About Me

I'm Salli Lamberth, NP-C, a certified family nurse practitioner who joined Phelps Health in 2020. I see patients of all ages at the Phelps Health Walk-in Clinic – Rolla. My collaborating physician is Jeffery Kerr, DO, medical director of Phelps Health Walk-In Clinic services.

I treat patients of all ages for a variety of conditions, including the common cold, flu, asthma, allergies, minor orthopedic injuries, wound care and more.

When I was a teenager, I worked at a competitive stable. Part of my job was to work closely with veterinarians to care for the horses and to manage their medications. This sparked my interest in medicine. I enrolled in nursing school because I have an outgoing nature and wanted to work with people.

As a registered nurse, I was most passionate about emergency medicine. I enjoyed the variety of patients and procedures. When I became a nurse practitioner, I discovered that the Walk-In Clinic was similar to the emergency department because every patient who walks through the door is a surprise.

Phelps Health is a great place to receive care. Because so many of our providers are familiar with one another, we can communicate openly and clearly about patient care, resulting in better outcomes.

I always do my best to help patients feel comfortable on what could be a very stressful day. After an appointment, I hope patients feel more at ease and that all their needs were heard. I want my patients to have confidence in the treatment plans we devise together.

Maybe hire some more office personnel. The lady that checked us in did a great job but she was clearly overwhelmed!

LESS WAIT TIME. EVERYONE ALL STAFF WAS AWESOME. THE DOCTOR EVEN CALLED ME WITH MY TEST RESULTS. WHEN YOU ARE SICK TIME SEEMS TO STAND STILL. I AM VERY GRATEFUL FOR THE CARE I RECEIVED. GOD BLESS

The wait time in the room was a little long, (or I think) I was very sick so it may have not been as long as I think, I do know the lights went off before the nurse practitioner came into the room.

The provider and staff were excellent. However, as many patients as they see at your location, It would be great to have a second provider. It would also be great if they had the ability to do Ultrasounds.
