About Me
I’m Tiffany Bland, MD, and I joined Phelps Health in March 2025 as a board-certified primary care and family medicine physician. I see patients of all ages for a variety of conditions, including acute illnesses, diabetes, high blood pressure and other chronic diseases. I also offer preventive care, wellness visits and perform in-office procedures, including injections and minor skin procedures.
My interest in medicine began at a young age when my brother was born prematurely at just 24 weeks. That experience, along with encouragement from family members in the medical field, inspired me to become a physician. I chose family medicine because I wanted to care for patients of all ages and liked the idea of treating entire families. I also enjoy the variety it offers, allowing me to manage a wide range of medical conditions. I strive to make my patients feel heard while still being efficient, so they are never left waiting on prescriptions, results or follow-ups.
I appreciate the strong sense of community at Phelps Health and the dedication of the providers and staff. Coming from a small town myself, I value building lasting relationships with my patients and providing care that supports them throughout their lives.
My husband and I are originally from Bunker, Missouri, and we still have family there. Now, we live in Rolla with our two young sons, who keep us busy! We also have a basset hound named Dan, a duck and two fish. When I’m not working, I love spending time with family. I grew up in a large family with three brothers and three sisters, and we still get together often. I also enjoy spending time outdoors—whether it’s hiking, boating or fishing. To unwind, I like relaxing with a good book or watching football—especially the Chiefs.
Growing up in a large, close-knit family has shaped how I approach patient care. I take the time to listen, involve my patients in decisions and create individualized care plans. I believe in delivering compassionate, evidence-based care—the kind of care I would want for my own family.

Dr. Tiffany Bland was great and I feel like I was very well cared for and I have new hope that I'm going to get better. I appreciate her very much.
The provider, nurse and lab personnel were deserving of a 10. Improvements are needed with Phelps Health management of My Chart. I have utilized My Chart with 2 other hospitals and related clinics. With them you are allowed to communicate through e-mail with the provider. Granted the responses were often times from the provider's nurse practitioner which were more than competent. A patient can't wait for another appointment, many weeks out. This management style permitted the patient to keep the provider informed as to health progress.

Dr Bland and her staff are very good. They listen and explain things well. They will always call to check in on me with test results and procedures.

Staff was wonderful. Everything was great except for the ridiculous wait time. What should've been a 20 - 30 minute appointment took an hour and a half.
Was able to be seen quickly. And Dr. took plenty of time and was not rushed. I was even able to have a blood draw done after 4 and they didn't have to do that . They went above and beyond
I am very pleased with Dr Bland! She's easy to talk to, thorough, and I feel like she's listening to me when we are discussing my health.
Dr Bland is just wonderful. I know that I am a difficult patient yet she is always patient, understanding and caring and listens carefully. I could not be happier with her as my provider.

Everyone was so nice and helpful from the moment I walked into the clinic. They were kind and thoughtful and made me feel very comfortable. The Doctor and nurse went above and beyond to make the visit easy and informed me of everything they were doing and why and what the next steps should be. It was a very pleasant experience and I would highly recommend this practice to anyone.
Excellent visit. They actually care
Dr. Bland has the most efficiently run office that I've experienced. Very short wait, calls are handled efficiently and everyone is pleasant, kind, and respectful. Overall, I'm extremely impressed with this practice.

Dr. Bland, this was the first time that I have spent time with her. I had to find a new primary, which was already kind of a tough situation, but Dr. Bland was so wonderful. She really took a lot of time to listen to my past and past medical experiences and really just spent such a whole time. I was just so impressed. She has a great bedside manner, but she's also very practical and has really good options where she's not just trying to suggest remedies such as medications or things like that. She reviews your chart. She asks good questions. She's very nice. I just was thoroughly impressed all together. So I'm really looking forward to having her as my primary provider, and I cannot thank her enough. And I thought the staff was very nice as well. Thank you.

Doc asked lots of questions, but never physically looked at the areas of my concern. Is there swelling? Is there an infection? Nothing, just relying on blood tests and X-rays.

Dr. Bland was recommended to me by a friend Annette Wells, I am so thankful for this especially since I had lost my Family Doctor of many years. The loss itself was devastating, then It was the thought of starting over and praying endlessly that I could find someone who would understand all of my medical needs without judgment. I believe that God answered my prayers in bringing me to Doctor Bland! First I have to say from the receptionist to all clinic staff they are so kind from the smiles to the kind greetings just WOW!! Doctor Bland was very understanding and empathetic and at no time did I feel judged actually just the opposite, she was so thorough, she had read my history and reviewed everything with me!! I am still in amazement as I sit here now!! I am so impressed, thankful and grateful for everything such as her attention to detail, reviewing my medical needs past and future! Honestly I am still in Awe, I could totally just go on and on and still not fully express what a wonderful experience I had with Doctor Bland!!! My doctor, Tiffany Bland left Salem hospital to this Phelps health facility in saint James. I still wanted her as my doctor. She listens to me and knows what she is talking about. Very respectful. This Phelps health clinic is probably best one I have been at. Very friendly. The new facility is very nice and I was surprised to hear they have x-ray and labs. Very helpful in every day care.

I was nervous to establish a new provider (due to insurance change). The entire Forrest City team made the visit so comfortable. Extra shout out to Dr. Bland for being exceptionally supportive and knowledgeable about my history. It meant the world to me that she took the time to review before meeting me. When the front office staff is on the phone, they could look up and acknowledge they see you instead of totally ignoring you. I understand to wait until they're off the phone, but they act like they don't even see you.
