joined Phelps Health in 2018. I see patients ages 18 and older for urology concerns in Rolla and Waynesville. My collaborating physician is Phelps Health Urologist Joel Leon Becerril, MD.
I treat a variety of conditions, including urinary tract infections (UTIs), overactive bladder, kidney stones, prostate concerns, erectile dysfunction, urinary incontinence, pelvic floor dysfunction (weak or tight pelvic muscles) and nocturia (frequent urination at night).
As a teenager, I worked at a competitive stable, where I worked closely with veterinarians to care for horses and manage their medications. This experience sparked my interest in a medical career and led me to enroll in nursing school.
When I became a nurse practitioner, I enjoyed the variety of the Walk-In Clinic because every patient who walked through the door was a surprise. I was later drawn to urology after seeing how urological conditions can significantly impact a patient’s quality of life. I see this specialty as an opportunity to make a meaningful difference.
I’m originally from the suburbs of Chicago and now live in Rolla with my husband, our four children, one dog and many horses. Outside of work, I enjoy horseback riding and spending time with my family. I love the strong sense of community in the Rolla area.
I chose Phelps Health for its welcoming atmosphere. Its commitment to quality care and treating patients like family mirrors the community spirit.
I want my patients to feel comfortable, educated and empowered so they can take an active role in creating a treatment plan that suits them. My goal is to improve the quality of life for every patient I see.
